I also have to admit, the food is terrible. You get bread that was already at another table. The bread served by the person before you still sticks to the bread. The salad we ordered had rubber bands with mixed ingredients. And the prices are so unbearable that you'll fall off your chair. The Economic Control Service has already been informed.

They don't allow card payment and don't put it anywhere, we were just told when we asked to pay by card at the end. The good thing is that the place is in the harbour walking area. The food is ok, prices higher than the service. People could find a better place for nice food.

Rude service. First, they mixed up the order, then argued, finally gave the wrong bill (50 euros embezzled), and then left without an apology. Unacceptable. He should reconsider his career choice. The food was good but very expensive.

Unfortunately, the service here felt quite unwelcoming. Although the staff clearly understood English, they insisted on responding only in German, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. We sat outside, so the atmosphere was nice and we had a view of the water. BUT: the worst possible level of rudeness! A menu was put down and we said we just wanted a drink. This was accepted without comment. There was no beer, however, and a new waiter came over to us and put the menu down again. When we replied that we just wanted a drink, our beer arrived 20 minutes later. After we had finished our drinks, no waiter came by for almost 30 minutes. After the waiter recognized us as guests, we ordered another round. It came after 15 minutes, which was perfectly fine. After we had finished our drinks, we had to wait 40 minutes for a waiter to pay. A friend who doesn't have much money said she would like to pay by card (the bill came to 46.40 euros, and she ended up with 47 euros). Yes, it's not much, but he had received tips from the rest of us. He then told her that cards weren't accepted, only cash. So she gave me cash. His rude response: "And it stays at 47 euros?" I told him that for that behavior he didn't even deserve the small tip. Insulted, he put the 60 cents on the table, saying: "You seem to need it more." We were then very rudely shown away. After all, it was a restaurant, and you don't pay by card. It's just that it's not stated anywhere, and they don't tell you when you order. We weren't the only ones there who had that kind of payment experience; passersby who overheard the argument between me and the waiter mentioned it. NEVER AGAIN! There are friendlier restaurants.

Solid food that tasted good. You sit right on the pier, where thousands of tourists are hustling and bustling through. Perfect for people-watching. Service was friendly. The only downside is that you can only pay in cash, which they didn't tell us beforehand. With a bill of €120, that's a bit of a challenge, since you don't usually carry a lot of cash. But otherwise, it was good.

The food was good and the prices were halfway ok. The fish was fresh and well prepared. The food, especially the salad, could have been prepared a little more lovingly according to my taste. The furnishings inside are rather rustic and functional on the terrace. The service was nice and quick. I haven't tried any other fish restaurant at the harbor yet, but I would say that this restaurant meets all expectations of a fish restaurant directly at the HH harbor.

There is a small but nice menu. I had the salmon with potatoes. When I asked to swap the spinach that came with the dish for something else, the employee responded in a friendly and helpful manner. I was then given a large portion of mixed salad. You can sit comfortably in the interior of the fish cabin. Ordered an espresso and a cola, then wanted to pay, only cash. But this was not mentioned anywhere. The waiter's answer: "It's in the menu" But we never saw them. There was simply no tip, the waiter had to laboriously scrape together the return money... 😀

You get bullied, ignored and ultimately we got involved in an arrogant, unnecessary argument because my friend's child spilled some pepper. We apologized, gave plenty of tips... but nothing helped. After our Turi harbor tour, the three of us ate here. The prices are hearty, the food was rather poor and the waiter was a catastrophe and was provocative and rude. The ambience is like a motorway rest area, you can taste the diesel of the harbor steamers. Had dinner here today, July 17th, 2024. Pan fish (2 fillets per portion) with fried potatoes and mustard sauce (€26.80). Very tasty and a filling portion. 2 large specials (€4.90 each) for a total of €63.40. But we were full, the service was impeccable. Toilet was clean.

Yesterday we had such an unfriendly waiter. Completely out of place in the catering industry. The service was so bad and unfriendly. The drinks were brought carelessly and then the beer mats were simply thrown on the table. Literally. After paying without a tip and pointing out that he was unfriendly, he became really aggressive and said I had called him a pig. Maybe he didn't fully understand the language. That's probably not possible! And in front of all the guests in the full beer garden. Embarrassing for the location.

Went on a quick trip to Hamburg at the weekend. We landed there after our boat trip. Unfortunately we didn't have any cash in our pockets and assumed that we could pay by card. Nice place by the river but terrible experience. A 5 cent coin was found inside a fish soup and the waiter did not even apologise or offered a new soup in return, he was even impolite when I said I would not pay for the soup. The food is delicious. But the service without words. 130 seats but only 10 cushions. If you ask for a pillow, the answer is there. I put them all out. And now comes the big “BUT”: Price and performance are disproportionate to each other. Yes, very large portions, but also (unfortunately) not very tasty and up to €7.50 more expensive than the King's 2 stalls away. Can you see past it? But not about the fact that you can't and aren't allowed to pay by card. Only cash is accepted here. Price today €58.70 for 2x fried fish with potato salad (dressing with Bavarian mustard) and 2 drinks. “Put it away, only cash is accepted here” was the message when he saw my debit card. Conclusion: The entire cash supply has been used up in the 21st century. Not a second time!

