Great worked, got a nice pizza with Ex chilli, the Lady in desk was super kind and friendly.

I don't understand the bad reviews. The delivery is on time, and the delivery service itself is always friendly and smiling. The food is great. There's nothing wrong with the price. As for the bad reviews: Just go to McDonald's, it's the right place for idiots and idiots.

I would love to rate the food with more than 5 stars, but unfortunately, Google doesn't allow this. I ordered a pizza Bolognese because my personalities couldn't agree on whether I wanted pizza or pasta. It tasted more than excellent. My husband ordered a pizza Capricciosa with extra seafood and anchovies. I would much prefer this to "till death do us part." He really enjoyed it! Another positive attribute is the "Bavarian water." The Augustiner was cold, the pizza was hot. All in all, I was very satisfied.

Both drinks were forgotten upon delivery, paid for, and no goodwill. Cheeky and a pain in the ass.

When we ordered by phone, our five meals were confirmed, but only four were served upon pickup. Since they delivered more meals fairly quickly after we complained, I'm giving it two stars. The spaghetti carbonara was too oily, and the Indian dish was essentially spicy and lacked individuality. Nothing special; it tasted more like a mass-produced product and was also really expensive. We won't order from there again.

I recently ordered from you with a few friends. First of all, the delivery to Poing was late. We waited over 2 hours. Both the food and the delivery service were the worst we have ever experienced. The dishes, such as pizza, fried food and Indian food, were clearly overcooked and had to be reheated. Everything else in the pizza tasted Italian. The fries and schnitzel in the fried food had simply been left in for too long. An Indian delivery man who brought us the food was racist to us because we first asked why it was taking so long. We were also banned for being "too white, naive and dirty Ukrainians or Russians". That was a real disgrace! The food in the packaging was very crumpled and damaged. It was cold as hell and I don't even want to talk about the hygiene. First of all, there was hair in the food. There was also mold in some of the pizza ingredients. You Indians have lost it. all💀! An Indian who cooks Mexican and Indian food at the same time is like two chefs in one kitchen with completely different recipes, which just doesn't fit. The staff doesn't speak fluent German. We tried to talk to the boss, but unfortunately it wasn't possible. My conclusion: bad, moldy, and cold food. The delivery service and staff were disrespectful and racist. The prices were definitely too expensive for the quality, and the delivery time was significantly worse than all the others in the area. The boss at the time is better than you. My recommendation: don't order from there.

Ordered via the homepage, paid with a credit card and when asked where the food was, found out that the website is not maintained and no orders are accepted.

Regatoni were back out faster than they were delivered. Never again. 🤮

Long time customer, food always top and delivery is really fast

Indian and noodle dishes are very good. Best delivery service in the area. Lasagna also very good. Maybe The Mexican dishes are not bad, but not really Mexican. Pizza with a little more tomato and cheese, but these are just personal opinions. When I order in Markt Schwaben, I only order from Pizza Roma. (I've already tried them all)

The pizza is always delicious, and we order from here regularly. It's not Italian pizza, you have to be aware of that, but it's still very good. And when you pick it up, you always feel welcome and receive friendly service. We'll be back!

Late delivery. In addition, two different Mexican dishes taste identical. Same contents and same ready-made sauces. Overall it had nothing to do with Mexican food. This is probably because if you want to serve delicacies from all countries you are not really good at anything.

Unfortunately the pizza wasn't what I expected, it was very, very salty and the base was way too thick. Unfortunately I fell for it the second time and won't be ordering pizza again, a shame because before the operator changed everything was fine and the quality was better. It's a shame that nothing changes.

The last two pizza orders no longer convinced us. The floor is far too thick and solid. The price was also higher than in the brochure. Delivery was fine.

Update 10/24 from June to now: Pizza 7.50 to 9.90 and soup from 5 to 7 euros…. Tell me, is it still okay? Restaurant prices but not the taste and quality Outrageous even in these times... I recently moved here and have now gone through all 5 suppliers for orders under 15 euros (Italian and Indian). Roma is the only one who met my taste in all dishes. Delivery never takes longer than 20 minutes. You now have a regular customer 😉

Worst experience with a delivery service I've ever had! We ordered 1 pizza and 3 pasta dishes around 7:50 p.m. After the delivery time was repeatedly changed on Lieferando, I called them at 9:30 p.m. after over 1.5 hours. There I was told it would still be here on site. The reason was that the driver's engine was damaged and the delivery was supposed to be brought to us. We were told the boss would be there in 15 minutes and he would then drive off... So we should have waited over 2 hours for our food. I find that an absolute disgrace!!! I immediately canceled the meal. Engine damage is not an issue, it can happen but it doesn't work without informing the customer. I have an account with Lieferando! So there would have been three ways to inform me. Telephone, email and delivery address. Will never order there again!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food tastes good and the portions are just right. I think it's good that you can adapt the toppings to each pizza. There are also 32cm pizzas, which I think is really great. The prices are almost all right these days. A bit too expensive for a 32cm pizza.

It was by far the worst food I have ever eaten. The pizza was completely burnt (€14.50 with an extra request). When I asked whether I would get the money back, I was kindly put off the phone immediately. When I called again I was ignored and pushed away. Attached are pictures of my “delicious pizza calzone”. The ingredients were also completely carelessly sprinkled into the calzone. The whole thing was disgusting, oily/greasy and inedible. The service was anti-social.

I had food delivered to me via Lieferando. The lamb is super tasty 👍🏼 Gladly again!

