Restaurant Irem - Döner & Pizzeria in Alpen

This restaurant has two entrances. We went in through the left door and ordered our food there. The staff told us we could sit in the room next door. However, they didn't inform us that the prices there were higher than in the left-hand section! When we went to pay after eating, we discovered that the room on the right was more expensive. This is a fraudulent practice!

Everything is fresh and clean. I recommend it to everyone. The pasta is delicious. The staff is friendly. A humane and high-quality restaurant. I thank you very much for your interest. Best regards. Stay healthy.

Delivery took over 2.5 hours. Apparently, they only start preparing the dishes ordered for delivery if you call ahead. How else can you explain that ordering a single dish takes so long? That ruined my evening plans. Unfortunately, I paid in advance, otherwise I would have gotten something else long ago.

Regrettably, this is my first time eating at this restaurant. I've eaten there twice before. The meat was old, and there was no fresh meat. The meat was cold and tough. Perhaps you're a stranger in town. That's why they served me this meal. ...very sad.

Irem is simply recommended. The "fat guy" is absolutely fine. Absolutely top-notch staff, the food is always delicious, and the shop is clean. You can never complain about the deliveries either. Thanks for everything ☺️

Good kebab, I used to love it here. However, at €8.50 for a standard kebab, the limit has been reached for me. Yes, the purchase prices are going up, but the price-performance ratio is no longer right for me personally. Too bad.

You immediately notice that people work here with passion for their craft. From the dough to the last ingredient – ​​everything seems well thought out and made with love. I'll definitely come back. And the hollandaise pizza? This is now my new favorite!

Doner meat tastes extremely like nutmeg, just disgusting. We also had stomach problems all night afterwards. I don't know where the good reviews come from, but stay away! And way too expensive. Outrageous!

Very cozy, great service and very tasty. We had asparagus kebab with cheese and hollandaise gratin plus fries. Before that there was a mixed salad. And it tasted very good and can recommend it. But be careful, hollandaise is plentiful. It's best not to have fries with it. More like rice or bread.

The kebabs are a blast, there aren't any delicious ones in the surrounding area! And you don’t have to wait either😉

The food was very tasty, but the service was very intrusive and pressured every guest to leave a review.

There were two of us there and we ate kebab and pizza. The owners are very proud of their asparagus doner and also advertise that they are the inventors. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the taste. The kebab was good but a bit pricey. The small margarita pizza was a standard pizza, unfortunately baked in a tray. We always call it pan pizza. I found the price at 7.90 to be significantly excessive. Overall, unfortunately, a mediocre overall result.

Rating: 1/5 stars Unfortunately, our experience with Irem from Alpen was disappointing. The meat was dry and the taste was not convincing. In addition, the delivery service left a lot to be desired. We had to wait a long time for our order and when it finally arrived, some parts of the delivery were incomplete or missing. Overall not a good experience - improvement is definitely needed here. When you make phone calls to solve the errors without any problems, you cannot come to an agreement because there was no interest in solving it!

The delivery only arrived after 2 hours and half was forgotten.

We order from Irem more often. Yes, the delivery time is sometimes very long, but always within the specified period. And if it doesn't happen, you make it up to someone else. The restaurant is always busy. Decent portions, the kebab is very well filled in terms of quantity. The staff is always friendly and laughs even when stressed. Price & performance absolutely top, special requests are always fulfilled without any problems. Food is especially hot when it arrives.

Unfortunately a cheeseburger with fries mayo was ordered. I got cooked fries and a cheeseburger that was drowned in various sauces so that I couldn't taste the burger patty or the cheese. When I took a bite, the sauces just oozed over my hands and corners of my mouth so that I had to wipe everything off with the plastic bag! Napkins were probably sold out. Oh yes and even though I wanted to eat there, they packed my order to take away - apparently they didn't want me as a customer! Then I left the food and left. A little over 15 euros for going in hungry and leaving hungry. Was my first and last visit to this restaurant!!!

I recently ate at the Döner Haus and absolutely loved it! The kebab was perfectly seasoned, the meat was juicy and the fresh ingredients rounded off the enjoyment. The homemade sauce was especially to die for!

The kebabs and lahmacun are great, the börek are always divine and the employees are friendly and courteous every day. As a regular customer you feel like you are in good hands and I recommend that everyone who orders on Sunday or is a guest be patient, as this is often the busiest place.

My little grandson was hungry for fries. And because it's always something special to eat in a restaurant, we chose a nice place. We were served in a friendly manner and it wasn't a problem that we only ordered a portion of fries with a glass of water. We got a second fork without asking and a smile😉.

Went there spontaneously. Ate a kebab, a Turkish pizza with meat. We ordered the pide to share. The pide was so big that I didn't even need Turkish pizza anymore. Well.
