Nice service, but we found the food rather disappointing. Barely seasoned and mine was almost cold. At €21 per dish, the value for money is simply not right! 6.90 for a large spritzer is also an announcement. I'd love to come back for brunch, maybe it would be more suitable! P.S. We came here to eat and drink on a warm spring day. The Caribbean fish soup tastes mainly of yellow curry powder, i.e. what you can buy in the shaker, a bit of coconut and a bit of fish. A strong fish stock and perhaps a better curry would enhance the dish. The tarte flambée was good, but ordinary and the price-performance ratio was unfortunately subpar. €15.50 for a small tarte flambée is significantly more expensive than in many other restaurants (even the Renger-Patzsch is cheaper). But that applies to all dishes, even the medium-sized fish soup with three shrimps and four pieces of fish is, in my opinion, far too expensive at €15.50. At least there was some bread with it, but I was still hungry afterwards. The wines were all great, the beer was good, but surprisingly expensive at over €6.80 per half liter (0.4l for €5.5). But the fruit spritzer also costs an impressive €5.90 per 0.5l. The location, especially the terrace, is great and very comfortable. The service was friendly and quite quick in a professional manner. Unfortunately, this doesn't compensate for the poor price-performance ratio, so we won't be visiting the restaurant again.

We were in Lenzig again with friends. As always, the food was delicious, down-to-earth, refined and sufficient. The wine is delicious and the service is top notch. We'd love to come back.

We celebrated our brunch after our civil wedding at Restaurant Lenzig and it was simply perfect. The service team was incredibly professional and looked after us wonderfully. The food was absolutely delicious and the ambience was just right for our special day. We would definitely like to come back and highly recommend Lenzig!

We felt very comfortable - in front of a candlelight group in the Apostle Paul Church. Main course and dessert were very tasty.

A carafe of tap water in the restaurant costs 2.90 euros. So-called “service fee”!!! Apple spritzer (0.5 liters) 6.90 euros! A small water 3.30 euros. Breaded pork schnitzel "Viennese style" 24.90 euros, a hamburger with fries 19.90 euros. The service was good, but the bitter aftertaste of the outrageous prices cannot be made up for. I hope the owner pays 2.90 euros for tap water or 6.90 euros for apple spritzer. If you go, it's your own fault. Arrivederci and never again.

we visited Lenzig on a sunny Sunday. We sat outside beautifully, quiet, hardly any traffic, good service, relatively good selection at breakfast, salads and also standard dishes for brunch. There is something for every taste including vegetarian and vegan.

Very nice brunch place in a relaxing surrounding. Prices are reasonable for the area and the quality of the food matches them. Service was friendly, attentive, and their menu is also available in English. It just feels like they have too little people for such a big place, but honestly this was not a problem. I recommend the Interessante Mischung brunch menu!

We had a superb dinner here. Surpassed expectations. Everything was excellent. The meatballs we had were wonderful. The chicken dish was very good. The wine was outstanding and service was excellent throughout. The restaurant was buzzy and staff were friendly and clearly proud of what they were doing. Our best meal out on our Berlin trip.

At lunchtime the selection is rather poor and very expensive. The food is really beautifully presented. It's probably better if you don't go there until the evening. We were kind of disappointed because of the lunch menu.

Be careful when making reservations in Lenzig!! Unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed at Lenzig for a family celebration. Months ago we made reservations for a group of 18 people in the restaurant, first in writing and then in person, and then discussed the menu over the phone. Everything was resolved. Yesterday we received an online cancellation, around two weeks before the family celebration. When we asked, we were told that the reservation was not valid because the boss had not personally approved it. Now it is reserved for another group and there is nothing more that can be done. Now we are about to have a family celebration without a restaurant.

I was in Lenzig for the first time about 10 years ago and have loved coming here ever since. I haven't had a single bad experience there: the food and wine are always delicious. The service staff, no matter who they are, are always super friendly, courteous and professional! And it's very nice to sit inside and outside. However, I recommend making a reservation, apparently I'm not the only one enthusiastic...👏👏👏

Lenzig is one of my favorite restaurants in Berlin. I love breakfast. It has names like “strong appearance” or “Italy is the main thing”. Hard decision!

