Restaurant Prison St. Michel in Nürnberg

Hier stimmte alles. Würde ich in Nürnberg wohnen, wäre ich jede Woche Gast.

Seit vielen Jahren komme ich immer wieder gerne ins Prison St. Michel. Die französische Küche ist ausgezeichnet und überzeugt mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Gerichte sind hervorragend durchdacht, geschmacklich ausgewogen und stets auf hohem Niveau zubereitet. Besonders die Ente à l’Orange ist für mich jedes Mal ein Highlight – perfekt gegart, aromatisch und einfach ein Genuss. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und authentische französische Kochkunst gelegt wird. Für alle, die gute französische Küche in Nürnberg schätzen, eine klare Empfehlung.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Leider hat das Holunderblüten Sorbet vom Menü nach Rosenblüten geschmeckt. Aber ansonsten hat es gut geschmeckt.

Für den Preis nicht wert. Wir hatten das Menü und die Ente Orangerie mit Ratatouille. Die Orangen Note war viel zu stark, es wurde sich nicht gemerkt wer was bestellt hat. Die Ente war zu trocken und zu durch. Wir haben draußen gegessen und die Teller waren kalt, das Essen eher lauwarm.

War alles so lala. Wir finden für den Standard Service, und den Zustand (kaputter Teller, dreckige Fensterscheibe, keine Sitzkissen draußen), Dillsoße wie in der Jugendherberge usw. die Preise bisschen frech. Würden nicht noch mal hingehen und es auch nicht empfehlen.

Sehr schönen und romantisches Restaurnt um lecker essen zu gehen. Das französische Essen ist dort sehr gut und preiswert. Es gibt außerdem viel Auswahl!

War heute mit meinem Mann zu unserem 41.ten Kennenlerntag da- war wie immer, sehr sehr lecker…..

Hier gibt es in Nürnberg wesentlich bessere Adressen wenn man französisch Essen gehen will! Die Vorspeise war sehr lieblos, Cocktail Sauce und Aioli aus dem Eimer/Flasche! Mein Essen, 3 Fischspieße waren kalt, als ich dies bemängelte, wurde mir mein Teller wortlos weggenommen und nach ca. 5 Minuten wieder gebracht! Leider nicht wirklich wärmer, höchstens lauwarm!! Service war auch nicht der Beste! Für mich einmal und nie wieder!

Meiner Meinung nach das beste Restaurant Nürnbergs.

Netter Kellner und schönes Ambiente. Leider hat uns das Essen nicht geschmeckt. Wir hatten 3 Vorspeisen die nach nichts geschmeckt haben, Spinat mit Krabben komplett geschmackslos. Von 5 Hauptgerichten waren 2 lecker und 1 solala und der gegrillte Tischenfisch (der bei Versuch 1 den Grill wohl nicht gesehen hat) hat auch nach dem 2 Versuch nicht geschmeckt. Sehr wässrig und ganz und garnicht Butter weich. Die Beilagen waren nur lauwarm und 30 min nach dem Essen habe ich schwere Bauchschmerzen/ Krämpfe bekommen. Vor ein paar Jahren war die Küche noch überragend. Dem ist leider nicht mehr so.

Das Steak ist sehr gut. Der Abend perfekt. Gutes Team.

Außergewöhnliche Lokalität, leckeres Essen, freundlich, aufmerksamer Service. Wir waren im Feb. da, leider war im Obergeschoss immer ein kalter Luftzug zu spüren. Die Speisen hätten heißer sein können.

Ich kann nur sagen: top! Richtig leckeres Essen, Ambiente wunderschön. Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Eines der besten Essen, die ich je in Nürnberg hatte – und ich besuche die Messe seit 25 Jahren … unbedingt Platz für die Desserts lassen, die Crêpes und die Schokoladenmousse sind hervorragend!

