Great selection, totally fresh, really good and affordable at €13.50 for a set lunch menu. Desserts, ice cream and cakes are also simply delicious!

Okay. We went there for lunch with our children. It was only 12 pm, and yet the food was already very dry and overcooked. I have no idea if it was just reheated leftovers from the day before 🤷🏼‍♀️ The premises, including the restroom, were so cold that we had to keep our jackets on the whole time. There was a playroom, but it was very dirty and partly broken. There was even a coffee spoon lying around that looked quite old (or at least it did). Unfortunately, there were no dishes or cutlery for children. We won't be going back!

One of the first buffet-type of Restaurant I visited in Germany, good atmosphere, good food, sushi is pretty average, the meat is quite good, vegetables aren't the best but overall food is fine, the Restaurant is clean, staff is ok if a bit disinterested, had a good time overall and will definitely come back!

We went to the Kaiserpalast yesterday, and it was pleasantly quiet. Unfortunately, the food was often cold, even when it came fresh from the kitchen. The selection is good, with a great variety of options, including stir-fries, and you can easily customize everything yourself. The drinks selection is good, but unfortunately, some of the drinks were from Lidl and in plastic bottles. That's unacceptable; when you pay such a high price, you expect brand-name drinks. We won't be going there again for the time being.

Good value for money. I had to figure out how the system worked for having raw fish and meats grilled on baking trays. It turned out to be very simple: a clip with your table number attached to your plate, leave it with the chef, and it will be served at your table a little later. The staff seemed disinterested and not very customer-friendly. Both the raw and ready-made buffets looked good. A large selection of various lemonades and beers, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

I was there on Boxing Day, the buffet was the same as during the week, but it was more expensive – my glass of wine cost 10 euros instead of 5, which I find excessive.

Everything is very spacious and well-organized. The buffet is highly recommended. Everything is freshly prepared and delicious. The staff is attentive and helpful. Parking is available behind the inn, but there are always spaces available on the street as well.

It was very crowded yesterday. As a result, there was a bit of a mix-up with the grilled food. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Excellent offer, good value for money. In my opinion, they should definitely say something to very loud guests and their companions. But because of their politeness, that remains just a dream. On that particular day, it was truly extreme how some guests treated the staff and the property. My respect for such patience and understanding.

Overall, the food selection was very nice, and since drinks were included in the price, the service could focus on the meal service. Unfortunately, the buffet staff couldn't always keep up with refilling the food, which led to queues and somewhat dampened the experience. The individual dishes were labeled, but the labels weren't easy to read due to the lighting.

We ate there last night. The restaurant was very cold, modernly furnished but with the charm of a burger joint, and there was little staff. The food was lukewarm at best, and the selection was quite limited; refills were infrequent. The presentation was uninspired, and the labels were barely legible because of the poor contrast with the surface and lighting; they could only be seen from a hunched angle. The ice cream freezer was very messy, and the tiramisu was watery. The Mongolian dishes arrived completely unseasoned and tasted of old cooking oil. In short, there are better restaurants than the Kaiserpalast, with a wider selection, warmer food, and a warmer atmosphere. Never again.

Seafood with vegetables is cooked very tasty

I celebrated my birthday. The restaurant was simply superb. The food was fresh and delicious. There was a wide selection of dishes, including a variety of seafood, fish, and meat. Complimentary soft drinks were included. The atmosphere was fantastic. It was the best birthday ever. I highly recommend this restaurant!!! Thank you all so much!!!

- Mongolian buffet with a large selection of all kinds of dishes: both fish and meat, and countless side dishes. There was something for every taste. A good selection of desserts too! Positive: all drinks were included in the price. I personally found the space too large.

Very atmospheric and tasty. Everyone will find something tasty for themselves.

Buffet, everything fresh, drinks all there.

We went there for dinner about two weeks ago. The food was 100% not fresh. The nuggets were shrunken, the calamari was tough as rubber. The fried rice was dry and hard. Oh, I could go on... Oh, and we couldn't eat any dessert because all the fruit was covered in fruit flies. Absolutely disgusting. We won't be coming back.

Today we visited this place with my family. Good food . Some are very salty.. .good place but the lady who served is unfriendly and very loud .. Otherwise everything is 👍

I couldn't possibly try everything because of the variety, but what I did eat was very good. Everything was fresh, no empty containers, and the all-inclusive drinks package isn't a given everywhere at this price. I highly recommend it. The only downside is the slightly dated decor, but it's very well-maintained. I don't like these huge spaces, but that's just my personal preference.

This was our third visit, and it got worse with each visit. At €30 per person, I expect all the dishes to be refilled and presented properly. The staff, apart from one lady who was very attentive and always cleared away, weren't particularly friendly. We won't be back!

Food is delicious but you get ripped off in terms of prices. A colleague had a buffet with drinks and just because he took it that way, I was also charged without drinks. Not recommended.

We usually go to Golden Valley and find it significantly better in every respect, but especially in terms of ambiance and service. The food was okay, but there was no pork.

It's been years since we last went. We went to celebrate my birthday, and it was empty. The food was very poor quality; it's not worth it anymore. The whole meal was very empty. I won't go back. The best part was the beer.

We were here on Saturday lunchtime for the cheap buffet (without "Mongolian") including drinks. It may not look that great from the outside, but the interior is cozy and cleanly designed. At the buffet there were the usual dishes that you know from the Chinese buffet such as various fried meat with sauces, 8 treasures, fried noodles and vegetables, duck/beef/pork with vegetables and hoisin sauce etc. The meat was sometimes very dry or gristly. But you shouldn't expect top quality at this price. Surprisingly, there were a lot of different (branded) drinks (11 beers alone!?). One recommendation is actually the potato gratin, which was the best side dish. All in all a good shop.

