The waiter was super friendly and the service overall was great. Food was delivered so fast, that we were baffled by the speed. The food tasted amazing and authentic, I would like to eat there again. Hummus was super cream the falafel crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the meat was seasoned perfectly They even played a birthday song for someone and everyone clapped to ot, great vibes

Turkish The weather was very rainy, we went as 11 people. They made room for us and showed great hospitality. The staff were really nice! Shout out to the boss from here: Please compliment your team! :) The food was delicious and served in a clean environment. As a Turk, I can say this clearly: There is no other restaurant in Germany that offers such local delicacies! They brought Lebanese cuisine to Konstanz. Prices are a little expensive, but it's okay. I will definitely come again next time with my friends. Deutsche Das Wetter war sehr regnerisch, und wir waren zu elft. Sie haben uns Platz gemacht und eine großartige Gastfreundschaft gezeigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren einfach fantastisch! Hiermit möchte ich den Chef bitten: Bitte machen Sie Ihrem Team ein Kompliment! :) Das Essen war sehr lecker und in einer sauberen Umgebung serviert. Als Türke kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen: Es gibt kein anderes Restaurant in Deutschland, das solche traditionellen Geschmacksrichtungen anbietet! Sie haben die libanesische Küche nach Konstanz gebracht. Die Preise sind zwar etwas hoch, aber jeden Cent wert. I would like to know more about it.

Very cozy Lebanese restaurant - great atmosphere! Super friendly service and the food was also delicious… the chicken perhaps a bit too dry for my taste. The toilets are also very clean! In any case, the restaurant is worth a visit 👍

I was recently with the Konstanz Lebanese again. Since the weather was excellent and the sun 🌞 finally shone, I was able to enjoy my meal there. I think the parsley salad is excellent...mhhhh delicious!!! I also really enjoyed the other dish. 👍 Here you will always receive very friendly service and welcome. I can highly recommend it.

Highly recommended! I thought it was great that you could choose different bowls. The portions were perfect for sharing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and definitely filled us up for a long time. The drinks were great too!

Great Lebanese Restaurant in Konstanz downtown. The variety is huge and the dishes are prepared with lots of enthusiasm. The service requires a bit of improvement. The prices are high, properly due to the closeness of Switzerland. So far good and recommendable.

Unfortunately not like it used to be! I was totally disappointed with Ikram Restaurant. The food has really gone downhill - it used to be really tasty, but now the taste and quality is lacking. In addition, the prices feel like they have become twice as high. I really expected more for the money. It's a shame, I probably won't go there again.

Best restaurant on Lake Constance!

I knew I was going to write a review as soon as I sat down at this place, and here's why - Firstly we didn't reserve and the place was packed but a really friendly waiter managed to find us a place and made it feel like it was no effort or trouble at all, the menu.... guys, I wanted everything, it was everything I miss from back home (I am not Lebanese, I am a bit ashamed to admit I am from the country down south of Lebanon...). I ordered as many things as I felt I could eat, and hoped I would have room in my belly for more. The food was delicious, I was wiping the plates clean, the falafel was the best I had in Germany (and I live in Berlin), the hummus was top notch. The highlight for me was when someone celebrated their birthday and they played the "happy birthday" song in Arabic, the exact same song I am used to hearing at restaurants back where I am originally from and I felt so much nostalgia and so much connection. Best restaurant in Konstanz by far and I have been to quite a few, I could not recommend this place more!!! Nothing beats middle eastern food and middle eastern hospitality. On a personal note I am so sorry!!! and I wish we had peace back home, you guys are wonderful! Thank you so much for a really wonderful evening, I will definitely come back when I visit Konstanz again ❤️❤️❤️

Ikrams has been my favorite restaurant for years and my first choice when I want to go out for dinner in Konstanz. Due to the variety of dishes and the individual combination of cold and warm dishes, there is something for every taste, including vegetarians. I can especially recommend the grill plates. Since Ikrams is unfortunately no longer an insider tip, you always have to make a reservation here in the evenings and there are limited time slots.

