Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Auf spezielle Essenswünsche, Abänderung des in der Karte angebotenen Gerichts, wird sofort eingegangen. Man sitzt nicht beengt dort. Wir waren schon öfters dort , immer mit ca. 4-8 Personen, ist immer alles zufriedenstellend gewesen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und hatten uns mit Freunden verabredet. Die Umgebung und das Ambiente des Ritterguts Birkhof sind sehr schön und laden zum Verweilen ein. Zum Glück hatten wir vorab reserviert, was bei der Beliebtheit des Hauses auch absolut ratsam ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Bedienung, die den gesamten Abend über sehr freundlich und aufmerksam war. Leider konnte die Küche dieses Mal nicht ganz mithalten. Das Hauptgericht wurde für unseren Geschmack sehr lieblos präsentiert. Bei den aufgerufenen Preisen hatten wir eine ansprechendere Anrichtung und eine höhere Qualität erwartet. Für uns stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis an diesem Abend leider nicht.

Cordon Bleu kam ohne Käse, Lamm meiner Begleitung war im erstenn Anlauf zweimal getötet worden. Sehr durch. Trift die eigenen Ansprüche nicht.

Letzte Woche dort gegessen. Die Qualität der Gerichte ist sehr gut. Die Portionen, ob Vorspeise Haupt oder Nachspeise mehr als ausreichend Die Preise der Qualität angemessen. Service ist super, allesamt sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das beste sind die Preise für die Kinderportionen. Schnitzel Pommes 4,50 Zwei Kugeln Eis Zwei Euro. Da möchte man nochmal Kind sein :-) Tisch reservieren macht Sinn!

Seit langer Zeit mal wieder dort gewesen. Es hat sich gelohnt. Waren zu dritt, allgemeine Meinung ein gelungener Abend mit leckerem Essen. 3 verschiedene Hauptspeisen, ich hatte Gans Keule und Brust. Da stimmte über Rotkohl, Klößen und Soße einfach alles.

Leider habe ich keine Fotos gemacht. Aber rundum super servierte Speisen. Preise von günstig bis etwas mehr für Filet und Fisch. Service voll aufmerksam und freundlich. Ambiente schön! Probiert’s 😊

Das Essen wurde schnell und akkurat aufgenommen. Die Getränke kamen zügig mit etwas Brot und einer sehr schmackhaften Creme. Ich hatte Zander mit Romarinkartoffeln. Der Fisch war auf den Punkt saftig und knusprig auf den Schuppen gebraten, die Kartoffeln waren sehr lecker - nur die Soße hätte etwas kräftiger sein können. Der Kaffee war sehr aromatisch. Also - zusammen mit der Lage und dem Ambiente war es ein tolles und zufriedenstellende Essen!

We were invited to a wedding reception on September 6th. Everything went very smoothly. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The buffet offered a very good and sufficient selection of food for everyone. We felt very well looked after.

We were there for breakfast on a Tuesday afternoon. The food was average; the rolls and croissants weren't exactly homemade, nor was the orange juice. There were various side dishes (jam, butter, etc.) with it, but everything was served in plastic wrappers. The egg was also cold and probably made the morning before. The staff were also busy with something else and had no interest in clearing up and paying. They just sat around and chatted loudly in a language I didn't understand. I probably wouldn't come back for breakfast...

A restaurant that's always busy. The food is good to very good. Prices are a bit on the higher side, so it can be a bit expensive at times.

We celebrated our "pearl wedding" on June 13, 2025, in the ballroom of the Rittergut Birkhoff restaurant. It was the perfect day for us. The location is beautiful, we received excellent advice on the food selection, and Markus Fells and his team fulfilled our every wish. A huge THANK YOU to everyone; we had a wonderful celebration. This time, we weren't satisfied. First, they couldn't find our reservation. Then they didn't ask about drinks with the main course. In the end, we had water and a glass of Prosecco. The food was delicious, but it was a shame my salmon was swimming in sauce. It definitely needs more. 😉

The food tastes good. Unfortunately, the cordon bleues weren't cooked properly on our last visit. The service team reacted really well and prepared new ones for us straight away.

Have been regular guests at Birkhof for many years. The service is always very friendly and accommodating. The food is good, but can no longer compete with other restaurants in the price range. Most main courses now cost around €30.

The restaurant at Rittergut Birkhof is wonderfully remote, but still very easy to reach - a nice combination that always makes the visit special. We have been enjoying our meals there twice a year for four years now and really appreciate the atmosphere and ambience. This year, however, the food was a bit disappointing for me personally - it tasted more oily instead of buttery, which just wasn't to my taste. (And it wasn't like that in the past). However, I would like to emphasize that this is just my personal feeling. What should be highlighted is the service, which is really top notch: polite, friendly and extremely competent. The staff always manages to make guests feel completely welcome. All in all, the restaurant remains a special place for me, which I continue to enjoy visiting and which is characterized by its hospitality and professionalism.

The two of us were at the Rittergut on Saturday. From the service to the food to the ambience, it was a successful and lovely evening.

