BEST FOOD in Magdeburg (If you like Asian and a wide variety of food) There's also a great selection of veggies. We were there as part of a team event with 5 people. Starters, several drinks and dessert for just under €160, so around €32 per person. It's hard to beat that, and for such good food!

We are tourists in Magdeburg and searched for a good restaurant on Google. The reviews for Kazoku made us curious and lucky for us! Reserved a table. The restaurant was full inside and out. the service was really great, absolutely friendly and relaxed. We ordered a few small appetizers and different sushi variants😋 The platters were really well prepared, very rich and, above all, really tasty🤩 Price/performance ratio is also top. I can fully recommend this restaurant.

We stopped by on a Friday evening without a reservation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and made it possible for us to get a table. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed the excellent food. Thank you!

We stumbled upon this lovely restaurant last year by chance and came back three times during the same week. Coming back to Magdeburg a year later, we were thrilled to see the place has not lost a single bit of its perks - amazing food, great drinks and amazing service and hospitality.

Best address in Magdeburg when it comes to excellent Asian food! I am a regular guest and am thrilled every time. The dishes are exceptionally good and the staff is incredibly friendly without being intrusive. Top price-performance ratio. Keep it up and you won't be able to get rid of me again :)

It was delicious in general, but the desserts just weren’t a success at all...they couldn’t even eat them..

Was there today for the first time based on my friend's recommendations and I have to say it's an absolute must if you've always wanted to eat udon noodles or ramen. I had the udon noodles myself and I have to say it was very, very tasty. If I didn't have fixed costs I would probably eat there every day! I would recommend making a reservation or coming spontaneously shortly after opening time. The decor also fits in very well and the staff is very friendly! Gladly again!

Top Japanese cuisine restaurant. It is highly recommended to reserve a table as it is very popular and not very large. What was surprising was the unique style of the cuisine, which also created a wow effect on the palate. Thank you at this point for this culinary experience.

Super authentic and delicious. The waitresses are nice and attentive, it was a real experience. Anyone who wants to try Japanese cuisine has come to the right place. The tapas invite you to try them out and the udon soup was delicious. My highlight was the takoyaki, the tastiest I've had so far in Germany ♥️.

There are some vegan dishes here. Our food was really good, we'll be back. Thanks to the construction site, you can sit outside without too much traffic. The service is quick and attentive.

I had 10 tofu skewers 14b Tofu no Pizza 21 Nasu Dengaku and I haven't eaten so well in ages! It was all so well coordinated and I could have easily fooled myself. The restaurant would be a reason for me to move to Magdeburg. At least I will now stop there every time on the way from OWL to Berlin.

Mega delicious ramen, good service and totally child-friendly. A shop with a lot of charm...better eat somewhere else so that there is always a place available for us.

Really a treat! The food is very good. Deciding wasn't easy as there are some great dishes on the menu. The drink selection was also very diverse. The ambience is very nice. There are so many details, even in the toilet. 😄 The staff was attentive and repeatedly asked if everything was okay. Questions were always answered in a friendly manner. And the wait for the drinks and food to arrive wasn't long. We'll definitely be back.

Tolles und Vielfaltiges Essen. Leider konnten wir das nur einmal genießen ,weil wir auf der Durchreise waren. Sowas leckeres kennen wir sonst nur vom Melrose in Stuttgart.

Easily the best restaurant in town! Plenty of incredibly high quality and fairly unique menu items, a whole lot of comfy vibes all over and some straight up S-tier staff members. This place even holds up after coming back from a food-centered trip to Japan. Virtually all dishes are recommendations but my personal favorites are the Takoyaki and a classic bowl of ramen soup. Although not the main focus of the menu, there's also a very fair vegetarian selection on offer. For me, this is the kind of place I'd happily drive 3 hours to, just to have dinner <3

The most authentic Japanese restaurant I have found in Germany so far! A hidden gem between all the restaurants, you can find original Japanese cuisine here. I was blown away. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Since the restaurant itself is rather small, we ordered takeaway and waited outside in the beautiful outdoor area. The red lanterns were already switched on in the evening and since it was still a bit cool in the evening, we were each given different teas while we waited for the house. These were homemade and so delicious that I will order one next time (it was orange-ginger my absolute favourite!). I definitely recommend it, everyone has to try it! There are even squid balls just like they are made in Japan, plus other specialties you can't get anywhere else! :)

A piece of Japan in Magdeburg I have visited many Japanese restaurants, but in my opinion Kazoku Izakaya is the best Japanese restaurant in Magdeburg. The atmosphere is authentic and inviting, which immediately creates a feeling of comfort. The food is simply outstanding! It is freshly and perfectly prepared and the selection of traditional Japanese dishes leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They ensure that you as a guest feel completely comfortable. They are always helpful and competent if you have any special requests or questions about the dishes. Kazoku Izakaya has managed to bring a little piece of Japan to Magdeburg and I can only recommend everyone to visit this wonderful restaurant. An absolute must for all lovers of Japanese cuisine. We'd love to come back!

