Restaurant Irem - Döner & Pizzeria in Alpen

The food was very tasty, but the service was very intrusive and pressured every guest to leave a review.

There were two of us there and we ate kebab and pizza. The owners are very proud of their asparagus doner and also advertise that they are the inventors. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the taste. The kebab was good but a bit pricey. The small margarita pizza was a standard pizza, unfortunately baked in a tray. We always call it pan pizza. I found the price at 7.90 to be significantly excessive. Overall, unfortunately, a mediocre overall result.

The kebab tastes fantastic. We'd love to come back. I can only recommend it. Treat yourself…

Even in dense fog and the journey from Kevelaer, we treated ourselves to a very good 🍔. Have been coming to Ireme often for years. Always very satisfied.

We had salads delivered this evening. Super delicious and we will order again and again. Fat Struwelpeter, the driver, was super nice. My daughter called him that.

The delivery only arrived after 2 hours and half was forgotten.

Rating: 1/5 stars Unfortunately, our experience with Irem from Alpen was disappointing. The meat was dry and the taste was not convincing. In addition, the delivery service left a lot to be desired. We had to wait a long time for our order and when it finally arrived, some parts of the delivery were incomplete or missing. Overall not a good experience - improvement is definitely needed here. When you make phone calls to solve the errors without any problems, you cannot come to an agreement because there was no interest in solving it!

“A real highlight!” The food was incredibly delicious - every dish was a pleasure! The service was also very personable and attentive, which made the evening perfect. A place to which you would like to return. Absolutely recommended! Thank you very much, I'll be happy to come back.

Just great, everything and the food was just great.

We order from Irem more often. Yes, the delivery time is sometimes very long, but always within the specified period. And if it doesn't happen, you make it up to someone else. The restaurant is always busy. Decent portions, the kebab is very well filled in terms of quantity. The staff is always friendly and laughs even when stressed. Price & performance absolutely top, special requests are always fulfilled without any problems. Food is especially hot when it arrives.

Doner kebab is always full and delicious

Unfortunately a cheeseburger with fries mayo was ordered. I got cooked fries and a cheeseburger that was drowned in various sauces so that I couldn't taste the burger patty or the cheese. When I took a bite, the sauces just oozed over my hands and corners of my mouth so that I had to wipe everything off with the plastic bag! Napkins were probably sold out. Oh yes and even though I wanted to eat there, they packed my order to take away - apparently they didn't want me as a customer! Then I left the food and left. A little over 15 euros for going in hungry and leaving hungry. Was my first and last visit to this restaurant!!!

The pizzas are generously topped and you get the feeling that only fresh ingredients are used. The staff is extremely friendly and works remarkably quickly in preparing the food. Unfortunately, there are hardly any options on site to enjoy the food comfortably. What bothers me, however, is the slot machine that is located in the entrance area.

Very good kebab and good service

I recently ate at the Döner Haus and absolutely loved it! The kebab was perfectly seasoned, the meat was juicy and the fresh ingredients rounded off the enjoyment. The homemade sauce was especially to die for!

Since I only ate a little something, I don't allow myself to rate it, but what others got was visually very good. The waitresses were very friendly. Good external gas supply.

The kebabs and lahmacun are great, the börek are always divine and the employees are friendly and courteous every day. As a regular customer you feel like you are in good hands and I recommend that everyone who orders on Sunday or is a guest be patient, as this is often the busiest place.

My little grandson was hungry for fries. And because it's always something special to eat in a restaurant, we chose a nice place. We were served in a friendly manner and it wasn't a problem that we only ordered a portion of fries with a glass of water. We got a second fork without asking and a smile😉.

In my opinion, Irem Döner has the best kebab in the world, the employees are correct and will fulfill your every wish. If you want good service, you have to go to your kebab.

The food is very tasty, you can also eat very well in the kebab restaurant, as there is a separate dining area with a bar. I have already eaten the kebab plate there three times. Went there spontaneously. Ate a kebab, a Turkish pizza with meat. We ordered the pide to share. The pide was so big that I didn't even need Turkish pizza anymore. Well. The kebab tasted very, very good. The bread is crispy, enough meat and sauce. The Turkish one too. Lots of meat. The service was also very friendly. Would love to come back

2x pizza and 1x schnitzel €43.60 Schnitzel was toe and inedible Never again

Waited too long for the food, fries were soggy with little sauce, pizza rolls were raw, mozzarella sticks were “hard” on the inside and unfortunately the salad was swimming in the sauce. After a complaint, all of this was denied, the boss had prepared everything and I wouldn't get my money back.

The food is always delicious and arrives warm. I am particularly surprised that you can not only eat pizza/ kebab but also e.g. can eat really well. Since the store is always busy, food delivery sometimes takes a little longer, which is unfortunately inevitable. I'm still a fan.

Super leckere Döner, gerne immer wieder

Für 19 Uhr essen vorbestellt und das schon um 18 Uhr. Essen kam dann um 20:10. Ruft doch einfach an wenn ihr Es nicht zu der Zeit schafft oder es länger dauert. Qualität vom Essen ist immer Top aber die Lieferzeit die ich jetzt leider zum zweiten mal bemängeln muss, ist wirklich schrecklich.

