The food is truly excellent – ​​fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care! Unfortunately, it's virtually impossible to get a table without a reservation, especially in the evenings or on weekends – the place is always packed (and for good reason!). The service was adequate – friendly and attentive, though not particularly warm. All in all: Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic and delicious cuisine at a good price.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The service seemed rushed and neither friendly nor attentive. The food was also underwhelming: some dishes were dry, under-seasoned, and rather bland, which is not what one would expect from a Lebanese restaurant. The restaurant is pricey, which is disproportionate to the quality offered. The ambiance is acceptable, but unfortunately, it cannot compensate for the shortcomings in service and cuisine.

A very nice and good restaurant. We had lunch there and thought it was excellent. They have a small children's menu and delicious mezze. The mixed grill platters were also very tasty. We had chicken and kafta. The rice was superb and the salad surprisingly good. The service was also very friendly and the staff had a good sense of humor. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and cozy.

We spent New Year's Eve (December 31, 2025) at Ikrams and were not disappointed. The Lebanese cuisine is authentic, and the dishes were consistently delicious. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive service team, which contributed to the overall very pleasant atmosphere. A thoroughly enjoyable evening – we'd love to come back!

We were there on New Year's Eve 2022 and were very satisfied, which is why we came again. Unfortunately, we were disappointed this time. Our reservation was ignored, and our table wasn't ready. Instead, we were given a table pushed together in the middle of the aisle. The atmosphere was very loud, and the staff seemed disorganized. Things were constantly being dropped. Waiters came to our table with the wrong orders. The food was still good, but the commotion made it impossible to enjoy it properly. To top it all off, we were also overcharged when we paid. Although we only ordered one portion of kibbeh, we were charged for two portions of kibbeh mekliye. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this at the restaurant but only on the way home in the car when we looked at the bill more closely.

We arrived during peak hours; it was very busy, and the staff seemed correspondingly stressed. Nevertheless, we were able to get a table at short notice, as the reservation for that table wasn't due for another two hours – which we appreciated. The food was prepared quickly and tasted good. However, the meat wasn't cooked through, even though we had specifically requested it be. We had also ordered a child's portion of fries. The staff cleared the table very, very quickly, so the fries were unfortunately taken away without me noticing. The employee didn't hear me, threw the fries away immediately, and while he apologized later, there was unfortunately no replacement. Since about 75% of the fries were still uneaten, I would have appreciated some form of compensation. Overall, the visit was somewhat chaotic, probably due to the large number of customers. The food was good, but the service could be improved.

The food is incredibly delicious. Since we've lived in Baden-Württemberg, this is truly the best restaurant. The food tastes outstanding; we've been there twice now, and the flavors are unbelievable—they combine tastes you've never experienced before. I/we recommend skipping the main course altogether and just filling up on cold/warm meat and salad. There are so many more combinations you can make. And I say this as an enthusiastic meat eater. But the chicken meat and the mixed grill are also incredibly good. The ambiance is nice, but a bit noisy since there's only one room, and the restrooms aren't quite as nice as the rest of the place. The service is okay. There seems to be a clear hierarchy, which is why you can't order/pay from everyone.

The grilled meat platter (with rice) was excellent. The meat was well cooked, juicy, and well seasoned. It included different kinds of meat—lamb chops, grilled chicken and kebabs. The aubergine dishes were very tasty, and the pita bread was fresh and paired perfectly with the food. Overall, everything on the table tasted great and felt well balanced. A very satisfying dinner and definitely a place worth trying in Konstanz.

We had the mixed grill for two, the fried goat cheese, and homemade lemonade. The meat was absolutely fantastic; I haven't had such delicious meat in a very long time. Anyone who gives the meat dishes less than 5 stars is lying!

Dining out on a keto diet often means skipping a lot, but Ikram’s made it easy. I enjoyed smoky baba ghanoush, juicy lamb pieces, crispy fried cauliflower and a fresh salad — all without sweet syrups, bread or other carb-heavy sides. The staff were great about tailoring dishes to my needs: they happily left out the pita and sugar-based sauces and offered extra olive oil instead. Portions were generous and every bite was flavourful. It’s rare to find a restaurant that both understands keto requirements and delivers such an “out-of-this‑world” taste. I’m grateful for their flexibility and the delicious meal!

Unfortunately, disappointing. The portions were very small for the price; you barely feel full. The food tasted okay, but lacked the special flavor or spice you'd expect from Middle Eastern cuisine. Honestly, for the price, I expected more flavor and more quantity. The ambiance is nice, but overall, it's not very impressive.

Ikram's Restaurant is a popular Lebanese restaurant run by owner Ikram Nassar in Konstanz, on the shores of Lake Constance. The restaurant serves authentic modern Lebanese cuisine: mezze (appetizers such as hummus, falafel, baba ghanoush), grilled dishes (certified halal), fish, vegetarian/vegan options, desserts and coffee. To avoid waiting for a table, I recommend making a reservation. Also, keep in mind that the portions are very good, but very large, so if you also ordered a mezze, the main course can be considered "one portion and two plates", or you can assume that you will gain weight, especially if you also ordered dessert! The staff is very attentive and especially very efficient, as is the kitchen staff, so you will be served quickly. A place you should not miss when visiting Konstanz.

I visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a work colleague, after reading the many positive reviews. So I really wanted to try it out – but I really can't understand all the good reviews at all. Honestly, this was one of the worst restaurant visits I've ever had. First of all, it's very expensive for what you get. The meat was undercooked, tough as rubber, and barely edible. The fried broccoli arrived cold and completely unseasoned. The service wasn't particularly friendly either, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant. I also had the parsley and tomato salad, which consisted almost entirely of parsley – hardly a trace of tomatoes. The soup I tried was also nothing special and had no memorable flavor at all. I'm really disappointed – given the prices and all the good reviews, I would have expected significantly higher quality and flavor. I certainly won't be coming back.

There is simply nothing tastier.

The food is good. The service was decent. The prices are quite high. Reservations are essential. Seating is quite close together. The ambiance is modern and relatively simple.

Using the intense spices of Lebanese cuisine correctly is a true art. At Ikrams, this is mastered to perfection. The dishes are extremely finely balanced, the flavors intertwine like a perfect orchestra playing a delicate symphony. Everything is on point and truly delightfully vibrant and fresh. As is so often the case, when a team that greets and serves you with exceptional friendliness works in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, the food is also of the same standard. I highly recommend it. There is one small downside here—I'm perhaps more sensitive than others: when the place is full, it really is extremely loud. And I assume this place is always full, and rightly so.

We've loved Ikrams' sensational food for years. We celebrated our wedding here with 16 guests. The agreement was: "Rely on us, we can do it!" We received a warm welcome at the decorated table. From then on, the team took over, and we celebrated in a relaxed atmosphere. The service was very attentive and warm. The children were served first, including special requests. Everything was beyond the call of duty. Chapeau! The food was sensational in quality! All guests (4 generations) were thrilled. Vegan, vegetarian, and plenty of meat—there was nothing missing. We trusted the Ikrams team blindly and are thrilled. Everything was very loving and comfortable. The bill, including extras and drinks, was absolutely reasonable. There's no other way to say it. We'd be happy to come back. Thank you so much again for this lovely afternoon!

Delicious food :) Not everything was to my taste. Since the selection was so large, we ordered a bit too much and ended up with a lot left over. The togo box was €2, and I think they could offer it for free with a €60 meal order. Otherwise, everything was great!

If you're craving something you haven't tried before, this is the place to go. Aside from that, it's truly delicious and the staff is genuinely friendly. A definite recommendation, and it won't be our last visit.

The food was very expensive and the staff were disrespectful and the bill needs to be checked because when I asked for the bill after we finished it was overcharged. The food was really good and we liked the restaurant atmosphere, but the service was terrible and the bill was overcharged by about 20 Euros which I left as a tip for the unscrupulous workers. The bill was very tasty but the service was very bad so it wasn't even seen in life. The bill is not so high only the food itself was overcharged but we didn't have 20 Euros on the bill.

Nothing works without a reservation. 😃. We had a time slot at 5:30 p.m. It wasn't busy yet, but there was a lot of commotion with tables being moved, vacuumed, and set up... which we didn't enjoy. A pretty decent Lebanese restaurant in Konstanz. The food was okay, but nothing exceptional. Baba Ghanoush lacked salt, and the muhammara was good, but there was very little of it. The grilled meat was quite good; the salad was bland and a bit brown. Rice was good, and the flatbread was okay. Unfortunately, the seating is very close together, and if the person sitting next to you gets up, you'll regularly get hit in the back by the chair. The price was reasonable, but as I said, we weren't impressed with the food.

It's a real shame. The air conditioning is directed at the seats, and at reception, despite having a reservation, you're not asked whether you'd like to sit inside or outside. The appetizers are truly exceptionally good and definitely worth recommending. With the main courses, on the other hand... the rice and meat are prepared well in advance and, from the moment you order, are layered on top of each other, topped with chubz/pita, heated in the microwave, and served within minutes. The meat, which is supposed to be good, is simply dry and tough. And at least in our case, the pita/chubz was old and hard. A poor sign for such a focused restaurant.

We ordered a grilled platter for two and also treated ourselves to a plate of fattoush and crispy fried kibbeh. Everything was delicious, the portions generous, and we even had some leftovers. The kunafa to finish was a dream—we would enjoy it again anytime.

Unfortunately, we received a very unfriendly welcome. Although we had reserved outside, we weren't given a table outside at first. It took about 15 minutes for us to move them – albeit to a table for two, even though there were three of us. A second order wasn't brought at all. We also had to ask for the bill several times before someone finally came. The food itself was okay, but the service was overall disappointing and unwelcoming. I wouldn't go back because of the service – although the lady was quite nice, the rest of the staff, unfortunately, weren't.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary at this beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was simply divine—we enjoyed every bite. The homemade lemonades are perfect and refreshing. The surprise for my husband on his birthday was also simply wonderful. If I could award a million stars, I would do it in a heartbeat!

I ordered the chops at the Lebanese restaurant and haven't experienced such perfect preparation of meat in a long time – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The ambiance is very pleasant and inviting. My allergies to certain spices were taken into account, and the food was prepared exactly to my liking. The restaurant is very centrally located near the train station. There's a large parking lot about 200 meters away where you can park easily. All in all: highly recommended, even for families with children.