The mezzes are really delicious! Baba Ganoush and the Fatosh Salad are my favorites. For the main course we ordered the grill plate for 6 people, but it was so big that it fed 8 people. The food was very tasty. However, the service was a bit slow. We definitely recommend making reservations in advance.

Perfect place for special occasions! I celebrated my birthday here with friends and couldn't have imagined a better evening. The location is stylish and cozy, the staff is super friendly and attentive. To my surprise, the team even came to our table with a small pastry and candle - a beautiful gesture that made the evening unforgettable! The food was absolutely delicious and everyone loved it. I can only recommend this place to everyone, we would love to come back!

You order a fajita tagal shawarma. The teacher doesn’t consider them skewers and they don’t eat it, so they eat it in the kitchen.

Kids can grab some books and the staff is very nice if a bit clumsy when busy. The tables are way to close to each other. (Especially if a tall/big person sits behind you)

Never again, have a table reserved for 7 people. Eat in a convivial atmosphere and with friends. After about an hour the plate was pulled out from under your hand. You weren't even asked if you wanted something to drink or coffee and dessert. You are then maneuvered out after less than 2 hours with a bill of 200 euros! You have to leave the store because it will be reserved again immediately! A rip off and unfriendly at that!! Too expensive for the dishes!!

I only have a negative feeling after visiting this place. When we arrived we waited in line for 10 minutes and were then told we had to wait 10 minutes for a table and offered to take a walk and come back afterwards. That wasn't a problem for us. When we returned, another girl was doing the initial check-in. She then left the restaurant (she also had to wait for a table). We waited inside for another 20 minutes (I understand the restaurant is full, but why does it say you have to wait 10 minutes when in reality it takes 30 minutes - I could have eaten somewhere else in that time). While we were waiting, a girl came back (this time with her boyfriend). Another waiter came who didn't seem to understand the situation and made room for the other couple who came after us. So we had to wait again. A complete lack of organization. Everyone was trying to be nice and I was hoping the food would save the situation, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I love Lebanese cuisine and we often go to restaurants in Bern. The food at Ikrams was boring and dry. A large portion of rice with meat and pita. In other restaurants, Lebanese food is a flavor bomb. Three types of hummus, plus vegetables. It was okay here, but just boring. I won't go there again and don't recommend it, as there are plenty of restaurants in Konstanz that serve better food.

I've always wanted to eat here and I've promised myself a lot. First of all, you come in and the seating is way too small, you feel uncomfortable in such a cramped space. The service was all really nice and very polite. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing and only corresponds to a better kebab restaurant. No fresh yoghurt sauce with mint in an oriental restaurant, far-dry meat with boring rice. The garlic sauce that was so highly touted turned out to be a mini portion of mayonaise with a minimal amount of garlic in it and all at a horrendous price. Shortly after eating on the way home I got stomach cramps and horrible diarrhea (I suspect from the mayonnaise). No, not an infection, but clearly intolerable food. It's a shame and unfortunately not recommended. We know this a thousand times better from Freiburg.

Actually 3.5 stars but whatever. The food was ok so far, unfortunately very unsalted and not like I'm used to Lebanese food. Nevertheless, it came very quickly, which I was happy about because we were hungry. The service was really bad, unfriendly. We were served by about 4-5 waiters and in the end we had to tell about 3-4 people who wanted to pay before anyone even came. It's a shame because the restaurant would otherwise have potential. The restaurant is nice on the inside, but it's so crowded that the waiters sometimes can't even get through between the tables.

We were here for the first time in 2022 - now again in 2024 - the food is so good! Then and now, absolutely friendly staff - even with small children! Recommended!

Super delicious food! If you love Lebanese cuisine, this is the place for you. We didn't have a reservation, but we were seated immediately and the food was served quickly. All around a great experience!

Mom with team in the kitchen & daughter with team in the restaurant - a recipe for success. In addition to a suitable family atmosphere, you will be served quickly, super friendly and competently. The freshly prepared dishes are excellent and interestingly flavored and offer a real treat for the palate. We've been to Ikrams twice now and despite the many tables being occupied, things are going quickly and the modern Lebanese dishes are simply terrific. Please keep it up - we are fans and can highly recommend the Ikrams restaurant.

