Hervorragendes Essen, sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service

Wir waren zur Mittagszeit dort. Sehr leckeres Mittagsangebot. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wenn man Mittagspause, etwas anderes essen möchte als das Mittagessen, muß man 40 Minuten oder länger warten.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker aber leider darf man die Vorspeisen nur in Verbindung mit einer Hauptspeise bestellen. Die Preise sind gehoben.Die Portionen ausreichend. Reservierung ist empfehlenswert

Der Service war sehr langsam. Das Restaurant hat seltsame Regeln. Der Kellner brachte die Speisekarte erst sehr spät. Offenbar gibt es dort Regeln. Da unsere Speisekarte offen auf dem Tisch lag, dauerte es lange, bis der Kellner unsere Bestellung aufnahm. Diese Regeln sollten sie aufschreiben und an die Tür hängen. Ich möchte so ein Restaurant nie wieder besuchen. Die Vorspeisen waren zwar sehr lecker, aber der Service war schlecht. Außerdem hat das Restaurant keine Klimaanlage.

Wir waren eher spontan dort, da wir gerade in der Nähe waren & was für eine tolle Überraschung! Obwohl wir nur etwa 10 Minuten vor Ende des Mittagstischs angekommen sind, wurden wir unglaublich freundlich und entspannt empfangen. Eigentlich wollten wir zwei Fleischgerichte und ein vegetarisches Mittagsmenü bestellen. Leider war das vegetarische Menü bereits ausverkauft, aber der Service hat sofort eine passende Alternative vorgeschlagen. Am Ende habe ich mich ebenfalls für das Fleischmenü mit einer Extra-Portion Reis entschieden. Besonders aufmerksam fand ich, dass uns trotzdem nur der günstigere Preis des vegetarischen Menüs berechnet wurde. So viel Ehrlichkeit und Kundenorientierung erlebt man wirklich selten! Geschmacklich war einfach alles hervorragend. Von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert war jedes Gericht frisch&liebevoll zubereitet und voller Geschmack. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team für den herzlichen Service und das fantastische Essen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. 🌺☺️

2018: 3*** Recht schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Willkommen. Alle Speisen sehr ansprechend angerichtet, Geschmack und Duft ein Traum. Nur leider ein Punkt Abzug, weil das Brot schimmelig war, jedoch auf Anfrage sofort getauscht wurde. Leider hatte der Nebentisch dasselbe Problem, aber auch da sofortiger Umtausch. Noch ein Punkt Abzug für nicht ganz so viel Aufmerksamkeit, die Gläser blieben einfach leer. Ansonsten prima Beratung was ist was. Update Oktober '22: Ich habe das Gefühl, ich war in einem völlig anderen Restaurant. Vermutlich hat das Management oder die Restaurantleitung gewechselt. Jedenfalls gibt's heute die vollen 5 Sterne! :) Also deutliche Steigerung zum letzten Besuch :) Als wiederholt alleinreisende Person gab es für mich unglaublich viel - aber angenehm und dezent - Aufmerksamkeit vom Service. Beratung top, auch wenn alles 100 mal schon am Tag aufgezählt wurde. Dankeschön für diese Geduld :) Desweiteren lasse ich jetzt nur noch Bilder sprechen. Bis auf jeden Fall zum nächsten Mal, mit deutlich weniger zeitlichem Abstand :) 2026, Juni Muss ich noch was sagen? Ein sehr schönes Lokal. Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe da und es hat alles toll geklappt. Das Team hat super organisiert mit dem Platz und den Gerichten. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service fabelhaft. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und diesen Restaurant weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gutes Essen (zB die creme brûlée mit Minze und Blaubeeren) sehr netter Service, Toiletten super sauber, schön eingerichtet.... Bequeme Couches und Stühle.... und auch Extrawünsche werden gerne erfüllt, sehr angenehm. Klare Empfehlung!

Ein absolutes Highlight! Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im L’Orient und sind restlos begeistert. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung bis zum Dessert hat einfach alles gestimmt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Mezze Vorspeise – handwerklich perfekt zubereitet und geschmacklich eine Sensation. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Auch der Service war aufmerksam, kompetent und unaufdringlich. Wer Wert auf Qualität und Gastfreundschaft legt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 5 von 5 Sternen.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit gutem Standort. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und die Bedienung ist auch sehr gut. Ich würde mir nur etwas mehr Authentizität bei den Gerichten wünschen. Libanesisches Küche kann viel mehr.

Alles war perfekt (10/10). Wunderschöne Atmosphäre mit sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Menschen. Und vor allem: Das Essen war fantastisch. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und dieses Restaurant gehört jetzt zu meinen absoluten Lieblingsrestaurants. Wir hatten das Entengericht und das Auberginengericht (vegetarisch) bestellt – beides war unglaublich lecker und ein wahrer Augenschmaus.

Gehobene libanesische Küche mit französischem Einschlag. Herz mit Finesse, Aromenvielfalt fein abgestimmt und angerichtet. Das Menü war sehr gut, und ein hervorragend passend empfohlener libanesischer Wein dazu.

Wir waren hier am letzten We zum Essen. War ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für eine Freundin. Die modern interpretierte ortientalische Küche war etwas komplett neues für uns. Der Gruß aus der Küche, die Linsensuppe im Gläschen waren neben dem Kellner, der uns alle Jacken abnahm, eine wohlige Begrüßung. Wir waren eine größere Gruppe und hatten uns für das L'Orient- und Sultan-Menü entschieden. Auch die vegetarischen Speisen wurden von meiner Freundin gewählt. Es ging los mit Mezze (verschiedene Vorspeisen). Eine leckerer als die Andere. Als Zwischengang gab es Garnelen. Als Hauptgang Entenbrust und Lamm. Ich habe noch nie so eine leckere Entenbrust gegessen. Auch das Lamm war überhaupt nicht streng und butterweich. Als Nachspeise gab es eine Kugel Zimteis, Kuchen und eine Nusstasche. Der Lavakuchen ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Die Weine des Hauses, ebenfalls sehr lecker. Alles in allem ein runder gelungener Abend. Auch hier kommen wir wieder hin. Lange nicht so gut umd lecker gegessen. Preis-Leistung stimmen.

