I can't say anything but fantastic. We really enjoyed it. The food was excellent, and the waiter was absolutely world-class. We were extremely satisfied.

The delicious food was freshly prepared, the portions were generous, and the prices were very fair. … The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the ambiance – especially the stunning view from the terrace – was wonderful. We'd love to come back!

Excellent food and service; the schnitzel and the dish with three kinds of fish are highly recommended.

We were here today with over 20 people. Amazing food (amazing burgers!) and, above all, fast, friendly service. 🤝🙂‍↕️ We'll be back

I had dinner here with my colleague one evening. Unfortunately, the food was not very tasty. The service left a lot to be desired, and they were audacious enough to add a tip to their own bill when paying.

Das eingestellte Foto ist alt. Inzwischen gibt es eine neue Inneneinrichtung. Moderner. Wir sind nach dem Schwimmbadbesuch eingekehrt, weil wir nebenan im Hotel (Achat) Urlaub machten und froh waren, nicht mehr mit dem Auto fahren zu müssen. Die Küche ist sehr einfach. Wir hatten nur Schnitzel und Pommes bestellt. Und haben auch nur das bekommen. Da war kein bischen grüne Salatbelage (Tomate, Gurke, etc.) dazu. Für ein Restaurant sehr lieblos. Das Essen hat wie Fastfood geschmeckt. Die Schnitzel waren vorgefertigt und nur erwärmt. Nichts was ich noch mal brauche. Preis 15/16 EUR.

We had booked half-board at the neighboring Achat Hotel. Dinner and breakfast were served here in the Karoli Stubn. The breakfast was truly excellent and very varied, the dinner was tasty, but there was no salad, and there were only two dishes to choose from. Since none of the two dinners offered appealed to us, we asked if we could order a dish from the menu – which was possible, but we were charged the full price of €17. This was despite the fact that the half-board dish would have been more expensive even according to the menu (€18). In our opinion, this was outrageous – we were very upset about it. Hence the poor rating.

I don't understand the bad reviews! The Wiener Schnitzel was excellent. Even though it wasn't on the daily special, the friendly waiter didn't mind. The side salad with yogurt dressing was also good. My opinion: Highly recommended!

Very limited menu. When your booking includes a free diners even more limited. Lettuce and tomato is not a starter dish, the waiter suggested we take it with our main course. No fish or vegetarian main course. I know its Bavaria, but it's also 2024... Only one out of two possible desert available.

Have no words how bad it was! We waited an hour and didn't even receive a card, even though we asked twice. The second time (after 30 minutes of waiting) it was said that only the people with half board would be served and it could take another hour, but that means that the kitchen would be closed during that time and you wouldn't get anything anymore anyway. Staff simply ignores you as if you were air. Had a hungry toddler who just can't understand that you have to wait forever. We then went to the room without eating and had to improvise. Absolutely not recommended! Impossible!

We were here today and ordered two dishes from the daily special: short ribs and sauerbraten. Both were really delicious :) The server was great too! We couldn't understand the previous negative reviews.

A very good service, very friendly and courteous staff. The dinner (onion roast, Wiener schnitzel and desserts) was super delicious. Very rich breakfast. Definitely worth recommending from my side.

The waiter (the older one) is totally overwhelmed with 10 guests and always swears in his native language... Food is frozen….when I asked for mayo he showed me where I could get it…. Just ridiculous

Good food, no dogs allowed inside😒

Unfortunately we totally fell for it! The food isn't worth a single star! We wanted to order and eat chicken fricassee with rice...we were given a meat patty that looked like it had already been eaten before. You can imagine how it tasted! As the waiter cleared the plates he noticed that the plates were still half full. When asked if we liked it, we said no. He was sorry and would pass it on to the cook. My daughter ordered a bread dumpling...it was totally over salted. I complained...she got fries instead without any difficulty. When I wanted to pay, I waited 10 minutes to pay even more for this "food"! I felt sick all night... No matter when I'll be back in the hotel next door... I'll never go to this restaurant again and I strongly advise everyone not to!

Top quality with a selected small but fine selection. Weekly changing menu but something for everyone... go there and try it... especially the fine sauces are star-level 👍👍👍😎

Very good service, but there was only a buffet and for the price of €35 per person, very little choice and not worth the inflated price.

Table and cutlery dirty and only buffet on offer per person 25 euros for a handful of warmed finished products. Unfortunately not a nice evening.

Kleine, aber gute Speisekarte - da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Ich als Allergiker bekomme auch immer meine "Extrawürste" wie selbstverständlich erfüllt. Das Essen schmeckt super, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Immer einen Besuch wert.

Es ist halt der typische Hotel-Frühstücksraum-Charakter. Aber das Essen ist gut und der Service stets um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht.
