The food is excellent, but unfortunately it is often very noisy because it is always busy

I come here often with my family. The food is rock solid. The service depends on the person. I was treated very well and very badly, I will say. I have the feeling that sometimes you want to get rid of me quickly after eating. Ambiance fits. One note: the dishes and plates are not always completely clean. If you don't pay much attention to detail, it's still worth a visit, especially if you like Asian cuisine.

Food was ok so far, but the staff didn't pay attention when some people put their hands in my food. The service wasn't very friendly. Toilets were also pretty full of piss. Ambience, I think the shelf boards are too crowded and sometimes the color doesn't match.

This Asian restaurant used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but unfortunately it has now become a real disappointment. The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly - it often only tastes average, and the freshness sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. The service has also deteriorated: the employees often seem inattentive and you sometimes have to wait longer for orders. Only the ambience is still a plus point. The furnishings are stylish and create an authentic, cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger. Unfortunately, the great ambience cannot compensate for the poor food and mediocre service. We had dinner there with the family on Sunday evening. Since then I have had stomach cramps and also abdominal pain. So everyone who has grilled meat and fish from us has these problems. For me that was the LAST TIME. NEVER AGAIN. The last time I had it was in August, but it wasn't that bad.

Went there today on Wednesday. There was enough space. Drinks came super quickly and the table was cleared very quickly. Food was good for such a restaurant. Some dishes could have been warmer. The price is still ok for us. Only if it increases does the quality have to improve. But we'd love to come back.

Lukewarm, partly cold food from the buffet. Even telling me is ignored. You can only get hot food if you have it freshly fried on the Mongolian grill at the evening buffet. Baked things like meat or sesame balls completely saturated with fat. Yes, it is fried but even the duck meat itself was dripping with oil. Drinks at room temperature. No ice cubes despite asking. Toilets disgusting. Joints rotten and crumbly. Paper towels empty. Sink partly cracked. Evening buffet for 2 people with drinks: approx. 65 euros (priced in line with other Asian buffets)

Ambiente okay Bedienung könnte freundlicher sein. Als wir um 11:30 h ankamen wurden noch Speisen gebracht. Die Ente kam erst 15 Minuten später. Sehr viel Sushi. Auswahl an Gerichten ist recht groß. Geschmacklich in Ordnung. Ich kenne bessere China Restaurants.

We are actually regular customers. Unfortunately, yesterday the food at 5:30 p.m. wasn't good at all. It didn't seem fresh. You had the feeling it was already there from lunch and was just being kept warm. We also had to take care of drinks ourselves because we weren't looked after enough. We mentioned that we weren't satisfied at all this time and also asked whether the things had been lying around for a long time. Actually everything should be fresh by 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately, they only said manager manager, but he didn't come when asked, so nothing happened. The price was not reduced as compensation because only the manager can do that. I hope he will get in touch. It's a shame how customers who come regularly are treated when something doesn't fit.

There were three of us in the restaurant. No greeting, just a “please”. One wanted to order from the buffet, two others from the menu. The service became very unfriendly and bitchy, almost accusing us of not being allowed to eat or try anything from the buffet (which we had no intention of doing?) otherwise we would have ordered buffet. Always delicious, once a month I go there with my friends. Lunch buffet at 11.90 you can't complain. Went there this evening to grill meat and it's nice. Unfortunately my beef was not fried like rubber, mushrooms and onions were just left on top. It's a shame otherwise the buffet is delicious. Now costs 14.90

I used to enjoy eating at the buffet. Yesterday I was there for the last time. Dirty plates, bananas already brown and thick flakes in the chocolate fountain. The toilets were flooded in the washing area. Chicken meat too salty and really oily. Some of the food was cold. Later I developed stomach and intestinal problems from eating.

I don't really know how to describe our visit right now. Unfortunately, we first discovered that the service was completely dismantled. We were there shortly before 5:30 p.m. The duck had probably already died at least twice by this point. In contrast to the chicken in the 8 treasures, that was still raw. I was there for the lunch menu today. I paid 20 euros for food + beer. Let's get to the main point, first of all, our brother in the dark blue suit in the pictures I posted is the owner of the business. He is a brother of ours who is trying to sell honey while his face is selling vinegar. He is very unhappy, like the tradesman who has a check on Monday but no money in his pocket. Unfortunately, this unhappiness has spread to both the food and the waiters. Opening time is 11.00, but everything is available at the counter only after 11.30. It has a weak food variety compared to similar places. When you go to Bremerhaven for the same price, you can eat more varieties for the same price in a place called Mongolia. Toilets are clean but there is a strange smell. It's not bad, but it's undefined. Paper hand towels are on the counter when they should be in the towel holder, which is also interesting. As a result, the price may be cheap, but it is not very preferable. A place I never thought I'd go to again. I'm looking to see if there is an alternative location.

It was our first and last time there and we would have read the reviews beforehand. If we hadn't entered the restaurant. The staff was always unfriendly. The buffet was no longer filled after 6 p.m. The food selection was a disaster for the price. Mongolian buffet hardly any choice. The food had no taste, it was cold and the meat was very dry. The toilets are very unhygienic. We definitely won't be coming back.

Compared to other buffet Asian restaurants, here it tastes warmed up and everything is seasoned pretty much the same. Drinks are not included and are quite expensive.

The food itself tastes good and there is a large selection, but I didn't feel welcome there with my family. Only one employee smiled at us. Most of the employees there seem very annoyed. A no-go for me. We recently had a negative experience with a cleaning employee there. We entered a (dining) area that was neither closed nor marked as freshly mopped. Then the angry cleaning employee, waving her arms wildly, came up to us and “made a fool of us”. One or two restaurant employees noticed this, but didn't do anything about it. I mean, no one wants to have unrest in the restaurant. It wasn't nice for the guests dining there at that moment either.

This rating goes to the cleaning lady (Ally or similar) who just drove me out of an edible pond in an impudent tone from above with hand gestures because she had just mopped the floor there shortly before. I didn't see it and there wasn't a sign (freshly mopped) or anything like that put up. She came around the corner screaming and also made hand gestures for me to get away. .Even though I spoke to her in her unfriendly and disrespectful manner, she continued resolutely in her manner. It's a real shame because we always like to come. It's impossible to treat guests or fellow human beings like that.

I let myself be tempted by the good reviews and met a friend for lunch today for the buffet. 3 unpleasant experiences lead me to only award one point. 1.Not exactly friendly service. 2. The toilets were not clean and when I entered my shoes started to stick to the floor. In the disabled toilet, the faucet is loose and if you press your head you get splashed. A roll of cloths next to it that were already damp from the previous person, very unhygienic. 3. in front of my eyes the cut fruits were being filled up frantically. A few went wrong. Instead of disposing of them, they were collected by hand and placed in the bowl. Very unclean and that doesn't work at all. For the boss that was the youngest service of all 👎👎👎

In the Sander Center, where the phoenix burns, the food is average, it cannot be called praiseworthy. The dishes are boring, without much taste, The service is slow, no smiles, no "nonsense". Our visit to this restaurant was an absolute disaster. My friends and I were discriminated against and taken to a tiny, stuffy room in the far corner of the bar, presumably because we were foreigners. It felt like we were locked in and didn't have to leave the room until we paid. The heat was unbearable and the atmosphere unpleasant. When we finally didn't finish all the food, the staff asked for more money than the original price, which is completely unprofessional. This restaurant does not deserve any recommendation and we will definitely never return here.
