Be careful! The restaurant is run by Israelis—nothing wrong with that, but nothing tastes truly authentically Lebanese. Instead, go to restaurants with authentic Lebanese cuisine.

Great service, very nice atmosphere, invites you to have nice conversations, delicious food with a good selection and price-performance ratio is absolutely right.

I went to Mahas for the first time with a friend. Neither of us had ever eaten Lebanese before. The dishes were absolutely delicious and really well prepared. The homemade lemonade was very refreshing. The service was pleasant. We'd love to come back!

We were greeted very friendly by the owner and accompanied to a beautifully set table. We were 3 friends and we had it for the first time. Tried Lebanese food. Unfortunately our meal was rather disappointing. We all ordered a warm dish for around €25 per person, but you get a small warm dish, the rest cold wasn't particularly much for 3 people. It's a real shame that we won't come twice.

My friend and I went to this Lebanese restaurant yesterday. We had booked a light art (light photography) event for 25 euros per person, which turned out to be a huge disappointment. Boring and uninspiring. No trace of positive group dynamics. There was a lack of communication skills, by which I mean interactive communication, empathy and commitment. An embarrassing rather than positive atmosphere, without motivation and inspiration. We 4 paying participants agreed - Not recommended!!! Since we were sitting in a back room where all the furniture was somehow pushed together to make room for the workshop, we couldn't really feel the ambiance of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations - it was more reminiscent of fast food quality. We also had the M7 a Mesa platter with falatel and chicken fillet with grilled potatoes in a coriander-lemon-garlic marinade for 52.90 euros!!! I can't judge whether the price is reasonable, but I've definitely had better food for a reasonable price. The chicken with the potatoes was lukewarm and dry. Even the falafel didn't seem to be homemade; They were very reminiscent of those from a fast food restaurant and were also dry. I would be surprised if the bread were homemade. It tastes like it came out of the bag and was served to us cold. There was no opportunity for feedback on site - we weren't even asked if everything was okay 😌. Overall, I think it's a shame because I would really like to leave the Mahas a positive review. I think if you haven't eaten Lebanese before, the oriental (Lebanese) cuisine here will leave a positive impression, but anyone who has had experience before may be disappointed. ‎“الطعام هو طريق إلى قلب الإنسان.” - “Food is the way to a person’s heart.” It's a shame that this wasn't fully implemented here. I sincerely hope that the feedback encourages positive changes. Everything deserves a second chance. ❤️

Last night, I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant with my friends. We had arranged to have dinner there, and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone loved it! The staff was not only friendly but also extremely professional, explaining the menu to us in detail and with great expertise. The food was simply outstanding – incredibly flavorful and perfectly prepared. I ordered a set menu, with each course served directly to my table. There were both cold and hot dishes, all freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. Truly a delight! We were also particularly impressed by the owner of the restaurant, who was extremely warm and friendly. We were all so impressed that we would definitely recommend the restaurant. Libanesisches Restaurant mit landestypischen Speisen. Verschiedene Vorspeisen, Salate und Hauptgericht Erden in kleinen Schüsseln serviert. Alles mit frischen Zutaten und orientalischen Gewürzen zubereitet. Es gibt Deutsches und libanesisches Bier nebst libanesischem Wein. Preis mit 30-40€ pro Person inklusive Getränken ok.

The staff was really nice, which is why I thought long and hard about how to rate it. Unfortunately, our meal was rather disappointing. We had a selection of different specialties for two people for just under 53 euros. This gives you a small hot dish, the rest is cold; not particularly overpriced for the hefty price. You get full because you can have as much flatbread as you like, but the price/performance ratio just isn't quite right. The drinks are also rather expensive. We were in the back room, which would have been more cozy if it weren't for the cold white LED spotlights, along with the actually pleasant lighting. The owner is very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately that's not enough for us to want to come back again.

October 2022: 5 stars: super tasty, menus very extensive with a large selection. Very quick preparation even though all tables were occupied. Delicious drinks. Moderate prices. Very friendly staff. Gladly again 👍 September 2020: 4 stars: Very friendly service. Food delicious despite being organic too expensive. Especially the vegetarian food and the shrimp. With cheaper prices there will definitely be more guests.

