5 Sterne sind hier absolut verdient. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die blonde Kellnerin. Selten erlebt man jemanden, der so freundlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig so kompetent ist. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie hat den Besuch für uns wirklich besonders gemacht. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit im Restaurant Hofgeflüster gefeiert und hätten uns keine bessere Location wünschen können. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt. Das Essen: Absolut Spitzenklasse! Unsere Gäste und wir waren restlos begeistert. Jedes Gericht war auf den Punkt genau zubereitet, frisch und geschmacklich ein echtes Highlight. Das Ambiente: Die Location bietet eine wunderschöne, stilvolle und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Personal: Ein riesiges Lob an das gesamte Team. Der Service war unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich, professionell und schnell. Es wurde uns jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen, sodas wir unseren Tag komplett stressfrei genießen konnten. Vielen Dank an das Hofgeflüster-Team, dass ihr unseren großen Tag unvergesslich gemacht habt.

Das Restaurant ist wirklich hervorragend. Kleine, aber doch vielfältige Karte, daher muss man nicht lange suchen um etwas zu finden. Der Service ist super und der Innenhof wirklich ruhig und aufgeräumt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Waren vor Jahren schonmal dort,und sind gerne wiedergekommen. Hotel dabei,Zimmer interessant, sauber für uns zur Zwischenübernachtung perfekt,hatten sogar einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel an der Straße, aber mit Parkscheibe,ansonsten "suchen". Personal Freundlich,auch im Guten Restaurant, und Lecker gegessen. Preis-Leistung voll okay,und kommen gerne wieder.

Wurden herzlichen empfangen wie immer und das Essen ist immer super lecker. Macht weiter so. Kann ich nur empfehlen der sehr gutes Essen schätzt.

Ein kulinarisches Kleinod in Bernau. Wir waren auf einem Abendspaziergang unterwegs und sind hier vorbeigekommen und spontan eingekehrt. Wir hatten Glück, denn es gab noch ein Plätzchen für uns. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, tolles Ambiente und wirklich leckeres Essen. Eine klare Empfehlung. Lieber reservieren, vor allem, wenn man mit mehr als 2 Personen kommt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service

Wir waren zu fünft zu Abend essen und haben sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Toll und hell eingerichtet. Die beiden Mitarbeiter waren auf Zack und trotz des vollen Restaurants nicht überfordert. Nach der Bestellung gab es einen Gruß aus der Küche in Form eines kleinen Wirsingsüppchens. Die Vorspeisen waren schnell da und schmeckten allen. Die Hauptgänge Filetschnitzel, Kalbsleber, Riesengulasch und 2 üppig gefüllte Burger ließen auch keinen Grund zur Klage zu. Alles in allem ein toller Abend mit wunderbarem Essen. Lediglich die Lautstärke im Restaurant war etwas hoch, da es keine Teilungen im großen Raum gibt. Für einen bestimmt auch sehr leckeren Nachtisch war einfach kein Platz mehr. Also haben wir den ausgelassen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr gutes Essen in schönem Ambiente.

Mein Mann und ich waren gestern im Restaurant Hofgeflüster essen und wir waren wieder einmal begeistert. Wir feiern jedes Jahr unseren Hochzeitstag dort – und sogar unsere Hochzeit vor drei Jahren haben wir an diesem wunderschönen Ort gefeiert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir diesmal unseren Kellner: Er war unglaublich aufmerksam, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Genau die richtige Mischung! Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man ihn brauchte, hat uns freundlich beraten und insgesamt dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Eine Bedienung, wie man sie sich wünscht – dezent, präsent und sehr professionell. Wir kommen selbstverständlich weiterhin jedes Jahr wieder und können das Restaurant absolut empfehlen! 🙌🥰

Ich war heute das erste Mal im Restaurant Hofgeflüster. Bisher habe ich viel gutes gehört. Also bin ich dem Wunsch meiner Ehrenamtler nachgekommen und wir haben dort unsere traditionelle Weihnachtsfeier und wir sagen unseren Familien danke dort statt. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal. Auch die warte Zeiten wären absolut angemessen. Es war viel zu tun, es gab mehrere großere Gruppen. Trotzdem war es sehr nett und persönlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Ganz herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für den wirklich gelungene Abend.

Waren heute zum zweiten Mal im Hofgeflüster essen. Und gerne jederzeit wieder. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Tolle Deko, viel Liebe fürs Detail, Lesebrillen zum Ausleihen... und dann das freundliche lächelnde zuvorkommende Personal. Wirklich ein sehr positives Erlebnis. Und nun zum Essen... Wir haben selten so lecker uns reichlich gegessen. Die Preise für die Menge und der guten Qualität auf dem Teller definitiv ok und gerechtfertigt. Wir sind wieder total begeistert gewesen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Fantastic! We spontaneously reserved a table to enjoy some time alone together – and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant is perfectly located: its courtyard setting immediately creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere that we loved right away. The ambiance is very cozy, and the service is exceptionally polite and attentive. The food is of a very high standard. The prices are absolutely reasonable – certainly not cheap, but perfectly fair for the quality offered. My conclusion: We will definitely be back. A truly top-notch restaurant in Bernau!

