Very nice and friendly staff. The dishes chosen were very tasty (red curry and duck in bread) and the price was completely reasonable. The atmosphere is relatively urban, but still somehow cozy. All in all, highly recommended.

We have been to Kim's several times and the first few times everything was perfect. Last time we were a bit disappointed about the long waiting time, but today it was the worst. Arrived at 6 p.m., there were only 3 tables occupied, after 30 minutes we were able to order the drinks and food. After waiting for 1 hour we wanted to cancel the meal and the boss said the food would be there soon. After another 30 minutes, the 4 meals we ordered came 10 minutes apart and 2 of them were not the dishes we had ordered. A big disappointment, we will not visit the restaurant again.

Was delicious. I recommend the Pho soup and the Vietnamese coffee. Service was also very nice. We recommend. We went there again and ate hot pot and grilled food. It was really tasty and sufficient. It is served with rice and noodles. I can highly recommend it for a social evening with friends.

If you eat locally it's good - good service, food is tasty and comes quickly. However, if you order at least 1 thing is forgotten, the food is rather tasteless and always at least 1 hour later than agreed - you then have to wait a good 2.5 hours. The delivery service can definitely still be improved!

Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Vorspeisen und auch verschiedene Hauptgänge die alle super waren. Preis Leistung ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

So the delivery service is not recommended, we have already ordered several times and out of 10 orders, 8 times something was missing and it wasn't there at all. In addition, they take forever and significantly overestimate the delivery time. The problem is that the shop can somehow survive, because unfortunately Bernau is a bit poor with Asians who also deliver... there is too little competition here, such as: B. in Berlin, where the store has to impress. The food is ok; But I wouldn't recommend the sushi because it arrives warm and that's okay!!!! Compensation is not even offered for incorrect delivery, even though it is their fault and this is unfortunately also the case at the language level. I'm just disappointed for the prices, which are quite expensive here.

Today we enjoyed an evening for two at Kim Sushi with a delicious hot pot. The stock for the Dutch oven was very aromatic and the ingredients were all fresh. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The Dutch oven was an experience for the senses that we will definitely enjoy again soon. A clear recommendation to try something new.

Zero stars! Delivery took over two hours. After 1.5 hours of ordering we called and the lady said the order was on the way. She didn't even ask what order it was. We live 7 minutes away and it still took another 40 minutes! The driver was unimpressed when I said I had already canceled because it was taking too long. No apologies, no discount. I can't rate the food because the driver was allowed to take it back with him. Customer service/delivery is zero! Unfortunately not again!

Asian specialties are pretty good. Specialties from various corners of Asia are offered, adapted to Bernau's taste. The ambience is special and the service is friendly. What you won't find are mountains of sodium glutamate in food. Thank you 🙏 for that. The Vietnamese espresso on sweet coffee cream with a hint of salt is a blast. Your stomach will be happy with the fresh ginger tea, optionally with mint and lemongrass. Price/performance and portions are consistent. What you don't get is fast food, so please take your time, the food is freshly prepared. Have fun trying it out, we'll be back 😊.

This experience is exclusively from the delivery service! The food is always very tasty and arrives warm. I wonder about the economy of some dishes though? For example, there is not enough rice for the curry, but rice is the cheapest part. Likewise, people really look for the honey on the baked bananas.

I can't judge the food because I didn't get any. I ordered after 1 hour and 30 minutes then called when my food was coming and I was told it would be about 60 minutes. Well I didn't get my food because they said I should pick it up or I wouldn't get any food and then they just hung up on me I said please deliver and they said okay.

One star is too many. Table reserved and you are ignored. After ordering all the dishes, we got the starter after an hour... I don't know what else there is to say about that. After another half hour our table received the food in two plate increments and it wasn't even warm! Not a recommendation, but everyone has to know for themselves.

We have been here three times now and each time it has been unbeatable. The service is great. The food is plentiful and very, very good quality. We wish Kim and her family all the best. Kim volunteers to look after disabled children in Bernau and Vietnam.

I've been to this restaurant a few times now, but today was the highlight...food was lukewarm, staff totally overwhelmed, I wanted a simple scoop of sorbet for dessert...to which the answer...no, that's not possible. I just do it I don't have to and don't want to understand Sushi.