We were at Mahas for the first time, We were completely satisfied in all respects Food, service and ambience, it was all good and a successful evening for us. I absolutely cannot understand the criticism on the internet that some people have written...very expensive or not enough food.🤷🏻‍♂️ I feel like people don't really understand the concept. We had the Mesa for small and large parties, from 3 people. This includes: 5 cold Mesa dishes, 5 warm Mesa dishes, Dessert of the day If some of the food is empty, the food will be delivered again.!!! Very nice for good eaters 👍 Per person 29.90. We found the menu not too expensive due to the quantity and the fact that fresh food was used, as it gave you a small impression of Lebanese cuisine. We also found it very pleasant that the boss took care of the guests' well-being on several occasions and answered all questions about the food in detail and to their complete satisfaction. The menu also contains other individual small menus that can be expanded as desired. We will definitely go there again. Birgit and Rainer

Hello Maha's team. First of all, thank you very much for the great hospitality in your restaurant. It was a successful (culinary) evening from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance and taken to our table, which was in the winter garden. We were the only guests here as all the seats in the front area were occupied, but that didn't bother us at all. All the dishes were explained to us and we decided on 5 tapas dishes, which were completely sufficient. All dishes were fresh and prepared with love and were all super tasty. When things got a little quieter in the restaurant at a later hour, we were able to chat a little with you (Maha and Maya) and find out something about the history of the restaurant and you. An extra thank you for that. I wish you all the best for your project and that many more guests agree with me. Greetings from sunny Spain...Oliver

Die Qualität des Essens und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Restaurant haben auf jeden Fall fünf Sterne verdient. Das ganze Team dort ist extrem serviceorientiert und besonders freundlich. Die Gerichte sind außergewöhnlich zusammengestellt und man hat ein Speiseerlebnis der besonderen Art und es ist vor allen Dingen etwas anderes. Es setzt sich von der Masse ab. Wir sind schon bald wieder dort zu Gast !!!

We had a wonderful evening! We immediately felt very comfortable because the service was consistently warm. We ate the Mesa platter for 5 people and ate our way through the menu. We loved everything! Every new bowl brought us joy. Thanks for the lovely evening! We'll definitely be back!

We booked a table for 4 here for my birthday on the recommendation of friends. In order to better test and get to know the Lebanese dishes, we were allowed to choose the menu for large groups after consulting our waitress. It was a huge pleasure to try out the different bowls and pans. The quality was consistently good and each of us was equally satisfied 😁. If necessary, we were refilled straight away, so we were able to enjoy a small all-inclusive buffet. The service was very friendly and attentive and contributed greatly to this successful evening.

We found it by chance while out for a walk the day before yesterday and tried it out straight away yesterday. We find eating out difficult because we cook very well ourselves, and we find franchises unsatisfying to miserable – we were extremely happy and satisfied at this restaurant. Fantastic vegan food! It was sooooo delicious!! Finally, eating out happily again and supporting the right people. You can taste the heart of your work in your dishes! Okay, I would have preferred the bread at fattousch to be greasy, but everyone probably likes and does things differently :D We're already looking forward to the next time :)

We were there for the first time yesterday. Invited by friends who had already been there several times and were always enthusiastic. Since I'm not really the type to like the dishes on the menu, I was a little skeptical. But I would be surprised - super great plates, second helpings no problem, great food quality and great service. There was also a chat with the boss. We'll be back!

Great Lebanese cuisine and fantastic ambience. There is a great winter garden and in summer you can even sit outside under umbrellas. We had a mixed Mesa platter and loved it. A wide variety of salads, falafel and crispy flatbread rounded off the experience. The salads were very fresh with lemon juice and oriental spices. The service is attentive and friendly, we had nothing to complain about. A full recommendation from us, we'll be back and I'm looking forward to a big salad...

We regularly come to Maha in this beautiful atmosphere either privately or with the dance school. The food is excellent, the best baba ganoush I have ever tried! Everything is fresh and attractively prepared. Maha is a great hostess. The service is great, all dishes are explained to new visitors. I have experienced the Orient through my profession and for me it is the best Lebanese cuisine far and wide.

