Unfortunately, the buffet was only lukewarm, the selection was limited, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. Not recommended.

I went there several times a week for the takeout offer. Dishes for €6, €7, and €8 each were good, and the food was good. Unfortunately, the prices have increased significantly. We've always enjoyed eating there. We were there today and were very disappointed. At the end of August, the all-you-can-eat and drink concept was still €25.80. Today, it was just all-you-can-eat and drinks extra. The buffet remained at the €25.80 price tag 😲 We were very disappointed today. The food was lukewarm or sometimes cold. The sushi was okay... the freshly cooked one was delicious. We really wonder where the attention to detail has gone. Konfuzius used to be a really great restaurant. Unfortunately, the quality has declined drastically and isn't worth €25.80. We had four drinks, nothing special, and paying over €22 for just those is a real bummer. Unfortunately, that was our last time there. The value for money isn't right anymore. It's a shame, it was always great there.

A disaster! I strongly advise you not to order anything from this "restaurant." We ordered there for the first time today. The noodles for the little girl were tasteless, almost cold upon arrival, and visually creepy. They forgot the peanut sauce for my duck dish, which cost almost €18.00. Aside from the fact that there weren't even any vegetables in the sauce, there was a heated discussion on the phone and debate among ourselves about whether to deliver what was ordered. 15 minutes later, the food arrived with the sauce, and the restaurant instructed the driver to take away other, already cold food. Perhaps to secretly deliver it to someone else? You'd bet this place could do that. The best part: there were two hairs in the new food, which is why I decided not to eat it. All in all, a horrible experience and not even worth a star.

The maximum stay in this restaurant is 150 minutes, according to the notice on the entrance door. You don't really need that long to eat.

Yesterday, I tried the delivery service for almost €100, but several ingredients were missing, including all the sauces. The bowl was crazy, but not the good "crazy" kind. The highlight were the pickled cucumbers from the jar. Not a highlight, not again.

We went there for an a la carte meal. The duck was delicious, and the portions were very generous. The value for money is definitely good for an a la carte meal. The service seemed reserved at first, but then became very pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, they didn't come over for another drink order (the place was empty). I will definitely go back :)

The review is from toogoodtogo: first 4 euros, then 5 euros, now 8 euros, with the stated value of the goods being 24 euros. The food gets thrown away anyway, and charging 8 euros for leftovers without any changes to the service or food is simply outrageous. It's a shame, too, that the prices on the regular menu have already been changed three times this year.

The place is absolutely terrible...dirty, cold, cold food even though it's under thermal bridges!! Lackluster service, cold plates even though they're in the plate warmer, everything looks like it did yesterday, sushi is dry, and basically everything is a complete disgrace!! It was already borderline bad before, but since the new owner, it's been absolutely disgusting and a complete rip-off!!! Service is nonexistent, they brought drinks once, and not one until the very end when we left! Plates were cleared away. This wasn't my first time here, but THIS IS THE LAST TIME! ATTENTION!!! P.S. You're greeted with a lot of indifference and don't really feel welcome. Unfortunately, while the buffet theoretically offers a wide selection, in practice much of it is simply empty. On the other hand, you can admire the flies on the buffet, which are occasionally dispatched with an electric fly swatter and then land in the buffet. There are plastic plates for dessert. No one bothers to come to the table to pay; here you have to walk to the cash register. We won't see that place again.

The buffet: The fried food was okay and freshly prepared, which is why it deserves 3 stars, but the raw fish was a disaster. Everything was still frozen in its containers. The raw meat was so oversalted during grilling that it was inedible. The dessert was just canned fruit. Fermented, inedible red melon balls with brown spots(?). You had to get your own plate from the grill station, despite a table clamp (which we weren't told about). The waiter didn't even come to the table to ask for drinks. It was a Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. and they had just opened. We were the first guests; there were hardly any inside. No, I wouldn't recommend it.

The lunch buffet saw three price increases in 2025, from 12.80 to 15.80. First without drinks, then with them, now without again, and the selection is getting increasingly sparse and overcooked. That's it, with four regulars.

Pure impudence! I made a reservation over three weeks ago for a very specific offer – and this evening they suddenly said: 'No more, offer gone.' Seriously? I just took down the sign and that was it, as if guests were stupid enough not to notice. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional! I ate here with my mother yesterday. We opted for the all-you-can-eat & drink buffet at lunch and were more than satisfied. The food was always fresh, hot, and delicious. I highly recommend it!

We ordered there via Lieferando. Initially, they advertised a delivery time of 60 minutes, but in the end, it only took about 30 minutes. The food was good.