Sehr gutes arabisches Essen. Wir hatten uns zu viert für ein Menüangebot entschieden- prima alles zu teilen: viele tolle mezze- Vorspeisen, super zartes Lammfilet mit aromatischem Reis und knackigem Gemüse, leckere Nachtisch- Variationen. Auch der libanesische Rotwein war ausgezeichnet. Gestört hat uns nur das Lichtkonzept. Es war an unserem Tisch sehr hell und ungemütlich durch das Deckenlicht. Aber kulinarisch ein super Abend!

Leider kam erst das bestellte Getränk nicht, dann wurde zum Hauptgericht 1 das Brot vergessen und bei Hauptgericht 2 die Garnelen. Wir waren also nur damit beschäftigt nachzufragen.

Wirklich sehr gutes Essen, sehr guter Service, sehr gute Cocktails und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Absolut empfehlenswert, Essen wirklich mal etwas anderes und auch super lecker. Einziger Kritikpunkt: es wird kein Leitungswasser ausgeschenkt. Zu einem guten Wein etwas Wasser ist allerdings nie verkehrt. Ändert dies, dann gibt es 6/5 Sterne 😊

Wir waren heute zu fünft hier essen und rundum sehr zufrieden. Alle Gerichte, die wir bestellt haben, waren richtig lecker und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend – absolut nichts zu meckern. Preislich ist alles völlig in Ordnung und das Personal war super freundlich, besonders die beiden Kellner, die sich wirklich aufmerksam um uns gekümmert haben. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Kälte im Lokal, allerdings war es auch draußen sehr kalt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass man uns direkt Decken gebracht hat, sodass wir trotzdem gemütlich sitzen konnten. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Abend mit gutem Essen und tollem Service – wir kommen gerne wieder.

The food and service are really good. Unfortunately, it was very cold in the restaurant this evening. The owner was aware of this. Because of the cold, I can only give it 3 stars. It's simply not comfortable when you're freezing.

We went to dinner with the family today and were extremely satisfied. My partner and I are vegan, and after consulting with the very attentive and friendly staff, we received a custom-made vegan mezze (which was excellent). The others at the table ordered the duck and artichokes and repeatedly commented on how delicious it was. If we were from Hamburg, we would definitely come more often :) Keep it up! 👍🏻 Simply top-notch :)

We're visiting Hamburg and spontaneously booked a table for the New Year's Eve menu. A four-course meal with an amuse-bouche to start. Everything was perfect: the service, the delicious food, and the ambiance. We'll definitely be back on our next trip.

We held our Christmas party there for the second time. With 14 people, we had 30 different appetizers as a starter. (Some were served twice, which we were very happy about, as many wanted to try everything.) Afterwards, we ate à la carte. And whether it was the sea bass, the lamb fillet, the corn-fed chicken, the vegetarian eggplant ratatouille, or the shrimp, everything was presented in a minimalist, modern style, and the side dishes were served separately. For dessert, we had the "waiter's dessert." It was an explosion of flavor for everyone, and the service was fantastic. Thank you so much!

The variety and quality you get for your money is more than valuable it is amazing. I recommend ordering the tapas maybe as a starter and then go for a main. Very delicious

We had a truly lovely evening, as the service was super attentive and the atmosphere very pleasant. The staff deserves high praise for their friendliness and professionalism! Unfortunately, the food fell somewhat short of our expectations. It was solid, but at this price range, we would have expected a bit more refinement and flavor. Nevertheless, for a pleasant evening, it's worth considering thanks to the great service and ambiance.

This restaurant is an absolute insider tip. The food and selection are overwhelming, you don't know where to start. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering advice on the menu, and are always available. The ambiance is truly wonderful. We'll definitely be back.

I was very pleased with the quality of my meal, although I must admit that one should not have been very hungry, considering the portion size, and a little more side dish would have been good, which is probably more common with the matzos. I was very satisfied with the taste.

The waiter was unfriendly and clearly not in the mood to work. I ordered 'Mazza' and had the impression that it wasn't very fresh.

We reserved an outside table days in advance to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived, they didn't have any. Instead, they had given the table to someone else at the requested time, even though we were on time. Irresponsible behavior!

We were there in the afternoon. The lunch menu is very well-structured, making it easy to choose, and we were surprised by the quite substantial meal. An absolute recommendation, especially for late afternoon, and well above the standard of a snack bar.

Only the pike-perch from the daily special was a bit too dry, but still very good due to the spices and side dishes. Delicious Lebanese red wine. A small, tasty dessert was also included. Very good and friendly service. Small drawback: very loud when the restaurant is full. Addendum: the lunch menu is also highly recommended. Of course, it's cheaper than the evening menu, and the restaurant isn't as crowded or noisy.

Return visit on July 14, 2023 - still truly PERFECT, as already described below... Exquisite food, a true explosion of flavor, at reasonable prices. Great, attentive staff! Perfect, always happy to return - including on Osterstraße, by the way... Been there for the umpteenth time now, still first-class, great food, and service that couldn't be better! "Our" waiter, his name is Lavante (no idea if that's spelled correctly...), is a real ace! See you next time, guaranteed, Mr. Marouk!! 😉