Tolles Ambiente. Das war’s dann aber leider auch. Die Bedienung war absolut unfreundlich. Beim bezahlen haben wir getrennt zahlen wollen. Als Antwort kam nur, ihr macht mein Geschäft kaputt. Ihr seht was heute los ist. Für eine gehobene Gastronomie nicht tragbar! Die Ente und die Pute war etwas zu lange in der Pfanne und etwas trocken. Auf ein Bier ewig gewartet und wurde tatsächlich vergessen. Auch wenn viel los ist, kann man freundlich bleiben. Vergessen kann man immer was, aber dann professionell bleiben. Am Ende dann noch einen Kollegen durch die Bedienung angerempelt und nicht mal etwas dazu gesagt. Unmöglich…

Das Essen war okay, aber 25 Euro für eine kleine Portion mittelmäßiger Ente sind nicht gerade günstig. Und da waren nicht einmal Beilagen dabei; die kosteten extra 6 oder 7 Euro, und selbst die waren noch recht klein. Für das Gebotene ist es also ziemlich teuer. Die Suppe war zwar lecker, aber hätte man nicht wenigstens ein Stück Brot dazu servieren können? Wir mussten ziemlich lange auf unser Essen warten, und die Bedienung war weder besonders freundlich noch aufmerksam. Als ich kein Trinkgeld geben wollte, wurde sie unhöflich und machte abfällige Bemerkungen. Deshalb würde ich dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen und auch nicht wieder hingehen – schließlich sind wir nicht in den USA.

Das Essen super lecker, sehr guter Wein und alles nicht überteuert. Nicht das erste mal hier gewesen und mit Sicherheit auch nicht das letzte mal.

Tolles uriges Ambiente, das auch romantische Stimmung verleiht. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Restaurant klein, aber wenn man die Treppe raufgeht, findet sich ein weiteres Stockwerk mit noch mehr Tischen. Sehr höfliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Bislang sind wir da immer sehr zufrieden gewesen und es wurde sich aufmerksam um uns gekümmert. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Preis-Leistung für die Nürnberger Innenstadt fair. Die Portionsgrößen angemessen, wenn man Vor- und Nachspeise dazu wählt. Alles schmeckt hausgemacht und die verwendeten Zutaten sind von hoher Qualität. Beim frischen Fisch (Seehecht) habe ich das ganz besonders gemerkt. Die Zwiebelsuppe und auch die Maronensuppe sind eine klare Empfehlung. Das Crêpe ist ein Traum. Der Teig luftig leicht und zugleich butterzart und sehr lecker. Der offene Chardonnay war leider nichts besonderes und hat sehr geradlinig und langweilig geschmeckt. Hier könnte man nachbessern. Ansonsten alles tiptop und eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man sich Mitten in Nürnberg nach Frankreich katapultieren möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Absolutely fantastic restaurant, great food, superb service!!

A truly wonderful evening: The welcome was warm and welcoming – the management personally showed us to our table, offered us a pastis as an aperitif, and ensured a thoroughly pleasant atmosphere from beginning to end. French music played softly in the background, the ambiance was charming, and everything was perfectly harmonious. The carpaccio was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the beef fillet with potato gratin was cooked to perfection – you could taste that someone was cooking with passion and skill. For dessert, we had a crêpe flambéed with Grand Marnier and sour cherries, and my companion raved about the marzipan parfait, which she described as "the best meal of her life." It's rare to experience so much French flair in Nuremberg, combined with genuine hospitality. A restaurant with soul, style, and heart – chapeau! I will definitely be back.

For years, I've been going to this French restaurant every now and then, which absolutely captivates with its ambiance and cozy atmosphere. The young waitress (male, blond) is very friendly and quick. And she managed to serve the upstairs area alone. I wasn't impressed with the food today—as always, a galette. It was unfortunately too salty, which other reviews also mention. The wine spritzer was stale. Perhaps this can be improved in the future? The prices are a bit higher.

I can't say that the food was especially good. The starter with snails was really good but the main course wasn't great..a salmon steak with no spices and full of huge bones. The portion of wine was very generous tho 😅 And it costed around 42€. I think it's too pricey for the food like this.

It took a little longer for our food to arrive, but the wait was worth it. The galettes were excellent. The location was very cozy, intimate, and special. Our server served us wonderfully. A successful evening. Many thanks to the kitchen and the service.

The local Silvaner tasted more like grape juice, and we had no chance to verify whether we were actually served the wine we ordered. The waiter brought the wine already poured into glasses Although different guests ordered different sides, they were all lumped together onto one small plate. It looked like a mess. The potatoes were cold. The waiter seemed entirely unconcerned with any service standards or etiquette. At the end, we were even presented with a bill that included a dish we hadn’t ordered.

Very good food. Attentive service. Table reservations are only moderately effective. Despite the negative experience with the reservation, the restaurant is highly recommended.

Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt! Alle Gänge waren toll angerichtet und Zeitlich gut getaktet. Eine schöne und romantische Atmosphäre. Der Service (Liebe Petra) hat uns wirklich den Abend versüßt, sie macht ihren Job vom Herzen! (weswegen wir den offensichtlichen Wutanfall von ihrem Kollegen/Chef, der durch das große Küchenfenster zusehen war, nicht nachvollziehen konnten)... Wir kommen dennoch gerne wieder, da wir einen tollen Abend im Restaurant verbracht haben!

Ich bin eigentlich seit Jahren ein echter Fan des Lokals, aber gestern war ich so enttäuscht. Hatte meine ganze Familie eingeladen - aber leider war das Essen nicht besonders. Das Kartoffelgratin war lauwarm, die Steaks Medium bestellt waren durchgebraten und eine Schweinelende zu fest um sie zu schneiden. Der Fisch hatte eine fast schwarze Kruste. Sehr schade finde ich …

Unfortunately, there was nothing special about the food, no sophisticated spices or unusual variations. Only sweet sauce for the duck breast, no other flavor components. Onion soup, as others have noted, very simple and without a typical taste. Overall, the food is overpriced (rice with a thin strip of butter as a side dish for just under 5 euros!). Price-performance doesn't fit. Same for drinks (bottle beer over 5 euros). Espresso 2.90 euros. Service is a bit too exaggerated, almost unpleasant. If you don't consume a starter, main course, dessert and several drinks here, you will be served somewhat smugly. Repeatedly asking if you would like to order this and that. Sometimes orders are forgotten. Or it takes forever. Unfortunately, here too the new frugality... No nightcap on the house. Ambiance needs renovation. Stains and splashes on the formerly white walls. Dust on the ventilation shafts. Music selection was very good, appropriate French classics. Conclusion: Four people were not enthusiastic. For just under 200 euros you can expect better. Never again.

It was, unfortunately, a terrible experience we had dining at the restaurant. Of course, after no onion soup, it was obvious that we shouldn't expect medium rare steak, but we emphasized it anyway. And when the steak was brought to us, it was not just well done, but it was another steak (in sauce) that we did not order. After complaining, the dish was returned, but the salad that was ordered with the main course remained. But the fact is that there were no utensils even to eat it, unfortunately. Although they refused the salad as well. But the worst thing is the complete lack of service, the terrible rudeness of the waitress. Well, in the end, the terminal also stopped its activity. And we had to walk 15 minutes to pay for this terrible experience. I do not recommend it in any case.

Wir kommen über 30 Jahre ins Prison. Und gestern war das Essen überwiegend unterirdisch. Die Zwiebelsuppe war lauwarm und eher matschig. Wir hatten drei X Filetsteak medium rare bestellt. Eines war perfekt, die anderen zwei waren well done. Komplett durchgebraten. Auch die Ente war leider zäh und die Orangensauce fad. Der Personalmangel war offensichtlich. Wir gingen ratlos, denn in Nürnberg gibt es wenig außergewöhnliche Restaurants.

A great restaurant for French food. The ratatouille was very good. The atmosphere inside is very pleasant. I recommend this restaurant for eating in small groups.

I always enjoyed going to prison, even 20 years ago. This weekend we were traveling in Nuremberg and wanted to spontaneously go out for dinner. I know that without a reservation you hardly have a chance, but it was already 9 p.m. and we tried our luck. At the entrance we were punished by a very unfriendly person with the sentence "we don't have anything free... how did you come to that?" the look was contemptuous. Also from a male person who complimented us while shaking his head. Afterwards he made another outrageous comment about us. I felt like a nuisance intruder. I don't think I want to eat anything here anymore because people don't mean well here. What a shame for this great restaurant!

A great evening with perfect food in a perfect atmosphere.

A very good French restaurant with a very wide menu. The meals are presented attractively and the package is rounded off pleasantly by friendly service. The atmosphere in the restaurant is unique with its old town charm.

Service, food and ambience deserve a good rating. The toilets result in a significant reduction in the B grade.

The food was disappointing. The soup was lukewarm, the galettes were too salty and the waiter was unfriendly. All of this at the prices.

Nice venue, friendly staff. We had the chateaubriand dinner for two as it seemed to be the signature dish. Easily the toughest tenderloin of beef we ever had. Difficult to eat, though cooked medium rare as ordered. The balance of the food was uninspired. Interestingly, we were excited to try the escargot. Again, the worst we ever had. It was sort of chopped up in a pan with little flavor. Hard to understand how this place is highly rated.

Total disappointment, different chef and probably different owner. Food too salty and burnt. Raw fish simply stored in the display case next to Desert-Krembrulle. We used to often go to this beautiful restaurant, but today we have had completely different experiences. I can only advise against eating there.