This review applies explicitly to togootogo's rescue bags: One rescue bag is now supposed to cost €8.00 (until December 24 - €4.00, then €5.00). Are you serious? For only taking leftovers from the buffet, some of which have been there for a long time, so you have to throw away less and save money. For you, a "rescue buffet" only means hot dishes and sometimes sushi (which is often cleared away beforehand), plus a salad buffet, soups, and dessert buffet. By the way, you state a value of €24.00 for the rescue bag on togootogo. Since when does the lunch buffet cost €24.00? Sorry, your food can't possibly be that good for me to fall for this rip-off.

My husband and I just ate there. Yesterday, we checked the website. The following offer was described: "All-You-Can-Eat plus a drink plus a Mongolian Grill plus a hotpot" for lunch for just under €18. Our suspicion grew, but so did our curiosity. Our conclusion: An anonymous report to the health department should really follow. But first, the pros and cons: Pros: - Price - There's a lot to observe... ;) Cons: - Selection - Quality - Hygiene - There was neither a hotpot nor a Mongolian Grill I started with appetizers. I thought to myself: you can't go wrong with cooked food. Cucumber sushi landed on my plate (I don't understand how the cucumber can get dry in sushi...), spring rolls, and fried wontons. After the second wonton, I felt nauseous. To prevent anything worse from happening, I already ran to the restrooms. That was a mistake. Two of the three women's restrooms were unusable due to overflowing shit. I was lucky with the third one. If I hadn't washed my hands, I would have stayed cleaner. The company logo on the paper towel dispenser was leaking yellow liquid. On the way back to the cafeteria (there's no other name for the room), there were crates of drinks lying around. Okay, second round of hot meals... two pieces of chicken from every possible mix landed on my plate. My subconscious refused to eat anything from the extremely small buffet... and finally, dessert. The pickled fruit tasted fermented. Thanks for that! Grand finale!

Ich war total überrascht. Ich hasse diese All-You-Can-Eat-Tempel. Normalerweise bekommt man zum Mitnehmen, etwas vom Buffet. Hier gab es für wenig Geld: Suppe plus frisch hergerichtete gebratene Nudeln und Ente. Eine echt große Portion für sehr wenig Geld.

Unfortunately, the sauce was only lukewarm and therefore went back to the kitchen, which didn't please the waiter very much. The duck was crispy, so it was okay, but unfortunately the sauces tasted very bland. They lacked the Asian flavor we've come to expect from other restaurants. We've also tried the very extensive buffet before, but we really shouldn't expect any flavor invasions, which is a shame!

Located at Ohlsdorf train station. The first moment you walk in, it feels like a huge hall. Once you're seated at one of the round tables, it's perfectly fine thanks to the partitions, although the noise from the other guests echoes a bit. Our setting was fantastic. We were in a great mood, always having a joke, and the schnapps at the end was on the house. Priceless. He was always there if we wanted anything else. The food was good and plentiful; we ate à la carte. We all had duck, which was nice and crispy and delicious. We would have preferred a sauce for the bridal noodles with duck, but it was still good. There was no vinegar on the table, but the soup was otherwise well-seasoned. There's also an all-you-can-eat-and-drink option for 25.99. If you eat with a Schlemmerblock, you can get a 2-for-1 deal or pay 25.90 for the first all-you-can-eat-and-drink meal and another 12.90 for the second. All in all, we'll definitely come back again. I'll take photos then, too.

Unfortunately, the place isn't that great anymore. It hasn't been there for 3-4 years. In the meantime, the restaurant has become very run down. The Chinese food is rather average – bad. The sushi isn't even that good... There's an employee constantly walking around the buffet, grumpily filling takeout containers for the delivery service. The restaurant could also use a thorough cleaning. There are dust flecks all over the walls... Unfortunately, it's not very inviting. It was my last visit.

Unfortunately, the restaurant has completely lost its Chinese charm of recent years. The service was not nice, the menu was carelessly placed on the table one on top of the other and not to the lady at the table first. The benches and chairs have also seen better days, because one bench was completely broken and the holes were covered with seat cushions. The food was brought to the table after 3 (!) minutes and the waiter answered in the affirmative when asked whether the duck was freshly prepared. Even though the restaurant was actually only moderately busy, it was still very loud and the air was extremely "used". After eating we put our gourmet block on the table and about a minute later we received the bill without being asked. The quantity of food was okay, the curry chicken sola tasted great. Some of the duck was very finished and, in our opinion, the portion was taken from the “display” of the buffet. So be it. Even though you get a free dish with the gourmet block, we won't be visiting the restaurant again.

