Very expensive, tasty but a lot of waiting time and expensive

There is little wrong with the food itself, the price/performance ratio is justifiable compared to other similar concept stores. The taste was good average. The very inattentive staff repeatedly only cleared away dishes long after you had already sat at the table and eaten with new food (we drew attention to this by loudly stacking the empty dishes standing around on the table). The food from the grill was not brought to the table and was left visible to us for around 10 minutes (with six other plates already ready), so we picked it up ourselves. It was only this action that persuaded one of the actually plentiful employees to at least bring the plates that were prepared later to the tables. When grilling, there was insufficient separation between portions, so my partner, who finds seafood disgusting, ended up with a mini octopus between his meat. We were not asked if we would like new drinks, even though glasses were empty. We found it hygienically questionable that when it came to raw meat products for the grill, only about half of the types had their own tongs. Guests took poultry with tongs that had previously been with beef or shrimp from pork with tongs. Prawns were not among the fish/seafood, but between types of meat. It shouldn't be like that, even with regard to allergies or nutritional concerns. My partner also pointed this out. We knew the shop because we had picked something up via TGTG a while ago and wanted to really try out the restaurant.

We always have such nice service! Everyone is super nice! The food is great and there is a lot of choice and, above all, everything is fresh! There is also a lot for children. A birthday song was put on for our daughter today and she received 2 muffins with candles. We were so touched! Thank you!!!!!!!

A very large selection of dishes, including sweet dishes. Unfortunately the restaurant is very large and noisy. To clear the plates, a dish trolley moves through the aisles like in a canteen. The restaurant also lacks personality, you're happy when the waiter sees you and you can't order more drinks that have to wait a while. Overall, nothing special, but a quick solution to go out for Asian food. I think it's great that people who overeat and pile it on their plates and don't finish paying a kind of "penalty fee".

Unfortunately, things have slacked off a lot at the moment. We've been there many times. But things are getting worse at the moment. Pineapple was already brown. There was a moldy tomato in the salad. Then for the second time not enough change was given back. If that doesn't change, we won't come anymore. A pity.

I would like to thank the chef and all the staff of this wonderful restaurant! The wonderful Chinese style, the variety and freshness of the dishes, their excellent taste and unforgettable impressions will delight you. There were a lot of visitors there, but that didn't stop us from feeling comfortable. I absolutely loved everything, the cleanliness was at a high level. Thank you for your professionalism. Next time I want to enjoy Chinese cuisine with traditional Chinese music to feel the atmosphere even more. I recommend everyone to visit this wonderful restaurant! Good luck to all!

How can you deteriorate so much in a year? Service - almost non-existent. The service seems unmotivated, the greeting is superficial, you don't really feel welcome. The food had apparently been in the buffet for half the day, unsightly and dried out. The roasted duck consisted of fat and cartilage with rubber meat in between. Fresh refills were no longer made after 8 p.m., so you had to make do with what was still drying out on display. 25€/buffet meal is far too expensive for the quality of the food and non-existent service. Terrible - never again.

I'm usually someone who always tips when there is good service and friendly treatment. But unfortunately my visit to Golden Phoenix with my friends was a very disappointing experience. One of the service staff was extremely unfriendly and made racist comments several times, apparently in a funny way. She ignored me even though I asked her for something. For this reason we decided not to tip. She then mockingly asked us if we were from Africa and said that 99% of Africans who eat here don't tip either. She shook her head as she did so. Unfortunately, I don't know this woman's name, but this behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful. I cannot recommend this store to anyone who wants to be treated humanely and does not tolerate racist comments. I will pass on this experience to my circle of friends and acquaintances. Such behavior is outrageous and should actually be reported.

Worst service ever. The staff is inadequate and very rude. No manners and very disrespectful. Unless you want to feel unwelcome and disrespected for no reason, avoid this place. It's not just about the food at affordable prices, but also about being respected by the staff in restaurants. Don't let people treat you like that just because their food is cheaper.

Everything is average: good and fresh ingredients and all you can eat in the buffet version. But I would have given it 4 stars before, until the day when the recipe for the dark of the three sauces was changed. The new dark sauce is very bland, so I now have to mix myself a reasonable sauce in a bowl (on the left in the photo above) with the soy sauce and the salt and pepper (which are at the tables). The old sauce was very well coordinated and could be used plug-and-play. I deduct one star for this now required customer contribution. The hope that the bland sauce was just a one-off mistake was unfortunately dashed today when I had to cry over the same result for the third time, a few weeks apart. Still, overall just three stars for me, nothing more and nothing less.

