We were there with 5 adults and a toddler. The little one immediately got her own plate to eat with. There's apparently a playroom, but we didn't go in there. The food was good. Value for money, too. However, 3 of the 5 dishes came with the wrong side dishes. It can happen. We got a free shot of schnapps as an apology. There's also an outdoor area. What I didn't like so much is that dogs are allowed in the restaurant. I don't have anything against dogs, but in my opinion, a very large, very long-haired dog has no business being in a restaurant. Parking is almost nonexistent, so I wouldn't arrive by car if possible.

We came without a reservation. We had an hour to spare. The food came very quickly and tasted delicious. The service was very friendly.

We came spontaneously without a reservation and were lucky. A table for 2 was still free. Table reservation would be an advantage. You sit very close to other tables because the dining room is very small. But the atmosphere was still pleasant and you could chat. Our dishes were accompanied by salad, which you put together yourself from a small buffet. The selection was good and everything was still available even after 7 p.m. There were homemade croutons, cress, chives and basil to cut yourself. Our fish plates were plentiful and delicious. We could have ordered fried potatoes. Highly recommended. We actually became repeat offenders. This time we had Holsteiner Schnitzel and cod. Both very tasty.

We actually visited here 5 times in one week of Easter vacation. Incredibly good cuisine AND service that is very rare these days. The fish plate and the rump steak are a poem. Best value for money in Kappeln and the surrounding area. The fish soup was super delicious! Definitely try it.

The plus point about this restaurant is that it is the only one. The salad bar isn't refilled at 6:30 p.m., so if you still want a salad you have to take what's still there. Finished products from the supermarket, spiced up...that's unfortunately how it tastes

Nice ambience, nice service and delicious plaice! Luckily a good, walkable alternative to the disappointing Italian restaurant in the Olpenitz holiday resort. Unfortunately a bit hidden and too small, inconspicuous signage. But highly recommended!!

We had reserved a table for the evening. The food came to the table far too quickly for us. It only took 20 minutes for a fish plate and schnitzel with fried potatoes. The food was OK. Unfortunately, after the meal, a waitress came into the room very late and asked if everything was OK. We sat there for a long time with empty glasses, but then we didn't feel like staying any longer. It seemed to me that they were more busy cleaning up than taking care of the guests. From the kitchen you could hear the loud clatter of tins and pots, which was very disturbing. All in all, our stay only lasted about an hour. A record for us. Even though the food was okay, we didn't like it.

Extremely friendly staff, Even after a slim tall 0.5 liter glass tipped over, the staff kept calm and served a new drink for free. The waiting time for the food was very short for twelve of us. The prices were reasonable, not too expensive and not too cheap.

Our now annual visit to the restaurant left an ambivalent impression this time. The service was, as usual, quick and attentive. For tomato soup as a starter, I would choose canned soup because of its rather thick consistency and sweet taste. My main course was the Mediterranean schnitzel. Of course, topping and gratinating a breaded schnitzel is pointless. In addition, they were ready-made schnitzels, the kind you can get frozen or ready-to-eat in any discount store. Very unfortunate.

We ate there twice during our vacation. The first time to pick it up, which worked wonderfully. The food was packaged extremely well and tasted incredibly good. The second time we reserved a table and ate there. This time too, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was very nice and the service was excellent. Plus point on site: We received a little greeting from the kitchen - baguette with a phenomenally good aioli - and we were able to put together our own side salad at the buffet - incredibly delicious. If we are here again, we will definitely come back. Absolute recommendation.

We spent a lovely evening here with good food and the best service, great salad and great plaice, but unfortunately too much salt on the mushrooms and the generous amount of bacon for us. You can sit comfortably and the wine list has some fine bottles to offer. Service really great!