We ate in the restaurant today, we have been here several times. Unfortunately it has gotten worse from visit to visit, today was the last visit for us. There was little choice in the live cooking offer when it came to meat, I like to eat chicken, but it was only available seasoned and not to my taste, I asked the waiter about the lack of noodles for live cooking, but they weren't refilled. Vegetables didn't look appetizing, not typical Chinese vegetables like sprouts. The finished dishes were quite ok. A large 0.5 liter of water comes from a JA pet bottle, which I thought was a cheek. The highlight was the dishes for the dessert, plastic dishes were served, which as far as I know is not even permitted in restaurants. The spoons and forks were in a deep box where every guest had to dig around to get the right cutlery. Not hygienic

It's not OK, bad service, old food! It's not worth it

Wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe hier, hach ja die 3 Sterne sind im Hinblick auf den günstigen Preis für das Buffet. Der Kellner war nett, der Essensbereich sah erstmal sauber aus. Ganz schlimm war der Toilettenbereich, Wände recht schmuddelig, Pappe zum Drübergehen auf dem Boden, Waschbecken und Handtuchspender schmuddelig, dann ein Aquarium mit 2-3 Fischen, extrem dreckig und ohne irgendwas drin ausser Sand, sowas ist Tierquälerei. Das Buffet kostete Mittags glaube ich 13,50 Euro. Getränke kamen flott, bisschen komisch wirkte, dass das Mineralwasser an der Theke aus einer ja! 1,5l Plastikflasche eingefüllt wurde. Da kosten 6 Flaschen bei Rewe 2 Euro, guter Schnitt würd ich mal sagen und minimal Getäusche. Für Kinder waren viele Sachen bei, wobei ich mich frage, wieso ich Nuggets, Pommes, Schweineschnitzel und Co bei einem chinesischen Buffet brauche. Aber gut, das habe ich mich bei Tomate Mozarella und Tiramisu auch gefragt. Das Sushi soll gut gewesen sein, habe ich nicht probiert. Die Sachen die ich hatte, hatten mir nicht wirklich gut geschmeckt, das ging auch einigen von meinen Begleitern so. Es ist quasi sattmachen aber Qualität ist es nicht. Ja 13,50 Euro ist nicht viel, ich habe aber bspw. im Chalon in Niendorf oder Mongolei in Norderstedt schaffen auch besseren Geschmack für den gleichen Preis. Zugegeben, Geschmack ist immer subjektiv, aber die Ente war labberig, die Bratnudeln schmeckten nicht und Huhn, Rind etc war auch nur "ok". Für die Kids toll war die Eistruhe mit unterschiedlichen Sorten. Das Restaurant hat wenn man sieht, dass ja viele Gäste da waren seine Daseinsberechtigung, aber wir würden nicht noch mal kommen.

Good, varied selection at the buffet. Very nice and attentive service. Locally modern and obviously clean. Shortcoming: From the passage into the basement to the sanitary facilities: shock! It is not only "outdated" and neglected, but overall very run down and dirty! Tip: you can also clean/keep older areas/facilities clean! Confucius says: “Whoa at the top, whoa at the bottom!”

Never again, ordering food online and paying via PayPal. Driver complains loudly about tips not being transferred and is absolutely unfriendly. We are always happy to give you something extra in cash if the service is good. But in this case it was very disrespectful. If employees treat customers like this, then we are sorry. The service on site was sometimes quite inattentive, but other colleagues corrected the impression. The food deserves 7 stars, this applies to both the regular buffet and HotPot. I have to drive here for over an hour and will still try to become a regular. -- Please try HotPot and also try out the things that look strange ;-) -- *edit a year later* Still good. Worst case scenario on a Wednesday evening with an empty restaurant, nightmare for a buffet restaurant, but it was still good as usual.

You drive 40km here because you saw the shop in the voucher booklet, reserve a table, tell the waiter when you enter the shop that you are there with the booklet, only for another waiter to tell you when you pay that you have the booklet have to show beforehand. Have we? When we said we did this, they didn't believe us. Do you now have to present the booklet to every employee? The waiter then said that this was an exception and took one meal off the bill, but next time he won't do that. If you don't feel like taking part in such a program, you shouldn't offer vouchers that encourage people in the region to travel there specifically. There definitely won't be a next time like this. About the food: We ordered from the menu, the prices were reasonable, especially for the portion size. The Peking soup is not recommended as it wasn't a soup but rather a bowl of tasteless slime. You should also avoid going to the toilet. The atmosphere was relatively loud, typical of a restaurant that offers a buffet.

