Restaurant Kick Off in Neuruppin

The food didn't taste good. I wouldn't come here again.

By far the worst meal we have experienced. Soup is pure flour soup with no taste. Dumplings fall apart and completely salty. Frozen food on the plate. Never again. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Bad mood and unfriendly. We will avoid this location in the future.

Personally, I was very satisfied... food was delicious (hamburger schnitzel with fried potatoes), staff was nice and friendly.

NEVER AGAIN ! We have known the sports center for several years but the last visit was a total failure. 8 people for schnitzel bowling. Order was taken at 6:00 p.m., the food finally came at 6:50 p.m. ☝️. Pork schnitzel without any seasoning, the gratinated cheese had no taste, the beef schnitzel was dripping with fat, some of it wasn't served as ordered. Either the cook was sick or the spices were all out... 6.55 p.m. 2 drinks were re-ordered which, when asked, were not yet ready at 7.20 p.m. (3 employees were working behind the counter), when asked by an employee behind the counter (trainee): he processes the orders one by one... but the restaurant was barely half full, normally busy! Continue to bowling, service at the lane is 0!!! We had to order drinks ourselves at the bar and only caught a trainee when we asked. This definitely works better!!! However, we won't be coming back! Because various mistakes were made when creating the invoice (again by a trainee) and the boss had to be called to clarify. I understand that trainees first learn their profession and don't perfect everything, but that was the bottom drawer. Man As a result, we were told that we were really bad guests... I'll leave that alone. Ms. Kaatzsch, this definitely needs improvement and the way we deal with customers left a lot to be desired.

It used to be better, the service has deteriorated a lot and you feel like you're not wanted. The food was swimming in fat or ran past the seasoning. At Bohlen there was no longer any service to be able to get something to drink and the only permanent option was to go to the bar on your own. All in all I would say wake up again, you used to be so good.

We had a delicious meal here, were served very friendly and were entertained by the turtles and koi. It was far too hot today for the variety of sports on offer...

Delicious, fitness-oriented food (e.g. zucchini noodles or lentil bolognese), but also delicious, high-quality burgers and schnitzels

We stay here with our motorhome and went to Kick Off for dinner. The wok chicken, the solyanka and the matjes were really tasty and very attractively presented. We didn't necessarily expect that from a sports hotel. But we also think it's great that you can stay overnight here for €8. You can shower and use the toilets in the hotel for €2. Things like that don't happen that often. Thank you for that. We always enjoy coming to Neuruppin.

The food was very tasty and the service was excellent.

Maybe because it was a public holiday, we went at lunch time, which was not busy. I bought Chicken Schnitzel and it was served with pineapple. I didn't expect I would love it this much. The service was extremely fast. We sat next to a lovely pool with a variety of fish and turtles. Prices were not too expensive.

Since I had my quarters there, I also treated myself to some refreshment there

The food is completely overpriced. The rice was absolutely dry and hard. Some of the food was too salty. The service wasn't particularly engaging either.

About 2 months ago I had an evening meeting with a friend at the restaurant. At around 9:30 p.m. we were informed that the closing time was approaching, we asked if we could order drinks again, this was confirmed and the drinks came at 9:50 p.m 5 minutes later we were asked to finish the drinks immediately because of the upcoming end of the day 🙁 There were other guests present and 2 lanes were occupied. I found that very inappropriate, but that's how it is in some places today, I almost had the impression that it was also a Generation Z (the staff present) problem. I rarely go out here in Neuruppin in the evenings, I'm not used to it that way

We visit the restaurant early in the evening and had a table reserved. The restaurant is large, almost spacious, modern, clean and attractively designed. The welcome is very friendly. The menu offers everything from schnitzel to burgers to currywurst. B. Wok vegetables or a Schupfnudel special for €14.30, which I decide on. To drink I order a small non-alcoholic pilsner that costs €3.40. The drink is served after a reasonable waiting time, we have to wait 40 minutes for the food. The Schupfnudel special tastes good, all in all I give it four good stars.

A sports hotel with a really large koi carp pond in the middle, where the kick-off is located, is overall a place of good mood. The food is excellent and prepared with imagination. Service really has a lot to do here. There are countless events here that are catered for and have very different requirements. From the camper who wants water and mobile supplies, to the business traveler in the conference rooms or someone who can't leave their laptop out while eating, wants something good to eat with it and then wants to do a few laps in the adventure pool. It's really amazing what's possible here and everyone is in a good mood... or at least friendly 😉... because who can always be in a good mood? I really enjoy being here and thank the team for their commitment!

We spontaneously went to eat here after the swimming pool. Definitely worth a visit. Food is very tasty. We wouldn't have expected that. Ambiance is very pleasant. The service is also very nice, but still needs improvement.

I used the sports center's parking space with the motorhome and ate currywurst at the “kick off”. The price - €15.50 - seemed very ambitious to me, but it was worth it!! The large, long sausage was absolute premium quality! The creative way to prepare fries is great! The dish was very different to how standard currywurst is normally prepared. This “sausage experience” is simply first-class - a great positive surprise!

Very tasty food. Unfortunately very loud and restless. But it's just a sports hotel. Service very good.

We had a great time in the sports center - first doing sports, then sauna and now enjoying a delicious meal in the restaurant. The experience was first class and the food is absolutely delicious. We recommend!

Schnitzel sind wirklich riesig. Pommes waren lecker. Burger und Wok Huhn sahen super aus und haben den Kollegen geschmeckt. Portion sind sehr üppig.

Essen war prima, guter Burger und das asiatische Huhn war auch sehr lecker. Das Service Team war sehr freundlich - das Restaurant ist der Mittelpunkt des Sporthotels - so richtig gemütlich ist es nicht aber ok

Wir machen gerade Urlaub im Sporthotel und waren heute im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Wir (1 Erwachsener und 2 Kinder) können es nur empfehlen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service war super freundlich.

Essen ist echt super, schmackhaft, abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Bedienung ist zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit, manchmal dauert es ein wenig bis jemand kommt. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend, sauber und im ordentlichen Zustand. Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Das Kick Off ist ein sehr gepflegtes Restaurant in einem überaus angenehmen Ambiente. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich fabelhaft und der Service ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Man merkt das alles mit großer Hingabe und Liebe zubereitet wird. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit das Essen mit einer sportlichen Aktivität zu verknüpfen. Neuruppin und das Kick Off sind also eine Reise wert.

Essen einfach super lecker. Gehen auf wünsche der Kunden ein. Es gibt eine Kinderkarte für die kleinen die auch ausgemalt werden kann. Preisleistungsverhältnis für diese Portionen und den Geschmack sind super. Personal super freundlich auch kinderfreundlich. Atmosphäre des Restaurants einfach top.

Zur Frage des Inhabers "Sie haben keinen Parkplatz gefunden? Oder war die Auswahl der Parkplätze zu groß?": Ja, es gibt viele Parkplätze. Aber das letzte Mal gab es nur sehr wenig freie, denn es war Sonntag Nachmittag und ziemlich voll. So was kann manchmal schon der Fall sein.
