The restaurant has a large buffet. Everyone can usually find what they are looking for here. Price performance fits. The staff are friendly and the food offered is okay for the price.

The KaiserPalast restaurant is a classic Asian all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant. There is also an all-you-can-drink offer. Unfortunately, the house in which the restaurant is located exudes the charm of a commercial property from the 70s or 80s. The restaurant is actually located in an industrial area in the south of Münster. In particular, the toilet facilities, which are probably cleaned by a third-party company, do not fit into the otherwise traditional but modern interior of the restaurant. The restaurant scores with excellent service, very friendly staff and a good price-performance ratio. The buffet also includes a “Mongolian grill buffet”, which is rather small compared to other restaurants. The products on offer are very fresh and also stored hygienically. In addition to the usual offerings, the rest of the buffet also offers a few "slips" (potato gratin, chicken wings, etc.). The buffet is regularly refilled, unfortunately it is not very warm. The staff often wipes things down when some guests have gone overboard and spread their food on the buffet rather than on their plates. The drinks buffet also includes coffee and beers. Unfortunately there are no wine or champagne piccolos. The KaiserPalast has Köstritzer Schwarzbier on offer. That alone gets a thumbs up. The restaurant offers a very large number of seats, the tables, chairs and benches are at a comfortable height. There is a place here even at busy times. We'd love to come back, if only because you won't be bombarded with fortune cookies here ;)

It can't be that blue sharks are still being offered these days!!! I was shocked! Also almost no choice for vegetarians.

We haven't had such a great Chinese meal in a long time. TOP freshly produced delicacies. Compliments to the kitchen. We really liked it. Price/performance great. Something for everyone; If you don't find anything or don't get enough, it's your own fault. I like eating there. The food is freshly fried. You can also choose to help yourself to the buffet. The Imperial Palace also sweetened our New Year's Eve 2019

A large hall, no ambience, more of a canteen atmosphere. More or less self-service. The food...well. We didn't have the impression that the restaurant was run by employees who were happy to be there. It affected us.

The restaurant is not at all as described. Food is cold and doesn't taste good at all. They interfere with what you can eat and what you can't eat, how much you can eat, even though it's an all you can need. The staff isn't nice at all. I can't recommend it at all. I'm myself, I own new restaurants and have never seen anything like it. Not at all I recommend it

We actually like to go there as a family with about 10-20 people, but recently a very cheeky woman has been working there, very unfriendly and not good service for the price you pay, very disrespectful.

I think it's great, the food is good and the staff. It is and remains the classic in Münster and I really hope that it survives the growing competition.

Unfortunately the food was all cold today and the restaurant was also cold, maybe you should close the entrance because when the doors open the cold wind comes in.

Nothing spectacular, unfortunately the buffet wasn't stirred, so many of the dishes were heavily altered. Mongolian grill didn't cook the dish well, very glassy pieces of fish (twice) and selected sauce had disappeared. Very good selection of drinks. Price-performance too expensive

The food tasted good, but almost everything was cold. Many guests were sitting in their winter coats, it was very uncomfortably cold there. We were there a lot three years ago, it has worn off terribly, we won't be going there anymore! Very unfortunate 🤬

Delicious, quiet, family friendly

The food is good. The service ok. However, the restaurant is clearly showing its age. It sometimes exudes a canteen-like atmosphere. Last night when we were there it was very cold everywhere, some of the guests were sitting at the table with jackets on. Apparently savings were made on heating.

Great selection of food and drinks! We made reservations for 6 people and everyone was happy. Nice service and delicious food, everything was great!

Food is completely fine, sometimes not quite as warm. Only the ice cream tasted somehow old. Service was good and very attentive. Toilets clean but VERY old. Exudes 70s charm.

Unfortunately the selection of food is quite small. A lot of things are just cold. Toilets are in a hallway of some office building. Toilets stink and could be visually upgraded. Not very inviting from the outside. Some billboards don't light up either.