Well-prepared food. Excellent quality. Pleasant and attentive service. Smoothly working reservation system. Near U-Bahn station. Recommended.

We were there for breakfast and it was very tasty and sufficient. The service was also really nice and attentive. The only thing I found very bad, unfortunately, was the changing facilities for our child. There was also a sign on the toilet, which was supposed to be for wheelchair users, indicating a changing table. The toilet was more of a storage room for all sorts of cleaning supplies. There was neither a changing facility nor was the room large enough for a wheelchair. Unfortunately I had to change diapers on the floor. I don't know if there was a changing facility in the women's restroom, but if there is a sign there should be one in the room. It would be nice if the restaurant upgraded.

Things have changed for the better. I haven't been there for several years because the service was poor back then. Now it looks different, I was here for breakfast: more staff, everyone was very friendly, good food, quickly served at a manageable price. Highly recommended & would be happy again. UPDATE 02/28/24: Unfortunately the schnitzel wasn't as I imagined it would be - potato salad was fridge cold, the schnitzel on top was just warm, the plate wasn't preheated. It is better to preheat the plate, serve the side salad separately, with the schnitzel and potato salad next to each other on the plate.

We ate at Lenzig again after a long time. The food is still delicious, but the prices are no longer right. Particularly annoying: 0.2 liters of wine became 0.15 liters. For €6.90. That means €9.20 for 0.2 liters. The catering industry is really exaggerating at the moment. The general prices are falling, only there are things going up. And then this nonsense with the 0.15 liters. Then you lose the desire to come. I find it very annoying.

Delicious breakfast, a very nice and attentive waiter

It's a shame - on our last visit the waiter ignored us despite our seventh, and the vase we requested came after a good 20 minutes. The coffee ordered for breakfast came much later. By the way, the restaurant wasn't full. There were only 2 types of cheese on the plate instead of the 3 listed on the menu. After complaining, the third variety was brought to me, but I had to request this separately for my husband, who had the same breakfast. Lt. To the waiter, this was a gesture of goodwill; we would have received more Gouda slices (originally individually packaged, which was easy to see). When we commented that we had been coming to Lenzig for over 10 years with different numbers of people, he replied that we had been somewhere else. I replied that this would be a rather cheeky remark. 'You're cheeky' was his reply, which fortunately I only found out about from my companion afterwards. Well, it's a shame, we'll probably look for a new restaurant for family and friends to have breakfast together - never again in Lenzig

I celebrated my birthday with 6 friends on Sunday February 11th. We were there at 11:30 a.m. for breakfast, the food was excellent!!! What I would particularly like to emphasize is the competent and very attentive service. The boys were not only friendly but also not pushy, as if they could read minds. I come from the industry and really appreciate good service!!! Thanks for the great afternoon!!!!

Been there several times. Always delicious. Evening and lunchtime. Small menu, but always fresh and good. I would say typically Schöneberg. Not typically German. So if you're looking for something "down-to-earth" in the best sense of the word, you've come to the right place.

With 10 people you don't get breakfast. But a brunch for €20 per person without drinks. It was explained to us that everything that belongs to breakfast is put on the board. We got scrambled eggs, salmon, cooked ham, raw ham, sliced ​​cheese, 2 or 3 very small bowls of cream cheese and chicken salad as well as bread, butter and jam. There was no fruit, no yoghurt or muesli and when we asked what else would be served here we were told: scrambled eggs, bread and butter. Then the waitress (who served very friendly and professionally) came with a small plate of salmon. Since many of us are restaurateurs, we thought it was outrageous what we were served here for the price. Tip: Be careful, if you want to have breakfast there with several people, then don't accept the suggestion to order brunch instead of breakfast. Unless the management checks the price/performance again.

A great restaurant with friendly service and a beautiful and large outdoor area. There is a very large selection for breakfast. Unfortunately, at €5.30 for 0.4l, the beer is too expensive in my opinion. Even if it is a very good light. Unfortunately, I have to make a significant downward correction. It has never happened to me in a restaurant that a waiter rudely told me that I didn't tip enough. You don't do that as a waiter. He didn't say thank you for the additional tip that followed. That made our event end with a totally unpleasant feeling. And that with a total bill of over 1000 euros.