I had the pleasure of dining at this Lebanese restaurant and loved it. We had the M9 menu (one of everything for three people). The dishes were authentic and prepared with a lot of love. Particularly noteworthy are the fresh falafels and the brilliant beef flatbread. The atmosphere was inviting and the service was extremely friendly and attentive. A culinary experience that I highly recommend!

This was our third time in the restaurant and we were completely satisfied again. This time with friends who were there for the first time and were thrilled. The Mesa plate is always a recommendation. The staff is very friendly but sometimes unsure and inexperienced. However, the dishes were explained in detail.

I really liked the food and services here. The falafel and hummus were delicious. The breast chicken seemed like chicken tikka and was amazing. Although, lentil was a bit bland but was still properly cooked and tasty. The walls in the sitting has shards of glass in as Decor, which look pretty. But, was dangerous. So don’t stick too close to that wall.

We recently had the opportunity to do this Lebanese/oriental restaurant to visit and Mahas would like to share our experiences. The food in Restaurant was delicious and authentic, with a variety of traditional dishes tasted good to us. The flavors and the Quality of the food was definitely one Highlight. Unfortunately we have to say that the service the restaurant was disappointing. The Staff seemed inattentive and uninterested in the needs of the guests to be. The waiting times were very long, even though the restaurant was not full of guests and there was an overall lack of professionalism Dealing with guests. Although the food left a positive impression left behind, we can do so because of the poor service only a limited one Make a recommendation for the restaurant. We hope the service quality gets better.

Das Essen ist gut, aber tatsächlich nicht überragend. Es gibt libanesische oder syrische Imbisse, die die Klassiker wie Hummus, Taboule etc. auch nicht schlechter machen. Dafür sind die winzigen Portionen dann leider gnadenlos überteuert. Eine vegetarische Platte für zwei Personen (siehe Foto, dazu kamen noch sechs Falafelbällchen) für knappe 50 € ist deutlich zu viel. Dazu gab es eine "hausgemachte Zitronenlimonade mit Minze", die nach stillem Wasser schmeckt, nicht ein Ansatz von Zitrone war zu erkennen, und das für 6,90 €. Schade, das Lokal wurde mir empfohlen, daher waren die Erwartungen hoch.

Pre-review: I wanted to take a look because it's right around the corner. A bit gloomy from the outside. I have to say, I now view these Google reviews as more than critical. Almost full marks, I'm skeptical right from the start, just like I was with the steakhouse next door. Everywhere you look, everything is great, great, great and afterwards you think, what was that? I'll go there alone to prove myself wrong. But if there were only 5-star restaurants and chefs, something must be wrong.

My absolute favorite restaurant in RE!!! Excellent food in a great atmosphere. The service (like everywhere) depends on the people who are there. I've experienced everything from 3-5+ stars there. But: I like to go back every time!

Wir waren mit 9 Personen im Mahas um einen Geburtstag zu feiern. Wir wählten M9, eine Auswahl von Speisen mit der Option alles nachzubestellen. Die Speisen wurden bereits vor den Getränken serviert, der Zimmerwarme Weißwein stand auf der Therke während drei junge Leute hinter der Theke minutenlang mit wachsender Freude auf ein Handy starrten. Die Speisen kalt und warm wurden gemeinsam gebracht und alles warme war bereits kalt. Wir wurden nicht gefragt ob wir noch etwas wünschen, mussten mehrmals auf uns aufmerksam machen und auch dann wurde die Hälfte vergessen. Die Speisen waren einfach aber lecker, Preis/Leistung absolut unangemessen. Der Service einfach unterirdisch schlecht. Schade aber wir werden keinesfalls wiederkommen.

I came to Mahas on the recommendation of my hotel and wanted to get a taste of Lebanese cuisine. That was a great decision. Very nicely presented, fresh and lovingly prepared food. I had the dish M03a and struggled to eat it all.

