Ambience is not necessarily inviting. The service seems hectic and not particularly friendly. We arrived shortly after opening. The buffet was only half full. Some dishes only came after about 15 minutes. The selection is fine. In terms of taste, I know better Chinese restaurants.

One year ago we were there for our son's birthday and everything was fine. Yesterday we were again for our son's birthday and found that everything in the restaurant had gotten drastically worse, we were offered a cheap cola instead of real one and tap water instead of mineral water .

Ambiente okay Bedienung könnte freundlicher sein. Als wir um 11:30 h ankamen wurden noch Speisen gebracht. Die Ente kam erst 15 Minuten später. Sehr viel Sushi. Auswahl an Gerichten ist recht groß. Geschmacklich in Ordnung. Ich kenne bessere China Restaurants.

We are actually regular customers. Unfortunately, yesterday the food at 5:30 p.m. wasn't good at all. It didn't seem fresh. You had the feeling it was already there from lunch and was just being kept warm. We also had to take care of drinks ourselves because we weren't looked after enough. We mentioned that we weren't satisfied at all this time and also asked whether the things had been lying around for a long time. Actually everything should be fresh by 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately, they only said manager manager, but he didn't come when asked, so nothing happened. The price was not reduced as compensation because only the manager can do that. I hope he will get in touch. It's a shame how customers who come regularly are treated when something doesn't fit.

There were three of us in the restaurant. No greeting, just a “please”. One wanted to order from the buffet, two others from the menu. The service became very unfriendly and bitchy, almost accusing us of not being allowed to eat or try anything from the buffet (which we had no intention of doing?) otherwise we would have ordered buffet. That was quite unpleasant. The drinks were put down without comment. While we were eating, the waitress kept coming over and checking to see if we were eating from the buffet with our colleague. Always delicious, once a month I go there with my friends. Lunch buffet at 11.90 you can't complain. Went there this evening to grill meat and it's nice. Unfortunately my beef was not fried like rubber, mushrooms and onions were just left on top. It's a shame otherwise the buffet is delicious. Now costs 14.90

I used to enjoy eating at the buffet. Yesterday I was there for the last time. Dirty plates, bananas already brown and thick flakes in the chocolate fountain. The toilets were flooded in the washing area. Chicken meat too salty and really oily. Some of the food was cold. Later I developed stomach and intestinal problems from eating.

I don't really know how to describe our visit right now. Unfortunately, we first discovered that the service was completely dismantled. We were there shortly before 5:30 p.m. The duck had probably already died at least twice by this point. In contrast to the chicken in the 8 treasures, that was still raw. I was there for the lunch menu today. I paid 20 euros for food + beer. Let's get to the main point, first of all, our brother in the dark blue suit in the pictures I posted is the owner of the business. He is a brother of ours who is trying to sell honey while his face is selling vinegar. He is very unhappy, like the tradesman who has a check on Monday but no money in his pocket. Unfortunately, this unhappiness has spread to both the food and the waiters. Opening time is 11.00, but everything is available at the counter only after 11.30. It has a weak food variety compared to similar places. When you go to Bremerhaven for the same price, you can eat more varieties for the same price in a place called Mongolia. Toilets are clean but there is a strange smell. It's not bad, but it's undefined. Paper hand towels are on the counter when they should be in the towel holder, which is also interesting. As a result, the price may be cheap, but it is not very preferable. A place I never thought I'd go to again. I'm looking to see if there is an alternative location.

It was our first and last time there and we would have read the reviews beforehand. If we hadn't entered the restaurant. The staff was always unfriendly. The buffet was no longer filled after 6 p.m. The food selection was a disaster for the price. Mongolian buffet hardly any choice. The food had no taste, it was cold and the meat was very dry. The toilets are very unhygienic. We definitely won't be coming back.

Were forced to buy drinks. Advertise with a 14.90 buffet, it's just stupid that they say, "no drinks, no food🤡" then it quickly becomes 20 euros.

Compared to other buffet Asian restaurants, here it tastes warmed up and everything is seasoned pretty much the same. Drinks are not included and are quite expensive.

The food itself tastes good and there is a large selection, but I didn't feel welcome there with my family. Only one employee smiled at us. Most of the employees there seem very annoyed. A no-go for me. We recently had a negative experience with a cleaning employee there. We entered a (dining) area that was neither closed nor marked as freshly mopped. Then the angry cleaning employee, waving her arms wildly, came up to us and “made a fool of us”. One or two restaurant employees noticed this, but didn't do anything about it. I mean, no one wants to have unrest in the restaurant. It wasn't nice for the guests dining there at that moment either.

This rating goes to the cleaning lady (Ally or similar) who just drove me out of an edible pond in an impudent tone from above with hand gestures because she had just mopped the floor there shortly before. I didn't see it and there wasn't a sign (freshly mopped) or anything like that put up. She came around the corner screaming and also made hand gestures for me to get away. .Even though I spoke to her in her unfriendly and disrespectful manner, she continued resolutely in her manner. It's a real shame because we always like to come. It's impossible to treat guests or fellow human beings like that.

