Domino's Pizza Magdeburg Altstadt in Magdeburg

Wir haben über Uber Eats bei Domino’s Altstadt in Magdeburg bestellt. Eine New York Style Pizza und eine Caprese. Eigentlich hatten wir bei Uber angegeben, dass die Caprese bitte ohne ganze Tomaten zubereitet werden soll. Leider wurde dieser Hinweis von Uber nicht an Domino’s weitergeleitet und die Pizza kam mit Tomaten an. Obwohl der Fehler gar nicht bei Domino’s lag, hat das Team sofort reagiert und uns ohne Diskussion eine neue Pizza ohne Tomaten geliefert. So einen kundenfreundlichen Service erlebt man nicht oft. Deshalb gibt es von uns ganz klar 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service…wir bestellen gerne wieder!

Ich muss mal ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter der Filiale aussprechen. Als ich bei einer Pizza Funghi den Käse durch veganen Reibeschmelz ersetzt habe, wurde mit dem Pesto extra bis zur Abholung gewartet, um mich zu informieren dass dieses nicht vegan ist. So weit denkt in der Gastro-Branche sonst leider selten jemand <3

Alsoo, ich habe eine Domino’s Box gekauft, wodrin auch 70g Pommes/ Röstis enthalten sein sollen. Auf dem Bild sieht man, wie ich meine Box geöffnet und vorgefunden habe. Auch die kleinen runden Mortadella Snacks waren nicht ganz durch. Also sonst ist die Pizza da ja ganz gut, aber das war echt Abzocke…

The order was supposedly there...1 hour later...the pizza was cold!

I saved up for a week for that vegan pizza, dreamed about it. We ended up getting an old one (dry, just not tasty at all), like some kind of punishment from Söder himself...for being vegan. And the guys at the checkout were actually really nice, I feel betrayed, I cried myself to sleep.

Very polite and helpful staff, warm and delicious pizza. I recommend everyone try this restaurant at least once.

It's annoying that online ordering is the only option now.

The superb food delighted the palate of the wanderer, who thirsted for extraordinary refreshment! The friendliness of that establishment warmed our hearts. Even the obligatory fee was in no way excessive. A truly honest conclusion!

Very bad quality pizza 👎 I would never recommend anyone eat this pizza 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢 I gave my colleague money today and he picked up the pizza. But unfortunately, it wasn't what I expected at all.

The overall experience is good, but the pizza bread is neither worthy nor tasty; you can barely taste the filling. The pizza bread is a rip-off, consisting almost entirely of pizza dough with hardly any cheese or even a small piece of meat. It's a scam and not worth 12 euros.

I ordered twice, and everything was great. The pizza was delicious and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the third order was overdue by more than 20 minutes, even though I had pre-ordered online in advance.

Nice and clean but fairly standard furnishings

Good for ordering and taking away. But there are no restrooms in the store. A no-go, especially if you're here with children. Hence only one star. A franchise of this size should have restrooms as standard.

The food itself is really good, but the ordering process is a complete disaster! It's done on some stupid tablet instead of directly with the employee. It's a total pain and not comparable to McDonald's etc.

I ordered food there. It was supposed to be delivered 45 minutes later. Two hours later, the pizza still hasn't arrived. Repeated calls went unanswered, and no other contact was possible. Service was clearly nonexistent, just like my delivery...

Ordered food...pizzas were cold, only topped in the middle, the rest was absolutely dry.

The food was good (2 cookies and 1 lava cake), but only 4 stars because one table was crooked and a night light wasn't lit/working. Overall, it was good (like the pizza).

Very fast delivery. Nice delivery person. The wraps are very tasty, as usual from Domino's. However, the pizza could have been improved; I'm used to a different quality from other Domino's restaurants. The pizza crust was cold and quite hard after just 5 minutes. It really felt like the dough was already old and seemed more like it came from the freezer. For €15.49, it's a real shame. The same goes for the otherwise fresh and unique homemade tomato sauce. Too bad, I definitely won't be ordering pizza from there again.

Fast service and friendly staff

If you want to order you have to spend ages searching for what you want on the touchpad because the menu is very confusing and you just get the urge to go out straight away and get a kebab.

We ordered from Dominos for our girls' night. A CLEAR MISTAKE! I couldn't eat my pizza because it was too spicy, and it wasn't stated anywhere that it was spicy. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat my dessert (churros) either; it arrived so battered that it looked like it had already been eaten and pooped out. Not appetizing at all. My girls' pizza was missing the sauce (Boston pizza without hollandaise sauce????), and the crust and the pizza itself were so dry, we might as well have just ordered the boxes. Horrible! And of course, the store didn't consider it normal to cut the pizza. In some places, they made a pathetic attempt at cutting it, but then gave up. Overall, they would have certainly achieved a better result if they hadn't prepared it blindly and without experience; maybe they'd just take more time next time. So, as of today, I'm an official Dominos hater <3 You know.

The delivery man was very nice - that's why we get an extra star. But the food was really disappointing. The pizza was hard, dry and tasted terrible. I've ordered from Domino's many times and have mostly been satisfied - but this time I'm really wondering what went wrong. Nothing like that has ever happened to me there. After this experience, I'm seriously considering not ordering again.