Abendessen zu viert: Von fad bis heftig versalzen war alles dabei. Die sehr kleine Crew war offensichtlich völlig überfordert, auch beim Service. Zwar gab es nach Reklamation Nachlass auf die Rechnung, aber der Abend hätte erfreulicher beginnen können.

Die Suppen waren lauwarm. Der Galette (18 Euro) war auf einer Seite angebrannt und sah eher wie eine Teigtasche aus. Meines Erachtens Fertigkost. Zudem stehen auf der Webseite andere Preise als auf der Karte im Lokal. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Unfortunately, our visit to St. Prison Michelle was a disappointment. Even the starters seemed boring and carelessly prepared. The onion soup was almost tasteless and topped with cheap bread - nothing compared to what you might expect at this price. Unfortunately, the same thing continued with the main course: the duck sauce was far too sweet, and the side dish, a ratatouille, was simply slapped onto the plate without any seasoning. The dessert, the mousse au chocolat, was also simply a sugar bomb - far too sweet and without the delicate note that you would want. The comments that speak of “30 years of regular customers” fit the picture: the taste and presentation of the dishes seem to be just as out of date as the entire concept of the restaurant. The prices are simply excessive for this quality. I can only imagine that the patrons who celebrate this restaurant have never eaten anywhere else. A sad example for the gastronomy scene in Nuremberg, which - thank God - is slowly getting new and better alternatives. Two stars because the price performance and reputation of this store do not match the experience at all. However, the service was top and saved the experience

By the time we arrived, the restaurant was full with the exception of a two-persons table in a secluded corner. The moment a table opened up, they offered us to move to a better one. Great and attentive service.

This review refers solely to the hospitality of the house, not the cuisine, as unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to develop enough patience in the cold to try the dishes. Last night we planned to eat at the Prison St. Michel restaurant. Since it was difficult to estimate the journey due to the distance, we arrived before the official opening time of 5:30 p.m., while the restaurant only opens at 6:00 p.m. Given the rainy and cool weather and the open entrance door and lobby, we politely asked to warm up in the entrance area (not the dining room) until we could get our seats. Instead, we were told to wait outside on the sidewalk. This experience was uninviting and left us with the impression that hospitality is not a priority here. Standing in the rain at 11 degrees, when it would have taken little effort to provide us with temporary shelter, resulted in our previously brought appetite turning into a palpable resentment. We have been going there for many years and have always been 100% satisfied. The price is also okay and the service is exemplary, you feel like you're in France. Fish platter for 2 is our favorite. The tables down at the end looked like they were in a vault and were very romantic for us. We'll be back soon 👍

Die Bedienungen sind der Lichtblick, Essen unterirdisch. Die Pfifferlinge im Galette waren überhaupt nicht richtig angebraten, der Speck, den man optimal dazu bestellen konnte, war einfach, ohne Fragen, mit dabei. Unangenehm für Vegetarier und Moslems. Die Tomaten im Galette waren unbeschreiblich, so was habe ich noch nie gesehen, das waren die Abschnitte mit Strunk, die verarbeitet worden sind, verstehe ich nicht. Sicher keine böse Absicht, aber hier fehlt das handwerkliche Können, die Küche brauch dringend Hilfe. Der Preis vom Menü ist unschlagbar, aber die Qualität dementsprechend auch unschlagbar schlecht, das Gratin war super, das gibt es nichts. Nach 90 min, sind wir aufgrund eines Reservierungsfehler raus komplementiert worden. Ich war kurz noch auf der Männertoilette, keine Visitenkarte des guten Geschmackes. Ambiente auf der Terrasse gut.

We have been visiting Prison St. Michel for over 30 years. The quality and atmosphere have always remained the same during this time. That alone is a high bar for me. The food was again first class and the wine was simply excellent. We will be back definitely.

ABSOLUTE RUDE! If you want to be insulted, you seem to have come to the right place. Unfortunately, eating in the restaurant never happened, but after the phone call it will never happen. We had reserved as a group, unfortunately the table had to be canceled due to unforeseeable changes, which I only found out on the day of the reservation. I tried several times to contact the restaurant in advance, unfortunately there is no email address and no answering machine. The homepage also states that you can reach the restaurant from 5 p.m. So I called at 5:08pm to apologize and cancel the reservation. When I reached someone (I assume a waiter, but unfortunately I can't be more specific) to announce the cancellation, the man on the phone immediately became loud and insulting. It only occurred to me now to cancel (I hadn't reached anyone before) and that I would be lying if I said I had already tried to call. It got to the point where the gentleman insulted both me, my upbringing and my parents, yelled at me for about 5 minutes and then hung up on me. I understand that canceling a group at such short notice is not nice, but I don't have to be insulted. Unfortunately 0 stars is not possible.