Had dinner here today with a beautiful woman. It was super tasty and especially the sushi tasted just like in a good sushi restaurant. I can really recommend the Imperial Palace to anyone who values ​​good, tasty food! The selection of different dishes and drinks is not neglected here either.

I weigh 150 kilos and have been to a lot of restaurants, but the juice shop was by far the checktest of everything in Europe. Unfortunately, my friend's toilet didn't survive. Raw shrimp, cold food, dirty cutlery, non-carbonated cola and swear words from staff who can't even speak German. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! One piece of advice to everyone is to never enter this store

We ate there yesterday, I didn't like the food at all, it was also very cold there, we had to sit by the heater, sometimes the food wasn't that warm, and the service wasn't that nice either. 2 times there and 2 bad experiences so never again.

Edit: We were there again today, February 1st, 2025 and it was a complete disaster. Absolutely bad buffet, there is hardly any choice of drinks and for €30 you hardly get a choice and only the discounter products. The food was almost always cold, the sauces looked old and rancid. The noodles smelled burnt and burnt, but even so, the noodles were simply left at the buffet. The way things are going there, absolutely not recommended!

The KaiserPalast restaurant is a classic Asian all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant. It also offers an all-you-can-drinks option. Unfortunately, the building in which the restaurant is located exudes the charm of a commercial property from the 1970s or 1980s. In fact, the restaurant is located in an industrial park in the south of Münster. The restrooms, in particular, which are likely cleaned by a third-party company, are out of step with the otherwise traditional yet modern interior of the restaurant. The restaurant scores highly with its excellent service, very friendly staff, and good value for money. The buffet also includes a "Mongolian Grill Buffet," which, while rather small compared to other restaurants, is very fresh and hygienically well-stored. The rest of the buffet offers a few "outliers" (potato gratin, chicken wings, etc.) in addition to the usual offerings. The buffet is regularly refilled, but unfortunately, it's not very warm. However, the staff frequently wipes up food when some guests have overdone it and spread their food on the buffet instead of on their plates. The drinks buffet also includes coffee and beer. Unfortunately, there are no wine or sparkling wine piccolos available. Instead, the KaiserPalast offers Köstritzer Schwarzbier. That alone gets a thumbs-up. The restaurant offers plenty of seating, with tables, chairs, and benches at a comfortable height. Even at busy times, you'll always find a spot. We'd love to come back, if only because you won't be bombarded with fortune cookies here ;)

A large hall, no ambience, more of a canteen atmosphere. More or less self-service. The food...well. We didn't have the impression that the restaurant was run by employees who were happy to be there. It affected us.

We haven't had such a great Chinese meal in a long time. TOP freshly produced delicacies. Compliments to the kitchen. We really liked it. Price/performance great. Something for everyone; If you don't find anything or don't get enough, it's your own fault. I like eating there. The food is freshly fried. You can also choose to help yourself to the buffet. The restaurant is not at all as described. Food is cold and doesn't taste good at all. They interfere with what you can eat and what you can't eat, how much you can eat, even though it's an all you can need. The staff isn't nice at all. I can't recommend it at all. We actually like to go there as a family with about 10-20 people, but recently a very cheeky woman has been working there, very unfriendly and not good service for the price you pay, very disrespectful.

Nothing spectacular, unfortunately the buffet wasn't stirred, so many of the dishes were heavily altered. Mongolian grill didn't cook the dish well, very glassy pieces of fish (twice) and selected sauce had disappeared. Very good selection of drinks. Price-performance too expensive

The food is good. The service ok. However, the restaurant is clearly showing its age. It sometimes exudes a canteen-like atmosphere. Last night when we were there it was very cold everywhere, some of the guests were sitting at the table with jackets on. Apparently savings were made on heating.

Unfortunately the selection of food is quite small. A lot of things are just cold. Toilets are in a hallway of some office building. Toilets stink and could be visually upgraded. Not very inviting from the outside. Some billboards don't light up either.

Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet selection is enormous. There is a free on-site parking lot, but there are also plenty of parking spaces on the street. Own playroom for little guests. I particularly like the large selection and the coffee. All highly recommended.

Went there spontaneously today after 2 years, unfortunately everything left a lot to be desired. The food was lukewarm, there were chips and other food on the floor everywhere. I was there for the first time. The selection of dishes is like almost all Chinese buffet restaurants. There is enough space. There was a wide selection of drinks that were included in the price. Evening buffet approx. 30€ Fr. Fresh fruit, tarts, cakes, small desserts such as ice cream, cream puffs, teramisu etc., salad bar and of course freshly prepared. You're welcome to try it out. It's all you can eat, so if you're not a fan of lots of people, you should eat there at 6 p.m. The staff was also very friendly and polite. Personally, I think the toilets could be renovated. Wir waren dort und haben zu Abend gegessen. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein klassisches Buffet Restaurant mit Getränkeflat. Das Essen hat für ein Buffet Restaurant normal geschmeckt, natürlich sollte man nicht erwarten, dass man eine aromatische Explosion im Mund hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Toiletten sind abartig, wird nicht wirklich sauber gehalten.. Türen sind Teilweise nur funktionstüchtig.

Essen gut, Service schnell, Ambiente an Festtagen etwas laut.

Super schön kann nur weiterempfehlen klasse essen und Service.
