Restaurant „MYANCHI” in Bernau bei Berlin

It's a shame that the poorly organized service almost prohibits you from visiting this restaurant again, because the food is extremely tasty - but first things first. It started with the fact that our online reservation was not noted anywhere. We still got a table whose top wobbled and the wall in front of which it stood was splattered with whatever. After 10 minutes the order was taken - communication was difficult. 15 minutes later the drinks were served. After another 15-minute wait, when we asked the staff, we discovered that the piece of paper with our order had been lost - so everything had to be done all over again. Wait, wait, wait. Not a word of apology. When something was finally served, it was really good. The soup was very tasty, the duck was sensationally crispy, the chicken was very tender, great udon noodles. The price and performance are also right. We still won't come back, it's not worth the wait.

Didn't order because we waited 3 hours for delivery and the person on the phone said 3 times that the supplier was 10 minutes away.

Absolute chaos. We've been waiting for our food for over 1 hour and 25 minutes and we're not the only ones. Other guests are also very dissatisfied. Nope, not recommended.

We've been there a few times. The food is good and stands out from the usual Asian monotony of other restaurants, even if there are better ones. The waiting time today was really awesome! After 1 hour 55 minutes the first 3 dishes arrived, 5 minutes later the starter and another 5 minutes later the last 2 dishes! The drinks had been out for a while. Organization seems to be a foreign concept there! Other tables felt like they were luckier. Communication was really difficult and nobody noticed our irritation. I don't know if we'll be back anytime soon...

The sushi has always been very tasty, but ordering over the phone is a disaster, the staff speaks German very poorly and you can't even speak of understanding it. Every time we eat there, the order is incorrect and, above all, it takes ages to be served. If you order, you have to wait at least two hours. So unfortunately not recommended.

Very nice atmosphere. The service is sometimes a little sleepy, but friendly. We often ordered or visited on site. Unfortunately the food wasn't always of the same standard.

We made it here again in December 2024…. My daughter ordered the udon noodles on the recommendation of the boss and found them very tasty. The chicken was super fried and pretty much everyone at the table tried a piece. I ordered the wrong duck in a flash, and although I rarely use vegan alternatives, I thought it turned out very well. So good, in fact, that my daughter said she had forgotten that the duck wasn't actually duck. Appearance, consistency and taste were all impeccable.

Delivery dates today catastrophe! I placed my order 3 hours early. After asking, I was told that the driver would be there in 20 minutes. Nothing happens. Called again and it was delayed again by 20 minutes. We were told that it would probably be very full today and that there would be a lot of work, but sorry, you can let us know that the food will arrive later today. What kind of service is this? I order 3 hours earlier so that you have enough time and then wait another 40 minutes. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. I won't be ordering here again and can't say anything positive. Unfortunately, you're ruining everything by doing this, but then you just don't care about customer service, but think about the fact that you work in a service company and what that actually means.

I've known the restaurant for years. Today I had sushi and summer rolls delivered and was disappointed. Ordering was difficult due to a lack of knowledge of German. The nigiris and makis were extremely small. I hope it was just a blip today.

A good restaurant to eat authentic Vietnamese. The staff friendly and nice. In summer there is even seating in front of the restaurant.

Unfortunately I have to deduct stars, the food was good. The service was a disaster. We had reserved for 9 people at 7:00 p.m Had the first drink at 8:00 p.m. The first starter for one person didn't come for another 30 minutes. After asking several times, we had the main course at 9:00 p.m. and the starters 10 minutes after the main course. No requests for additional drinks. Really sad, no excuses. I'm definitely not coming back.

Great food, very friendly staff and chic decoration

Delivery service or pickup is a complete disaster. For the third time I had sushi that I didn't order. I had ordered completely different numbers and received things that I couldn't even eat. I don't know why they just can't get it together to serve the right things when you order them. Furthermore, I think it's a disgrace when you order online and it says pick-up time is 50 minutes and then you have to wait another 20/30 minutes on site. Food tastes pretty good so far, as long as you get what you ordered. I won't be ordering anything from there anymore.