I let myself be tempted by the good reviews and met a friend for lunch today for the buffet. 3 unpleasant experiences lead me to only award one point. 1.Not exactly friendly service. 2. The toilets were not clean and when I entered my shoes started to stick to the floor. In the disabled toilet, the faucet is loose and if you press your head you get splashed. A roll of cloths next to it that were already damp from the previous person, very unhygienic. 3. in front of my eyes the cut fruits were being filled up frantically. A few went wrong. Instead of disposing of them, they were collected by hand and placed in the bowl. Very unclean and that doesn't work at all. For the boss that was the youngest service of all 👎👎👎

In the Sander Center, where the phoenix burns, the food is average, it cannot be called praiseworthy. The dishes are boring, without much taste, The service is slow, no smiles, no "nonsense". Our visit to this restaurant was an absolute disaster. My friends and I were discriminated against and taken to a tiny, stuffy room in the far corner of the bar, presumably because we were foreigners. It felt like we were locked in and didn't have to leave the room until we paid. The heat was unbearable and the atmosphere unpleasant. When we finally didn't finish all the food, the staff asked for more money than the original price, which is completely unprofessional. This restaurant does not deserve any recommendation and we will definitely never return here.

Today we went to the Phönix Restaurant with the whole family for the first time. We had ordered a table and were warmly welcomed and taken to our round table. At the beginning the restaurant wasn't that full and therefore super relaxed. Since it can get quite crowded, I would recommend making a reservation. The buffet is huge, there is a large selection of ready-made dishes, meat, fish, fried foods, dumplings, fruit, vegetables, Mongolian grill and all kinds of desserts. We were definitely full afterwards and we definitely enjoyed it. There were also some dishes to discover that were otherwise unknown. The service was friendly, helpful and attentive. Price performance is like in any other buffet "Asian" restaurant and okay. We had a very nice stay. Excellent.

The employees were very nice and accommodating. The food was great, there was a huge selection at the hot and cold buffet. Only at the buffet where it was freshly prepared did I wait almost 40 minutes for my plate. I thought he was lost. And it was quite loud because of the many children. Were there on a Saturday and wanted something nice to eat. Unfortunately it wasn't so easy for the staff to accommodate 2 people who wanted to eat from the xxxl buffet and had time from the menu. The atmosphere was like in the trade fair at the BW and these constant birthdays really stressed me out while eating.

We have been visiting the Phoenix regularly over the last few years. There has been no reason to complain so far. On the contrary. The service is excellent, always friendly and accommodating. The food without the slightest complaint. There are little surprises for birthdays, even for the kids. The boss of the house often takes care of us himself and always assigns us nice tables, even if the restaurant is quite full. We are pleased that the Phoenix survived the Corona period well. We wish the entire Phönix team all the best for the future and are already looking forward to the next visit.

Anyone who has a birthday gets a serenade sung over a loudspeaker and a gift. Everything really works perfectly there. About the buffet: There is just the right thing for every taste - there is fried, grilled, gratinated, vegetarian and cooked food. From beef, pork, chicken, fish to seafood, there is everything you need and if something is missing it is quickly refilled. There is also a large selection of cakes, ice cream, jelly and two chocolate fountains, there is a fountain with white and normal chocolate and you can make your own fruit skewers with chocolate or ice cream. Dogs are allowed in if you just announce it by phone a day in advance, then you will get a very quiet place where the dog can have peace and quiet.

The cleanliness at the tables was OK but tables were not cleaned properly. Ambience OK but very loud. Conclusion: If you want to eat cheaply, you're in good hands here.

Ein klassisches China Restaurant, groß, voll und immer irgendwie Standard. Geschmacklich okay, aber nicht der Überflieger. Service ist nett aber auch nicht immer schnell, das Ambiente hat eher etwas von Bahnhof.

Waren gg 14 uhr 30 da und haben Mittagsbuffet gehabt. Wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Haben viel an Essen durch probiert. Gerne wieder

Wir waren am Silvesterabend dort, leider war das Essen vom Büfett, besonders das Fleisch (Ente u. Huhn cross) zulange gebraten oder warmhalten worden. Das Fleisch war Steinhart.

Essen hat sich wieder verbessert :) Personal - wenn nicht zu voll - freundlich und zuvorkommend :) Schade das die Kommunikation wg fehlender Deutschkenntnisse (oder Chinesischkenntnisse?) bisschen schwierig ist. Besonders am Telefon. Insgesamt nettes Restaurant wenn man günstig (bis 15Uhr) Buffet Essen genießen möchte. Schöner wären Nischensitzplätze um den Eindruck von "Massenabfertigung" abzuschwächen..