Netter Abend in einem Lokal in dem man sich gerne auch Berliner Gerichte gut vorstellen könnte. Beim Nachtisch musste ich den Cookie mit Eis fast zurückgeben, da er nach dem Schöneberger fast zu mächtig war. Als Dessert vielleicht ein wenig kleiner in Zukunft gestalten. Aufmerksamer Service. Gerne wieder.

Schon so oft dort gewesen. Es ist wohl das schönste Fleckchen in Berlin Schöneberg. Der Service ist super aufmerksam, die Auswahl an Essen ist wirklich toll und man kann sowohl super Abendessen als auch frühstücken. Für uns ist es jedes Mal ein Besuch wert!

Die zwei Croissants auf der Frühstückskarte sind die besten die ich jemals serviert bekommen habe, da sie sehr schön heiß waren und mit zwei kalten hausgemachten Marmeladensorten serviert wurden. Die heiße Schokolade mit Sahne war auch extrem lecker. Das Ambiente ist ebenso wunderschön. Diese Lokal ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch Wert!

War heute bei Lenzig frühstücken. Frühstück nur Käse war super.Bedienung nett ,schnell und lustig. Hund wurde auch sofort versorgt.Die verschiedenen Käsesorten waren mal eine Abwechselung und die selbstgemachte Marmelade war für einen Diabetiker viel zu lecker. Das Obst war nicht so meins aber ich mag keine Melone.Also mein Problem.

Es ist eigentlich ein Frühstückslokal, bietet aber auch sonst ein gutes Speisenangebot. Dank des guten Wetters haben wir draußen gesessen. Auch geeignet für größere Gruppen. Reservierung unbedingt empfohlen. Die Essensportionen waren groß. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut. Preise im normalen Bereich. Service war ok. Parken ist dort schwierig und teuer. Aber das Restaurant ist super mit Öffis zu erreichen.

War früher Mal gut. Heute: um 10 Uhr Frühstück für zwei bestellt, um 10:30 Uhr nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage: vergessen, wir sollen warten und uns gefälligst nicht so anstellen. Kaffee bezahl, gegangen. Hierher nie wieder, selbst 1 Stern ist zuviel.

Schöne Speisekarte, leckeres Essen. Ich finde insbesondere die Salate sehr gut! Man sitzt auch schön, einen ticken gemütlicher könnte es höchstens sein. Aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau. 😉

Man sitzt draußen sehr schön. Das war es leider aber auch schon. Einer der Kellner war sehr bemüht aber überfordert (und es war wirklich nicht viel los). Die bestellten Getränke haben seeehr lange auf der Theke gestanden (Bier war somit gut abgestanden, an der 0,1er „Weißweinschorle“ ist die Flasche Selter einmal in geringem Abstand vorbeigetragen worden) und wurden von einer sichtlich mies gelaunten Kellnerin mit so viel „Schwung“ serviert, dass man sie fast vom Tisch hätte schlürfen müssen. Die bestellte Süßspeise war ok, mehr leider nicht. Bei den Preisen und der der Himpf-Hampf-Atmosphäre leider keine Empfehlung.

Leckeres Brunch, guter Service, gerne wieder

Mit dieser Bewertung möchte ich die außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, die ich im Restaurant Lenzig gemacht habe, wiedergeben. Dieser Ort bietet mehr als nur gutes Essen - es ist ein Genuss für alle Sinne. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von dem freundlichen Personal herzlich empfangen, das uns durch das gesamte Brunch-Erlebnis begleitet hat. Die Atmosphäre des Restaurants ist einladend und entspannend, wobei die detailverliebte Einrichtung jedem Besucher sofort ins Auge springt. Der Brunch war wirklich außerordentlich. Eine Fülle an köstlichen, frisch zubereiteten Speisen stand uns zur Auswahl. Die Vielfalt und Qualität des Angebots war beeindruckend. Von süßen bis herzhaften Gerichten, lokalen Spezialitäten bis hin zu internationalen Köstlichkeiten - alles war frisch, aromatisch und wunderbar präsentiert. Es war deutlich zu spüren, dass das Lenzig großen Wert auf qualitativ hochwertige Zutaten legt. Die Getränkeauswahl war ebenso groß. Neben einer Vielzahl an Kaffeespezialitäten, frisch gepressten Säften und aromatischen Tees, gab es sogar eine Auswahl an ausgezeichneten Weinen und Craft-Bieren. Ein besonderes Highlight war der ausgezeichnete Service. Das Personal war stets aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Fragen zu den Speisen und Getränken wurden kompetent und geduldig beantwortet. Das Restaurant Lenzig hat sich als wahres Juwel erwiesen. Es kombiniert herausragende Küche, einzigartige Atmosphäre und exzellenten Service zu einem unvergesslichen Brunch-Erlebnis. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch und empfehle das Lenzig wärmstens an alle, die Wert auf erstklassige Gastronomie legen. Es war nicht nur ein Besuch, es war ein Erlebnis!

