We used to go to Floh quite often. The place is nice, the food is OK. Not anymore. Last time we were there, it was quite late, just before 10. The place was still full. I went straight in and asked if I could get another beer. I was told no. When I asked why, I was told the cash register was already closed. That would have been perfectly acceptable to me if I hadn't been told that the cash register was already closed for ME, but obviously not for the two fraternity members at the table right next to the door, who were getting a beer at that very moment. But they must have ordered and paid for it before the cash register closed. Of course.

A quaint location for me, like pubs used to be. I felt comfortable, the service was very friendly, the food was amazing, the hunter's schnitzel with sauce and fried potatoes and the farmer's breakfast was made with love, really delicious, I can warmly recommend it 🥰 would gladly go back 😘

It's simply a pleasure to have been here. A rustic atmosphere, with seating areas at the front and back. We've been here twice and had good food...and as a visitor from the beautiful Black Forest, there's also Alpine food here! 😛👌🤩 If you want to stretch your legs afterward, the Gleis 17 memorial is nearby and can be combined with a visit to the pub (unfortunately, a dark chapter in German history).

Unfortunately, no one ever answers the phone or responds to the request to call back. Sad. The website is potentially unsafe, and you're constantly being redirected to another location. It's all extremely unpleasant. I've only been there in winter, when only the indoor area is open, and we often had to deal with space constraints, which I would want to avoid if I were coming with three guests. In another review, I read: No reservation required But - is that also not possible? ... I'd rather be sure that I'm not standing outside the door when I go out to eat with guests... that is, if a person on the phone would actually confirm it. The appointment is too important to me for that, and I don't want to take my guests to one of those tourist bars. If the phone number is always ignored, you could record an informative message... like: "We never answer the phone, but reservations are not necessary, we look forward to your visit" instead of "please leave a message on the answering machine," which no one cares about.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE Sunshine and warm weather – we wanted to have a nice beer 🍻 and a bite to eat. Because the Floh advertised a beer garden for about 50 people, we went there. The tables in front of the restaurant, at the curbside, were occupied. The door to the beer garden was closed! We then asked the landlord if we could sit inside. His blunt reply: "No, it's closed!" Service desert Germany? We were very disappointed by the landlord's attitude! Why don't they take advantage of the warm season to generate sufficient sales??? Later, in the cold and rainy season, the complaints come that too few people are going out to eat and sales 🤑 💶 have dropped by ...%.

A chic establishment in the original German style. Excellent German cuisine, all dishes are chic. For me, this is now a must-visit point.

A very nice pub/tavern near Grunewald station. Plenty of outdoor seating, very friendly hosts, a good beer selection, and delicious food! Prices are reasonable, and on Thursdays, for example, it's schnitzel day, and Fridays, fish day, so the respective dishes are even cheaper.

Great spot to stop for a beverage and some German food. Service was super slow since they are looking for help. Seems a favorite stop for bicyclists, too. Would definitely come back here 😊

A warm summer evening: The service was unfriendly to the point of being rude – too cold: But the [draught] beer was warm? This was also noticed by other tables. The response was at least unprofessional: "You can imagine that with these temperatures." So, a shortcoming is being passed on to the customer. ...it's your own fault if you order a draught beer. If the beer cooler for draught beer isn't up to scratch, you could recommend a bottled beer, which my companion arrived nice and chilled. The food was okay – a little lackluster. This negative attitude also arose when paying. The <Flea> has seen better days....

Best bulletin boards ever. Cool service despite being busy. Everything is very easy to get to. S-Bahn and bus right outside.

We went to Floh with our group for lunch today. It was a lovely atmosphere, similar to a beer garden. The drinks arrived quickly and were well chilled. The food (from currywurst to herring fillet to salmon with rösti) was perfect. Value for money, too. But the service seemed to be off its best. A shame!

Actually a nice place with good, down-to-earth food. In recent years, the service staff was friendly and hardworking, but that unfortunately changed this summer. That explains the two stars. We encountered a team of waiters and bar staff/bartenders who treated us rudely from ordering to payment. It starts with them mimicking you while ordering and ends with a flippant comment because you dare to ask for the receipt when paying by card. This has nothing to do with "Berliner Schnauze" (Berlin accent), but is simply unprofessional and disrespectful. The only friendly exception was an older gentleman in the service, let's mention that in fairness.