The restaurant does not match the description!! Everything is tasteless, the choice of sushi is very small! The seafood for the grill was stale. There was almost no fish meat. The prices were unreasonably high. I looked at pictures on the Internet, but the dishes shown in the photo were not there, not even similar. I cannot recommend the buffet. We arrived at 7:30pm on Saturday for dinner. The food at the buffet was cold, dry and almost never refilled. In terms of taste, the dishes left a lot to be desired. There were food delivery people walking around the buffet all the time, which wasn't very inviting or comfortable. I've been to various Asian buffets in Hamburg and the surrounding area, all of which were better.

Great and varied buffet. With Mongolian specialties and this hot pot for a small additional charge. Unfortunately, I was far too hungry for the crispy duck, shrimp, sushi and all the other specialties. If I can, I'll take photos next time

The worst Asian restaurant I've ever been to. The meat was undercooked and wobbly and the sauce didn't taste like anything. The food came out the wrong way. We had a voucher for this, which the service staff didn't want to recognize, even though we gave it up when we made the reservation over the phone. Absolutely not recommended.

The service attitude is very good, the food is good, but the location is a bit remote

We were at an all-you-can-eat open buffet. There was generally a large selection, from basic sushi, through various types of meat in sauces and breaded shrimps, to desserts. We tried to taste everything but it was too much. Well, what we ate was well prepared. Not every flavor was my favorite but that's what tasting is all about. Unfortunately, the entire counter with breaded products was dripping with grease, but that's the way of things. Overall, I recommend visiting this place and tasting what they have to offer.

The establishment does not match the photo. There was a lot of meat, very little fish and only one type. The sushi was not tasty, the rolls contained red fish, shrimp and squid. The squid rolls were just rubbery. This restaurant is very ordinary and did not live up to my expectations.

But still 3 stars, the dessert was delicious. 2. The service was quite nice. 3. Ambience, what really shocked me was the aquarium near the toilets, there was a single half-dead fish in there. It looked really bad. But anyway the whole interior has been badly neglected. Dust, cobwebs, broken benches everywhere… Price-performance, far too high... So all in all, I wouldn't eat here again.

It used to be a delicious restaurant - now we can only say that we are more than disappointed. Spring rolls were sticky and cold, noodles were cold, everything no longer looked appetizing. When references to this “condition” were made, all that was said was that some people arrive at 5:30 and that the food has probably been in the warming containers ever since. Very tasty food and very friendly staff. GuoBaoRou was delicious and Mongolian grill (with garlic sauce and dried chili) was also awesome. The staff is very nice. We were there at 8:40 p.m. and finished work at 9:30 p.m. Nevertheless, we were able to have all types of the buffet. Gladly again!

I always find it sad when you go out to eat and it tastes like nothing. For 22.90 buffet with a selection of almost nothing, we then ate as a card and what came unfortunately didn't taste like anything. Full plates returned and full bill. Rarely have I experienced such neutral taste. Don't go here it's not worth the time and money.

The buffet at noon on Sunday is 25.9 euros per person, with drinks, about 31 euros per person. There are many self-service foods that you can pick up yourself, or you can ask the chef to fry vegetables and various meats freshly. The chef was very nice and asked us if we like boiled dumplings? Or fried? We said fried dumplings, and not long after, a large plate of fried dumplings was served! Thanks!

There was a lot to choose from at the buffet but the negative aspects outweighed the negative aspects. The food prepared by the chef tasted burnt. Some of the food from the buffet was cold. There were a lot of small flies on or in the tiramisu. We had stomach problems afterwards and had to throw up at home. Absolutely not recommended.

The food itself was good, although some dishes had more vegetables than meat. Sometimes it was a bit too greasy. The toilets leave a lot to be desired, not very clean both the walls and the toilets themselves. However, the high chairs for the little ones are anything but clean, so either you bring something with you to clean or you put your baby in a sticky, dirty plastic high chair. Unfortunately for us there is nothing worth checking out again.

Attracted by the reviews, I also stayed here. The service isn't exactly friendly, the food isn't anything special either, the usual standard buffet and the sushi 🍣 has no character.

China is basically my second home, so I would consider myself a discerning critic. The hotpot is very authentic and the ingredients at the buffet are very varied (vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, pasta, meat, fish) and make a very fresh impression. Service is friendly and attentive. I missed Enoki mushrooms, but that's on a high level considering the price. So I can highly recommend Hotpot. Almost like in China. That means something.

Cheap price for the lunch buffet! Extensive selection of different dishes. Whether sushi, duck or sesame balls, there is an enormous selection. Drinks are also relatively inexpensive. Nothing really disappointed in terms of taste 👍
