We were thrilled. Very cozy. The food was delicious. The only issue is parking. You have to walk a bit; there aren't any.

We went to the restaurant there and had a fantastic evening! The food was delicious, and there was a great selection for vegans too. The warm atmosphere was particularly pleasant. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt very welcome and had a lot of fun. If we're in the area again, we'd definitely love to come back! Highly recommended!

Have just stopped at this lovely hotel for five days again. The room was excellent and the food was amazing,freshly cooked by Claudia, who runs this beautiful hotel always with a smile. Can’t wait to stay here again next year. 😘😘😘

Uli and Regina from Bonn and Altdorf near Nuremberg In order to attend a wedding at the castle, we rented a room here for two days; It was clear to us that the railway ran next to it. But one could hope that it would be so hospitable, but not know it. We give 6 out of 5 stars. There are 7 out of 5 stars for the breakfast and the nice conversations with the landlady!! If we're in the area again, we'll happily stay here again.

I went hiking in Bad Hönningen for 4 days over Easter and not only found first-class accommodation. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, a super rich breakfast. In addition, an extremely charming and courteous host who really takes great care of you. The service was great, the food was great (here the boss still cooks herself and you can taste it!) Thank you also for the pleasant conversations. I'll be back 🙂

Today we went to the old fire station to eat tarte flambée, which was so delicious and huge. Very nice, cozy restaurant and very nice service.

Insanely nice and accommodating restaurant! For us it was a family atmosphere that made everything possible. The food is sophisticated and yet down-to-earth and doesn't come around that often. There was a great selection especially for us as vegetarians and our little daughter also liked it. Guinness on tap is certainly a usp ;) but it has to be emphasized again: the service is really exceptional and outstanding! Thank you for the great evening!

Wir können nur positives berichten. Toller Empfang, super Zimmer, für die Nacht einfach die Ohrstöpsel benutzen - die Bahn ist halt neben an. Wir haben viel besser geschlafen als wir gedacht haben. Das Essen und das Lokal unten verdient ein eigenes Kapitel 😀 Super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Wir haben das Essen genossen, leckeren Riesling dazu und uns toll unterhalten. Wer hier und der Gegend ist, einfach ein Zimmer buchen oder zum Essen/trinken Vorbei kommen - ihr werdet es nicht bereuen

Had a wonderful five day stay at this hotel again. Always made to feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast are amazing, with loads of choice, and more than enough to eat. And the chefs evening meals are amazing, made by Claudia. Enjoyed my stay and can't wait to come here again.

Schönes Lokale, super Wochenende und tolles Frühstück. Warm und liebevoll empfangen. Der Weihnachtsmarkt war auch schön, und der Rhein war ein schönes Anblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super!! This weekend we had a wonderful time at the guesthouse! The owner is such a lovely lady: warm, kind and a real profi in the kitchen. A lot of Christmas vibes here, in and outside. It was nice to be here this time of the year.

Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. Lekker ontbeten, geslapen en gegeten. We komen graag weer terug!

Großartiger Flammkuchen und unheimlich herzliche Wirtin. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte in Bad Hönningen und haben gleich am ersten Abend gemerkt, dass es vermutlich nicht leicht wird für uns (zwei Veganer) was zu essen zu finden. Zum Gück gab den Gasthof zur alten Feuerwache - und zwei wirklich köstliche vegane Flammkuchen. Ganz frischer, knuspriger Boden und tolle Beläge. Wenn wir je wieder in Bad Hönningen sind, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder da essen.