I've been in this area countless times. But this year for the first time here. Great kitchen, very committed staff, great toilets and a great area for a digestive walk. Very highly recommended. And the complaining about the lack of parking spaces…. there is enough if you don't want to drive all the way to the table. 😆

Am Nachmittag konnten wir mit Glück für abends noch einen Tisch für 4 Personen reservieren. Der Service war freundlich und auf Zack. Die Speisekarte ist recht umfangreich, da findet jeder etwas. Wir hatten gebackenen Schafskäse, Tomatensuppe, Dorsch, Scholle und Fisch & Chips. Es war alles schön angerichtet, die Portionen reichlich bemessen und geschmacklich war alles sehr lecker! Im Gastraum sind die Tische relativ eng gestellt, aber es war trotz voller Besetzung überraschend "leise". Wir hatten einen schönen Abend und können das Restaurant empfehlen.

Die Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft . Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals lassen keine Wünsche offen. Nur zu empfehlen!!!!

Das Essen ist handwerklich super gekocht, manchmal dürfte aber etwas mutiger gewürzt werden. Eine Tischreservierung ist empfehlenswert zumindest wenn das wetter zum Drausen sitzen nicht passt da es hier nicht so viele Sitzplätze gibt.

Wir waren zwei Mal mit kurzem Abstand zu Gast im Restaurant Schleimünde. Das Essen war jedes Mal top, absolut nichts auszusetzen. Egal, ob Fisch oder Fleisch, die Gerichte waren allesamt lecker und reichlich. Auffallend: die Speisen sind sehr schnell nach der Bestellung am Tisch. Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Wenn der Außenbereich geöffnet und dadurch mehr los ist, kann es auch mal ein wenig hektisch sein. Aber nie störend. Preise sind absolut angemessen. Das Restaurant ist ansprechend eingerichtet.

Ein kleines Restaurant das wir auf unserer Radtour entdeckt haben. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Auf mein Hinweis das mein Fisch kalt ist habe ich ohne zögern einen ganz neuen Teller bekommen..das ist nicht überall üblich. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön und passend zur Ostsee, genau so wie die angebotenen Speisen. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und haben sogar noch eine kleine Tüte Hunde-Leckerlies erhalten. Ich kann das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Einzig Parkplätze hat es etwas wenig.

Wir machen Kurzurlaub in Olpenitz und haben in der Schleimünde zu Abend gegessen. Der Service war aufmerksam und schnell. Eine falsche Getränkelieferung wurde ohne Diskussionen getauscht. Das Essen war recht zügig da und sehr lecker. Toll fand ich die heißen Teller, da auch die Speisen entsprechend heiß waren. Das Ambiente war innen sehr ansprechend. Gern wieder.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Restaurant Schleimünde und waren alle sehr zufrieden mit der sehr freundlichen und flotten Bedienung und mit dem sehr leckeren Essen

Die Speisen und das Ambiente waren in der Vergangenheit immer ok. Aber einen Tisch für nur 1,5 Stunden zur Verfügung zu stellen geht gar nicht! Das leistet sich nicht mal die Sansibar auf Sylt! 2 Stunden sind Satz, man will schließlich genießen und nicht hetzen. Deshalb nur 2 geschmeichelte Sterne. Wir sind deshalb 2023 nicht mehr mit dabei und dann mal raus. Schade. Ist es Gier?

Sehr schönes und gutes Restaurant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolut zu empfehlen! 😋👍 Aufgrund der Größe würde ich vielleicht empfehlen, vorher einen Tisch zu reservieren. Wir waren zumindest froh, dass wir das gemacht hatten. 😉 Waren mit unseren Kindern da. Jeder hat was leckeres gefunden und alle waren zufrieden. Auch beim Nachtisch. 😝 Das Essen wurde zeitnah serviert und war super lecker. 😋 Sehr freundliche Menschen im Service, die immer wieder gefragt haben, ob alles OK ist und ob wir noch was brauchen. Eine kleinen Abstrich gibt es leider bei der Parkplatz-Situation. Die möglichen Parkplätze sind zwar gewiss angemessen, aber überschaubar. Je nachdem wie geparkt wird, könnte sich die Parkplatzsuche etwas schwieriger gestalten. Sehr zu empfehlen! 😉👍