We ordered at 8:28 p.m. and paid via Paypal. According to the email, the food should be there at around 9:15 p.m. At 10:08 p.m. I spoke to an employee on the phone and asked if our order had been forgotten. According to the employee, the boss was personally on his way to see us and would deliver our food. It's now 11:40 p.m. and our food still hasn't been delivered. I got my almost 60€ back from Paypal. Unfortunately no longer recommended.

First our order was mixed up and then the wrong one was delivered despite a phone call and correction. We've been waiting for our food for an hour now, even though they said it would be here soon...

KEINES Sternes würdig. Nun leider schlechte Qualität, jedoch hoher Preis. Keine Ahnung von italienischer Pizza. Billige Zutaten, die dann entsprechend auf der Pizza aussehen und auch so schmecken. Nach persönlicher Reklamation kein Interesse an Umsetzung und am Kunden. Nehmt euch ein Beispiel am Oberbräu. Gute Preise, gute Qualität und perfekter Service.

Bestellen seit Jahren bei Roma, die Indischen Gerichte waren immer gut. Der Preis ist zur aktuellen Zeit absolut in Ordnung. Die Lieferung war stets pünktlich und das Essen immer warm. Hab noch nie so einen freundlichen Lieferanten erlebt

Kam sehr pünktlich, schmeckte sehr lecker, war auch noch heiß. Einziges Manko, dass Sardellen trotz zusätzlicher Bestellung gefehlt haben

Heute das 1. mal per Lieferando essen bestellt. Einmal eine Pizza Parma und eine Pizza mit Shrimps. Lieferung kam zwar relativ zeitnah, jedoch sah man an der Fertigkeiten des Pizzabodens, dass es schon relativ am Ende der Arbeitszeit war, da beide Pizzen nicht durch waren und somit zu früh aus dem Ofen rausgenommen wurden :) soviel zu der Kunde ist König. Der Parmaschinken schmeckte einfach nur verdorben und total salzig. Und das zu stolzen 9,50€. Preis-Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Bin sehr enttäuscht und werde da definitiv nicht mehr bestellen. Jedoch erledigt der Fahrer seine Arbeit sehr gewissenhaft und war sehr freundlich :)

Super schnelle Lieferung, könnte aber mehr Auswahl sein zum zu buchen bei Pizzen. Zwiebeln zum Beispiel aber sonst war es mega! 🙂

Fand anfangs war immer alles gut. Aber mittlerweile habt ihr wirklich total abgebaut. Das Essen schmeckt nicht mehr wirklich. Der Lieferdienst bettelt nach Trinkgeld was meiner Meinung nach überhaupt garnicht geht! Es wird nichts mehr beim Wunschfeld beachtet. Also ich habe das letzte mal bestellt.

Als Stammkunde von Pizza-Heimservice Roma kann ich behaupten, dass jedes Gericht der Karte sehr gut schmeckt. Oft fällt es Lieferdiensten schwer, verschiedene „Küchen“ (Italienisch, indisch, etc.) gleich gut umzusetzen: nicht hier: egal, ob man aus der sehr großen Karte ein indisches, italienisches oder mexikanisches Gericht bestellt, das Essen schmeckt immer super. Auch die Lieferzeit hat immer positiv überrascht. Weiter so.

Pizza ist einfach Genial solange sie Frisch ist also am besten zum abholen bestellen

Wir bestellen regelmäßig, weil es für uns die leckerste Pizza ist. Der Boden war bei uns nie durchgeweicht. Essen kommt immer heiß, gebracht von einem sehr freundlichen Fahrer. Natürlich bestellen wir auch in Zukunft wieder. Danke für den freundlichen Service.

Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt und laut Lieferservice deshalb 1 1/2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Er meinte die Übermittlung dauert so lange. Meine Spaghetti mit Scampi in Tomatensoße haben nach gar nichts geschmeckt. Pizzabrot war auch nix. Die Pizza meines Mannes war wohl in Ordnung.

Der Pizza-Heimservice Roma ist inzwischen zu meinem Stammlieferanten für indisches Essen geworden. Roma bietet eine riesige Auswahl insbesondere an vegetarischen indischen Gerichten an. Ich liebe Paneer und dort kann man den leckeren Käse in einer Vielzahl an Variationen bekommen. Mein Lieblingsgericht ist das Paneer Chili mit Gemüse und frischem Ingwer. Das Gemüse ist knackig angebraten, die Sauce feurig scharf und äußerst schmackhaft! Gerade jetzt in der Erkältungszeit putzt das Gericht ordentlich durch. Frische Kräuter werden auch verwendet, besser kann es kein Restaurant zubereiten. Für 11 Euro bekommt an eine üppige Portion, die mir sogar noch für's Abendessen reicht. Das Essen kommt i.d.R. schneller zu mir als per SMS angekündigt und der Fahrer ist stets sehr freundlich. Für mich der beste "indische Lieferdienst" im Umkreis Markt Schwaben und absolut zu empfehlen!

Kann man mal machen aber in der Nähe gibt es bessere Alternativen. Pizzen sind sehr gut aber der Rest ist eher nichts für den Feinschmecker

Wir haben von den indischen Gerichten was nach Hause liefern lassen. Angegebene Zeit von 45 Minuten wurde fast auf die Minute eingehalten. Das Essen kam richtig heiß an wie frisch aus dem Ofen. Top. Das Essen war super lecker und die Portion üppig. Werde dort gerne wieder bestellen.

Wir nehmen den Service des ROMA schon öfters in Anspruch und sind mit der Qualität der Speisen und dem Bringservice sehr zufrieden. Das Essen wird immer heiß geliefert, Preise stimmen auch. Sehr guter Service, den wir weiter nutzen werden.