Produkte gut, leider nur pregebackene Brötchen und kleine Portionen.

Wenn sich die Bedienungen untereinander über Gäste beschweren, die ihren zu warmen Wein zurückgehen lassen oder die ihre Getränke gern zum Essen gehabt hätten, sollten diese Gäste dies wenigstens nicht hören müssen. Sonst ganz schön, vor allem im Sommer.

Das wars dann wohl! Dieses Lokal ist nicht kinderfreundlich. Erneut mussten wir erleben, dass Kinder in diesem Lokal nicht erwünscht sind. Wir wurden zweimal von unterschiedlichen Bedienungen ermahnt, die Kinder still zu halten. Wir waren zu einem Familientreffen mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (gerade 4 und 2 Jahre alt geworden) zum Abendessen, da wir aus Anlass eines Geburtstages und den letzten Abend des Besuchs der Großeltern in Berlin gemeinsam verbringen wollten. Zunächst war alles okay und das Essen war wie bisher auch sehr gut. Als der Kellner am Tisch nochmals auf seine Äußerungen von uns angesprochen wurde, hat er sich erneut sehr unprofessionell geäußert und ging einfach weg. Die Folge war natürlich, dass es kein Trinkgeld gab, was ihn zusätzlich ärgerte und dies auch noch äußerte. Wir haben sofort das Lokal verlassen und können leider als mehrjährige Gäste dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen. Sehr enttäuschend ! Gäb es Minuspunkte so würde ich sie diesmal vergeben. Ähnliches haben wir bereits vor einiger Zeit erlebt, als wir mit einem Baby dort waren und die (gleiche) Bedienung darauf hinwies, dass sich bereits Gäste beschwert hätten über "Babygeschrei" und Kinderwagen. Wichtiger bzw. erwünschter sind offensichtlich gesetztere Gäste, die nur zum Essen und Trinken kommen und ein sattes Trinkgeld geben. Das ist nicht das tolerante und moderne Berlin was wir uns wünschen.

Das Essen ist zwar nach wie vor gut. Aber der Laden ist absolut kinderunfreundlich. Mit Kleinkindern selbst wenn sie ruhig sind und mal durch den Laden laufen, kann man dort nicht hingehen. Weil es Zitat „kein Kindergarten ist“ und die Kinder Zitat „unter Kontrolle gebracht werden müssen“. Wir werden als langjährige Gäste dort nie wieder hingehen.

Leider wurde unser Essen diesmal vergessen, aber kommt sonst nicht vor. Also ich muss sagen die Preise sind ja enorm gestiegen. Von 16€ auf 21€ das Schnitzel. Schade, ich bin hier früher regelmäßig hin, aber scheinbar möchte man nun Anderes Klientel.

Delicious food and friendly staff

Essen ist durchschnittlich, aber nicht besonders. Kartoffelsalat war wenig gewürzt und nicht so, wie man einen Kartoffelsalat kennt. Eher wie ein kalter Kartoffelstampf. Flammkuchen war okay, aber wenn man extra einen vegetarischen zum Abholen bestellt, dann sollte der schon ohne Speck sein. Preis ist hoch aber grade noch so angemessen.

Freunde, das wars ! Steak & Spargel für 29,50 ... Steak trocken und zäh, Spargel verkocht; der Schöneburger für inzwischen 17,90 € war auch mal schmackhafter und hatte mehr Fleisch; das Weizenbier jetzt fast 6,00 €; ein Glas Wein (0,15 l - was ist das für eine Größe ?) ... banaler Riesling für 6,50 € ... Sonderwünsche werden prinzipiell gar nicht berücksichtigt (Schnitzel und Spargel z. B.) ... on top dann nach dem Bezahlen: "wir brauchen den Tisch" Könnt Ihr haben ... wir brauchen hier nie wieder einen ...

