Ich habe gerade mein Essen im Restaurant Mythos beendet und freue mich sehr, Sie bedienen zu dürfen und Sie hier begrüßen zu dürfen.

Spontanes Abendessen mit Urlaubsfeeling bei bestem Service - von den Vorspeisen bis zum Dessert alles wunderbar- sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr gute Küche, angenehmer Service. Wir kommen gerne demnächst wieder.

Essen ist sehr lecker. Sind auch große Portion. Ambiente innen sehr schön. Leider ist der Platz (gänge zwischen den Tischen) sehr schmal.

Bester Grieche ever! Wir waren gestern in diesem tollen Restaurant. Hey Leute ,hier fühlt man(n) sich wie im Urlaub in Griechenland. Der Chef war super nett und hat sich mit uns unterhalten, bis das Essen kam. Leute Hammer Geschmack und hausgemachte Pommes. Herausragendes Essen! Top Qualität und viele vegetarische Optionen. Die Vorspeisen waren sehr reichlich. Kommen definitiv wieder.

Nur zum weiter empfehlen. Selten so gut gegessen bei einem Griechen.

Wir haben essen bestellt. 1.Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen 2.Man sollte zumindestens die Deutschen Grundwörter verstehen wenn man in Deutschland ein Restaurant betreibt 3.Viel zu wenig Essen für dass Geld finde ich persönlich Wucher Positiv Essen war Gut für dass das wir es abgeholt haben War dass Erste und Letzte Mal

Das Mittagessen war von der Portion ausreichend und Geschmacklich gut. Der Service freundlich. Preislich die Speisen Mittagessen okay. Achtung Getränke das Wasser sehr übertrieben teuer. 0,7 l Wasser 7.20 €

Unglaublich leckeres und authentisches Essen, super netter Inhaber!

Da muss man unbedingt gewesen sein!

Wenn griechisch, dann MYTHOS. Selbst für mich als Nicht-Fleisch-Esserin ist die Auswahl hier sehr gut und auf Wünsche wird Rücksicht genommen. Heute hatte ich ein hervorragendes Fischfilet - selten so gut gegessen wie hier im Herzen Markt Schwabens. Auf die Frage, ob es einen bestimmten Cocktail gibt, wurde nicht lang gefackelt und dieser Cocktail (nicht auf der Karte) wurde für mich zubereitet. Für einen nicht-alkoholischen Abschluss empfehle ich Galaktoboureko.

Wir waren am 14.02.2026 da. Reserviert auf 18:30 Uhr um ca. 19:45 Uhr hatten wir immer noch nichts zu trinken und unsere Bestellung wurde ein zweites Mal aufgenommen. Gäste die eine Stunde nach uns kamen, bekamen ihrer Getränke noch vor uns. Auch Salat bekamen andere Gäste vor uns was nicht geht! Irgendwann bekamen wir die Getränke da war es ca 20:30 Uhr zehn Minuten später bekamen wir dann Salat und ein Pita wobei wir zwei bestellt hatten! Um 21:20 Uhr sind wir dann gegangen ohne zu essen!!! Wir waren zu vierte dort und enttäuscht ist noch untertrieben!!!

Leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service! Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant weiter!

Der Valentinstag wird in Erinnerung bleiben. Nach einer Stunde, noch keine Getränke und ein zweites Mal nach der Essensbestellung gefragt. Knapp 3 Stunden später das Lokal ohne Essen verlassen Gäste die nach uns kamen hatten schon ihr Essen , waren schon oft da aber in der letzten Zeit war da nur noch Chaos. Sind sehr enttäuscht

Wir waren heute in diesem Restaurant und sind absolut begeistert! Das Essen war unglaublich lecker – jedes Gericht war frisch, perfekt gewürzt und wunderschön angerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe gekocht wird. Auch der Service war hervorragend: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Definitiv 5 Sterne – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

Essen grandios, Service enteuschend, es wurde geflucht, laut die Stimme erhoben und ähnliches. Eseen zweimal falsch aufgenommen, ein Getränk gar nicht aufgenommen… zur Abiente ist nicht viel auszusetzen außer dass die Musik etwas laut ist aber noch im Ramen. Es wird aber auch daran liegen dass es Valentins tag war und Fullhouse. Wir waren auch an Wochenendtagen hier und dort war es Deutlich besser… deswegen noch zwei Sterne sonst einen…

Sehr gutes Essen, gemütlicher Raum, freundliches Personal, aber leider die Stühle viel zu eng gestellt, das macht es eher unangenehm.