We were only there for the food. It was excellent, though. Some might say it's expensive, but the quality definitely justifies the price.

Delicious food and nice ambience

After our very positive experience at its sister venue, Gasthaus Lindow, we chose Hofgeflüster for our wedding reception this time due to capacity constraints. What can we say? Right after saying "I do," this decision was definitely our best. The venue – tasteful, modern, yet cozy. The team – very guest-oriented, quick, and very friendly. The food – simply delicious. The guesthouse – beautiful, modernly furnished rooms, which, due to the building's layout, are a bit small but still perfectly adequate. The breakfast – tasty, fresh, and a great start to an eventful day. In conclusion – if we weren't so determined to only get married once, we would certainly hold our next celebration at Hofgeflüster again.

Once and never again! We had reserved a table. The food and drinks arrived promptly. But... the waitress kept coming around and irritating us. At 5:30 p.m., the waitress came back to our table and provocatively said how late it was. They needed the table, exactly this table. Mind you, the other tables were unoccupied. We won't see anything so rude again. How can people treat guests like that!? In general, we had the impression and feeling that we weren't welcome here. And the prices for the food are also incredibly high. It borders on extortion. There are definitely cheaper and better restaurants where you also feel welcome.

We had a wonderful meal in a beautiful outdoor area. The lady who served us was very friendly.

A very pleasant ambiance in both the restaurant and the guesthouse, thanks to the beautifully restored half-timbered buildings. The guesthouse is particularly interesting due to its historic flair. The food in the restaurant was very good and plentiful, with a reasonable wait time. The service was particularly friendly, especially child-friendly, and responsive to guests' requests. The prices are relatively high, but in our opinion, just about reasonable for what is offered. Parking is limited, but there are inexpensive and sometimes free parking spaces nearby.

We were at Hofgeflüster last night and immediately felt at home. We were seated at a beautifully set table. Service was excellent and very attentive. THANK YOU Huge praise to the kitchen. The food was incredibly delicious, beautifully presented, and the portions were plentiful. THANK YOU The value for money is completely justified. Everything was great, we'll definitely be back.

The service was very attentive, and as a small greeting from the kitchen, there was broccoli soup – very tasty and a really nice gesture. The burger was homemade, huge, and overall good – almost too big for my taste 😅. The mustard and mayonnaise sauce was okay, but nothing particularly tasty. I was a bit surprised by the price: I had seen a photo of the menu online on Google Maps that showed a price of €14 (although I didn't pay attention to the date). The actual price for the burger was €22.90 – that's quite a significant difference. If, like me, you want mayo and ketchup with the fries, it's an additional €2, and a 0.5-liter bottled Coke costs €6. Overall, it's not a cheap treat – the prices could be reconsidered, in my opinion. I really like the option to take leftovers home: You can borrow a lunch box for a €5 deposit – a sustainable concept! For out-of-town guests, a simple cardboard box might be helpful as an alternative. Overall, though, it's a good system.

We went there for lunch with friends on a weekday. As a precaution, we had reserved a table, but at least at that time of day, it wasn't necessary. Our table was on the terrace, which we liked. Our order was taken quickly and served promptly. The food was delicious. The prices are a bit high, but the food is worth it. However, we found the manner of the gentleman who served us to be somewhat arrogant and unpleasant. Perhaps it was the owner? In any case, we would have preferred to avoid the inappropriate and snippy comments directed at our friends. What a shame!

We definitely want to give this great restaurant a positive review. We were really thrilled by the cozy and chic ambience on site, the loving decoration, the diverse selection of food, the tasty and visually appealing dishes as well as the warm and attentive staff. We will definitely stop by again soon and we really felt completely at home. It's great that German cuisine and great service are still the focus here. Far too rarely the case! A very good meal, excellent service, who naturally fulfilled special requests, and a delicious wine at just the right temperature. And all this for a spontaneous lunch. I wasn't expecting this, as the Brandenburg countryside has a reputation for serving simple meals in a rather short manner. With this food, I could easily imagine taking a short weekend trip to Bernau – it's less than 30 minutes from Potsdamer Platz!

Can you also give six stars? There were five of us and we had dinner in the evening. The Restsurant was built in a historic building on the city wall. The restoration and furnishings were completely to my taste. But that's only on the sidelines. The ladies from Servive were quick, friendly, always there, but never intrusive. The food was really a pleasure. It tasted good and was also very attractively presented. Overall, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back a few more times.

Today we went to the Hofgefrischer restaurant for the first time. A very nice restaurant, very, very good and friendly service and first-class food. We'll definitely be back.

