Der Salat 'Due Fratelli' wurde weder mit Oliven noch mit Ei serviert. Das 'hausgemachte Dressing' habe ich leider nicht herausschmecken können. Insgesamt enttäuschend.

Ich hatte einen Tisch für 3 Personen im Due Fratelli reserviert. Als wir im Restaurant ankamen, waren alle Tische besetzt. Der Kellner, der unsere Reservierung entgegengenommen hatte, sprach mit der Chefin und erklärte ihr, dass wir eine Reservierung hatten und der Tisch, der in Kürze frei werden würde, für uns vorgesehen war. Leider wurde dies völlig ignoriert und der Tisch wurde anderen Gästen gegeben. Der Kellner wirkte selbst fassungslos und tat mir wirklich leid, da er sich sichtlich bemühte, die Situation zu klären. Aufgrund seiner Professionalität und Freundlichkeit sowie der guten Küche vergebe ich dennoch 4 Sterne. Die Organisation und der Umgang mit Reservierungen waren jedoch enttäuschend.

Die Pizzen waren fantastisch und sehr lecker. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Kellner, der überaus höflich, professionell und sehr aufmerksam war. Sein Service hat unseren Besuch noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Erfahrung mit der Kellnerin hingegen war nicht so positiv. Ihre Art wirkte etwas kühl und nicht so einladend, wie ich es erwartet hätte. Ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft mehr Wert auf die Kommunikation mit den Gästen gelegt wird. Dennoch war der Besuch dank des hervorragenden Essens und des wunderbaren Services des Kellners sehr angenehm.

Tortellini alla panna, 12,50 € zum abholen... diese kleine Portion ist eine Frechheit!! Am liebsten hätten wir es zurück gegeben.

Die Pizza als auch das Nudelgericht waren okay, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben einen sehr warmen Tag erwischt, draußen waren alle Plätze besetzt, somit haben wir drinnen gesessen und auch dort war es sehr warm. Schön wäre eine Klimaanlage gewesen, die hätte den Aufenthalt drinnen bei der Wärme erträglicher gemacht. Trotzdem würden wir nochmal wiederkommen.

Da Google bei Rezensionen dieser Pizzeria offenbar einen ähnlich kritischen Geschmack hat wie manche bei ihren Zutaten, formuliere ich vorsichtig. Bestellt wurde eine Pizza Parma. Laut Speisekarte sollten sich darauf Tomatensoße, Mozzarella, Parmaschinken, Rucola, Parmesankäse und Knoblauch befinden. Die Realität war ein kleines Überraschungsei. Der Parmesankäse kam in geriebener Form daher – darüber kann man diskutieren. Schwieriger wurde es beim „Parmaschinken“. Mein Gaumen und die Speisekarte schienen hier unterschiedliche Vorstellungen von Parmaschinken zu haben. Geschmacklich fühlte ich mich eher in Richtung Schwarzwälder Schinken versetzt. Für 16 € hatte ich auf eine kulinarische Reise nach Parma gehofft. Angekommen bin ich gefühlt irgendwo zwischen dem Schwarzwald und einer kreativen Neuinterpretation der italienischen Küche. Da man einzelnen Gerichten immer eine zweite Chance geben sollte: Auch die Pizza Funghi durfte mit an den Tisch. Die Pilze hatten sich allerdings offenbar für Homeoffice entschieden, denn sie waren nur sehr vereinzelt anzutreffen. Streckenweise erinnerte die Pizza eher an eine Margherita mit gelegentlichen Pilzbesuchen. Fazit: Für das Restaurant vermutlich ein wirtschaftlich erfolgreicher Abend, für mich eher eine kostspielige Lektion in Erwartungsmanagement. Vielleicht war es nur ein Ausrutscher – an diesem Abend hat die Speisekarte jedenfalls mehr versprochen als die Pizzen gehalten haben.

Unsere Reservierung wurde vergessen. Uns wurde ein 2er-Tisch direkt an der Theke zugewiesen. Die Theke wurde vom Personal über unseren Köpfen hinweg als Durchreiche genutzt. Davon abgesehen war das Personal ständig mit den eigenen Handys beschäftigt. Kurz darauf wurde zwei bessere Tische frei, diese waren aber angeblich reserviert, sodass wir nicht wechseln durften. Das Essen war ok, Brot zu den Muscheln musste extra von uns angefordert werden. Die Hauptgänge kamen, während wir noch bei der Vorspeise waren.