Unfortunately, we were very spoiled from our holiday in France and were looking forward to a romantic evening. The food has nothing to do with French cuisine. Bad sauces for good fish, carelessly prepared and sprayed cream for dessert.

Unfortunately, the starters are at discounter level at best. Arctic sea prawns without taste in a ready-made sauce. Canned snails without any seasoning. Any Frenchman would leave immediately if they had dry white bread. The main course was perfectly prepared, but overall the price-performance ratio wasn't right at all. Service was ok.

The two of us had dinner yesterday, as always a great taste experience, service and ambience perfect. Gladly again and again!

Basically a good restaurant. However, the service and ambience don't fit the motto for me. I associate French cuisine with lightness. This doesn't come up in the location or the service. The operators can't do anything about the former. The location in the old town means compromise and so the restaurant looks more like a Franconian wine bar. Dark, narrow and convoluted. It's a shame that the gloomy atmosphere isn't brightened up by the staff. You feel tolerated rather than welcomed. You have to “force” your speech and live with a sparse speech. A visit, especially if you spend it with people with whom you have something to talk about, is still worth it. The food is good, as is the wine list, and so the visit remains a rather positive memory.

The ambience is probably unique in Nuremberg, you have to see it. The food is beyond any doubt, it was really something special and not everyday.

Man sitzt hier in einem wirklich knorrigem alten Gebäude, an etwas zu eng gestellten Tischen, die aber auch der Architektur geschuldet sind. Erstaunlicherweise ist der Sherry teurer als in einem Gourmetrestaurant, daß hier zumindest in der Nähe liegt!? Dafür ist der Muscadet zumindest preiswert und sehr gut! Falls man nicht zu den Menschen mit übermäßigem Hunger zählt sollte man KEINE Vorspeise wählen, sofern man sich für Grillplatte "ST.Michel" entscheidet, da diese mehr als umfangreich und lecker daherkommt. Der Service ist herzlich und sehr flott, freundlich sowieso! Unsere Empfehlung für dieses leckere Restaurant!

Go out for a French meal once, but definitely not here again. The waiter was visibly overwhelmed. He brought me the wrong dish, and when I paid he billed me for the wrong dish. In short, the food wasn't bad, but I've eaten better. Especially since the prices are very high.

Great atmosphere in a beautiful, noble, old building. Great food that truly represents French cuisine. The small bottles of wine are also recommended, as they allow you to choose the right wine for each course even with 2-3 people.

Was there today with my family. Had a wonderful evening with delicious food and outstanding service. We say thank you for this culinary experience and would be happy to come back. P.B

We didn’t make a reservation because our hotel said that it was a slow rainy night in winter & it wouldn’t be crowded. When we got there they said they were booked and gave us a table in a hallway. We saw empty tables in the several parts of the restaurant, but we weren’t seated there. The food was not as good as I expected & the escargot was disappointing- not enough garlic & very small snails not in their shells. I got grilled octopus that I have had many times in the United States but this was very chewy & looked like two white upside down canned peach halves. Disappointing.

Selten so schlecht gegessen. Wenn das französisch sein soll, dann war ich nie Frankreich. Der Fisch war trocken, das Gratin wässrig und die Kartoffeln haben wohl schon mal Frost abbekommen. Der Wein kam vermutlich aus der 5 ltr. Box und ein Entré, vielleicht nur ein wenig Brot war nach 45 Minuten immer noch nicht angeboten. Das dann gereichte Baguette war seifig und von irgendeinem Kettenbäcker. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, schade eigentlich....

On the occasion of my birthday we went to Prison St. Michel for the first time. We had reserved and were assigned a really great place. The food was really tasty for every course and can only be recommended. The service is quick and friendly at all times. We'll definitely be back, there's still a lot I want to try there

The atmosphere is rustic and cozy. But the waiter/owner is so unsympathetic. We were constantly told that next time we would have to order a three-course menu to get a table. For the cat table in the hallway it was strange and simply unpleasant. The galettes and wine were fine.

Man sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen, gegessen haben wir hervorragend. Ganz tolles Ambiente.