Ganz tolles Lokal mit sehr schönen Ambiente. Das Essen ist richtig gut und hier gibt es nicht nur die üblichen griechischen Gerichte wie überall sondern auch Gerichte wie Tigania, was echt lecker ist.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wollten nur was Essen. Die Herlichkeit vom Chef und das leckere Essen werden in Erinnerung bleiben! Auch wenn wir 2 Stunden weg wohnen, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Hier wird ALLES richtig gemacht! Danke dass wir eure Gäste sein durften

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Obwohl der Parkplatz voll belegt war, wurde extra Platz für uns geschaffen und wir wurden sogar eingewiesen – das erlebt man selten. Das Restaurant ist super schön eingerichtet und lädt direkt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Der Service war durchgehend aufmerksam und freundlich, die Getränke kamen zügig an den Tisch. Die Vorspeisen (Pita mit Knoblauchöl und die Gemüsesuppe) waren erstklassig. Der Salat war nicht nur sehr lecker, sondern auch schön angerichtet. Als Hauptspeisen hatten wir den Dorfteller sowie die Hähnchenbrust in Metaxasauce – beides hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Metaxasauce: die beste seit Ewigkeiten! Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut perfekt. Zum Abschluss gab es sogar noch einen Espresso und griechischen Kuchen aufs Haus – eine sehr schöne Geste. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Geschmacklich gut, schönes Ambiente. Im Service nett und sichtbar bemüht ("alles okay?"), aber letztendlich doch etwas überfordert (trotz Wunsch Speise mit Knoblauch serviert, falsches Getränk, Rechnung nicht ganz korrekt). Wenn man das verzeiht, gerne hingehen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr freundlicher Service gerne wieder

Meine Frau und ich sind schon seit Jahren sehr zufriedene Stammgäste und kommen regelmäßig. Beim letzten Mal wollten wir nur eine Kleinigkeit essen und hatten für drei Personen einen gemischten Vorspeisenteller bestellt. Der hätte auch leicht für sechs Leute gereicht. Fazit: Sehr gutes Essen, riesige Portionen und sehr freundliches Personal.

Sehr gutes Essen, wirklich schick eingerichtet. Den Service selber habe ich zuletzt leider sehr mittelmäßig wahrgenommen. So standen wir trotz dessen, dass das Lokal bei unserem Erscheinen noch leer war gut 5 min, bevor uns der Kellner ansprach und uns nicht sonderlich motiviert unseren (reservierten) Platz zu wies. Dabei ist er in dieser Zeit mehrfach direkt an uns vorbei gelaufen. Auch im Verlauf besserte sich der Service nicht. Trotzdem: Klare Empfehlung! Vielleicht hatte der Kellner einfach einen miesen Tag...

Cozy, cozy, and intimate Excellent family-run restaurant. Very attentive service, great menu! I've eaten better in all of 2025, especially at this restaurant, whether Greek or other cuisine. And I've eaten there quite often this year for work reasons. Fair prices, nothing to complain about. I'll probably be back, even though the restaurant is 50 km from where I live. In winter, the interior is perfect. Very nice dining room. It's nice and warm and there are no drafts. Everything is wood-paneled, the sofas and chairs are very comfortable. The tables are the perfect height and are very attractively softly lit for a cozy meal. I would recommend the long knuckle of roasted vegetables. The salads are also excellent. Every detail is perfect, from the bread to the salad dressing, to the decorations on the plates and the very attractive tableware. In summer, you have a cozy outdoor seating area on the terrace. Absolutely quiet location in a residential area.

The restrooms were very dirty, and there was thick dust everywhere in the restaurant. We've eaten at really good Greek restaurants many times, and this restaurant is definitely not one of them.

I have been trying to find a way to change the world around me.

I asked them for two of the foods on menu but with chicken and beef instead of pork and they kindly prepared it so. The price was a bit higher at the end, not sure why. However the food quality, taste, the environment, the Radler, and everything was totally good. I recommend this place.

A perfect restaurant. The food was outstanding and delicious. The staff was very friendly and cheerful; I've found my favorite Greek restaurant. UPDATE 09/26/2025 We celebrated our wedding at this restaurant and couldn't have wished for a better place. The service was simply exceptional – attentive, warm, and always professional. The organization also ran smoothly, allowing us to fully concentrate on our special day. The food was outstanding and delighted our guests. Many thanks to the entire team for helping make our celebration unforgettable!

The best Greek restaurant far and wide, and for me, the best restaurant in Markt Schwaben. We eat there at least once a week. The welcome and service are very friendly.

Very good food and reasonably priced. We sat outside in the beer garden area and it was lovely nice nice decorations.

Delicious food and friendly service. We've eaten there several times or ordered for pickup. Unfortunately, it's a bit chaotic, and the wait times for pickup are long. A little more structure and management certainly wouldn't hurt the place. I've also seen it at other Greek restaurants, for example, where drinks are offered even when picking up, especially when you end up having to wait longer than expected. However, this may not be permitted at the moment. Edit 2025: We've been back several times to eat there and have been very satisfied every time. The wait times were always reasonable.

Tables were double-reserved, the wrong food arrived after 1.5 hours, and the dessert was horrible. Not again.

Simply a great Greek restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Tasty food, friendly staff, and standard prices. A reasonably priced lunch menu of the same quality. The usual Greek greeting, "Uozo," isn't common here. But just a little wink and a casual remark, "Two on the house." So, full marks.

