Everything is top-notch... Unfortunately, no card payments... for whatever reason...

I haven't had a rump steak like that in ages. Completely dry, tough, and inedible. The service was incredibly unfriendly. Nobody there even laughed once. I will NEVER go there again. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Honestly, ANY doner kebab is better. It's unbelievable what they serve there.

There were three of us. The gyros was tough and very greasy. There were a few bits of silver foil on the plate... a clear sign it had been reheated. And that's exactly how it tasted. The second person in our party received something completely different than what they ordered... and the third person got a rump steak that was tough and had a bone like a shoe sole. It was our first time there, and definitely not a second. Half of my order went back too... unbelievable. And I almost forgot: absolutely no friendliness. Not a single smile on anyone's face. Not a single employee. 🫨

Unfortunately, you have to give one star to rate, otherwise it would actually be zero stars. We were here for the first time today and thought the restaurant, although it's a restaurant itself—the term isn't justified—has been around for a long time. Even though we, or they, don't know whether the owner has changed hands several times, we're giving it a chance. The current owner was, or is, definitely the wrong choice. Greeting, yes, okay. The first thing that's absolutely unacceptable is that we hadn't even finished the appetizer when, without exaggeration, the plate with the salad was taken from my hand to be replaced with the main course, which could have easily been placed next to it, especially since it was piping hot. You don't serve a main course while the guest is still eating the appetizer. The main course was supposed to be gyros. Some of the meat was just dry, hard, even lumps, which had absolutely no resemblance to what should normally be thinly sliced, tender gyros. The Metaxa sauce had nothing to do with Metaxa and, like the cheese, fries, and rice, tasted of nothing. The garlic bread was simply soggy, crispy, and nothing at all. The salad also had hardly any flavor, overpowered by the yogurt dressing. Whatever the order, it wasn't good. We've never had such a bad meal in a Greek restaurant. Negative comments were also heard at the next table. Yes, an alternative was offered, but if the surroundings aren't right, you don't want to stay there any longer. We won't recommend this restaurant to anyone else, and we won't visit it again. It's a shame, but things can only get better, and the owner should either take this criticism on board or not.

The food is truly excellent, and the prices are also impressive. The only drawback is the extremely slow service. The menu came quickly, but afterward, you always had to wait a very long time for service. I actually wanted to order dessert, but after waiting 25 minutes, I lost the desire. It's a shame, because everything else was truly world-class.

Trotz Vorbestellung wurden die Plätze im Freisitz reserviert. Dort konnte man auf "bequemen" Gartenstühlen Patz nehmen. In der Gaststätte selbst wäre jedoch noch ausreichend Platz gwesen. Die Speisekarten (aus Pappe!) wurden nach der Bestellung alle wieder eingesammelt. Der Bitte, das eine Karte für eventuelle Nachbestellungen auf dem Tisch verbleibt wurde nicht nachgekommen. Die Zeit von der Aufgabe der Bestellung bis zum Servieren der Getränke und Speisen war okay. Zum Essen wurde je nach Bestellung ein Salat gereicht. Salat sieht aber anders aus! Die Portionen sind von der Menge her recht übersichtlich gestaltet und wer Hunger hat wird sicher nicht satt. Das Essen war nicht sonderlich gewürzt, was wann von einer Griechischen Gaststätte eigentlich so nicht kennt. Die Pommes hatten auch kein Salz gesehen. Alles in allem enttäuschend! Keine Kartenzahlung möglich !

Despite pre-booking, the outdoor seating was reserved. There, you could sit on "comfortable" garden chairs. However, there would have been plenty of room inside the restaurant itself. The menus (made of cardboard!) were all collected after ordering. The request to leave a card on the table for any subsequent orders was ignored. The time from placing the order to the serving of the drinks and food was acceptable. A salad was served with the meal, depending on the order. But the salad looks different! The portions are quite modest, and if you're hungry, you certainly won't be full. The food wasn't particularly seasoned, which is unusual for a Greek restaurant. The fries didn't have any salt in them either. All in all, disappointing! Card payments are not accepted!!!

Side dishes were only fries or rice. The fries were the typical Metro frozen fries. No choice of seating; the waiter decides where you sit. No card payments are possible, which is unheard of these days.

Unfortunately this was our first and last visit. Food was okay… lamb was extremely fatty & generally all the meat was very poor quality. My wish was to sit in the “winter garden”, but unfortunately my wish was not fulfilled even though there were seats available there. The staff was very rude on the phone when making the reservation, and unfortunately this continued in the restaurant. Except for one young woman who was really very nice and friendly.

Table to table, mass processing. Noise like at the main train station. Sitting right in the entrance area, I find that impossible. Food was ok, garlic bread wobbly and not crispy. With the meal itself, (mixed meat plate) not even a small spoonful of tzatziki. Therefore everything is very dry.

Price/performance absolutely top. However, you notice the austerity measures (no ouzo, no shepherd's cheese on the salad), which I can understand!

Very good Greek restaurant. We have been coming here on vacation for 4-5 years and are very satisfied every time. We've tried several things and they've all been delicious. Inconspicuous from the outside but really beautiful inside. It's clean, the service is on point and it's cozy. Gladly again every holiday. Important: Cash payment only. You should know that beforehand. Tip: The parking lot is a bit tight. With my Mondeo station wagon it's just OK if you can drive a bit, but the car shouldn't be bigger. You should then move to another parking lot and walk a bit. But it's worth it.

The taste of the food is not very good, everything is very dry and burnt! You can taste that it's not homemade and there's a lot coming out of the cup! There are far better Greeks in Leipzig! And not being able to pay by card is not possible at all! You always know straight away that this restaurant isn't exactly operating legally!
