This was our second time at the buffet in the restaurant and we were disappointed again. The food was okay but it was rarely refilled. The fresh food, which was freshly prepared, such as fish, meat and poultry, only came with two tongs for placing it on the plate. But what is really unacceptable is the staff and the service. You don't feel wanted as a guest. You are watched until you finally leave. After paying, our drink was not brought to us; instead, after asking several times, the tray was simply slammed down on the table without a comment. It was just before closing time and the staff suddenly became very unfriendly. We will definitely not eat at this restaurant again. At these prices I want to feel welcome as a guest and not like an intrusion.

Very nice operation and great service

The food was very good. There's always plenty available. Unfortunately, around break time or after work, the waiters become very unfriendly; this isn't the first time this has happened... a real shame. Considering how much money you leave there plus tips 🤔

One star is still too many, just because my father ate two ice cream cones from the buffet. Charging 3.5 for that is outrageous. The arrogance is beyond compare. The entire buffet was... Please report the store.

The taste was okay, but the way we were treated as customers was truly disappointing. The lady at the counter was extremely unfriendly; we weren't greeted or said goodbye, and you felt like you were disturbing anyone who said anything. This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate for a restaurant. We definitely won't be back—there are plenty of alternatives where you'll be treated with respect.

The buffet had a very large selection. Displays were quickly replenished. The Mongolian buffet is highly recommended. The service quickly cleared away empty plates. Everything seemed very clean.

The bad rating refers to a too good to go order or pickup. I have rarely experienced anything as unfriendly as today. We felt very uncomfortable, almost as if we were being given a handout. It was unmistakable that we weren't wanted and then they could take some of the leftover food. To be honest, you shouldn't offer something like that.

Absolutely NO recommendation! To eat: The selection is rather limited compared to other buffets of this type. On the grill you mark which sauce you want using colored markers. However, we had the feeling that no sauce was added... I had Mongolian sauce and had neither the taste nor the usual spiciness.. the rest of the buffet, at least what I tried, was tough and tasteless.. About the staff: Unfriendly and if they don't understand you they just speak their language... as if I understand them better?! They didn't even ask if everything tasted good.

Overall: OK But the overall grade is only satisfactory. Choice, if it is or would be refilled: good. The taste of the live cooking was great. The finished dishes were ok. That depends on your own taste! Unfortunately the service was a bit poor due to the large number of guests, but the staff was still very friendly! Cleanliness ok, parking spaces in front of the house.

I had reserved 2 bags and there were 3 or 4 people besides me and there wasn't even that much available. I think they're just doing it because of the money instead of thinking that it's going in the trash because, as I said, I had reserved it for 2 people and I gave one back completely empty. I asked for the money to be given back. They said it was their own fault, you have to be quicker even though there was nothing to take and I only had mushrooms in there, nothing else there I accept that I took the 4€, but I can't accept the other 4€ because I didn't get anything. I ask for a quick clarification because they don't deserve to rip people off and give the money back in your place. I wouldn't work with them at all, so many complain and they definitely don't report, disgusting people just say disrespect to workers, they also get the 4€ nod and if they don't take more they walk out, how disgusting can you be "

We tried the Mongolian buffet there. You could choose what you wanted, one or more sauces of your choice and watch life cooking. There was also a huge buffet selection from the “normal” buffet. Nice service. Price/performance very good. Gladly again.

You can dine well here, the buffet leaves nothing to be desired. We love coming here, even if we have to drive for a while.

The Kaiser Palast is by far the best Asian restaurant I have visited in Bremen! I've been to many Asian restaurants, but everything here is just perfect. The food is always fresh, excellently prepared and tastes great. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive service - the employees are extremely polite and hospitable. My wife, my sons and I come regularly and always sit at table number 45. We look forward to our visit every time. A really great restaurant that I can recommend to everyone!”

We were at table 1 today and can't complain. Were there at 5:30 p.m. and everything was clean and we were given a very friendly welcome and pointed out that it would get full later and that the fresh meat would take a little longer to be fried. Our waiter was 5 star plus!. Was always there, used plates were picked up immediately, drinks were delivered super quickly and this friendliness was indescribable. Thank you for the super friendly service, thank you for the great food and thank you for the price. Were there with 3 people for more than 2 hours. About €25 for the food and then the drinks extra! 103 euros for this quality for 3 people is not too much. We'd love to come back because it was really an experience. Thank you and keep it up.