Nettes Restaurant in gemütlichen Ambiente. Serviert werden frisch zubereitete Mesa, kleine Porrtionen verschiedener Gerichte. Alles wird frisch zubereitet ist sehr lecker und auf Wunsch gerne noch nachgelegt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Ambiente gefällt mir. Ist zwar sehr modern und somit vielleicht wenig mit Libanon zu tun aber egal. Die Mädchen bemühen sich immer und sind nett. Vor 2-3 Monaten hat mir das Essen gut geschmeckt. Gestern leider nicht. Ich habe fast die selben Gerichte bestellt - die Tomaten - Auberginen Salat (? Bin mir nicht sicher) war viel zu süß, die knoblauchcreme-wodrauf ich mich am meisten gefreut habe - war sauer (Zitrone) und knoblauch musste man sich denken. Haloumi mit Tomaten und Oliven in Backofen - ich dachte das wäre am Stück. Der Haloumi Käse war zerbröselt und mit Tomaten und Oliven in Auflaufförmchen, es war aber ok. Fazit - wenn ich libanesisches Geschmack möchte, fahr ich nach Dortmund nordstadt. Da ist das Ambiente aber nicht so prickelnd 😄

Kleines, exzellentes, sehr liebevoll betriebenes libanesisches Restaurant. Äußerst zuvorkommende Bedienung. Die von uns ausgewählten Speisen waren alle absolut frisch zubereitet und ausgesprochen lecker.

Okay, wo fange ich an? Beim Essen, das ist ja das wichtigste. Wir hatten zu 5 Personen das Menue 9 Plus. Zunächst kamen die kalten Speisen mit Fladenbrot. Die schmeckten lecker. Leider kamen dann in ständiger Reihenfolge -unangekündigt und unaufgefordert- immer wieder die warmen Speisen des Menues bis der Tisch platzte und ich mir vorkam, als ob ich gemästet werden solle. Das Konzept, alles gleichzeitig zu servieren, verstehe ich nicht, denn bevor man überhaupt mal die kalten Speisen probiert hatte, waren die warmen servierten Speisen nicht mehr so warm, wie ich sie gerne gegessen hätte. Kaltes Lamm schmeckt nicht wirklich gut. So war ich schnell fertig mit dem Essen, mir war einfach der Apettit vergangen. Zum Dessert konnte man aus den Desserts wählen. Nur dass nicht mehr alle Deserts vorrätig waren. Und das am Samstag Abend, der eigentlichen Hochsaison zum Essen gehen. Service: Sehr freundliche junge Bedingungen. Den Wein, den man in der Karte findet wird blumig beschrieben ohne Herkunft und Rebsorte. Der von uns gewählte Wein war nicht mehr da (Name laut Karte: Tradition). Uns wurde ein anderer zum Probieren angeboten. Katastrophe. Der Wein roch nach nichts und schmeckte nach Zeitungspapier. Als wir die Servicekraft darauf ansprechen sagt sie, sie hätte keine Ahnung von Wein. Das kann ja sein, aber das Wein nicht nach Druckerschwärze schmecken sollte, müsste man auch als Nichtweinkenner wissen. Dann wurde uns ein trinkbarer Primitivo angeboten. Schade, warum nicht gleich so. Ambiente: Man sitzt in einem achtziger Jahre rustikalem Ambiente mit schwarzen glitzernden Wänden...nicht wirklich unsere Vorstellungen von einem schönen Lokal mit libanesischem Flair. Viel zu Dunkel, leider und eine irre Geräuschkulisse, was wohl auch an dem überaus lauten Nachbarn lag, die wohl dachten, dass sie im voll besetzten Lokal alleine sind. Leider wurde hier nicht mal vom Restaurant um etwas Zurückhaltung gebeten. Unsere deutlichen Hinweise wurde ignoriert. ZUSAMMENFASUNG: Wir haben uns wahrscheinlich ein libanesisches Restaurant vom Ambiente und von der Präsentation anders vorgestellt, mal was außerhalb der deutschen Gaststättenkultur. Leider ist die räumliche Präsentation eher dunkler Standard und die Beschreibung der Speisen in der Karte mangelhaft. Ich konnte mir unter diesen ganzen fremden Namen für Speisen wenig vorstellen. Ein bisschen mehr Mühe mit der Präsentation wäre bei dem angerufenen Preis (ca 50 € pro Person mit Getränken) angebracht. Das ist schade, denn das meiste was ich probiert habe schmeckte gut. Daher ergibt sich ein befriedigender Gesamteindruck. Sehr schade, aber so werden wir nicht wiederkommen, obwohl die Inhaberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich ist, müsste man vielleicht etwas am Konzept arbeiten.

