The interior is very worn and from the 70s. If the service were very hospitable, this would compensate, but unfortunately. The waitress was very unwelcoming. Got the menu card and she left without asking if we wanted anything to drink. Order is taken and what is striking is that she does not look at her guests. very rude. After dinner the table was cleared and we were not asked if we wanted dessert or anything to drink. The other guests were apparently staying at the hotel and were Germans. Apparently she could laugh and talk about this. So as a tourist it is absolutely not recommended.

Man sieht den Rhein nur durch Bäume hindurch ein wenig, daneben das Thermalbad. Hotel sehr alt, Essen geht so, Bedienung war unfreundlich.

Today I was totally disappointed. A table became available and I was able to sit down. Otherwise everything is occupied or reserved. As usual, the service was very friendly and nice. Then I got my water and ordered my food. Then the waitress came and placed a reservation sign on the table from a distance. So in other words: hurry up. Then the food came: the fish was swimming in fat and the potatoes were cold. Then a lady came to help. The table next door wanted to pay. I said: please bring me the bill too. The answer was pretty snarky: I already asked her with a bear or with a card. I've never experienced anything like that there.

When we asked in the afternoon, we wanted to eat in the evening. At half past seven we were very rudely told that the kitchen had already closed. This could have been communicated early in the afternoon, with opening times until 9 p.m. This is not good advertising