The food on site is always very good and there is also a very pleasant atmosphere outside in the summer, but when ordering food you have to take very long delivery times into account, even if you order after 7 p.m.... so the timing when ordering online is unfortunately never correct, we have had to do so twice phone afterwards and ask what it looks like after 120 minutes, although 90 was specified and 1 hour 40 when the specified 60 minutes...

The service: a disaster The Myanchi has always had massive service problems. But this evening the last possible improvement was offered: more than an hour after the order was placed, not even the drinks had been served. When we complained, the same waitress tried to find out what we ordered. At the same time it was claimed that everything had already been ordered and the food would be served in a minute. Shortly afterwards, when we were asked again what we had ordered, we left - and we will never come back.

Edit: Since my last visit, I can no longer recommend the restaurant and strongly advise against it. The mango lassi was spoiled (!!!) and the cola was lukewarm and non-carbonated. The staff's response was that the refrigerator was probably broken. I will NEVER go there again because it was obviously accepted that you could catch food poisoning as a guest. There was no apology either, just a new mango lassi.

So for us today was our last visit and accordingly the rating here will be renewed. I STILL think it's a shame that you have to point out that small spills could be wiped away if the cocktails, iced teas, etc. are made too full and they mess up the table. Coasters would finally be a solution here. Attention and prudence have never been a strength of the employees there. The taste was also a disaster today and the food is no longer beautifully presented like it used to be!

First of all: the food and ambience are great. But the service has decreased enormously. Waiting times of more than an hour are the order of the day. Delivery arrives too early, incomplete or much too late. On the last visit, my wife's entire order was simply forgotten and only served when the rest of the family had already finished dessert. As an “apology” we got a beer on the house. Not per person, but really just one beer. Since delivery was delivered 2 hours earlier again today and it was a completely different order, this was the last time for us. It's really a shame that the feedback from other guests bounces off the staff. This has often been noticed in the restaurant.

As always, it was very tasty at Myanchi. And during the week the restaurant is a real insider tip. It can be full on weekends.

Saturday 15oo, sunshine, but sitting outside on the terrace is forbidden. There is no card payment either. We decided not to stop.

I've eaten here several times It's always delicious and the staff are very friendly. Toilets are clean. The missing star refers to the fact that payment can only be made in cash here. Especially these days it is common to pay by card. But if you don't have cash with you, there are ATMs down the street where you can quickly withdraw money.

As a man, being addressed as "Madamme" may have been meant to be funny or just a language barrier - totally fine. It was also okay that two plates were broken, but being asked to get up after almost an hour because other people were waiting for the table because they had made a reservation is not acceptable at all. We also have reservations, which you can communicate in advance. We were then watched the whole time when we “finally” got up. We left 100 euros there, so we didn't just drink water. It's a shame, you don't do that with your guests...

The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately we were rather disappointed with the food. Our starter to share consisted of several things, but they didn't really taste that different from each other. But one point for the edamame, which tasted good. The main courses were huge and of low quality (too much sauce, which was probably just a can of coconut milk with a bit of curry) and everyone found it difficult to finish.

A place to enjoy and relax. Now I have to write something. Went to see you again yesterday. I'm still very upset. As always, the food was a delight for the palate. The friendliness is family-like. Even non-sushi eaters will definitely get their money's worth here. Lots of different dishes at reasonable prices and first class service. We'll definitely stop by again.

We have picked up the food several times and have unfortunately always been a bit disappointed... due to waiting times on site (minimum 15-30 minutes) even after the pick-up time was communicated or things were missing from the order - today was In terms of numbers, everything was there, but unfortunately there were no glass noodles in the glass noodle salad. We think it's a total shame because we like the food itself. If so, it would be better to eat locally.

First of all, we have been eating here regularly for 2 years. It tastes very tasty here, BUT orders are constantly wrong and the waiting time even for delivery is unbearable. Once we were forgotten in the restaurant for over an hour and today we thought we would try again with the children's favorite Vietnamese and had to wait over 95 minutes for the delivery! It doesn't work at all. In addition, the prices seem to increase with every order. We ordered here for the last time today and have already noticed that the new competition in Z. can keep up with the taste and even has a better price-performance ratio.