So, now we have a review after all, since we unfortunately fell into a food coma yesterday. The starter couldn't have been better: a mixed appetizer platter and pita bread. After this platter, we were almost full, and the flavors were absolutely dreamy! Then the main course... I don't know where to begin: souvlaki, much juicier would have been dark magic, seasoning-wise... perfect! Gyros, not too crispy and just perfectly cooked. Calamari fritti... seventh heaven with the lemon. Fries, still so hot that I burned half the roof of my mouth, crispy on the outside and like mashed potatoes on the inside. I can barely remember the dessert, the coma had already set in. All I can remember is the rapturous dance of my palate over the honey. This was, I'll bet my life, definitely from Greece; we don't get such heavenly, light honey here. The two friendly gentlemen from the restaurant are, by far, the nicest hosts I've known for some time now. They accommodated special requests, got a perfect spot, served food and drinks very quickly, and generally created a very, very pleasant atmosphere. There was laughter, jokes, and the price was absolutely justified. If you want Greek food, don't fly to Greece; head to Mythos in Markt Schwaben. Last year we were in Crete, and it wasn't nearly as delicious as at Mythos 😍

The food takes too long when the restaurant is full. Otherwise, they tried very hard, the food was very tasty, but the wait was still long.

I ordered vegetarian dishes twice, but both contained meat. Unfortunately, the staff didn't apologize. Since I don't eat meat, I didn't try the food. I hope the restaurant will be more sensitive to special dietary requests and open to feedback in the future.

Nice atmosphere. Tables are close together. Not cheap. The food tastes okay, but it's heavy on oil, and some of the skewered meat is either too hard or too dark. No ouzo included in the bill.

We held our friends' wedding party with 35 guests in the basement at Mythos. We can only rave about it. Our guests did too. Super-delicious appetizer buffet Super-delicious main course buffet We had dessert from the menu Everyone (including our vegan and vegetarian guests) found plenty of dishes they enjoyed. A server was assigned especially for us. Again, super-friendly, super-fast, really, really great. We were even allowed to bring our own music. The disco ball was our dancing highlight :-) Many thanks to all the staff at Mythos, we had a fantastic evening with you and would love to come back again

Very friendly and great staff! I was served very quickly and friendly. The food is very good and freshly prepared! It's rare for a Greek restaurant to receive such praise from me, a native Greek who grew up on Crete and knows a lot about food! Drink: 0.25L white wine Makedonikos Starter: Freshly prepared saganaki (breaded and fried feta). Main course: Tender kleftiko (leg of lamb in the oven with vegetables) with a side salad. Dessert: Galaktoboureko, like from home with a scoop of ice cream and icing. If I'm in the area again, I know where I'll eat!

We were there again. Food was delicious. Waiter ok too. Friendly. But there was an older gentleman with old clothes who was bothering us the whole time. He cleared our plates, glasses and always spoke something in Greek. The waiter just watched and didn't do anything. Too bad!!!!!!!!!!!!

Simply WOW! The food was so incredibly delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was simply lovely and cozy. We are absolutely thrilled and can highly recommend this restaurant. We've rarely had such delicious Greek food – the meat was cooked to perfection and super tender, as were the baby calamari. We will definitely go back after discovering the place by chance.

Cozy restaurant, top service, very tasty dishes!

The service was disastrous. Despite reservations, we were seated in front of the emergency exit next to our jackets and under a ventilation hole in the ceiling. Despite waiting for over half an hour, the staff didn't come to take our order, and they didn't respond to us when we asked. There wasn't a single dish without meat, which shouldn't be the case these days! After a long wait, we were unfortunately forced to leave the restaurant hungry on Valentine's Day.

Food was cold, small portion untypical for a Greek. The Zatziki was good but ridiculously small. When I asked for it, Zatziki was brought to me, but then I was charged an outrageous amount of 5 euros. Too bad

Unfortunately, once again the food we ordered wasn't right. Be it whether you get the wrong thing or not the quantity you ordered. Calling didn't help either because no one answered...not even after the tenth time. Unfortunately, they couldn't convince us with their friendliness, and the food wasn't great either. The food is usually really good. We were there on December 30th. there again. No other restaurant was open in Markt Schwaben that day, so the restaurant was busy. And that's exactly the issue: neither the service nor the kitchen were up to it. We had to wait over an hour for the starter and then what we ordered didn't come. From what I observed, other tables had similar experiences. We have known the restaurant for a long time, unfortunately this happens again and again. The staff usually start discussing or arguing loudly at some point. This was also the case during our visit. No guest wants to hear that. Finally, I would like to emphasize: the quality of the food is usually very good, and the price/performance ratio is also good. - The three stars are due to the service, and therefore also benevolent.

Was pretty full when we got here, and yet we were served fast and efficiently with a smile. Good Greek food, maybe a bit "german-ized" at times, but that made it even better, since we were eating with a few not so experimental friends. Definitely a big props for the food and service, music was decent and quiet enough to talk, it was warm and comfortable, and the bill wasn't outrageous. We'll be back.

Wonderful space, warm with the scents of Greece! If you want to taste the absolute Greek food, this is the right place. Delicious dishes, kind and smiling staff! Plenty of options for all tastes. Every time we go we leave happy and full!

Very cozy, authentic restaurant. Great service, very friendly owners. Food is always great. Oh Parking spaces directly in front of the house, in summer you can sit outside on a nicely landscaped covered terrace. We come here regularly and really enjoy it, highly recommended!