We were greeted and served in an extremely unfriendly manner by a service person. Others who briefly put something down or cleared things away were friendly, but the person responsible for us seemed absent and grumpy. The food was very tasty. In the end, we were still happy to be outside again, as the restaurant is very pretty but incredibly noisy due to the lack of textiles/acoustic panels.

We are very satisfied with everything. The food is delicious and very different. The service is at a level. The restaurant is air-conditioned and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. This is our second visit to Ukrams and we will definitely be happy to eat there again on our next visit to Konstanz.

As soon as you enter you are greeted by aesthetic furnishings. The food is also so beautiful to look at. We chose the falafel with hummus as a starter, loved it and can only recommend it, as well as the chicken as a main course. At the end to make the evening perfect there was baklava. Overall, definitely a big recommendation!

The boss was super nice and spontaneously adapted my mezze (Musaka) to a lunch menu that suited me. The food was traditional and very tasty, the staff very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is appropriate and cozy. Highly recommended!

All 10/10. Be sure to reserve in advance (online). Such a great (vegetarian) selection. Shrimp dish, bread, tabloule, baba ghanoush, all super delicious. Went quickly. Would love to come back.

First visit to Ikrams. We mostly got through with starters. We don't know in detail what exactly we ordered and ate. Anyway, it tasted very good. We will definitely try it again. Service friendly. Overall, there was a lot going on and the place was certainly not suitable for a quiet evening. But for eating.

Absolutely no choice for vegans or vegetarians - simply embarrassing in 2024. There are only starters that are vegan / vegetarian (main course only meat or fish), when we asked we were just told bluntly and unfriendly "It's normal". — Never again, such ignorance is very disappointing. In addition, the starters were tiny, you would have to buy 2-3 at €9 each to fill you up - that really can't be the case.

We prefer to order lots of appetizers and snack on a little bit of everything. The taste of Ikrams has always been sensational for years and the staff is very friendly. On our last visit, everything outside seemed to be full and the waiter quickly whipped us up a cookie. The ambience is of course a bit difficult on Bodanstrasse and it is very loud inside as they have relatively few sound-absorbing elements. Nevertheless, we would go back at any time. :)

Food and appetizers are great. Everything was perfect with its taste and filling. I recommend making a reservation in advance as it gets very crowded. However, even when you go without a reservation, the staff tries to help you.

Beautiful restaurant! It offers traditional dishes that are really incredibly tasty. The portions are very generous & the service is super attentive and friendly. We've been wanting to go to Ikrams for a long time and now we've finally made it - and it was worth it! Great ambience, attentive staff who provide advice on food, invite you to linger. The selection of mezze is large, the amount of fish and meat is manageable, but absolutely sufficient. The quality is 1A! The taste is absolutely great and that is a consolation for the sometimes decent prices. It's definitely worth visiting Ikrams in Konstanz!

Reservations should be made in advance during normal meal times. Staff is friendly and always available. The starters were our highlight, better than the main courses. The prices are a bit higher for what you get. The garlic dip was so good that it has to be mentioned. The existing air conditioning is very poor, it is scorching hot inside when the weather is nice, so either sit outside or come back another day.

Einer der besten Fattousch Salate, den ich je hatte. Superlecker. Leider war ich vom Hackfleisch-Spiess etwas enttäuscht. Sehr fade und hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Ansonsten alles super frisch, lecker und grosse Portionen.

One of the best fattoush salads I've ever had. Super delicious. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the minced meat skewer. Very bland and didn't taste like anything. Otherwise everything was super fresh, tasty and large portions.

Very good ambience and good service. The service's advice led to us ordering too much. Relatively expensive as you have to order 2-3 portions for vegetarians as only starters are vegetarian. The food was still very tasty and the selection of drinks is large enough that everyone will find something. At the end it was someone else's birthday and the birthday song was blasting out of the speakers at full volume.

The food was gigantic, unfortunately the plate for 2 people was very small and the staff were slow and not attentive at all, which was a shame. We ordered bread and sauce and waited 15 minutes. Only after asking again did we get the things we wanted