You will find this pretty little restaurant right on the back of the historic city wall. The food is of excellent quality and freshly prepared. The portions are balanced. A cozy but modern interior, with a winter garden. From spring to autumn you can sit beautifully outside. Condition is friendly and accommodating. I have been here several times since the last review and can always confirm my rating. Friendly, courteous, selected dishes, freshly prepared and delicious.

Vorab: die negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht bestätigen!!!! Wir sind ohne Reservierung, auf gut Glück zum Restaurant gefahren. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und liebevoll empfangen und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Eine kleine, aber feine Karte. Die Allergien meiner Frau wurden berücksichtigt und es gab gute Empfehlungen der Bedienung! Nach dem Gruß des Hauses kam auch bald die Vorspeise. Die Kürbissuppe war sehr gut, auch die Burrata ist zu empfehlen. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir Ente und die Schnitzel vom Schweinefilet. Beides war auch super lecker. Das Schnitzel keinesfalls trocken und die Bratkartoffeln schwammen nicht im Fett. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Abend mit einem leckeren Essen! Von uns gibt es volle Punktzahl!

A place where you can eat well-groomed and "elegant". It is very beautiful here, especially at Christmas time. You definitely have to try it out.

First of all, the food was very good, albeit at a hefty price. Unfortunately, the handling of the regulation of the deposit of €20 per person was done very poorly. I understand if you want to secure your sales and don't want empty tables. But if 8 out of 10 people show up and make a decent amount of sales, the deposit shouldn't simply be withheld for the 2 missing people (sick children). Especially since this was not mentioned in advance when purchasing the tickets, nor on the evening itself, but only when the invoice was issued. In addition, arguments were misinterpreted in an invasive form (content from private conversations at the table was used by the staff) (alone a bottomless impudence). Again for the aggressive waitress: sick children with colds = sleeping! And yes, instead of giving away €40, we took two meals for an impressive €63 in additional €15 deposit boxes. Great. The store will never see us again.

Auf Empfehlung haben wir hier einen Tisch reserviert. Das Ambiente und die Speisen sind sehr ansprechend. Die Bedienung war allerdings nach anfänglicher Freundlichkeit dann später zynisch und sarkastisch. Der Preis des Essens war nicht gerade erschwinglich und als wir „nur“ 5 EUR Trinkgeld gaben (Anmerkung: für 3 Personen haben wir mehr als 130 EUR bezahlt), meinte der Kellner: „…andere geben mehr!“ Mit diesem Satz und Verhalten hat er alles zunichte gemacht. Wir werden definitiv nicht wieder kommen.

The Hofgehisper is an insider tip in Bernau with pleasant service and good cuisine. Although the menu is small, it's difficult to choose - everything tastes good and is freshly prepared. Every time we visit Bernau we make a detour there.

The service begins with the reservation. My 84-year-old father-in-law wanted to order a 2-day hotel stay by phone and was turned away with the information that only orders via the internet form would be accepted. Dear hotel owner, please call all other hotels in Bernau near Berlin and you will find that your whining statement to me about how many reservations are not taken over the phone is a negative unique selling point in your profession. That's exactly why you get this one star from me. (By the way, they were fully booked just after I asked, which makes their approach to older people very questionable.) Conclusion: Without knowing anything about the rest of the house (room quality, etc.), I give this house the quality rating "definitely not recommended and extremely unfriendly towards older people".

Very nicely nestled on the city wall, a cozy courtyard ... of course also with a corresponding interior area. In the evening we really recommend going outside because of the cozy atmosphere...lighting. The food was very tasty, not a thick menu...wonderful. You have to be a little patient, but the chef does it freshly and with love.

Nice place, but waited 1.5 hours for the food with children. The starter itself took over an hour to arrive By then we were already on our second liter... In the case of the burger, the pattie fart was dry and tasteless and the bun was very crispy on top, extremely hard on the bottom and could hardly be cut with a knife. The 35€ stack was super tasty, as was the small soup. But how can you sell a burger like that and keep guests waiting so long when the hut is only half full? We paid almost €300 with 6 adults and two children. We'll come back if we feel like it, but otherwise definitely not. Bathroom on the upper floor can only be reached via stairs!

Selten so schlecht gegessen! Mit 12 Personen aus Berlin hin gefahren! Völlig trockene Schnitzelchen, macht man auch nicht aus Filet, Champignonsauce ,eine Pampe mit wenigen Pilzstücken,geschmacklos! Und Bratkartoffeln mit Speck! Weder das eine noch das andere sind wohl an der Pfanne vorbeigelaufen! Das kann jeder Schüler besser! Trotz Hunger,nicht aufgegessen! Einzig de Sekt war 1a.

Goulash tough, staff a bit arrogant

Went to Hofgehisper for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. Great service, the child automatically gets their main course with the adults' starter (PERFECT), everyone was super friendly, the food was really tasty, the location is very well maintained and attractive.