Extremely well organized service (18 men received drinks quickly, the food also almost at the same time and without any long delay). The amount of space that the manor offers is not quite for me, but it is particularly suitable for larger groups and is also quite comfortable. Lavish portions, as befits a manor, and everyone enjoyed it. Here too, the one star less than 5 is only due to my personal taste. In principle recommended.

Every year we go to dinner there with our ex-colleagues to mark the end of the year. I was very excited last year. Unfortunately, things didn't work out for me personally this year. The goose's breast was dry. Kept warm for too long. The leg was okay, but the top was too dry. Unfortunately, the staff was a mix between we are around the guests a lot and then we don't show up anymore. Dessert is too ice cream-heavy for me this year. Over all, next year for a new one. Then I'll be happy to adjust the rating.

We were able to celebrate a club party with around 50 guests. The arrangements were problem-free, good menu suggestions were made to us - and adhered to perfectly - and even separate billing for the drinks was arranged without any problems. The dishes (selection of various starters and main courses) were all of very good quality and perfectly balanced in terms of taste. The price for the 3-course menu was justified. A little more “service” or recommendation management would have been helpful for us only when decorating the hall.

Heute hatten wir uns hier mit der Familie zu einem Treffen verabredet. Wir waren 8 Personen und ich hatte schon 2 Wochen vorher reserviert. Wir hatten einen schönen Tisch in einer Ecke und eine wundervolle charmante Bedienung. Aus der reichhaltigen Speisekarte hatten wir alle verschiedene Gerichte bestellt und ich macht mir schon Sorgen, ob die in der Küche und im Service das wohl stemmen können. Ich selbst hatte mir eine Gänsekeule bestellt. Aber ich war schon positiv überrascht, als nach knapp 15 Minuten eine ganze Brigade von Servicekräften angetrabt kam und alle 8 Gerichte zeitgleich servierten. Das war großartig. Großes Kompliment an alle Servicekräfte! Alle aus unserer Gruppe waren mit der Qualität der Speisen sehr, sehr zufrieden. Meine Gänsekeule war superzart, das Fleisch löste sich fast schon durch das reine Anschauen vom Knochen, Summa cum laude an die Küche. Die für uns verantwortliche Servicekraft, war, wie schon vorher geschrieben, super freundlich und war stets besorgt, dass unsere Gläser gut gefüllt waren. We have been to Rittergut Birkhof on very different occasions and it was first class every time. The service is very friendly and professional. The food arrived very quickly, even for large groups. The food tastes excellent and the menu is varied. You can sit very well inside or outside.

Company holidays are not displayed online. 04.08-20.08. We drove an extra 40 kilometers, a shame

The ambience and location is very nice. But the food wasn't good, the sauce for example. B. was heavily water-heavy or came from the package (that means it wasn't made by myself -> unfortunately that was our perception). The portion size was good. But in my opinion the prices for the food were about €4 too expensive. In addition, the service was unfortunately not good.

An excellent meal in the garden of the manor right on the moat. We had the grill plate with 3 types of meat and croquettes. The service was good and very quick. The mousse au chocolat rounded off the meal perfectly at the end.

Das war mal mein Lieblingsrestaurant. Aber seit meinen letzten Besuchen nicht mehr. Neben der Preiserhöhung sind auch die Mengen UND die die Qualität stark zurückgegangen. Das Cordon bleu ist um 1/3 weniger geworden. Es wid an fast allem gespart. Das merkt man als Gast sehr deutlich. Die Bratkartoffeln aus dem Plastik- Grossgebinde. Blass und teilweise nur einseitig gebraten. Zwiebeln nicht vorhanden. Nein, hier komme ich die nächste Zeit nicht mehr hin. Lege halt Wert auf gute Qualität und auf ein ausgewogenes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Dem Koch fehlt wohl die nötige Motivation-

A few days ago I had dinner with my wife for our wedding anniversary. We were very satisfied and always sent a warm greeting to the team and the chef...it was very tasty and the portions were good 👍

The speed at which the food was served didn't bode well. The Wiener Schnitzel had nothing in common with the original other than the name. Most likely low-end convenience goods. There was no sign of any cooking skills. Warm-up goods! The fried potatoes weren't worth the name. Appropriately, the comment from the service is that the original is best eaten in Vienna. Never again.

Everything was great except for the smell in the men's toilet. That was very unpleasant

Ich war das letzte Mal vor 10 Jahren dort. Das Essen war klasse, die Bedienung aufmerksam. Der Außenbereich könnte etwas mehr Dekor vertragen, ansonsten sehr gemütlich.

Wir waren schon mehrmals dort und waren voll begeistert und zufrieden. Heute waren wir mit 18 Personen,hatten einen 75. Geburtstag gefeiert und kann nur Positive Reaktionen von unseren Gästen vermitteln.

Das Restaurant Rittergut Birkhof bietet ein gemütliches Ambiente und eine tolle Aussicht ins Grüne. Beim schönem Wetter hat man die Option den Aufenthalt auf die Terrasse zu verlegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen wird ziemlich schnell serviert. Keine lange Wartezeit. Kommen gerne wieder!!