It's just super delicious! Whether in the restaurant or via delivery, it tastes wonderful. We eat here very often. Can highly recommend Myanchi.👍

A thoroughly great restaurant. We were passing through today and absolutely didn't regret our visit. The employees were very friendly, the food came quickly and was delicious. We had the starter plate, the pollock and the duck and it was all very good. The ambience still seems a bit unfinished, but was never disturbing.

Always nice to eat here or take it home with you. The range of food on offer is really very good, whether “normal”, vegetarian or vegan food, everyone has a good and tasty selection. As a good food I can say that it fills you up ;) Always my pleasure!!!

There was really a lot of food for that kind of money and most importantly, it was delicious. The only thing is don’t forget to wipe the dust in the hall and wipe the jars of salt on the tables.)

I've tried Pho soups and other things in about 100 Vietnamese restaurants so far. I think it's a shame that I don't live in Bernau but in Tegel. Delicious.

The two of us ate there on Friday evening. It was very busy (only two tables left). Nevertheless, we were able to place our order quite quickly and, given the number of people, the drinks and food came in a reasonable time. The staff was very friendly the whole time and we both enjoyed the food fantastically. We would love to eat here again.

Very nice restaurant in the center of Bernau. The food is fresh, authentic and overall delicious. Especially for the gastronomic standards in Bernau, this is a must visit for all locals who enjoy the asian cuisine. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice but the approach to serve dine-in as well as delivery is maybe too much. On crowded weekends, the waiting time can be pretty long, which can be frustrating when delivery orders are served before local orders.

Disaster... I had a "special pasta dish" according to the menu... but what I got was dry meat (instead of chicken it was pork), sticky noodles that were stuck on a paper plate and broth that had no taste apart from salt. Salad came tied together in a breakfast bag with no dressing. Thanks but never again! Neither delivery nor eating there.

Tolles Restaurant! Wir haben auf der Durchreise gehalten und um die Ecke kostenfrei mit Parkscheibe geparkt. Es waren wirklich große Portionen zu heutzutage kleinem Preis. Service war super, schnelle Zubereitung und klasse Essen. Von Suppe zu Ente, Hühnchen, Lachs & landestypischen Gerichten hat uns alles geschmeckt. Auch die Eistees waren köstlich -Gerne wieder.

Hatten Sushi und Mango Salat sowie Bun Bo Nam Bo . Alles war super frisch und lecker. Nur zu empfehlen.

Im Restaurant ist zu fast jeder Zeit eine ausgelassene und angenehme Stimmung und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker und schön angerichtet und das für relativ wenig Geld.

Wirklich leckeres, nein ervorragendes Essen und das für einem unschlagbar günstigen Preis. Leider - besser hoffentlich nur an dem einen Abend ging es mit dem bestellen und servieren schnell, nur ab da saßen wir unbeachtet zwischen Bergen von Geschirr.

Essen ist super. Ambiente ist gut. Service... Sehr nett und freundlich aber es gab in der Vergangenheit schon einige Schwierigkeiten. Bestellungen vertauscht oder vergessen und manchmal dauert es Ewigkeiten bis das Essen fertig ist. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass das die letzten paar Male nicht mehr vorgekommen ist.

Das wohl beste Sushi was ich jemals hatte. Leider mussten wir lange warten auf unser Sushi zum mitnehmen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Es gibt kein Schnitzel mit Pommes. Skandalös! Es gab nicht genügend Besteck, bzw. Stäbchen für alle und nach dem Verzehr des nicht sehr leckeren Essens gab es nicht ein mal Glückskekse. Aber trotzdem nette Leute.

Wir sind begeistert. Wir haben hier essen bestellt und es kam super schnell bei uns an und hat auch echt gut geschmeckt. Mit Sicherheit werden wir hier öfter essen. :)

Wir haben jetzt schon 3 oder 4x bestellt, 1x bubble tea abgeholt. Das Essen ist immer frisch, es ist alles dabei und es schmeckt wahnsinnig gut. Ich kenne einige Sushi Läden und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist das einer meiner top ten. Wir bestellen ausschließlich Sushi und eventuell ein paar Vorspeisen. Leider kann man bei Lieferung nicht mit Karte zahlen, dafür ein Stern im Service Abzug aber alle sind immer sehr freundlich und rufen auch oft nochmal vorher an ob alles stimmt (wir bestellen online)! Ganz klasse Restaurant. Innen sehr klein aber gemütlich. Der bubble tea ist ebenfalls super lecker, viel Auswahl und sehr professionell gemacht. Wir haben seit wir das erste Mal von hier bestellt haben immer Bargeld zu Hause, damit wir spontan sushi bestellen können. Macht weiter so, auf viele Kundschaft! Im übrigen sieht das eine Bild wo die Kundin angeblich ein Haar in der Suppe entdeckt hat eher aus wie eine Faser von einem der pflanzlichen Inhalte. Manche Leute haben leider keine Ahnung aber schreiben dann wild drauf los. Schade!