Wir hatten mehrere Pizzas zum Mitnehmen bestellt, uns wurde gesagt, sie seien in 15 Minuten fertig. Also warteten wir (als einzige Personen im Laden) die Zeit ab, bis sie fertig seien sollten. Nach 10 Minuten kam eine Dame, um abzukassieren. Danach sagte sie, es sei „bald fertig“. Ein wenig später (nach den versprochenen 15 Minuten) kam eine andere Gruppe und bestellte ebenfalls, kurz später wurde ihre Pizza auch geliefert. Also fragten wir, was mit unserer Pizza sei, da wir vor ihnen bestellt hatten. Im selben Moment kam ein Mann aus der Küche, nahm ein paar Kartons von der Kaffeemaschine und fragte in den bis auf uns leeren Raum, wem denn die bezahlten Pizzen gehören. Scheinbar sei die Küche ein wenig „Unorganisiert“, so dieser Kellner. Der Koch hatte halt nur die Aufgabe, die Pizza zu machen, fürs weiter denken wird er nicht mehr bezahlt. Zu dem ist ja auch ganz schön viel losgewesen, da verliert man ja auch sehr schnell den Überblick Pizza kalt und der zusätzlich bestellte Salat lieblos zusammengeschmissen und definitiv keine 7,50€ wert Nichts mehr für uns und definitiv nicht zu empfehlen

Das Essen war köstlich, die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und das Personal äußerst hilfsbereit. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich. Die Portionen sind großzügig. Ich kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen und komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen habe ich das Due Fratelli an einem Dienstagabend alleine besucht. Der Service war aufmerksam und schnell. Die Vorspeise Tomaten mit Mozarella war sehr gut. Balsamico stand auf dem Tisch, Pfeffer habe ich vermisst (aber auch nicht danach gefragt...). Als Hauptgericht hatte ich den Grillteller mit verschiedenen Fischfilets gewählt. Heute beim Schreiben der Rezension muss ich feststellen, dass sich die Speisekarte im Restaurant und auf der Homepage unterscheiden. Mein Gericht ist auf der Homepage gar nicht aufgeführt. Bekommen habe ich allerdings einen Grillteller Mista (so führt ihn die Homepage) mit Beilagensalat, also zwei Fischfilets, ein riesiges Stück Kalamari und Scampi. Die auf der Homepage aufgeführte Zitronen-Knoblauch-Sauce fehlte (was mir aber nicht bewusst war, da ich diesen Grillteller ja nicht bestellt hatte). Es war alles geschmacklich sehr gut, aber so viel Kalamari hatte ich nicht erwartet und war enttäuscht. Zum Beilagensalat: Eisbergsalat mit drei Gurkenscheiben und drei Stück Tomate ist für mich kein Salat. Ich habe leider eine Abneigung gegen Eisbergsalat. Da bieten andere Restaurants mittlerweile mehr. Zum Abschluss habe ich mir das Tiramisu gegönnt. Sehr lecker, aber im Kern gefroren. Alles in allem ein teurer Abend, der leider enttäuschend war. Meine Kritik am Hauptgericht habe ich auch vor Ort angesprochen.

Wir waren da heute Pizza essen! Eigentlich ganz ok wenn man Hunger hat! Aber die Pizzen schmeckten fad, viel zu viel Käse! Auf der Karte stand Mozarella, war aber keiner! War so ein billiger Mischkäse aus dem Großmarkt! Muss man sich nicht geben! Man bezahlt ja auch dafür! Gibt Bessere Pizzerien! Wir hatten einen Ecktisch, an dem Zugluft geherrscht hat und es war sehr kalt! Die Fenster waren mit Paketklebeband abgedichtet! Wie im Orient!🤷‍♂️😟 Gebe nur 2 Sterne, weil sich die ausländischen Mitarbeiter im Service bemüht haben!

