After asking, we were even recommended to eat because we were unsure what we wanted to eat. Everything was polite and quick. Simply furnished, a bit small. Everything was very tasty, starter and lunch. The prices for what you get are really good in comparison for Vietnamese food.

Bad boring shabby food. The service was really bad. When I told the food was bad and big pieces of salad in a hot dish - which was cold?!?! Did he just say now? And when he said he wanted to tell the chef, instead he went to another waiter and laughed. The mango lassi was good - but I wonder if it is in other places too. We came because the place had many good recommendations - and we really don't understand that .... 😬😬😬😬😬

A place that cooks great duck. If you like rice noodles, this is a Vietnamese restaurant you should definitely give a try. There is also Tiger, an Asian beer, it tastes delicious. In general, the employees were polite and attentive, the food came very quickly. The design of the place is very nice, you can sit and chat with pleasure. We can say that it is the best Vietnamese restaurant we went to in Hamburg.

Unfortunately, food was just okay. The takoyaki was from the freezer and the beef from the bowl was burnt. My partner's chicken was ok. The waiters were quick and efficient and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Visually it was also quite impressive.

Bland tasteless overcooked food, cheap ingredients and more looks than actual good taste. Overall a bad experience. I've had much better/tastier food at local small vietnamese businesses. Never coming back again!

Wir hatten das Überraschungsmenü in drei Gängen. Das bietet einen guten Überblick über die Küche denn die 3 Gänge bestanden jeweils aus unterschiedlichen Gerichten der Karte. Das Fleisch auf den Punkt gegart. Das Gemüse wie es sein soll. Wir haben selten einen so guten Service erlebt. Auffällig war das sehr hippe und schickes Publikum teilweise in Abendgarderobe. Punktabzug gibt es bei den Preisen, die schon sehr hoch waren.

Cozy atmosphere with pleasant music. The service staff is attentive, friendly and courteous. The food came quickly and was perfect! We had a salad with chicken, a coconut curry with chicken and the weekly lemonade. The lemonade was fantastic, refreshing and special, the curry was perfectly seasoned, nice and hot and the meat was tender, the same went for the salad. The toilets are a bit dark but clean.

Highly recommended, the bowls taste very good. Hongi served us kindly and attentively, and overall we were completely satisfied. Gladly again!

After seeing how highly rated this restaurant was online, I had to eat here. I got a sirloin beef bowl (there are several different types available) and some salmon and tuna rolls. The food tasted amazing! Each dish arrived in good time too. The staff were all friendly and the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend visiting.

The food and drinks were great. Price-performance was also right for me. The waiter was friendly. The only thing that bothered us was the ambience. We visited the restaurant at the end of the evening and two employees had obviously been given the task of polishing all of the day's cutlery and throwing it into a container. They completed this task (instead of in the kitchen) at a table in the middle of the dining room, next to the remaining guests. It was 45 minutes before closing time. 30 minutes before closing time you could clearly see that as a guest you were now welcome to leave. Garbage bags were being carried out through the dining room, which caused a disturbance among us. Can't you do this after closing time? Or move the polishing of the cutlery to the kitchen?

The food was very tasty and delicate. It was full and therefore very loud. Unfortunately, the acoustics in the store are dramatic. Maybe you can insulate the walls.

The two of us were here yesterday and ordered 107 twice and immediately asked if chicken was served breaded and the waitress said yes. She brought us an appetizer, but we hadn't ordered any appetizer. Afterwards they brought us food, the chicken wasn't breaded, but we were hungry and took it anyway. The chicken pieces were tough, poor quality and you could tell by the taste that the chicken had been previously cooked. Unfortunately we were disappointed.

Thank you for the great evening with you! We were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable! Our waitress was simply wonderful and helped us choose our food and gave us really great advice. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Hamburg 🤗

The food is very tasty and freshly prepared. The service staff is very friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend reserving seats in advance as the restaurant is very busy.

We come from Hanover specifically to eat at Viet Bowl. 🍜 There's not much to say except that in our opinion it is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Germany! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The food is super fresh and aromatic and simply an absolute highlight. We recommend everyone who is in Hamburg to stop by and will definitely come back soon. ☺️

Delicious curry! The papaya salad was also very good. We came here twice because it was so convincing. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is pleasant, the prices are right.

This is probably the best ever Vietnamese food I've ever tasted. The simplicity of the ingredients enhance the quality of the ingredients and flavours. You get a very generous portion of meat, and the price per dish (pho in this instance) and the ratio of price:portion sizes is outstanding. It's a must for tourists in Hamburg, too bad I'm not a Hamburger. It's such a shame really. 10/10

The food was tasty, but rather small portions for hefty prices. We got the wrong drinks and the wrong dish and unfortunately there were no desserts or coffee after the meal. Our waitress was indifferent at best, but two other waiters were very friendly.

Food is tasty, but only accepting card payments in the city center from 25 euros is out of date and chicanery. There is a notice, but it doesn't change anything. In terms of dealer fees, it makes no difference. From a commercial perspective, it is simply stupid to forego customers in order to collect a higher average receipt.

Allergens are listed on the menu and there are many gluten-free options. Very good and highly recommended

Nice ambience, nice service and very, very tasty food with vegan options. The dessert was also great and came quickly. I would just like a dessert menu. None are shown on the regular map. You have to ask specifically.