Tolles Ambiente, freundliche zuvorkommende Bedienung, mega leckeres Essen und sehr sauber. Preis Leistung einfach Top , kann man wirklich nur empfehlen.

Wirklich toller laden nette Bedienung für ein kleines Restaurant geht es fast nicht besser.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Das Essen, der Service, es gibt einen Lieferservice. Alles 1 mit Sternchen.

Ich bestelle seit 8 Jahren bei Irem. Ja, manchmal wartet man ein wenig länger, aber die Vielfalt und was am Wichtigsten ist, die Qualität sind unschlagbar. Ich habe natürlich auch schon anderweitig bestellt, komme aber immer wieder zu Irem zurück, weil es dort am Besten schmeckt. Ich warte lieber ein wenig, bekomme dann aber sehr sehr leckeres Essen. Empfehlen kann ich alle Dönergerichte und vor allem die Burger. Auch die Currywurst ist 1a. Ihr verpasst etwas, wenn ihr da noch nicht bestellt habt. Daumen hoch und an das freundliche Team von Irem, macht weiter so.

Diesmal vom Essen enttäuscht es war Schnitzeltag das wollte ich mal ausprobieren nicht zu empfehlen es kam ein Formfleischschitzel der Geschmack war füchterlich auch die Sosse war wohl ne Fertigsossse selbst die Pommes schmeckten nach alten Fett das Essen war sonst viel besser zu mindestens Döner und Pizza schade bin sonst gerne dorthin gegangen

Echt sch......Laden, bereits 2x bestellt mit der info Lieferzeit 1 std. Daraus wurde 1x 2std. Beim 2x 2.15 std. Geht garnicht. Nie mehr wieder. Überlegt es euch gut. Nur bestellen wenn ihr KEIN Hunger habt.

Wirklich ein super Imbiss. Die Auswahl ist überragend. Seitlich im Lokal kann man sehr schön sitzen, es ist nett eingerichtet. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich und das Essen kam auch flott.

Wir gehen jede Woche einmal dort essen. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Familiäres Ambiente lädt dazu ein immer wieder zu kommen.

Egal ob vor Ort oder zuhause, das Essen ist immer frisch, heiß und lecker. Ud sollte mal etwas schief gelaufen sein gibt es sofort Ersatz. Bester Döner in town.

Der sah auch echt gut aus aber das Fleisch hat echt nicht geschmeckt. Erstmal war es viel zu dünn geschnitten und es war echt kaputt gewürzt. Vom Fleisch war nichts zu schmecken. Schade eigentlich 🤷🏻‍♂️ P.S.: Die Pommes 🍟 waren ganz OK.

Sehr liebes Personal! Egal ob Pizza, Döner, Nudeln oder eine einfache Pommes . Das Essen bei Irem übertrifft bei weitem die anderen Gastronomien in der Umgebung. Nicht nur ist das Essen (wie zuvor erwähnt) super sondern auch der Service und das Ambiente. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und die sowohl gemütliche als auch moderne Einrichtung, runden den Besuch bei Irem perfekt ab. Dank der kurzen Lieferzeit, rettet Irem zudem Abende an denen man einfach keine Lust hat zu kochen. Ein Besuch ist demnach nur zu Empfehlen !

Wir waren gestern dort essen , wir wurden sofort zum Tisch geführt die Leitung war sehr nett Personal auch freundlich gewesen . Trotz das der Laden sehr voll war hatten wir fix unser Essen und Getränke. Essen war mega lecker kommen gerne wieder. Grüße gehen an Ayhan :)))

Ich hatte einen Döner Teller Ohne witz lahm war wie eine alter Lappen Der Gemüsespieß oder was das auch immer sein sollte, war mit nach Peroni dir auch einen Döner gehört, die einfach nur klein geschnitten wurde, um Geld zu sparen Tomate drauf war nicht richtig angebraten auch nur einmal kurz rein aufgeweicht fertig Salat halbherzig gemacht, Standard nichts was irgendwie relevant wäre Und die größte Frechheit zu 80 % nur Reis Und das für so ein Preis 19,90 unverschämt Saftladen

Das Personen ist immer sehr freundlich leider wurde das Essen in den letzten Jahren i.mer schlechter gerade die Pizza ist häufig entweder halb roh oder verbrannt und dazu noch die steigenden Preise muss man sich wirklich 2 mal überlegen

Hier kann man sehr gut vor Ort essen. War dort zwei mal und es war beide male köstlich. Nr. 113 sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Essen ist super. Leider dauert das Liefern nun schon das dritte Mal in Folge über 40 Minuten länger als angegeben, sehr ärgerlich.

Holen hier gerne diverse Gerichte und können Irem nur empfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass ich die Lieferkosten innerhalb von Alpen etwas hoch finde. Selten das bei einem Lieferdienst alles schmeckt, wir haben hier bereits diverse Dönergerichte, Burger und Pizzen ausprobiert und wurden nie enttäuscht. Die Burger sind eine absolute Empfehlung.

2 1/2 Stunden Lieferzeit, nicht zum ersten Mal. Mit dem Lieferservice scheint der Laden überfordert zu sein. Schade, denn die Gerichte sind wirklich lecker.
