Restaurant Halde in Ulm

The food was very generous in size and tasted very good. For people who like to use few spices, eating here is a great experience. I don't believe in excessive use of salt and other spices anyway. Getting there is easy, the parking lot is right in front of the building and there is a ramp for disabled people.

Update January 2025: Been here three times recently for various reasons and was very satisfied every time! Food top. Service friendly and quick. Original review: Went to Restaurant Halde for the first time in years and can only confirm the positive reviews about the food. Large portions and very tasty. Unfortunately, the positive experience was greatly dampened by the service, which is why we won't be coming back any time soon. At the beginning of the visit, the outside terrace was full to the last table, which is why I understand that there may be longer waiting times. After a while, however, we were pretty much alone (except for a large table with shouting football players). The waitress was still very rarely seen, had to be flagged down and then actually brought the wrong orders three times (!!), even though she wrote everything down. You have to pay at the checkout in the restaurant. I also stood there alone for about 5 minutes while our waitress completely ignored me 5-6 times, typed something at the cash register and left me standing there again. Only when the (very friendly) innkeeper noticed this at some point and personally sent the lady to me was I "allowed" to pay.

Good food at fair prices. The service is 1a. We were there with a large group and felt like we waited less than 20 minutes for the food. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

We went there for dinner with the family. The menu is simple, but still has enough choice. The dishes taste good, are very rich, and the service is friendly and fast. We'll definitely be back.

You can eat delicious food, but when it's full it's very noisy because it's just a big room.

Great food, great service, great prices. Yes, you have to make a reservation, so you don't have to write a bad review. The samples are huge, so if you don't feel full you should think about your eating disorder🤣

Totally delicious food and friendly service

In the Halde restaurant you can get German and Greek dishes. The portions are very plentiful. Service is super nice and the price is €€ Unfortunately we didn't get the food at the same time, which was a shame there was a 20 minute delay.

Really excellent food, very friendly, courteous and fast service and the whole thing in a very nicely designed ambience. It's mainly a sports center, but the best has really been achieved here. Only recommended.

Disgraceful. Stating youre open and when a customer *comes 3 hours* before the closing time you tell him the kitchen is closed. Not a trustworthy place keep away

Fries and chicken schnitzel are inedible and the quality is like that of McDonalds. This restaurant is not recommended.

Nice restaurant with a terrace. The price/performance ratio is still right here. Very good Swabian cuisine, Greek is also offered. Staff is very friendly and on the ball. Dogs in particular are welcome. Always happy

We ordered the surprise bag from Too good to go which cost €5. There was an enormous portion of schnitzel with spaetzle and even a side salad. JUST UNBELIEVABLE! It was also a dream, it tasted incredibly good and was enough for 2 people

Very attentive service and delicious food

The waitress was very nice, unfortunately she gave me the wrong information. I was really looking forward to Taramas and she told me that it didn't exist. Then I ate something else, which was also very tasty. My daughter had a Greek dish with taramas on her plate.

We recently ordered food from the delivery service for the first time based on a recommendation and have now ordered it several times. Everything perfect! Food tasted very good and plentiful, friendly telephone and delivery service, fast delivery! We are from the catering industry ourselves and know how to appreciate it! Keep it up!

We (two cycling couples) just happened to pass by here and stop off. Despite a sunny Sunday and a lot of guests, friendly service. We saw the shrimp platter at the next table and all 4 of us ordered it. The choice was excellent. Price/performance is also right. Gladly again😀

Just great!!! 2xgyros 2xgyros metaxa 1x cordonbleu. Delivered to Risstissen (20 km) everything was still hot. The taste is amazing. Always my pleasure. Ordered at 7 p.m. arrived at 6:59 p.m. What more do you want. Only recommended. Keep it up

Die Halde ist absolut spitze!!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & schnell und das Essen jedes mal super lecker. Preis-Leistung ist mehr als zufriedenstellend (man bekommt wirklich was für sein Geld). Auch für größere Gruppen oder Events sehr zu empfehlen😍

Wir waren heute auf der Durchreise vom Gardasee nach einem Jahr wieder im Halde. Von ganzem Herzen können wir dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen. Das Essen ist einfach fantastisch, für Kinder, sowie für Erwachsene. Das Ambiente, kann ich einfach nur als, „wir haben, uns unendlich wohl gefühlt“ beschreiben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist phänomenal. Aber vor allem die gesamte auffallende, menschlich nette Herzlichkeit des Teams und auch der netten Einwohner an den Nachbartischen aus Ulm, bleibt uns in mehr als positiver Erinnerung. Wir empfehlen dieses Restaurant zu 100 %, und das wirklich aus vollem ♥️ weiter!