This review ONLY refers to the delivery service and not to the restaurant visit. We have been “regular customers” of Kim’s for years. I have always been very satisfied, the price-performance ratio was great, the food was always very tasty, the selection of dishes was absolutely satisfactory and the delivery was always uncomplicated. Unfortunately, there have been several faux pas for months that we have always overlooked. But after yesterday's order we can't do that anymore. I pre-ordered food for 7pm around 5pm. Shortly after I sent the order, I received a response/request as to whether delivery could not take place until 8 p.m. No problem I thought, it's Saturday and probably a lot to do. BUT!!!! Even this delivery time chosen by Kim herself was not met. Unfortunately, not for the first time... After I tried several times to reach someone by phone (both landline and cell phone) and couldn't get anyone on the line, we drove to the restaurant at 9 p.m. My husband stayed home in case the delivery did get delivered while I was on my way to see Kim. That's how it happened in the end. The delivery person apologized, but didn't have any change, which I found absurd. The prices on the invoice also didn't match the prices on the homepage, which is an absolute disgrace! After we finally wanted to eat, we discovered that one dish was missing (but it was on the bill), one dish was wrong (even though the correct one was on the bill) and, to top it off, my curry didn't contain any rice. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I didn't report the "errors" back by phone because I didn't want to wait another 1-2 hours. My conclusion from this and past disappointments: You, Sushi Kim, unfortunately lost me and my partner as customers who use your delivery service.

yesterday I ordered food at 4 pm for 7 pm. half an hour after 7 pm I questioned your company were my food is I get an answer at 9:40 pm that say "yes" just "yes" nothing else and the food never came. that's no costumer service I know. it's just nothing.

Food tastes very good, but the delivery service is a disaster. Forgot the order for the second time. When you call and ask, you get rude. Addendum: Ordered again in the hope that it would get better. Order sent via WhatsApp at 12:30 for delivery at 7:30 p.m. Confirmation came back promptly. 7:20 p.m. The table was set, at 7:45 p.m. there was still no food. When I tried to call, of course no one answered. After the 20th attempt, someone picks up. Quick question whether we have an order and a confirmation, no waiting for an answer, she just says "I'll check and call back." Of course, 10 minutes later no one called back. So I go there because of course no one answers the phone anymore.

We ordered soup, as we have for many years! Unfortunately, the quantity of glass noodles was reduced to less than half, but the price was the same! When asked, the boss replied that everything was getting more expensive! This is not acceptable without a note on the menu! 26 euros for two soups may still be ok, but reducing the amount is more than borderline... The star rating cannot be completely differentiated, but 1 star would be unfair to the people who work there! But the price-performance ratio, as justified by the boss, doesn't even deserve one star...

Wir nutzen viel den Lieferservice von diesem Restaurant. Die Speisen sind sehr lecker und werden auch heiß serviert, Sushi ist super. Die Wartezeit nach Bestellung ist ok. Die Mitarbeiter und auch der eigene Lieferservice sind sehr freundlich. Heute habe ich einmal per WhatsApp bestellt. Die Bestätigung Bestellung kam zügig zurück.

Leider etwas enttäuscht, hatten bei der Bestellung eine Veränderung des Gerichts gewünscht, welche dann zum Mitnehmen sein sollte. Beim öffnen des versiegelten Aluminium's zu Hause kam dann die Enttäuschung, das es nicht geändert wurde. Service sonst sehr freundlich, leider jedoch das falsche bekommen und zudem mehr berechnet.

Kleine süße Glückskekse, gibt es immer ,auch zum abholen oder liefern ,sowie beim Verzehr vor Ort Kommen immer wieder gern !

Gutes asiatisches Restaurant mit Schwerpunkt auf Sushi, aber auch in anderen Regionen Asiens gut verortet. Sushi sind gut, ich finde die Gerichte aus Vietnam auch sehr empfehlenswert. Ich habe hier schon mehrfach bestellt und auch einmal vor Ort gegessen wenn ich mal in der Gegend bei Freunden zu Besuch bin. Sie empfehlen das Restaurant auch wenn es um Sushi und andere asiatische Spezialitäten hier in Bernau bei Berlin geht. Auf jeden Fall kann ich es auch sehr empfehlen wenn man Mal in der Nähe sein sollte, die Preise sind Fair, das Personal sehr freundlich, leider gibt es ab und zu Verständigungsprobleme, was sich aber alles zum Glück immer irgendwie klären lässt. Wenn man zur Lieferung bestellt sollte man warten können, da sie meistens immer viel zu tun haben und sehr gefragt sind.

Das Essen ist immer frisch zubereitet und es werden ausschließlich Bio Produkte verwendet. Der Service und die Inhaberin sind super lieb. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu Kim.