Das Essen ist von der Preisleistung her, das Beste was ich hier in Recklinghausen kenne. Es gibt mehrere Menüs, die man immer wieder nachbestellen kann und die Gertränkeauswahl lässt auch nicht zu Wünschen übrig. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wenn auch in manchen Momenten unaufmerksam. Dennoch hat uns der Abend mehr als überzeugt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren das erste Mal da... und sind ganz hin und weg. Der Service, das Ambiente, vor allem aber die Speisen... fantastisch. Wir haben direkt für unseren Hochzeitstag reserviert und freuen uns schon sehr drauf.

Wir konnten die vielen positiven Kommentare leider nicht bestätigen. Es kann auch sein, dass wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt haben. Die Portionen waren für den Preis zu klein, zudem war das Hähnchen trocken und leicht verbrannt.

Nette Bedienung, leckeres Essen und schönes Ambiente

Ich kannte dieses Restaurant noch nicht. Sehr tolles Ambiente. Sehr gemütlich und so eingerichtet, dass auch bei vielen Gästen man sich noch gut unterhalten kann. Sehr nette Bedienung und es wird einem auch das Essen erklärt. Wir hatten eine Platte für 3 Personen,wir konnten immer nach bestellen, aber es war genug übrig, dass es auch für 4 gereicht hätte plus Nachtisch. Von aussen unscheinbar, eine Beleuchtung oder beleuchtetes Schild wäre super zum besseren finden. Bin erstmal vorbei gefahren. Parkplätze muss man allerdings suchen, da rund herum nur mit Glück etwas zu finden ist oder weiter laufen. Bei den anderen Geschäften darf man dafür auch abends nicht parken.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Mahas und können die teils sehr überschwänglichen Rezensionen nicht bestätigen. Das Ambiente ist ok, nicht zu opulent orientalisch, eher zurückhaltend. Wir hatten die Mesa Platte M8 für 2 Personen bestellt. Die Speisen waren ansprechend in kleinen Pfannen und Schalen arrangiert. Beim probieren stellten wir dann fest, dass das Hühnchen nicht durchgegart war, kann passieren und wurde direkt durch uns reklamiert. Wir bestellten nach geraumer Zeit noch 2 weitere Gerichte und erinnerten an das Hühnchen. Man servierte und das nachträglich bestellte Lamm, das leider sehr knorpelig war und in recht unregelmäßigen Stücken serviert wurde. Der Service teilte uns mit, dass das reklamierte Hühnchen etwas länger dauern würde, da noch eine größere Gästezahl bewirtet werden müsste. Zum Ausgleich für die Wartezeit wurde eine kleine Portion Salat gereicht. Hier hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die Information eher kommt und dass eine andere Kleinigkeit gereicht worden wäre, da wir den Salat bereits als Hauptgang hatten. Wir hatten eher den Eindruck, als wäre das Hühnchen vergessen worden. Als es dann serviert wurde, fehlte die ausgewiesene Sesamsauce. Den Service haben wir als unaufmerksam wahrgenommen. Wir haben nach bestimmt 15 Minuten darum bitten müssen, die bereitgestellte Kerze anzuzünden; es gab erst auf unsere Nachfrage Informationen zu dem fehlenden Gericht; keine Fragen nach zusätzlichen Getränken; zu der M8 gehörte auch ein Dessert - das wurde uns noch nicht einmal angeboten. Selbst die obligatorische Nachfrage beim bezahlen, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war wurde nicht gestellt. Mir ist nicht klar, ob das alles dem Fachkräftemangel geschuldet ist, oder ob das Standard im Mahas ist - ich bin jedenfalls vom ersten Eindruck enttäuscht.