Der Kellner war mehr als genervt das er Gäste hat. Das hat er nicht nur uns sondern auch die Gäste am Nachbartisch spüren lassen und angepöbelt. Er war mehr als unaufmerksam, schon bei der Bestellung und man hat sich als nerviges Übel gefühlt. Das Essen war nicht der Hit, dafür war es aber wenigsten teuer. Da er sich mit aller Kraft kein Trinkgeld verdient hat, war er auch noch richtig unfreundlich und genervt.

Angesichts der aufgerufenen Preise, sehr enttäuschend. Service war auch nicht besonders, kein Lächeln oder nette Geste.

Die 'Fischkajüte' an den Hamburger Landungsbrücken ist ein Lokal, das auf das Bedienen von internationalen Touristen ausgerichtet ist: Das Essen ist in Ordnung, und auch der Service ist o.k., aber keinesfalls mehr. Ambiente stellt sich in dieser Weise - trotz der an sich stimmungsvollen Umgebung- sehr wenig ein .Das muss man erstmal schaffen... Mit EC-Karte kann man nicht bezahlen, vorgewarnt wird man leider nicht - nur Bares ist hier Wahres, was leider hier konsequent ist. Wenn auch das für den Gast in Ordnung ist, wird er sich hier eher nicht unwohl fühlen.

Leider war der Besuch etwas enttäuschent. Wir waren als Familie dort, internationale Menschen. Leider strahlte das Personal nicht viel Engagement aus. Aber eine Kellnerin besonders, sie gab uns lustlos die Karten. Unser Besuch fragte was auf englisch, somit bekamen dieser die Karten auf englisch geschrieben eher hingeschmissen. Es könnte sein das die Dame einen schlechten Tag hatte, doch trotzdem sollte der Gast es nicht mitbekommen. Wenn das Personal freundlicher ist, würde der Kuchen besser schmecken.

Matjesfilet war lecker, Scholle im Geschmack bisschen wässrig aber knusprig gebraten. Service war schnell und nett 👍 Vier Personen insgesamt 136€ bezahlt. Ambiente Top 👏❤️

Das Essen war gut, jedoch war der Kellner leider sehr arrogant. Zudem war es lediglich möglich mit Bargeld zu zahlen, was bei einem Restaurant im Touristenzentrum recht fragwürdig erscheint.

Gut, dass man direkt am Kai der Landungsbrücken sitzen kann. Schlecht, dass die Fähren mit ihren stinkenden Abgasen direkt vor für rangieren. Essen und Getränke sind ok, aber zu teuer. Touristenlokal, Touristenpreise.

Das Restaurant, ist wirklich sehr schön, und direkt am Hafen Hamburgs. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und Heiß 🔥 Der Service wahr sehr freundlich.

Das Essen ist gut, der Preis der Lage geschuldet etwas hoch. Ziemliche rückständig finde ich das nur Barzahlung möglich ist.

Die Karte ist eine Mischung aus verschiedenen Fischgerichten und Speisen wie Bowls oder Suppen. Die Portionen sind groß, die Qualität top. Die Bowl mit Kichererbsen, frischen Salaten, Pellkartoffeln, Quark und mit Curry marinierten Truthahnstreifen war richtig gut. Der Service war sehr freundlich.

Ich war am vergangenen Samstag mal wieder hier zu Gast, nachdem ich bereits im Frebruar mit meinem Partner hier zu Gast sein durfte. Beim letzten Mal gab es nur Getränke, sodass ich zu dem Ausflug nur sagen kann: Top Getränke, TOP Service! Jetzt am Samstag war ich mit einer Freundin zu Besuch und hatte wieder das Vergnügen vom selben Herren bedient worden zu sein (leider weiß ich den Namen nicht - beim nächsten Mal frage ich) Der Service war erneut wirklich gut, und ich wurde sogar wieder erkannt, was bei mehr als 2000 Gästen pro Tag echt super ist. Diesmal gab es auch Essen und das war echt sehr sehr lecker. Sodass ich jedem, der in Hamburg an den Landungsbrücken Hunger und oder Durst bekommt, diese Lokalität wärmstens ans Herz legen kann. Natürlich hat man hier den Hamburger Charme inklusive. Seid euch gewiss, ich komme wieder.

Leider mehr schein als Sein! Die Optik top aber geschmacklich eher ein Flop. Scholle sehr wässrig, schien eher TK zu sein. Wenn man an der Qualität des Fisches und am Geschmack arbeiten würde, dann wäre der Preis auch gerechtfertigt. Schade

Die Bedienung war sehr nett und schnell. Die Preise sind völlig überzogen ! Matjesfilet Hausfrauenart mit Sahnesoße auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen !

Gutes Essen und sehr große Portionen! Drinnen ists allerdings gemütlicher und netter zum Sitzen als draußen. Einzig die hohen Preise könnten wir bemängeln, wobei das wahrscheinlich angemessen ist für diese Lage. Freundlicher Service!

Unser Service war klasse, hat uns eine gute Empfehlung ausgesprochen. Es war sehr lecker und lustig. Ein rundum schönes Erlebnis.