Der Service war unglaublich schnell – unser Essen kam innerhalb weniger Minuten heiß und frisch an. Und die Pizza? Einfach himmlisch – knuspriger Boden, reichlich belegt und voller authentisch italienischem Geschmack. Aber die Speisekarte bietet noch viel mehr als nur Pizza! Von Pasta über Salate und Fleischgerichte bis hin zu vielem mehr – alles sah köstlich und frisch zubereitet aus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Atmosphäre war entspannt und gemütlich. Ob Sie nun Lust auf einen kleinen Snack oder ein komplettes italienisches Menü haben, im Due Fratelli ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Food: It would have been good if the salmon hadn't been accidentally double-salted. Still, no points deducted, shit happens. Everything else was great; we were even allowed to bring our well-behaved dog into the restaurant. And in the evening, when there was no more cake anywhere else, we were served delicious tiramisu and coffee at the restaurant. The owners were very nice and friendly.

The service staff was very friendly. The garlic soup was exceptionally delicious. The pizzas were also very tasty and a good size.

A truly good and affordable Italian restaurant! 5 stars are not enough!

The service is extremely poor. The food was okay. Even though it wasn't busy, we were left with empty glasses. No one came to check on us. The waiter walked right past us. The women behind the bar didn't look left or right. They seemed preoccupied with themselves. Not recommended. I'll never come back. In the end, they only accepted cash. Apparently, the till wasn't working. The tax office sends its regards.

Nice location, always busy, which is why the noise level is too high, making everything seem very hectic. The rooms are comfortably furnished.

The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and very friendly and attentive staff. Our meals were very tasty. We had a mixed starter plate, a pizza, and a pasta dish. Extra oil was served with the pizza and extra Parmesan cheese with the pasta. All dishes were made with fresh, high-quality products. The price-performance ratio was extremely good.

Good, high-quality menus at the very high prices typical of the area. A lovely, large terrace with parasols. Since the restaurant isn't located on the lake, but directly on a busy road, the ambiance isn't as pleasant. Nevertheless, it's highly recommended, also because of the good service.

This was our second time there and we'll never go back. The first time, it was very busy and the server was very friendly. The pizza was also delicious. Today, upon arrival, we were so rudely yelled at by the "doorman" that we definitely won't go back. A friendly "Sorry, it's too busy" would have been enough.

We had a good meal, and the service was very friendly. There's plenty of seating outside, and it's right on the street, but it's still not noisy, as it's in the heart of Langenargen and definitely has limited traffic. The prices are reasonable, too.

One terrace was packed, so on to the next. Italian, our favorite! A German-Italian waiter, and one with hospitality genes. Despite the fact that the heavens were about to cry, we had a delicious meal and were very well served.

Very good pizza! I can't understand the negative reviews at all. The spicy salami pizza is especially recommended, but the capricciosa and the vegetarian version were also really delicious. Absolutely worth a visit!

The two of us stopped in spontaneously around 9 p.m. one evening and were immediately seated outside. We ordered a bottle of wine, lasagna, and tortellini Bolognese. The waiters were very friendly and willing to chat. We were very satisfied and would gladly return the next time we're in Langenargen.

Phew, that was really nothing. I don't understand how an owner can sell a pizza like that. It has nothing to do with Italian pizza. No taste or love. It's more like the kind of pizza you'd expect from kebab shops. And it's also way too expensive. The pasta, unfortunately, is also standard, if anything. A real shame, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Salads arrived before the drinks. Salads were okay. The pizza dough was bland and there was no salt. When we paid the bill, we were simply told €70. When we asked for a receipt, which arrived immediately, there were three items listed that we hadn't ordered. What a shame! We won't be going back to this restaurant.

The pizzas tasted more like frozen pizzas, although frozen ones are sometimes even better. The salad with scampi/shrimp was very expensive and the quality was unsatisfactory! Service was mediocre. It was actually nice at first, but when we asked for the bill, it took a long time and we felt like we were simply being ignored. You can try it, but you don't have to; there are certainly better options in LA.

We were unfortunately disappointed with the food. The spaghetti carbonara contained cheap cooked ham instead of bacon. They didn't skimp on the cream, but it didn't add any flavor to the dish. The pizza d'alba wasn't exactly a highlight in terms of taste or texture. The tablecloth was unfortunately dirty, and the menu was a bit dingy. For us, this was our first and last visit to this restaurant.