Sind aus Essen zu den Lichterwochen angereist und im Mahroush gelandet. Haben uns eine Platte zu zweit bestellt mit je 5 Vorspeisen kalt und warm . Und als Hauptspeise diverse Fleischsorten mit Salat. Dazu gab es noch Brot und gefülltes Blätterteig-Gebäck. Es war wirklich mehr als reichlich und nicht zu schaffen. Und es war nicht nur viel, sondern auch wirklich lecker. Die Getränke kamen schnell und man fühlte sich gut betreut. Der Kellner hat sich auch die Zeit genommen uns ausführlich zu erklären, was sich in all den zahlreichen Schälchen befindet. Zum Schluss gab es noch einen süßen Gruß aus der Küche. Auch die Nachspeise war ein Gedicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke

Großartiges Humus!!!! Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre.

Ob es an der Auswahl der Speisen lag oder an der Erwartungshaltung kann ich nicht entscheiden, aber mein Gesamteindruck war eher mässig. Vom oft beschriebenen Gewürzduft in der Luft war weder zu riechen noch im Essen zu finden. Die Zitronenlimonade hatte einen bitteren Unterton, als ob die Schale dazwischen gekommen ist. Köstlich waren die Griesskekse, der Rest konnte da im Ansatz nicht mithalten. Dass die Bedienung nichts von den Speisen erläutern konnte und auf die Ms konzentriert war, war überraschend. Lieb und nett, aber nix für ungut - das ist zu wenig. Ambiente ist angenehm, gepflegt und sauber.

Ein ganz wundervolles und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Restaurant. Die Speisekarte ist vielversprechend und die Speisen werden auf den ersten Seiten erklärt. Ein Geschmackserlebnis wartet auf den Gast - einfach toll! Wir haben erfahren, dass auch bald Live-Cooking angeboten wird - unbedingt mitmachen, wird sicher ganz toll.

Ich hatte gerne eine Erklärung gehabt wie man sich die Speisen landestypisch zusammen stellt,den ich glaube res macht Sinn wenn man es isst wie es im Ursprungs Land isst!

Wir waren das erste mal im Restaurant Mahas essen. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es ist erst mal etwas schwierig den Überblick über die verschiedenen Speisen zu bekommen. Aber es wurde uns sehr gut erklärt. Der Service war sehr gut.

Wir sind mehr als begeistert. Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon Gäste in der Altstadt und waren damals sehr begeistert. Heute waren wir in der neuen Lokalität und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Genauso gut wie damals. Das Restaurant selbst, wunderschön. Die Bedienung hätte besser nicht sein können. Freundlich und nicht getrieben, sodass eine wirklich entspannte Atmosphäre aufkam. Das Essen selbst hätte nicht besser sein können. Authentisch, geschmackvoll und toll präsentiert. Die Chefin kam dann auch noch an den Tisch und bot uns an, die Reste für Zuhause einzupacken, da es zu schade wäre es wegzuschmeißen. Egal wo wir bisher gegessen haben, es war das erste mal, dass uns dies angeboten worden ist. Einfach toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Waren heute zum Brunch. Zumindest stand das draußen auf der Tafel. Es war alles sehr übersichtlich, allenfalls ein sehr einfaches Frühstück für einen sehr überzogenen Preis. Pro Person 27,90 €! Für einen solchen Preis erwarte ich schon etwas anderes! Erwähnen möchte ich noch, dass ich regelmäßig zum Brunchen gehe in verschiedensten Restaurants.

Ein tolles Restaurant mit libanesischer Küche. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super frisch und appetitlich zubereitete Speisen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung inklusiv der so authentisch und sympathischen Chefin und Ihr Mann. Ich kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. 🥰

Ich hatte das Mahas aus einer früheren Einladung in angenehmer Erinnerung. Daher hatte ich aufgrund der Werbetafel am Eingang des Restaurants noch zwei weitere Personen zum Brunch eingeladen. Das Ambiente und das Personal waren ausgezeichnet. Leider war ich jedoch über den Brunch maßlos enttäuscht. Für 27,90 € pro Person gab es lediglich ein Frühstück. Die angebotenen Speisen beinhalteten nichts Außergewöhnliches. Die Bezeichnung Brunch passt hierfür leider gar nicht. Im Nachhinein habe ich mir die Speisekarte angesehen. Die Speisen entsprechen schon den dort aufgeführten Sachen. Der Preis ist aber völlig übertrieben. Schade, hätte ich vorher lesen sollen. Aber die Definition Brunch (Zusammensetzung aus Breakfast und Lunch) lässt normalerweise etwas anderes erwarten.

