Crime Dinner May 3rd '24: The play was okay, the solution was predictable, service was ok, but the menu was bad, not enough to fill you up, the cheesecake for the bedside table was too salty!! Unfortunately no word of apology or a replacement such as coffee/1 scoop was offered. I had the impression that they wanted to make money with the bad food.

Die Baguetterie Filou kennen seid Jahren und haben die Baguettes geliebt. Der letzte Besuch ist schon ca. 1 Jahr her, aber seither scheint sich leider etwas an der Qualität geändert zu haben. Die Baguette Brote waren nicht mehr so weich und lecker wie gewohnt sondern einfach nur hart und trocken und den Belag mussten wir suchen :-(( Die Sauce war geschmacklich gleich aber das Töpfchen hat gefühlt auch an Inhalt verloren. Die Internet Seite für Online Bestellungen ist verwirrend was die Saucenbeigabe betrifft, wurde aber von der netten Bedienung vor Ort aufgeklärt. Leider insgesamt sehr enttäuscht und wenn die Baguettes so bleiben dann für uns nicht mehr wieder :-(

From the best fries in Bremen to fries from hell! We have been a big fan and supporter of Zuhausmannskost Nord. We have been ordering our dinner from you via Lieferando every Sunday for several months now. Sometimes even a week. Until a few weeks ago we really appreciated the food - we particularly liked the simple snacks such as schnitzel with French fries or the selection of burgers or sausages. They were the best fries in all of Bremen. For a few weeks (3-4 weeks) the quality of the food has dropped significantly. The food has been arriving cold for about 4 weeks, which is a no-go in general, but especially with fries. The schnitzels are burnt and dry, and the giant currywurst only has a homeopathic dose of sauce. But the last delivery is the sad climax. The cheese schnitzel is dry, the breading is burnt, the cheese has turned into a sad black skin and is inextricably linked to the schnitzel. The fries were cold and hard - otherwise they appeared to be standard McCain Golden Longs. The curly fries are also cold. This is probably due to the open package they arrived in. Attached is a photo. That can't really be the quality requirement. The waiting/delivery time has also changed for the worse. From the usual 20-60 minutes to 2-2.5 hours. That's not nice, but we could live with it if the quality of the food was at the same level. We are wondering whether you plan to improve the quality of your food to the usual standard or whether this is the new standard. Unfortunately, we could no longer be regular customers of the latter.

3 stars for the food, as the drinks were good. Unfortunately, it took a long time for us to be served, and one meal was completely forgotten (it arrived after asking twice).