Went to this restaurant for the first time. There was a lunch buffet for us with a lot of choice. However, we didn't like the food. It looked appetizing, but was almost unseasoned and tasted of nothing. We tried many different dishes and none of them tasted good to us. The only exception was the green beans with garlic. The service was a bit lackluster, but still OK. Cleanliness so-so. All in all disappointing and we won't be going back.

A restaurant we go to all the time. There is more variety of food than other all you can eat restaurants. Some products burn because they are just a little too salty. Something needs to be done about that. Overall good, I recommend it.

The three of us ate there and not for the first time and our opinion was very consistent, the food there is getting worse and worse and is no longer in line with the price of the buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful, but we still had things on our plates that we handed over for the grill that we hadn't chosen at all. Conclusion Buffet is no longer worth it.

Went there for the dinner buffet yesterday and never again! We were there at 9pm and according to Google it was open until 10:30pm. At 9:40 p.m. the buffet was largely cleared away without notice and we were pressured in a very unpleasant way (one of us was physically very close by an employee) to serve ourselves otherwise everything would end up in the trash. At that time we had only served ourselves at the buffet once! Our food, which was supposed to be grilled, came back partly oversalted and partly burnt. When there was evidence of this, the only response was a dry apology... During this time you could clearly see the lady behind the drinks counter picking her nose, which was of course extremely appetizing. Then, at 10 p.m., some of the lights were turned off while we were still eating. Even if the buffet lasts until 10 p.m., you can politely point out that one last round can take place and then clear up. But put everything away at 9:40 p.m. and then charge the full buffet price? Just unprofessional and unfriendly! Above all, nothing for a cozy evening!

Very bad staff. I was really shocked by them. I noticed the clerk looking at us strangely, but paid him no attention until the hour of departure came. The voices were getting louder and I don't know why I wanted to call the police, but my wife wasn't happy. I will try to file a lawsuit against them after consulting my lawyer. Unfortunately it doesn't deserve any stars.

We are visiting here in Bremen and were really looking forward to eating. We weren't greeted very friendly, we were addressed with the wrong name and asked 'Window, right?', to which we replied that it wasn't our name but would like to sit at the window, the unfriendly lady asked and 'Your name is... ..' to which we replied no, that's not our name either. Her answer was 'you sit window!' ' Food very bad, ice cream cold at 6:00 p.m. even though the restaurant only opened at 5:00 p.m. (I really don't want to know how long it had been in the containers). Chicken tastes like rubber, beef is fried to death, everything is incredibly greasy, Service very!!!!! unfriendly, toilets totally dirty, when paying we were told how expensive it is in other all you can eat restaurants and how much you usually tip. All in all, not even worth one star, the night after we were all at home feeling sick. Unfortunately not recommended at all.

The buffet system is for a single price, you pay for alcohol separately. The staff is rude, the food is so bad for 3. You can choose raw food and it will be cooked and brought to you, for this you need to mark your order with a clothespin with the number. There is ice cream, various seafood, potatoes and much more different dishes.

One star only because the non-carbonated cola syrup arrived relatively quickly. It started as soon as I walked in. We (family of three) come in and stand at the counter at the entrance, every service employee looks at us but no one comes. After about 10 minutes I decided to give us a seat.... no one was interested either. Further at the buffet, as you can see in the pictures, the chicken meat tasted like a rubber seal. The noodles consisted of at least 80 percent sprouts. The egg (picture) in the noodles did the rest for me. Unfortunately, all the other dishes are also inedible (even for a buffet restaurant). THAT WAS THE LAST TIME. Now first go to the toilet.

We had booked a table to celebrate my daughter's birthday and it was anything but nice. If I could I wouldn't give it a star but you have to give one The service was so unfriendly, the plates weren't cleared away. This is food that had no taste, the sauces were extended and all had the same taste. Cocktails didn't taste good at all The food that is made on site is fried but nothing with spices!! How this restaurant can get 4 stars is beyond my comprehension It's a shame it wasn't a nice birthday. Never again, that's all I can say

It was one of the places I wanted to visit when I went to Bremen. The environment is very nice. You can find unlimited foods that appeal to everyone, from kangaroo to venison, lamb to frog legs. Be sure to stop by. You can find almost everything, desserts, fruits, ice creams etc.

Ich rate dringend von einem Besuch ab. Alte Rezension: Die Auswahl ist groß, auch an veganem Essen und Desserts, das Essen schmeckt gut, das Ambiente ist stilvoll und hochwertig und das Live-Cooking ist ein Highlight. Hier kann man entspannt und gut essen.

