The pizza was super delicious – and the service was very, very friendly! We are full of praise. We had planned to order pizza for the entire junior year of our school for our final week. Around 150 slices in total. And since teaching life can be hectic at times, of course no one thought to order early. So we called the day before. The Dominos team not only made it possible despite the short notice, but managed to have all the pizzas ready by the agreed time. And they not only made a bunch of children and their carers happy, they more than earned this positive feedback. We would certainly like to do something similar again in the future – but with a little more lead time. Thank you again for the fantastic support and service.

First of all, very, very tasty pizzas, plus they pay a lot of attention to customer satisfaction, for example in my case the dough wasn't as thick as it should be, of course it was still edible and tasty, despite everything a new pizza was made for me and I got the other one for free. We ordered for 2 people on Sunday evening. I can understand that the delivery time will be longer, but not that half of the order will be forgotten. Please check next time that the order is complete. Shouldn't be that difficult with 4 things ordered.

I expected a smooth and enjoyable experience when ordering pizza, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The person on the phone sounded uninterested and rushed, as if they just wanted to get rid of customers. Clear and friendly communication would make a big difference. Additionally, the delivery took over an hour for the same street, and when I called to check, I was told the pizza was "on the way"—but it hadn't even been put in the oven yet! The whole point of ordering pizza is to enjoy it without unnecessary stress. I've also heard similar complaints from others regarding both service and food quality. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service, ensuring that all customers feel valued and can enjoy their meals hassle-free.