Wij wilden graag snitzel eten op donderdagavond 5 juni , mijn man heeft bij aankomst gevraagd of dit kon , dit kon volgens de serveerster waren wij hartelijk welkom Het was erg druk er was een groep van 10 pp .Zij zaten buiten en of wij dan binnen wilde gaan zitten ,bij de open deur .Prima het was een afgelegen plek in het restaurant zij kwam gelijk vragen wat wij wilde drinken ,er waren 2 pp naar de wc , zij kwam later terug en nam de bestelling op ,kregen ook de kaart ,de bestelling van ons werd in haar hoofd op genomen ,wat ik knap vondt ,het duurde een uur voor wij ons eten kregen met een excusse zij kon er niks aan doen ! Er waren nog meer mensen die ook na lang wachten hun eten kregen . Toen kwam haar docher ons het eten brengen en vroeg of wij nog iets wilde drinken ,wij zeiden nee,er was al een uur lang niemand meer bij ons wezen kijken ,wij hadden het gevoel wij bestaan niet meer ,en wilde weg gaan ,maar ja wij hadden eten besteld en het was al later op de avond ,en wij moesten nog zeker een half uur terug reizen naar ons hotel . De snitzels waren heerlijk en voldoende ! Na ons eten zijn wij gelijhk opgestapt ,wij wilde geen toetje meer . Wij naar de bar om te betalen wilt u met kaart betalen ,ja er kon geen kredit kaart in ,ik liet een betaalpas zien een maestrokaart van de Rabonank zien ,dit kon helemaal niet 2x gezegt dat het een europas is waar ik gewoon mee kan betalen het was volgens haar niet waar ook haar dochter legde het haar uit ! zij geloofde ook haar dochter niet .Mijn man lag geld neer ,werdt niet naar geken ,uiteindelijk lag hij zijn pas op het pinapparaat kontactloos betalen toen acepteerden het apparaat dit ! I've rarely experienced such rip-offs as in this store. I paid €23.80 for two wine spritzers (0.5l). If I had ordered the wine and seltzer separately, it would have been only €17.60. I don't know if I actually got half or half. In any case, these prices might be reasonable for the Adlon, but they're not reasonable for a mediocre bar at a S-Bahn station. In total, I waited 17 minutes, and he didn't come. After others told me that he was very arrogant and that they received incomplete meals and had to wait a long time for drinks, I decided against eating my plaice there because I need beers with them. I then went elsewhere and was served quickly and well by three waiters. Conclusion: Yesterday it was full and the service was good, today it was much emptier and the service was poor. It's a real shame. I've had some very nice parties there for about 40 years, and we had our regular weekly table there. The outstanding dishes are no longer available, but the food is still delicious. Unfortunately, you always have to call to see who's serving. I've recommended Floh so much, but after today, I can't anymore. I'm coming back here for the evening. The waitress served me well!

Hoping for a bad day. Ordered coffee and asked for a card. Coffee machine broken. Then gave me coffee. Ordered with milk, got cream. Ordered onion soup. After half an hour I asked if they were still thinking about her. After 45 minutes the boss came and asked me to please park my bike somewhere else, it really didn't bother anyone. In between, a crazy neighbor at the table complained about God and the world. After 55 minutes the French style onion soup arrived. Or as I would say, cooked pizza cheese with Maggi flavor. Two stars because the waitress was rude but friendly.

Die Schnitzel waren zäh,die Rinder- Roulade schmeckte wie aus der Büchse.Der Rotkohl schmeckte nach Schmalz. Außerdem waren die Preise höher als im Internett angegeben. Nie wieder. Joachim

Actually would have given less than 1 star. The service was subpar. Waitress/bartender/woman at the counter was rude and disrespectful. First she gave us strict orders and then sold us a 0.2 barrel shower for the price of a 0.4 barrel shower (€3.90). We then no longer had any desire to exchange these 0.4s. I couldn't really rate the 1 star reviews for food and ambience, but based on what I discovered, they weren't really nice.

Down-to-earth restaurant, no-frills home cooking. Anyone who likes it rustic is in good hands here. The prices are moderate and there is even Grüner Veltliner. A big plus: you can sit outside in summer.

I visit this restaurant every weekend. This week I was served by one of the rudest waiters I have met in Berlin. When ordering three beers that were served with a snout, they were all different sizes and in different glasses. Several guests left due to his attitude and inability to place their orders correctly. When I asked for the bill, he tried to charge me 25% more and hid the bill amount from me. This ended in an unpleasant confrontation for which he is ultimately to blame. This is unfortunate considering all the other bar staff are very pleasant and competent. I will not come here again and will advise everyone I know not to. The waiter had a shaved head and wore a shell-embellished armband. I won't visit this restaurant again

The pub looks very unattractive and is right next to the S train station. The atmosphere is special, you have to like it when cars and people constantly come past you. We waited 1 hour for our food, which was rather mediocre, the Königsberger meatballs didn't taste like capers at all and the cheese spaetzle looked like noodles. The service was really incredibly slow.

Yesterday we celebrated our traditional Eisbein dinner with 20 people. It was great. The kitchen was perfect and the waitress was really friendly and quick.