Staff unmotivated, the food is solid and unfortunately it is a bit very dusty. The toilet unhygienic. I wouldn't/can't recommend it.

Very tasty Vietnamese food. As a starter we had summer rolls, which were very tasty. The Pho is recommended as a main course, especially to warm up on cold days :) Plus a pot of tea. Highly recommended.

Take me back to this restaurant! Went here a couple of times on a recent trip to Hamburg. The food here is delicious. I had a noodle dish which had a really good spice level, but not too much if you're not keen on overly spicy food. Great service too. Hope to be back soon.

Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. The service is far more than a 4 stars hotel and is by far the best service i have ever experienced. The staff are smiling all the time and are always keen on how to be more helpful at all times. The cocktails were made very professionally and tasted great. The rooms are clean and modern with a great room service. Again, I can not say enough good about the staff, they were all very friendly and welcoming, specially Jamshid and Kourosh, very professional and well spoken. The staff and the service are the best thing about this hotel.

I had lunch in the restaurant twice. Super! Great food, very authentic, light and tasty. Service top, attentive, polite and fast. The atmosphere is modern and relaxed, the clientele is very mixed. And the location is also great, very easy to reach. Viet Bowl is fully recommended.

I just love it. I've eaten at your place several times now, and both I and my companions are always amazed at the quality. It's so delicious. So far I have always ordered the same thing but each time I tried different dishes from my companions and I have to say it tastes great with you. Keep it up. We went there as we were arriving late at Central station and it was close by but we were amazed by the delicious food. We had Bun Nam Bao with beef and Salmon Bowl. Both of the meals were rich in ingredients. If I come to Hamburg again I would definitely come here.

Super tasty, authentic food and great service! It was a real taste experience, I've never had such delicious Asian food before. The juices are freshly squeezed, so even my apple spritzer was a little taste experience. Depending on the time, it is advisable to make a reservation. We were lucky at 5 p.m., but almost every table was occupied by the time we left. The next time we are in Hamburg, we will definitely come back ☺️

Very good bowls and Mango Lassi

For years I've just walked past and been amazed at how crowded it is and now I've finally tried it out. We definitely recommend booking a table on a Friday late afternoon. We held one of the last tables. The interior is quite simple and you sit on benches, which I don't find too comfortable. The service is friendly and calm. The menu seems very large but it is not. There is a fine selection of different starters with soups and main courses. I find the drink prices a bit high for a large beer around six euros. The starter, spring roll and wonton was delicious and definitely homemade. Then we ordered a soup and something with salmon in a creamy coconut sauce. This was spicy, but not that spicy. The portion size was sufficient and everything was very tasteful and perfectly prepared. I'd love to come back here. Thank you.

Der Service war mehr als perfekt und hätte definitiv mehr Sterne verdient. Unfassbar zuvorkommend! Der Kellner als auch der Sommelier haben uns hervorragend beraten und unterhalten. Das Rinderfilet war auf den Punkt gegart, Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Dessert sehr lecker! Kostet natürlich, aber ist sein Geld definitiv wert.

Great quality and delicious food! We had Pho Ha Noi soup, rice noodle with beef and kinder menu. All was very good. We ordered dumplings 2 times as they were very crispy and tasty. We also liked the fact that they created a different option for the kids. The restaurant was spacious and the staff were welcoming. Highly recommended.

It was quite good, but to be honest there are much better Vietnamese restaurants in HH.. the staff were very nice and the ambience was okay.. when different music comes from different corners.. it can be a bit annoying. The food was too expensive for the quality and unfortunately the taste didn't match the authentic food of the other countless Vietnamese restaurants.

The best Viternamis food i have tasted. The service was tip top. And Hoyti who served us was very professional and helpful and guided us all with the best and sweetest way. So awesome experience thank u

They will reply to email when you leave 2 star review. AVOID if you can! They have lots of staff running around, and the process is smooth and fast which starts from throwing off menu and cutlery, to asking for tips without even a smile... Food was quite normal, slightly pricey as not much meet you can enjoy in each cuisine.

Randomly entered the place with no expectations. Positively surprised! Food, service, atmosphere, prices amazing. For sure my new fav. place. Recommending.

Super delicious food! Very authentic! Great value for money! For 2 drinks (drinks of the week - iced tea) and 2 dishes (classic pho with chicken and curry of the week with chicken) we paid €45 (including tip - without €42). Nice and attentive service. When we dropped a fork, new cutlery was brought to us within 30 seconds without being asked.

My wife ordered T-Bon USA it was like to eat a gum which cost 115€, but waitress did do nothing to fix it, in the end she did ask for tips for herself! So sorry that we were spend our time there.

Das Essen ist der Oberhammer und grenzt an Perfektion! Dazu super Service, der sich voll am Gast und seinen Wünschen orientiert. Abgerundet wird das ganze durch eine große Weinkarte und leckere Cocktails. Frei nach dem Terminator: We‘ll be back!

The menu options are quite extensive. I've never had Vietnamese food before. I'm glad I ate here for the first time. The food was incredibly delicious. The staff was also very helpful. I think it was satisfactory in terms of price and performance.