Een verrassing! Lekker eten, verse calamaris, heerlijke gyros/ schnitzel! Grappig aan het voetbalveld, leuk om te kijken. Goed eten voor kleine prijs!

Habe das Puten-Schnitzel mit Champignons gegessen und dazu Pommes, es war eine große Portion und sehr delikat. Die Atmosphäre wirkt alles andere als gedrückt, also hatte ich eine sehr angenehme Wartezeit. Kann ich nur empfehlen, vor allem, wenn man betrachtet, was sonst noch in der näheren Umgebung zur Verfügung steht.

Wir sind öfters in der Halde zum Essen. Wir haben während der Coronazeit dort auch unsere Hochzeit gefeiert. Sehr nettes Personal, alle sind sehr aufmerksam, das Essen ist sehr gut. Große Portionen und am Wochenende gibt es zusätzlich eine griechische Karte. Es kann auch vorbestellt und abgeholt werden. Die Preise sind fair. Es empfiehlt sich, einen Platz zu reservieren, da es fast immer voll ist. Sehr schön ist auch die Terrasse, wo man sehr gut und gemütlich sitzt. Wir kommen immer gerne.

Die Sportgaststätte Halde in Gögglingen ist ein rustikales Lokal mit Schwäbischen Gerichten vom Zwiebelrostbraten bis sauren Käs. Von Freitag bis Sonntag kann man sogar Griechische Speisen genießen. Wenn Sie sich so richtig satt essen wollen, dann ist es Ihre Pflicht nach Gögglingen zu kommen und ins Restaurant Halde zu gehen. Man versucht den Teller leer zu essen, schafft es aber nicht. Nicht nur, dass es große Portionen sind, nein es schmeckt auch noch vorzüglich. Die Griechischen Gerichte sind genauso üppig wie die Schwäbischen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Bedienungen sehr freundlich, Service sehr schnell. Es gibt einen großen gemütlichen Biergarten und die Innenräume sind für eine Sportgaststätte üblich. So und jetzt zu den Preisen! Auch die sind in Ordnung. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten "Großen" Appetit.

Das Essen ist dort sehr lecker. Auf der großen Speisekarte findet jeder etwas. Die Portionen sind gigantisch groß und das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich. Eine große Terrasse im Freien. Also nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Essen. Die Bedienungen sind alle recht freundlich.

Muss leider enttäuschend sagen dass es hier auch mal besser geschmeckt hat. Die Maultaschen waren sehr wässrig und die Füllung war nicht wirklich lecker. Der Rest vom Essen (Schnitzel, Gemüse,..) war auch nicht so doll. Die Spätzle waren ok aber das sollte auch nicht allzu schwer sein.

Heerlijk schnitzel met spatzle in champignon roomsaus en cordon blue met frites gegeten bij restaurant Halde. Grote porties en uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Lekker met een Golden Ochsen biertje. Aanrader!

Eine moderne und trotzdem gemütliche Einrichtung läßt schon Vorfreude aufkommen. Die Speisekarte liest sich angenehm, man will noch öfters kommen und auch anderes ausprobieren. Die Bedienung ist sehr zuvorkommen und auch das Essen ist ehrlich gekocht und sehr schmackhaft!

Ich war jetzt schon mehrfach in dieser Gaststätte, sowohl bei Weihnachtsfeiern als auch nur so kurz zum Essen und ich bin restlos überzeugt von Qualität, Service und Preis-/Leistung Inhaber und Personal sehr freundlich und engagiert, auch bei viel Trubel stets professionell! Vielen Dank dafür!!!!!