Tolles Restaurant, super Service, leckeres Essen

Schnitzel ist das Geld nicht wert geschmack los. Für 3 Euro mehr bekomme ich ein Kalbsschnitzel in der Schnitzelei was sehr sehr lecker ist. Aber das Beste ist das Behinderte WC da stehen alte Schuhe, Staubsaugen, u.s.w Positiv war der Nachtisch top.

Hübsch eingerichtetes Restaurant mit sehr gut gekochtem Essen. Die frischen Ravioli mit Wurzelgemüse waren auf den Punkt gegart. Auch das Tiramisu hat gut geschmeckt und war schön angerichtet. War ein sehr schöner Abend dort. Komme gern wieder.

Eigentlich ist das Lenzig ein sehr gutes Kiezrestaurant. Wir wohnen in der Nachbarschaft und gehen seit 15 Jahren hin. Vor allem das Schnitzel ist - obwohl nur "Wiener Art" (also Schwein) - eines der leckersten in Berlin. Aber seit dem Ende der Pandemie hat dort eine Tendenz eingesetzt, die gestern abends auf die Spitze getrieben wurde. Wir kamen kurz vor neun an und wollten besagtes Schnitzel essen. Uns wurde ein kleiner, grell beleuchteter, gleichzeitig mittig im Restaurant und in engster Nähe zu anderen Tischen befindlicher Tisch zugewisen, obwohl im hinteren Teil des Restaurants mehrere deutlich gemütlichere, weiß eingedeckte Tische verfügbar waren. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, diese Tische müsste man alle für etwaige größere Gruppen freihalten. Wer in Schöneberg unter der Woche essen geht, der weiß, wie wahrscheinlich es ist, nach neun Uhr noch mit mehreren "größeren Gruppen" konfrontiert zu werden. Also: Warum verfolgt das Lenzig diese Politik? Seit längerem verfestigt sich dort der Eindruck, dass man selbst als Stammgast stets gezwungen werden soll, sich zuerst an den "schlechtesten" (kleinsten, ungemütlichsten) Tisch zu setzen, der frei ist. Wem soll damit gedient sein? Wir haben uns stattdessen jedenfalls ins Auto gesetzt und ein ausgezeichnetes Schnitzel im Jules Verne in Charlottenburg gegessen. Wie sagt David Foster Wallace so schön: Schrecklich amüsant, aber in Zukunft ohne mich! LG HR

Überall steht ab 9:30 Uhr geöffnet, mehrere Leute warteten vor der Tür. Nach halb 10 passierte immer noch nichts. Bei naher Betrachtung ein Mini-Schild entdeckt, täglich ab 10 Uhr geöffnet. Also Zeit in anderem Café verbracht, kurz nach 10 Uhr wieder zu Lenzig...immer noch nichts. Anscheinend nicht nötig, die Kunden zu informieren. Somit konnte niemand der vor der Tür Wartenden Speis und Trank probieren.

Ich hatte ein leckeres Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Die Weinpreise finde ich zu hoch und es war recht kalt im Restaurant, darum nur 4 Sterne.

I also enjoyed the diversity of ongoing meals as on one table there was a duo of friends enjoying some tea, on another an elderly man eating cake whilst reading some news, a man enjoying some warm soup and Us having lunch mid afternoon. The Schnitzel was great, the best I’ve had in Berlin. Large portion with lots of fries. Staff is super friendly and welcoming and greeted us with a smile. Lenzig was great, thank you so much!

Wir sind immer wieder gerne im Lenzig! Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und professionell. Die Qualität der Speisen ist auch sehr gut. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant!

Weihnachtsessen mit meinen Kollegen im gemütlichen Restaurant Lenzig. Sehr freundliches Personal und leckere Entenkeule mit Rotkohl und Klößen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich komme mal zum Frühstück ... versprochen ;-)

Wieder ein hervorragendes Essen. Die Entenkeule mit Klößen und Rotkohl ist zu empfehlen. Aber das Frühstück dort wie im Restaurant April ist auch sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nicht zu vergessen, danke an die Bedienung.