Overall a decent experience. The food was good at lunchtime, although it can be a little hotter. The octopus was not recommended. This one was quite tough. But the rest was very tasty. The ambience is a bit intimidating from the outside, but from the inside it is very nice and tidy. Drinks are included. This was very worthwhile.

Very generous buffet selection. Modern, well-kept atmosphere with the usual Asian relaxing music background. Attentive but unobtrusive service staff. The quality of the food is great (tasteful, tolerable, great variety and well tempered). Absolutely ok/fair price. For me, it's a leader in Münster and a clear recommendation.

Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet selection is enormous. There is a free on-site parking lot, but there are also plenty of parking spaces on the street. Own playroom for little guests. I particularly like the large selection and the coffee. All highly recommended.

We've been there several times...but were shocked to discover that the service and quality of the food had massively declined. (Spoiled cheesecake was offered) We reported it to service but there was no response.

Was there for the first time today and found it quite good. The buffet was plentiful and had something for everyone. I also found the price of €30 including drinks to be completely acceptable. I particularly liked that you could put together your own food, which was then freshly prepared. The selection of food and drinks was also very large. I also found the note at the tables interesting that if you put too much on your plate and you don't eat it all, you have to pay an extra fee for it. You can also get small portions several times. The bathroom was nicely furnished and clean. Everything around the buffet was also clean and tidy. I would like to come there again.

Everything is very spacious and clear. The buffet is highly recommended. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted very good. The staff is attentive and helpful. There is always a parking space behind the inn, but also on the street.

Went there spontaneously today after 2 years, unfortunately everything left a lot to be desired. The food was lukewarm, there were chips and other food on the floor everywhere. It was completely disgusting around the coffee machine, dirty, you couldn't use the teaspoons at all, just terribly dirty. Super active and the drinks bar itself is mega

I was there for the first time. The selection of dishes is like almost all Chinese buffet restaurants. There is enough space. There was a wide selection of drinks that were included in the price. Evening buffet approx. 30€ Fr. Fresh fruit, tarts, cakes, small desserts such as ice cream, cream puffs, teramisu etc., salad bar and of course freshly prepared. You're welcome to try it out. Eat baba, drink baba, Drink endlessly but the toilet is a bit broken and so on. But otherwise everything is good.

Went there again after a long time, I thought it was delicious. It's all you can eat, so if you're not a fan of lots of people, you should eat there at 6 p.m. The staff was also very friendly and polite. Personally, I think the toilets could be renovated. If they are clean, it's just a musty smell that isn't an advantage. Otherwise you can't say anything.

My children and I tried the “All you can eat and drink” today. We enjoyed it. The service was very friendly and always made sure that everything was tidy and, for example, cleared away dirty dishes immediately. Clear recommendation from my kids and me.

We had ordered a table because there were several of us, when we arrived there was no one to show us our table. The selection of food and drinks was good. The waitress had difficulty filling the buffet. The toilets weren't exactly clean.

Wir waren dort und haben zu Abend gegessen. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein klassisches Buffet Restaurant mit Getränkeflat. Das Essen hat für ein Buffet Restaurant normal geschmeckt, natürlich sollte man nicht erwarten, dass man eine aromatische Explosion im Mund hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Essen gut, Service schnell, Ambiente an Festtagen etwas laut.

Toiletten sind abartig, wird nicht wirklich sauber gehalten.. Türen sind Teilweise nur funktionstüchtig.

Ich kann die ganzen negativen Rezessionen nicht nachvollziehen,es war zu jederzeit Genug und auch warmes Essen vorhanden und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