Grausam ,wenn ihre so viel auf Teller die Leute guckt warum macht ihre ein Buffet ? Es wahr 21:0 Uhr der Koch sagte zu mir wir haben zu ,und die sollten um22:00 zu machen ,und dann eine Kellnerin kommt zu mir sagte alles teuer alles teuer, wir haben für 3 Personen 75€ bezahlt , und viel Theater wegen essen , Nie nie Wider

Eigentlich ein Restaurant in dem ich gerne Essen gegangen bin. Aber an dem Tag war irgendwie der Wurm drin, also es ist wohl etwas neues mit Essenswagen durch die Gegen zu fahren, dies wäre nicht das Problem wenn die Essenreste nicht genau auf Augenhöhe permanent wären. Hinzukam das der gleiche Wagen für Essenreste sowie für Frischzubereitete Speisen genommen worden ist und damit dann von Tisch zu Tisch gegangen sind. Es vergeht einen der Appetit bei soetwas. Auch wenn die Preisleistung stimmt, ist dies ein Kriterium dort nicht mehr Essen gehen zu wollen.

Atmosphäre wie in einer Bahnhofshalle mit permanentem Geschirrgeklapper resultierend aus den omnipräsenten Abräumtätigkeiten auf die Geschirrwagen. Liebe zum Detail fehlt völlig, was sich an den 23 verschiedenen Arten Speisen zu beschildern manifestiert. Kennzeichnung für Vegetarier/ Veganer nicht vorhanden. Auswahl entsprechender Speisen im ansonsten reichhaltigen Angebot mikroskopisch. Lokal zugeschnitten auf Kundschaft mit großem gastrointestinalem Fassungsvermögen und abgestumpftem Geschmackssinn sowie ausgeprägter Vorliebe für Fleisch (inkl. Känguru und Frosch), Fisch (inkl. China-Fisch...) und Friteuse. Mein Versuch eine Gemüsekomposition a la Minute an der Live Cooking Station zubereiten zu lassen endete im Empfang des Resultats nach 20 Minuten: kaltes, ungewürztes, grobst geschnittenes Gemüse was drei mal über die Griddle Platte geschoben wurde. Nachtisch billigste Industrieware, wie an den liebevoll in großen Plastikgebinden angepriesenen Eisspezialitäten (Eis mit Erdbeergeschmack aus der Economy Serie des Gastro-Großhandels) abzulesen ist. Kein Vorwurf an die Betreiber - offenbar trifft das Konzept ja einen Nerv. Es bleibt nur das Gefühl, dass die entsprechenden landestypischen Küchen so viel mehr und besseres zu bieten hätten als das was hier umgesetzt wird. Und als Vegetarier wendet man sich kopfschüttelnd ab, wenn es bei mindestens 50 verschiedenen Rechauds und mehreren Hundert Sitzplätzen noch nicht mal Tofu gibt....

Dies ist eine Art asiatisches Schnellrestaurant, wo man all-you-can-eat von einem Buffet essen kann. Nicht alles ist asiatisch. Wenn viele Gäste da sind, wird schnell nachgelegt. Qualität und Auswahl des Essens sind (bei den Mengen und dem Tempo nicht anders zu erwarten) so-la-la. Vegetarische Hauptgerichte werden nicht angeboten. Die Atmosphäre ist in dem sehr großen Raum nicht sehr gemütlich. Die Bedienung (für Getränke) trat sehr rigoros auf, teilweise übergriffig. Aber es ist halt auch viel los, da kann man schon befürchten, den Überblick zu verlieren…

Nachdem ich schon häufig dort gegessen habe und eigentlich immer zufrieden war, wurde ich bei meinem letzten Besuch ziemlich enttäuscht. Gegen 20.30 Uhr (laut Google ist das Restaurant bis 22.30 geöffnet!) war das Büffet schon ziemlich abgegrast und wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Zudem waren die noch verbleibenden Speisen meist nur noch lauwarm. Der Koch beim Live Cooking war auch schon am sauber machen, ab 21.15 weigerte er sich dann gänzlich weitere Speisen zuzubereiten. Für die fast 22€ für das Abendbüffet eine ziemlich traurige Leistung!!!

Ein riesen Lokal, freundliches Personal und eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Es gibt auch rohe Sachen, die man sich braten lassen kann und für die Kids Schoko Brunnen und Eis. Toiletten sind sauber und Rollstuhl gerecht. Das preisleistungs Verhältnis ist natürlich unschlagbar. Doch leider kühlen die Speisen recht schnell aus da sie nur mit Wärme Lampen gewährmt werden ,bis man am Platz ist ist das essen kalt .

Die Größe des Restaurants machts etwas ungemütlich. Etwas von Abfertigungshalle, auch die Lautstärke, wenn es voll ist. Das wussten wir aber. Wir waren mit 8 Personen am 26.12. dort. Trotz des Vollseins bekamen wir relativ schnell unsere Getränke. Dann Buffet... lecker! War etwas leer, wurde zügig nachgefüllt. Habe wieder viel zu viel gegessen. Werde es aber wieder tun....
