The beer garden is undoubtedly a boon to the local area. Walkers, university employees, visitors, and patients from nearby hospitals all enjoy a drink here. The selection and quality of the food is good, and everything is made fresh. There's also a sufficient selection of drinks. But that's the problem: There's only one counter where you can order food and buy drinks. Long lines regularly form. If you then want something to drink during or after your meal, you have to wait in line for a long time again. However, I wouldn't want to queue for two 30-minute periods just to buy another apple spritzer. Perhaps the owners can find a solution. They used to sell scoops of ice cream at a separate counter. That's now replaced by the boring ice cream sticks, and you'd have to queue up again for that, too.

Beautiful location. Food & drink. One star for the oily sausage salad. But I'll learn from it and go for something Greek next time! :-)

Definitely the best burger I had in Ulm, other places will give you 16€ disappointment, but here its 12€ for a really good one. The view on Botanische Garten is also a plus

CASH ONLY!!!! Impression: Not directly possible! Cash only! Guys, you don't get it... These days, not everyone carries cash, and not everyone goes to the ATM whenever they go somewhere. This means: I and my family wouldn't have been acquired as customers in the first place! Potentially regular customers if cash was completely withdrawn. Entrepreneurial thinking is different.

The food here tastes like Greece, so delicious, like a Greek mother's, absolutely recommended. Plus, you have a beautiful spot in the botanical garden. Everything's self-service, but it works perfectly. You have to go.

Nice little beer garden. Menu with classics such as currywurst with fries, burgers and Greek dishes. Everything is of course not in deluxe quality but in very good quality for a beer garden. Of course there is also delicious beer here.

Small menu and you get the drinks at the counter. Ate a delicious meal, drank good non-alcoholic beer and had a lovely after-work afternoon at the botanical garden. Gladly again 😉

The food is very good, burgers etc. are fresh and reasonably priced. Ambience simple, but suitable for a beer garden. Just those annoying “fire alarms” that indicate that you can pick up your food. In the evening 100 beeping people run past you, quite annoying - you could also solve it with pure vibration. But we'll definitely come back.

Another insider tip for beer gardens in Ulm. Great location, very quiet. Honestly cooked, delicious food. We were made aware of it by a work colleague and went out to eat there twice at the weekend. Very good price/performance ratio. Any time. Delicious beer!

The location is great, even though no one gets lost here by accident up to the university. The food is delicious, the prices are absolutely reasonable - the drinks prices are also very fair (and significantly higher elsewhere...). If you're looking for an insider tip (if that's possible), then it's the beer garden at the Botanicum.

A nice place, delicious Greek snacks, very friendly team, cold beer, what more could you want. Also very good with children, older ones can go alone and explore the botanical garden.

This is a little oasis tucked away at the top of this beautiful garden. I only had a beer because we had just eaten elsewhere. Friendly service and the people that were eating appeared to be enjoying their food. Next time I will bring my appetite.

Very nice place to enjoy a drink in pleasant surroundings. Unfortunately, the food is at best below average at relatively high prices. Very greasy, not crispy gyros, bad fries, Swiss sausage salad was bland, very bad dressing, cheese in very large, thick pieces just put on the side... The accompanying bread tasted very good. There is still a lot of room for improvement! A pity.

Nice little beer garden with friendly staff and delicious Greek snacks such as saganaki, gyros, bifteki etc. There is a good selection of beer from the Berg brewery in Ehingen. When the weather is good, it is sometimes open longer as officially stated.

JUICE SHOP! I was here today to have lunch with my father. A hamburger and gyros were ordered. When our pager, which we received at the checkout, vibrated for the first time, I was only able to pick up the hamburger at the food counter. The employee assured me that I could pick up the gyros within the next 2-3 minutes when the next pager rang. After a whopping 25 minutes I went to the food counter to ask where my gyros were. It then turned out that the gyros had been forgotten and was only being prepared now. When I asked why the gyros had been forgotten, they just tried to excuse themselves and reject the shield, but the mistake was neither recognized nor was there any sensible reason for it! Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to matter here and it's all about making a lot of money quickly and orders are randomly forgotten! Avoid this shop if you can and instead visit one of the other beer gardens in Ulm