Immer wieder frische, gute Lebensmittel, freundlicher und zuvorkommend Service und tolles Ambiente.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort, leider in einer zu großen Gruppe. Damit war das Personal überfordert. Solange man vegetarische Sachen bestellt hätte, wäre es wohl problemloser gewesen und der vegetarische Anteil war bei unserem Gericht auch sehr lecker. Das große Problem war bei dem Gericht, bei dem es zusätzlich Stücke Fleisch gab, bestellbar ab 5 Personen. Gesagt wurde es ist AI, so dass regelmäßig nachgelegt wird aber wir haben noch nicht einmal alle ein Stück vom Lamm und/oder Huhn bekommen. Schalen mit Rinderhack waren auch dabei und das war auch sehr lecker. Positiv war, dass die Chefin sich am Ende auf einen Preisnachlass bei den Gerichten eingelassen hat. Somit sind wir zwar noch hungrig aber ohne dicken Hals gegangen.

Hallo zusammen , Wir waren gestern mit 12 Leuten das erste mal im Mahas und haben alle die 9 Plus genommen. Essen war super lecker nur keiner von uns ist satt geworden. Wenn man schnell Getränke haben wollte musste man zur Bar gehen dann ging es sonst hat es ewig gedauert.

Auf Empfehlung meiner Tochter, wohnhaft in Marl, aus Wolfenbüttel ( Jägermeister Stadt) zum ersten Mal hier. Komme selbst aus der Gastronomie und bin einfach nur begeistert. Das familiär geführte Restaurant kann ich jedem nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Personal freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und schmackhaft. Wir würden herzlich empfangen und die wohltuende Atmosphäre begleitete und den ganzen Abend. Wir sind äußerst zufrieden. Vielen Dank!!!

Das Essen war wirklich ein Traum! Wer das Mahas besucht, bekommt leckere, frische und schmackhafte Mezze! Die libanesische Küche ist zudem mal eine gesündere Variante zum typischen Burger oder Pizza und auch für Vegetarier oder Veganer super geeignet! Wir hatten uns zu dritt die „Mesa“ für drei Personen geteilt. Es war wirklich reichhaltig und wir haben es tatsächlich nicht aufessen können. Das Ambiente ist modern und gehoben, aber zeitgleich auch typisch orientalisch, sodass man sich bei einem Besuch wirklich nicht nur kulinarisch auf eine Reise begibt. Lediglich einen Punkt Abzug gibt es beim Service, weil wir teilweise leider lange darauf warten mussten, dass wir neue Getränke bestellen konnten und wir auch zum Ende des Abends selbstständig aufstehen und nach der Rechnung fragen mussten, weil niemand mehr vorbei kam. Das hält mich allerdings nicht von einem erneuten Besuch ab.

Ein wirklich sehr gutes Restaurant. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft, frisch und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und hat sofort gesehen wenn etwas leer war. Wir waren zum ersten aber nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Danke

Wir waren gestern Abend dort Essen mein Mann und sein Kumpel waren schon im ersten Laden essen und total begeistert.... Diesmal sind wir Frauen mit gegangen wir waren also 4 Personen.... Das essen ist der Hammer.... Super viele verschiedene Sachen zum teilen , probieren .... Wir Mädels haben jeder 3 unterschiedliche Sachen gegessen und unsere Männer haben sich eine Platte gemischte Sachen geteilt.... Der neue Laden ist sehr sehr schick....man kann sogar draußen sitzen ... Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen...Fahrt hin probiert euch durch.... Im übrigen ist die Chefin super freundlich....