Unfortunately, I have rarely eaten such a bland pizza. The dough and tomato sauce tasted of nothing. The dough was worse than one that had been fresh for a day from the refrigerated section of the supermarket. The cheese didn't really have much flavor other than fat. This is definitely not mozzarella. There were no seasonings to be seen and, unfortunately, no taste either. Only the salty anchovies saved the pizza. I definitely won't be coming back and can't recommend the pizza under any circumstances. Pizza at kebab shops sometimes tastes better. What a shame. It was quick and the service was friendly: at least. A little more quality and attention to detail in the cooking would have been helpful. The location would be good, as it is very central and easy to reach.

Set back a bit, not far from Montfort Castle, is this restaurant serving Italian food. It offered plenty of outdoor seating. Since it was quite chilly that evening, there were plenty of free seats outside (no roofing and no outdoor heating). However, the restaurant was full inside, which speaks volumes for this restaurant. We were lucky – a couple was leaving when we arrived. We were sent directly to the vacant table, which, however, was neither cleared nor cleaned. The food we ordered (pizza) arrived quite quickly, as did the drinks. The staff was attentive and friendly. Did we like it? It was okay; both pizzas tasted similar. The grappa or limoncello, which was offered on the house at neighboring tables, came upon request. The ambiance was cozy, but with a few minor drawbacks (flies on the curtains above the tables, cobwebs in the corner of the dining room). Our conclusion: there is still some room for improvement, we wish the team much success!

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The waiters were all very friendly and attentive. However, the seating in the outdoor area is too close together. It's not really possible to have privacy or a comfortable meal. It's a shame, really.

You definitely don't get the feeling that you're getting quality food here. When we complained to the waiter about a pizza being brought to us, he took the pizza back and, speaking angrily in a language we didn't understand, brought us a different or the same pizza without apology. A guest sitting at another table who understood the language told us that the waiter had insulted us terribly in Albanian. We only complained about a hair found on our pizza. Whether the Albanian family that runs this restaurant has sufficient hygiene knowledge in this industry and prepares other menus with the appropriate expertise, we will never know, as we will never go there again and cannot recommend anyone else.

I visited this lovely restaurant on a recommendation. The pizza and spaghetti Bolognese were exceptionally well-seasoned. I actually wanted spaghetti carbonara, but the menu says it's made with ham and cream. Please change that and make it authentic Italian with guancale and no cream.

We spontaneously dropped in for dinner without a reservation and received a warm welcome. The outdoor seating is very pleasant, providing a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The service was very friendly. I had spaghetti Bolognese, my husband had carpaccio – both were well-seasoned and beautifully presented. The Parmesan cheese was rather standard, but plentiful. I would like to see a bit more attention paid to the drinks on hot summer days. Overall, a solid meal in a pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back.

Catastrophe, this probably has nothing to do with Italian food. The vegetable risotto was terrible. Nothing against frozen vegetables, but canned peas and carrots? Ideal for sealing a building. Pizza Parma: rancid and sour ham, canned Parmesan (grated discount junk), dough like cardboard, so flavorful, and then garlic from a tube. It would be easy to cut open a fresh clove. And then there's a waitress who was probably forced to work there. It seems so. Be careful with dogs, the natural stone paving is full of broken glass.

A very good Italian restaurant. Very good service. The food was excellent. If you want a good schnitzel, this is the place to go. My wife had a superbly prepared Bolognese.

We visited today, June 9, 2025, in the afternoon... Short and sweet, 2 stars for the ambiance because there are simply far too many chairs in the garden. Whether it's the waiter or other guests looking for the restroom, arriving, or leaving the restaurant, there's always a bump on the chair. 2 stars for the food and 1 star for the service Bruschetta appetizer was perfect and very good, hence 2 stars Main course: Spaghetti al Pesto. We were served grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl with the spaghetti, but it had already started to grow mold, which can happen, but shouldn't. We then politely and quietly informed a waiter so he could clean it up without causing a stir. But then we were presented with the same bowl, just a little stirred, with the same mold... no guest should have to put up with that. We then reported it again, promising that we didn't want any more Parmesan. We waited in vain for an apology. Otherwise the main course would have been fine too, but unfortunately it had a very bitter aftertaste as the dish already used Parmesan, and if we hadn't been so hungry then this spaghetti would have been taught to fly over the counter!