Reservierung nötig! Auch wenn man unter der Woche dorthingeht - und auf längere Wartezeiten einstellen. Es ist ein kleines und sehr höfliches Team, das den Laden führt. Da nicht viele in der Küche stehen, kann es oft zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen, gerade um die Stoßzeiten rum. Das Essen dort lohnt sich aber! Eine große Kartensauswahl, die auch sicher gehalten wird - es schmeckt wirklich alles irgendwie gut. Die Portionen sind groß und reichhaltig. Sushi ist auch sehr gut und reichlich in der Menge. Die Cocktails sind ok - gut dafür, dass es keine Bar ist und vom Service Personal mit gemacht werden. Preise sind angemessen und m.E. erschwinglich. Kartenzahlung geht mal - mal nicht. Bei uns war es nicht möglich, daher immer Bargeld einplanen, dann ist man auf Nummer sicher.

Das Myanchi gefällt uns sehr gut. Das Essen ist super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Besonders gefällt uns, dass es dort viele vegane Gerichte gibt. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist gegeben. Zum Service muss ich sagen, dass es sehr unterschiedlich ist. Leider ist es manchmal so, dass wir von den Kellnern oder Kellnerinen manchmal nicht verstanden werden, da sie teilweise (!) nicht ausreichende Deutsch Kentnisse haben. Demzufolge kam die Bestellung auch schon das ein oder andere Mal falsch an. Deswegen unter anderem einen Stern Abzug. Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet, man kann auch draußen sitzen. Jedoch wenn man drinnen hinten sitzt, ist die Tür häufiger offen und es zieht dementsprechend.

Was kann man anderes sagen als was für ein gemütlicher Ort, netter Service und geschmackvoll vielseitiges leckeres Essen. Wir waren zu Viert zum Essen und bestellten: Frühlingsrollen, Sommerrollen und Tempuragemüse (alles vegetarisch) als Vorspeise und 23b, 29a, 42 und 45 als Hauptgerichte. Alle Vorspeisen sind der Wahnsinn gewesen. Die Hauptspeisen waren optisch makellos und geschmacklich optimal abgerundet, mit der Ausnahme der Nummer 45. Diese war eine Geschmacksexplosion. Mein absolut neues Lieblingsgericht. Zu trinken hatten wir ein Lycheegetränk, ein Mangolassi und ein Pfirsichgetränk. Wunderschön hergerichtet, endlos lecker und alleine schon Grund genug, das Lokal zu besuchen. Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man lecker in Bernau etwas Vietnamesisches essen gehen möchte (inwiefern es authentisch vietnamesisches Essen ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen). Wir kommen noch häufiger wieder!

Gutes Essen, Top Lage. Leckere Getränke. Faire Preise. Sehr guter Service. Das Ambiente ist einfach gehalten aber dennoch mit asiatischem Akzent. Das Essen ist ja immer auch Geschmackssache - bei mir trifft es ganz gut. Ich mag das Myanchi.

Das Ambiente ist ok. Jetzt nichts wirklich besonderes. Allerdings war das Essen außergewöhnlich. Hab in meinem Leben, bin mittlerweile 48, bei einigen Asiaten gegessen. Das Essen ist unbeschreiblich. Traditionelles Geschirr und ungewöhnliche Sushi Varianten, z.b. frittiert. Noch nie habe ich so guten rohen Fisch gegessen, wie dort . Dazu sehr nettes asiatisches Personal.

Wir holen uns gern Essen aus dem Myanchi togo, haben Heute aber zum zweiten Mal reichlich Haare im Glasnudelsalat gehabt. Unappetitlich, geht garnicht….