**Solides Erlebnis im Kaiserpalast, Münster** Bei meinem Besuch im Kaiserpalast in Münster stellte ich fest, dass das Restaurant durch seine Größe und das Selbstbedienungskonzept beeindruckt. Das Ambiente ist geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz, was besonders bei Hochbetrieb angenehm ist. Das Buffet im Stil eines klassischen chinesischen Restaurants bietet eine gute Auswahl an Standardgerichten. Von Vorspeisen bis zu Hauptgerichten war alles vertreten, was man von einem chinesischen Buffet erwartet. Die Qualität der Speisen war durchweg in Ordnung, auch wenn keine spezifischen Gerichte herausragten. Die Selbstbedienung funktioniert gut und ermöglicht es den Gästen, nach Belieben verschiedene Speisen zu probieren. Dieses Konzept ist besonders praktisch für Gruppen mit unterschiedlichen Geschmäckern oder für diejenigen, die gerne eine Vielfalt an Gerichten probieren möchten. Abendbufet zum Festpreis inkl Getränke 30 €. Leider wird das Fleisch, dass am Grill gemacht wird, viiiel zu lange totgebraten. Schade drum, sonst alles ok 👌

Preis/Leistung ist ok. Das Essen schmeckt u die Auswahl ist reichlich. Die Tellerabräumer nerven ab und an aber die machen ja auch nur ihren Job. Atmosphäre wie in einer Mensa. zu stoß Zeiten sehr laut.

Also bei aller lieber, geht gar nicht dort. Mit Abstand der schlechteste Mongole wo ich seit Jahren gewesen bin, köche nur in Jogginghose. Essen mit Abstand so lieblos hingeklatscht. Sah alles andere als frisch aus. Also ich werde nie wieder dort essen gehen, das letzte mal vor 3 Jahren. Richtig Absturz dort.

Klassisches China Buffet. Speisen waren zu 50% kalt. Mensa Charme. Ich werde da nicht mehr hin gehen. Hatte mehr erwartet. Schade

Super lecker 😋. Das Ambiente, na ja für mich persönlich zu laut aber das ist eben so weil der laden sehr groß ist.

Das Menue ist super - für knapp 30€ All you can ear&drink; die grosse Auswahl ist superlecker zubereitet - es ist jedesmal besonders dort. Deswegen gebe ich für die Küche, den Service und dem gemütlichem, gehobenem Ambiente zusammen t Punkte*****Deluxe!

Sehr bekanntes großes Restaurant mit reichhaltiges Buffet. Man kann auch was frisches zum Grillen aussuchen und großen Auswahl an Getränke auch so viel wie man trinken kann, denn es ist zum Preis inbegriffen.

Buffet eigentlich ganz gut leider gehen die nicht auf Kunden ein wenn man krank ist und nicht soviel essen kann ist 30 euro zuviel verlangt und dann bestellt man was von der karte bekommt das falsche und es schmeckt nicht schade

Wir waren jetzt das erste mal da. Ambiente ist ganz ok. Essen :es hat sehr lange gedauert bis leere behälter nachgefüllt wurden. Zudem war das was da war nur lauwarm. Ganz ganz großes Manko beim Essen, das die kühlteke bei den Desserts nicht an war. Die kleinen Donuts schmeckten alt und nach Pappkarton. Käsekuchen und weitere Kuchen nicht gekühlt. Ans Sushi sind wir deswegen erst gar nicht dran gegangen. Getränkeauswahl ist ok. Ich persönlich hätte lieber original Cola statt Pepsi gehabt. Service: Wir waren mit 4 Leuten da. Wir hatten bis zu 9 Flaschen auf dem Tisch stehen. Teller wurden zügiger abgeräumt Flaschen wurden stehen gelassen. Alles in einem habe ich 118 Euro bezahlt für ein für uns persönlich sehr schlechtes Essen.

Regelmäßig dort Gast und immer Top Service .. Essen große Auswahl und wird zügig nachgelegt... Große Getränkeauswahl welche im Preis mit drin...Daher BüffetPreis angemessen Wohlgemerkt !! All you can Eat plus freie Getränke incl.Bier und Kaffeespezialitäten Toiletten sollten mal renoviert werden plus regelmäßige Kontrollen !!

Das Essen war nicht heiß genug und Frittiertes war zu fettig (mit entsprechendem Beigeschmack). Bis auf den Kaffee schmeckte der Nachtisch lieblos bis "künstlich". Den Preis empfinde ich deshalb für zu teuer 29,90€ pro Gast am Samstagabend. Das in die Jahre gekommene Interieur bedarf einer gründlichen Renovierung. Der Service war zwar schnell, aber emotionslos neutral. Mir fehlt jegliche Motivation für einen erneuten Besuch...

