Here's the text: We were absolutely delighted by the hospitality of the owner and the staff! As a starter for our group of six (including a toddler), we ordered a selection of mezze, followed by individual dishes à la carte. The dishes were not only incredibly delicious and flavorful, but also beautifully presented. The portions were generously sized. The staff also took excellent care of our young child and their needs. The dining room is spacious, allowing for comfortable conversation at a pleasant volume. It also offers a magnificent view of the Rhine.

We came from Stuttgart and the food was excellent. The staff and the owner were very friendly. The atmosphere was great. Highly recommended.

The friendly and exceptionally warm service impresses with consistently excellent recommendations. The ambiance is very cozy and stylish, with a magnificent view of the Rhine. In summer, the tranquil terrace, free from traffic noise, invites you to linger. Every dish is served with delicate flatbread and a selection of delicious sauces. The excellent non-alcoholic beer also deserves special mention.

I had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Le Ce’dre Konstanz restaurant! Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. From the creamy hummus and moutabal to the perfectly grilled kebabs and crispy spring rolls, each bite was a delight. The variety of mezze – including stuffed vine leaves, seasoned potatoes, and fresh salads – was impressive and full of rich, traditional taste. Food: I've been here several times in recent years. The quality has unfortunately declined. The beef was very tough. We seem to remember that there were more vegetarian and/or vegan dishes last year. For vegetarians 🌱 or vegans, there are basically only salads or side dishes. Service: Friendly, but the promised table wasn't provided. Atmosphere: Okay, a bit crowded when all the tables are occupied.

We love Lebanese food and have been to many restaurants. The food here was by far the best we've had so far. Truly incredibly delicious. The service was also attentive and very friendly. The restaurant is located in the sports hall building and has a lovely terrace with evening sun. We'll be back!

We booked a birthday catering service for 50 people here in June and were absolutely thrilled. After a canceled meeting (which initially put us off because it was only canceled on-site due to staff shortages), we were able to easily sort everything out via email. The process went super smoothly and as agreed, and the food was amazing – very well-priced portions, something for everyone, and high-quality ingredients. They were very flexible with the menu selection (we wanted a change and got everything gluten-free) and even gave us a bonus dish as an apology for the canceled appointment. In total, we ended up paying €1,800 for everything, which was a fantastic price for this catering service. We couldn't have made a better choice. Big thanks to the team for the fantastic catering.

The restaurant is right next to the sports hall. Simple decor. Friendly, helpful service. We were there as a group and had to wait a while for the food to arrive. It's ideal for sharing. The quality of the food was good, but not outstanding. We had various small dishes similar to tapas (almost the entire menu).

I went to La Cedre Konstanz with several friends on Saturday, and we ordered mixed grills and mezze. Unfortunately, the food was not prepared properly at all; in some places it was almost raw and tasted disappointing. Even worse, however, was the service: The staff was rude and disrespectful from the start. When I went to the restroom, there weren't even paper towels. When I politely asked, I was angrily told to wipe my hands on my clothes—that's absolutely unacceptable! I have photos of the food and the bill as proof, and I believe the restaurant should compensate us for this experience. This simply shouldn't happen!

Delicious food and fast service

We waited at least an hour for our food, and it took 30 minutes for us to get our menu. The host wasn't very nice, and the only reason for the second star is the relatively good food.

We went to Le Cèdre last night for the first time, and certainly not the last. Everything was perfect for us. The food was superbly seasoned, of very good quality and authentic – with a modern twist. All ingredients were cooked/grilled to perfection and the meat was succulent. We really enjoyed the ambiance. All the staff were very friendly and quick, even though the terrace was very busy and the weather was perfect. We had a quick chat with the owner and learned that starting in the fall they'll be hosting themed evenings with Lebanese wine pairings. A great idea! Anyone in the know knows that the country offers top-quality wines. We think the location is great, as it's a bit off the beaten track and yet right on the Rhine. A wonderful place, not just in summer. We will be back in the cooler months too. I recommend making a reservation if you want to enjoy the view of the Rhine.