It's hot outside and cool inside... a huge plus in hot weather. We ordered spicy ramen, udon soup with beef, gyoza dumplings and shrimp tempura. the price is really surprisingly low for such great quality of food. wallet-friendly place. oriental decor gives a sense of escape from the European climate. I really liked the Japanese stools. as for the food... a range of flavors... nothing exaggerated... perfectly balanced proportions. aromatic dumplings filling.... shrimps covered with a magical sesame sauce that stole my heart. perfect udon noodles... soft... a pleasure to eat. a creamy egg that melts in your mouth solid portions but fortunately not dripping with fat. You'll eat plenty but you won't feel sluggish afterwards. If you are a fan of Asian food, definitely go there, you will be pleased

It was delicious but of course it took a while until it was served, which is very stupid if you only get one slot to sit. (At the end you are also politely asked to finish) I would have liked more explanations about the individual special features on the menu. The idea is good. Prices are okay.

We were greeted very friendly, the two guys are really great waiters and extremely authentic. It took us a while to decide on the many delicious dishes. The spinach salad is absolutely delicious and the rest was simply fantastic. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the evening in the Japanese atmosphere, with friendly service and great food. Really tasty! But really I had the problem that I can't eat that much. I would recommend everyone to try it. My favorite dish there was number 39. But everyone has different tastes but I just think it's delicious there and the staff is friendly and... It was also well designed and a must for anyone who likes Asian cuisine! I have to say I was there in the evening but I saw the lunch specials and definitely want to try them next time, everything sounded delicious and what I tried was also very tasty and nicely prepared, the one with the benches is also one cool idea.

Decent ramen in the old town of Magdeburg near Domplatz. The shop is nicely decorated and offers a good selection of sushi, udon noodles and 2 ramen. Unfortunately, my Tantamen Ramen wasn't anything special, but the sushi was great. The service is nice, but unfortunately a bit slow. Clean toilets, card payment possible

We reserved a table and were informed on site that the table had just been allocated. There were 4 of us and we were on time to the minute! We left in a very good mood and will never come back.

Rarely have I eaten something so good and since I haven't been to Japan yet, I don't have a real comparison, but I think you'll hardly find it more authentic in Germany.

Simply a great shop! The food is great and you don't just get the standard Japanese dishes. But you should definitely reserve a table.

The food was outstanding! We ate Tantanmen Ramen and Gyudon and there was nothing to complain about. The dessert, we had a Macha Tiramisu and a Macha Cheesecake, was also very tasty. The staff was very friendly and were very accommodating if you had any questions about the menu. The atmosphere is very cozy and is beautifully accompanied by city pop music.

Incredibly good food. Healthy. Deliciously and brilliantly prepared. Recommendation from my lovely parents and we will go again! So fresh, great compositions and absolutely good value for money. Thank you that you exist!

Very authentic, simple, not fancy but very pleasant. At just under 60, I'm definitely not one of the regulars here, more like young guests. Not a restaurant to sit in for a long evening, but very tasty and reasonably priced food and prompt, considerate service. Fits the style exactly. And I'll definitely screw up the average age again soon ;-)

Always perfect evenings. Whether it's sushi or ramen, the main thing is that the fried corn chicken skin is available as a starter :-) The staff are very nice and always have a funny saying to liven up the evening. Actually, you don't even want to leave anymore. Unfortunately, many evenings are now so fully booked that there is only limited time for enjoyment.

Sono stata a cena con i colleghi in questo ristorante piccolino ed esteticamente molto carino. Buono il Sake, ok la panna cotta al cioccolato. La carne (anatra) del mio curry era ottima, ma nella salsa c'era uno o più ingredienti che al palato non mi risultavano di qualità, come fossero chimici, oltre al fatto che alla fine non ero sazia, cosa non normale dopo un pasto "abbondante". Ho mangiato in molti ristoranti e "purtroppo" da italiana riconosco la qualità (o la non qualità) del cibo. Prezzi troppo alti.

Momentan das beste Restaurant in Magdeburg. Hervorragendes Personal und authentische japanische „Kneipen“ (Izakaya) Küche. Ramen, Sushi, Curries, aber auch die Vorspeisen sind exzellent. Persönlich würde ich besonders die Tantanmen Ramen empfehlen. Auch die Oktopusbällchen, ein toller japanischer Snack sind hervorragend.

Wir haben dort nur einen Gutschein geholt. Im Winter würde ich auf alle Fälle Plätze reservieren es ist sehr schnuckelig

Top Essen und gutes japanisches Ambiente

Richtig schönes, kleines japanisches Restaurant. Das Essen ist exzellent und das Interieur lässt einen beim Betreten direkt in eine andere Welt eintauchen.

Ich bin nicht umsonst schon zweimal aus Niedersachsen angereist.

Es ist einfach so unglaublich lecker dort. Wir sind jetzt das 4. Mal dort gewesen und es ist jetzt schon unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Die Bedienung ist super freundlich, der Preis stimmt absolut und das Lokal an sich ist einfach super schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alles ist wirklich mit viel Liebe ausgerichtet, angefangen von der deko bis zum Gericht. Kein 0815 Asiate sondern wirklich traditionelle japanische Küche. Super leckere hauseigene Limos die man unbedingt probieren sollte. Man sollte nur vorher anrufen und reservieren denn das Lokal ist nicht riesig und immer gut besucht, verständlicher weise. Für Leute die mit dem Auto kommen, empfiehlt sich das zeitigere los fahren, durch die Innenstadtlage sind Parkplätze oft rar. Aber es lohnt sich wirklich!

Einfach wunderbar! Das Essen war super lecker, der Service ausgezeichnet! Ich fand besonders die Aubergine in Miso traumhaft. Auch unsere kleine Tochter wurde aufgemuntert und hat das Essen (Gyoza und Udon) geliebt. Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis!