Der Nachtisch war nicht frisch Das Essen selbst war gut

Dieses Review befindet sich irgendwo zwischen 3 und 4 Sternen, "3 anhalb" wenn es bei google möglich wäre. Kommen wir erstmal zum positiven; Das Restaurant hat einen gewissen Charm, es existiert in einem Betonbunker und das innere hat etwas zeitloses. Für mich hatte es eine gewisse "ostalgie", so sah auch mein Hotelbuffet in Cottbus immer aus. Mancher mag es als "veraltet" empfinden, aber mich persönlich stört es nicht. Die Buffetauswahl ist sehr groß, ich war zum mittagsbuffet da, sprich: 17.80€ für "all you can eat & drink". Das ist schonmal vom Preis her super! Ich hatte spaßeshalber mit der Getränkekarte gegengerechnet was ich getrunken hatte: 15.70€ plus dann halt noch das essen. Was ich auch super fand: Die Currysauce war schön scharf, alles wirkte allgemein sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wie andere bereits sagten, Die Getränkeauswahl ist Spitze; neben einem Softdrinkautomaten gibt es auch noch einen Kaffeeautomaten und eine Wand mit Kühlschränken wo sich von mehreren Biersorten, über Alkoholfreies, Liba Cola, Säfte etc. alles finden lässt. Zu den negativpunkten: Das Servicepersonal wirkte etwas unmotiviert und war nicht unbedingt hilfreich, einige der Essens-Beschriftungen waren nicht an der richtigen stelle. So Stand bei dem frittierten Käse "Pommes" und bei den Pommes vice versa. Das ist an mehreren Stellen passiert und als ich bei den gebackenen Bananen/Ananas ankam machte ich mir aufgrund Allergien sorge, dass hier eventuell auch getauscht wurde. Das Essen war qualitativ nicht das beste, viel TK Ware (Was bei so einem Preis und den meisten günstigen mongolischen Buffets nun mal zu erwarten ist) Jedoch war die Ente z.B. sehr fettig, so dass ich Teile davon gar nicht aufessen wollte, es aus angst dass es mir berechnet würde jedoch doch getan habe. Dass Sushi war auch sehr mittelmäßig (Aber wer gutes Sushi will sollte zu einem japanischen Restaurant, keinem mongolischen Buffet) Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Schöpfkellen für die Soßen. Hier wird auf volle Edelstahlgriffe gesetzt, welche sich nach einer weile unfassbar aufheitzen, so dass ich manche soßen erst auffüllen konnte nachdem ich eine Servierte um den griff gewickelt habe. Bei einem Neukauf wären Plastikgriffe vielleicht eine Option! Abschließend: Für wen ist das Restaurant geeignet und für wen nicht? Sich hier wohlfühlen werden sich; 1. Sparfüchse 2. gemütliche Seniorentreffs, die vormittags zeit haben und ein paar stunden Kaffee & Kuchen, Warmes Essen und unbegrenzt Getränke genießen möchten 3. Studierende, die das "all you can drink" bis ins äußerste am Becks, Warsteiner u. co ausnutzen wollen, und nach dem füften Bier auch Tiefkühlnuggets mit Pommes super finden. 4. Eventuell Kindergeburtstage wenn das Budget absehbar sein soll und die Kinder nicht zu wählerisch sind (wie gesagt... notfalls chickennuggets mit pommes. Wofür ist das Restaurant wohl eher nicht geeignet? 1. Dates 2. Menschen die hochwertige Küche erwarten

Ganz tolles Ambiente. Das schmeckt hervorragend, man kann soviel Essen und trinken wie man möchte. Man bezahlt pro Person einmal. Die Auswahl ist groß. Man kann sich selber was zu essen und zu trinken holen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall öfters zum Essen kommen 😃👍. Man kann zum Rauchen vor die Tür gehen. Ich kann es jeden empfehlen 😀👍.