We were here for the lunch buffet. I can only recommend this place, very tasty food, nice, courteous service. What I didn't like so much was the loud, open atmosphere and the fact that some of the food was only lukewarm. Which of course depends on many factors.

Everything fine! Unfortunately, there are frog legs that are banned in the EU but, illogically, can always be imported. Please don't eat, just complain to everyone, then only then will they be abolished at some point!

For a quick buffet meal, absolutely fine. Beef meat is sometimes very tough, chicken is often fried too greasy. Only a little pork is offered, perfect. Service is quick, often difficult to understand. Reservations online without any problems, there are enough parking spaces. A play area for kids is urgently needed.

No taste, service is nice but the food is a 0/10, I ate a plate with a little bit and couldn't even eat half of it, not recommended. Salad like in the picture was the only thing you could really eat. It's a shame even though the store looks so good

I went to the restaurant for a buffet dinner with friends on a Saturday evening. The quality of the food was rather inferior. Honey-colored syrup is identified as honey in the buffet, cocoa-containing fat glaze (presumably made with palm fat) splashes in the chocolate fountain. The highlight is the grill buffet, where there was only one pair of tongs for poultry, beef and fish. The fact that a large part of the food consists of ready-made products is almost bearable. The sushi is more likely to be understood as a declaration of war on Japan... The service was attentive and nice. The ambience is nothing special, it has a bit of the charm of a canteen, the room is large, which unfortunately doesn't make for a pleasant noise level. Conclusion: Anyone who has always wanted to browse through the range of an Asian wholesaler and doesn't want to use three deep fryers at the same time is in good hands here.

Previously in Embsen. We were very happy with that too. Since Kaiser Palast was in Bremen, we have been there almost every Saturday. Table is automatically reserved and drinks are ready when we come in. They are very friendly, always have time to talk and joke. It's busier on Saturday, and of course they have to work more, but then you can still have a conversation. Thumbs up and thank you very much. LG from the Vlichen Hollander.

Great buffet with lots to choose from and even including live cooking, sushi and desserts. Food tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Reasonable prices. Good atmosphere. Car charger available around the corner.

The floor in the back right corner where we have containers was smeared with something and was therefore quite slippery. But I would still like to come back.

We tried the lunch buffet for €12. The store is huge, the staff is quick. When it comes to food I would say 'average' and unfortunately everything was a bit cold. If you want quick, lots of fried food, you'll find it here - Mc-es in Chinese, so to speak. The price is now 14€ and the quality is decreasing. Quantity is everything. The meat can be tough or gristly, but the service is still super fast.

Large buffet selection. Pork, beef, chicken, fish, duck, vegetarian, everything is included. There is also a lot of salad selection. For dessert there are ice cream, jelly, cakes and fruit including a chocolate fountain

The food is rather mediocre, it's nothing special but the illuminated open sign is misleading as the shop isn't always open.

This evening I was invited to a private ceremony at the Imperial Palace. First of all, the external impression: The parking lot is sufficient, but fills up quickly at peak times (Friday evenings). The restaurant itself is a bit run down from the outside but not intimidating. The only drawback is the “Open” sign, which also lights up when the entrance door is still closed. Now about the experience in the restaurant: The ambience is well coordinated in terms of color. Unfortunately, the floor in the entire restaurant is either extremely sticky or slippery (I'd better not write anything about the toilet). The service is nice and very accommodating. Only some of the employees at the buffet could exude a little more motivation. Overall, however, we were served well and quickly. The waiters seem to be assigned to the tables, which means you can always reach someone quickly. But now to the biggest point of criticism. The buffet: What can you expect with an all you can eat budget for €23.90? Obviously not that much. The warm dishes at the buffet were - due to the nature of things - mostly lukewarm or almost cold. In rare cases it is very hot. The fresh fish and meat area was cooled by ice. Some of the meat was tasty, but some was also extremely gristly. The fried noodles were very good, but the fried rice was poorly seasoned and not completely cooked. A large part of the food consisted of convenience products that were simply put through the deep fryer. The fish had a strange consistency, more reminiscent of mushrooms. The sushi was more like supermarket quality, the jello and custard only tasted like a hint of each flavor. In addition, the vanilla sauce and the chocolate fountain were very watery. There was hardly any fresh fruit or vegetables. Instead, mostly pickled. What I liked is the Mongolian grill. The system with the table number on a clip on the plate was good. Overall, I can't recommend anyone to visit this location. The food was too bad for that. Nevertheless, the shop is well filled (many of them seem to be regulars). I would probably go to the Asian restaurant in the Christall Palace in the future.