Wir lieben diesen Ort und kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Das Essen und die Weinauswahl ist fantastisch, das Ambiente gemütlich und der Service unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend.

Essen war sehr gut, Zwiebelsuppe, Muscheln, Fisch alles sehr fein und frisch - lediglich die Bedienung konnte einem leid tun, sie musste alleine das gesamte Erdgeschoss versorgen und rannte sich die Lunge aus dem Leib. Das sehr gute Essen hat aber die Wartezeit relativiert - daher: Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Tolles Restaurant mit unglaublich schönem Ambiente. Das Essen ist wirklich spitze und wird schnell gebracht. Die Bedienung Petra beschert einem einen entspannt, lustigen Abend und ist mit Ihrer Expertise zu Weinen und Essensempfehlungen sehr hilfreich. Sehr empfehlenswert und gerne immer wieder.

Sehr gemütlich, jedenfalls im 1.OG. Bedienung sehr herzlich und aufmerksam! Wir waren mit 8 Personen zum Abendessen dort und hatten einen perfekten Abend. Ich kenne das Restaurant seit Jahren und wurde noch nie enttäuscht.

Wir haben das Menü genossen. Drei Gänge sehr schmackhaft und auch optisch gut zubereitet. Dazu eine aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Kellnerin. Nur wenn es voll ist, wird es schnell sehr laut. Aus meiner Sicht eine klare Empfehlung.

Fantastische Küche im französischen Stil, außerordentliches Ambiente und sympathischer Service. Unbedingt Galettes probieren, schmecken fantastisch. Geheimtipp, deshalb unbedingt reservieren.

Naja, vier Leute haben dasselbe Essen bestellt. Es gab einen großen Teller der für knapp 3 gereicht hätte. Lieber einzelne Essen bestellen. Ansonsten ok, aber auch nicht besonders.

Yes, it is a bit on the pricey side, but when you have Petra as your "Hostess", you are in very good hands 🙌. She's warm, funny 😁 and her service exceeds her - she goes above and beyond. Well worth every Euro 💶 spent 👌 👏 😉.

Schönes kleines Restaurant unterhalb der Burg, durch sein Romantisches Ambiente eignet es sich wunderbar als kleine französische Auszeit für verliebte, aber natürlich nicht nur für die 😊

Wir hatten bei unserem gestrigen Besuch einen wunderbaren und rundum gelungenen Familienabend im Prison St. Michel. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll. Das zusammen mit dem freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service schaffen eine entspannte Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Aperitif und Wein waren stimmig, das Essen alle drei Gänge hindurch köstlich. Ein Abend, an den man sich gerne erinnert.

Tolles Restaurant. Ambiente und Service passen zur sehr guten Küche. Dank des Menus hielt sich der Preis auch in Grenzen. Das Menu war sehr lecker, hervorragend abgeschmeckt.

Wir besuchten das Restaurant nach vorheriger Buchung. Der 2er Tisch im EG war sehr schön und ansprechend Dekoriert. Wir wurden durch die Servicekeaft empfangen, der unsere Reservierung nachgesehen hat (selbst unter der Woche ein muss) Wir wurden an den Tisch geführt und bekamen sofort die Speisekarte. Die Weinauswahl hat für jeden Geldbeutel etwas zu bieten. Der Hausaperitif war lecker. Wir bestellten eine gemischte Vorspeise mit Ententeleber. Sehr zu empfehlen. Meine Frau bestellte eine Ententekeber nach. Das war kein Problem (obwohl nicht auf der Karte). Die wurde Zeitnah serviert. Die Barberie Ente meiner Frau war zart und lecker und nicht trocken. Mein Lamm Zart und sehr lecker. Die Beilage musste separat bestellt werden werden. Diese viel bei meinen Gemüse sehr reichlich und lecker aus. Meine Frau wählte Kartoffelgratin auch sehr gut. Unser Rotwein "le de Camplong"auf barrique ausgebaut war perfekt für unsere Gerichte. Wir hätten gerne noch Nachspeisen gehabt, doch unser Magen sagte "nichts geht mehr". Ein sehr guter Calvados war der Abschluss eines gelungenen Abendessen. Der Service, war trotz 10 besetzer Tische immer für uns da und hat uns bei der Auswahl geholfen. Kompetent und sicher Bei sehr gutem Wein, 2 Vorspeisen und 2 Hauptgerichten war der Preis für diese gehobene Küche sehr gut Wir kommen wieder - versprochen
