I ordered twice, and everything was great. The pizza was delicious and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the third order was overdue by more than 20 minutes, even though I had pre-ordered online in advance.

Nice and clean but fairly standard furnishings

Good for ordering and taking away. But there are no restrooms in the store. A no-go, especially if you're here with children. Hence only one star. A franchise of this size should have restrooms as standard.

The food itself is really good, but the ordering process is a complete disaster! It's done on some stupid tablet instead of directly with the employee. It's a total pain and not comparable to McDonald's etc.

I ordered food there. It was supposed to be delivered 45 minutes later. Two hours later, the pizza still hasn't arrived. Repeated calls went unanswered, and no other contact was possible. Service was clearly nonexistent, just like my delivery...

Ordered food...pizzas were cold, only topped in the middle, the rest was absolutely dry.

The food was good (2 cookies and 1 lava cake), but only 4 stars because one table was crooked and a night light wasn't lit/working. Overall, it was good (like the pizza).

Very fast delivery. Nice delivery person. The wraps are very tasty, as usual from Domino's. However, the pizza could have been improved; I'm used to a different quality from other Domino's restaurants. The pizza crust was cold and quite hard after just 5 minutes. It really felt like the dough was already old and seemed more like it came from the freezer. For €15.49, it's a real shame. The same goes for the otherwise fresh and unique homemade tomato sauce. Too bad, I definitely won't be ordering pizza from there again.

Fast service and friendly staff

If you want to order you have to spend ages searching for what you want on the touchpad because the menu is very confusing and you just get the urge to go out straight away and get a kebab.

We ordered from Dominos for our girls' night. A CLEAR MISTAKE! I couldn't eat my pizza because it was too spicy, and it wasn't stated anywhere that it was spicy. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat my dessert (churros) either; it arrived so battered that it looked like it had already been eaten and pooped out. Not appetizing at all. My girls' pizza was missing the sauce (Boston pizza without hollandaise sauce????), and the crust and the pizza itself were so dry, we might as well have just ordered the boxes. Horrible! And of course, the store didn't consider it normal to cut the pizza. In some places, they made a pathetic attempt at cutting it, but then gave up. Overall, they would have certainly achieved a better result if they hadn't prepared it blindly and without experience; maybe they'd just take more time next time. So, as of today, I'm an official Dominos hater <3 You know.

The delivery man was very nice - that's why we get an extra star. But the food was really disappointing. The pizza was hard, dry and tasted terrible. I've ordered from Domino's many times and have mostly been satisfied - but this time I'm really wondering what went wrong. Nothing like that has ever happened to me there. After this experience, I'm seriously considering not ordering again.

This evening we spontaneously decided to go out for dinner at Domino's Pizza on Hasselbachplatz. Our salami pizza was baked beautifully golden brown. Unlike other branches, we finally had enough cheese on the pizza, which for me personally is what makes it taste good. We'll definitely be back, very tasty.

Food tastes good and delivery is quick. Unfortunately, information about delivery is completely ignored. You should call when the driver is there. Instead, the bell rings several times. When you tell the driver to call, you only get the answer “just delivery”. What is the point of giving delivery instructions if they are ignored?

We made a pre-order at 6 p.m. for 7:30 p.m. I thought 1 1/2 hours for 2 pizzas shouldn't be a problem. At 8:20 p.m. the order still hadn't arrived and I had to go to the night shift without dinner. After 9 attempts to reach the store, someone finally answered the phone and I was rudely told that I should just order earlier??? I've rarely experienced something so cheeky. I advise everyone not to order from this branch.

Einfach nur Betrug, wir hatten 3 Pizzen zu 18.30 Uhr in die Neinstedter Straße bestellt. 1x 21 8,50€ 1x 41 10,50 € 1x13 10,50€ Es wurde vom Fahrer ohne Rechnung 36, 50 Euro verlangt. Ich habe ihm 40 Euro gegeben. Also Rest Trinkgeld. Hinterher haben wir nochmal geguckt wieviel eine Pizza kostet. Es ist eine Frechheit wieso hat er 36,50 Euro verlangt, denn er hätte nur 29,50 Euro verlangen dürfen. So kann man natürlich keine Kunden gewinnen. Auf Nachfrage hat der Chef gesagt wir hatten große Pizzen bekommen. (wir hatten aber keine großen bestellt und haben kleine Pizzen bekommen) Die Summe wäre bei großen Pizzen auch keine 36,50 Euro gewesen. Da meinte er es wären noch 2,50 Euro Fahrtkosten dazu gekommen. Auf der Webseite steht aber ab 20,00 Euro Bestellwert, fallen die Fahrtkosten weg. ICH NENNE SO ETWAS BETRUG- SCHADE

We occasionally order here for delivery. The pizza is really perfect every time, comes hot, all wishes are taken into account and it always comes super quickly! Everything is done right here :)

It was our first time at this chain. I guess I'm just not a fan of ready-made corporate pizza. The pepperoni pizza was very greasy. The funghi pizza, on the other hand, was crispy and more appealing. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not have a customer toilet.