The food was ok. The selection at the Mongolian buffet was extensive, although I didn't particularly like the fish, even though I usually enjoy eating it. The other buffet items were also extensive, but much was dry and some meat dishes were very stringy. For the price, I would want higher quality in either the Mongolian or classic buffet. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the atmosphere was rather cool.

The food was delicious and there was enough choice (lunchtime). The service was always friendly and accommodating. I found the restaurant cozy, just crowded. As a customer, I would have liked more freedom. It is understandable that this is not always possible. At the buffet you sometimes had to wait in line, and yet the buffet was always full. There are parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant, but I doubt whether there will be enough for all guests. We were there at lunchtime on Saturday, that could be the reason for it. Give full marks everywhere. If you like Asian food, this is definitely the right place for you. Buffet 13 euros Small juice approx. 3.80 euros, large 4.80 euros. Water bottles about 8 euros. The prices are not guaranteed as I just took a look and perhaps mixed up the prices. The visit is definitely worth it.

It was our first time there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was ok so far, only the beef looked a bit glassy and that's why I decided not to eat it even though I love beef. What bothered me the most was that the plates weren't really clean and you had to look for clean plates. Conclusion: normal Chinese buffet but with neck steaks but I don't think we'll eat there again.

We have been eating here since the restaurant's old location, when it was still called Panda. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and you will receive a warm welcome! The food is still very tasty, prepared with love and leaves nothing to be desired 😊 Many thanks also to the “Griller”! Stay as you are! We always like to come back.

I am impressed by the hospitality and courtesy of the institution's staff. The waiter was wonderful, I remembered his sincere attention and I will always remember it! The dishes are all delicious and complete. I don't know a better place than this restaurant! I often visit here and always with new enthusiasm, I observe something new. Sometimes it seems to me that you can't surprise me anymore... But no, the employees of the institution are a special charm that makes me feel comfortable and makes me want to come again. Thank you very much, EVERYONE, for a wonderful performance of your role! The only minus, please Dear management, it would be great if there was music in the institution. Unfortunately a restaurant that cannot be recommended. The staff is quite nice, but unfortunately the food was completely lukewarm and was hardly refilled. For raw meat there was only one pair of tongs, which meant you always had to use the same tongs for fish, poultry and beef. The fried rice at the buffet was dry and sometimes hard, tasting like the day before. The dessert wasn't promising either. There was a chocolate fountain, but only canned pickled fruits. The vanilla sauce tasted like milk with flour. We won't eat in this restaurant again.

Hey guys There were 3 of us there yesterday. As soon as we sat down we insisted that we should order something to drink. While two people ordered something to drink, they wanted to insist that I should also order straight away because otherwise the lady would often have to run back and forth, so I was given a reason when I asked her why I had to/should order straight away and whether it was a must is or would be a requirement. And then later in the evening when I wanted to get something from the buffet again, the same lady asked me if I would get dessert because I had taken a break in the meantime. Then I asked her why she would ask me that (which I repeated twice in a loud voice and whether there is a problem) I wonder what she cares about whether I would get dessert now or help myself to the main courses again. I asked her several times why she would ask me that and if it was any of her business what I wanted to eat, she just replied that she just asked like that. I meant that was the only thing she asked all guests?!? even though it was just 8:20 p.m. and dinner time lasts until 10 p.m. (I mean, what does it matter to her what I would eat now, whether it's a main course or a dessert or whatever) she was really very pushy and very, very unfriendly right from the start. I will never visit the store again, thanks to the lady again. I almost always visit the restaurant in the Crystal Palace - the new name is Ni HAO - and I am very satisfied with the shop, the service and the selection of food. The staff at Ni HAO are always very friendly and accommodating. The reason why I ate at the Imperial Palace yesterday was because they are doing renovation work in the Ni HAO Crystal Palace until September 27th, 2024.

28 people registered but only 19 people showed up (unfortunately they didn't cancel), but they were still welcomed, served and catered for without any problems. Thank you very much and I would be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, it was noticed that the food was made to be processed. Some of the duck pieces were too big and the vegetable pieces were also much too big and many parts of the food were too cold. The noodles had a strange taste. The fish was made the way a fish should taste but that was exactly the problem because it was uniform in taste. But what was good was the selection and the sushi.

It’s just an “all you can eat” Asian buffet. Don't they taste the same everywhere - thanks to the same suppliers? Frozen sushi and cake included. Quality of processed food is never the best. The masses do it. Unfortunately, 23 euros is too much money for that.
