Wir waren anlässlich einer Hochzeit hier. Tolles Ambiente direkt am See, schöner Innen- und Außenbereich. Gutes Essen und sehr zuvorkommender Service.

Die beste Hochzeit, auf der ich jemals gewesen bin…und ich war schon auf vielen! Sensationelles Essen und unfassbar großartige Mitarbeiter vor allem Josef! Vielen Dank an Alex, ohne denen das sicherlich nicht das gleiche gewesen wäre!

Wir waren zur White Night Party dort und es war eine sehr gelungene Veranstaltung. Hat viel Spaß gemacht. Gerne öfter solche Veranstaltungen.

Ein wirklich großartiges Erlebnis von Anfang bis Ende! Die Location war absolut beeindruckend und perfekt für unsere Feier. Die Organisation und Durchführung liefen wie am Schnürchen – alles war durchdacht und fehlerfrei. Wir haben am Sonntagnachmittag unsere Goldene Hochzeit mit unseren Gästen in dieser wunderschönen Location gefeiert und sind rundum begeistert. Trotz der großen Hitze war das gesamte Personal jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr engagiert. Das Essen war hervorragend - frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und unglaublich lecker. Danke an die Küche! Die Location selbst ist einfach traumhaft und bot den perfekten Rahmen für unsere besondere Feier. Das Filterhaus Werder moderne, gemütliche idyllische Hochzeitslocation am Wasser. In den Docks gelegen. Super freundliches Team. Alex, der Eigentümer dieser Location, ist selbst Premium-DJ (kleiner Tipp für deine Eventplanung) Und auch das Hauseigene Catering ist Top! Die Location ist Ebenerdig zugänglich, also auch für Menschen mit Behinderung super geeignet. Hier kann man den Blick in die Ferne über das Wasser schweifen lassen.

Am Samstag waren wir in der Lokation auf eine Hochzeit eingeladen. Es ist eine sehr schöne und angenehme Location direkt am See. Man kann eine schöne Aussicht genießen und egal bei welcher Wetterlage einen wunderschönen Tag haben. Die Küche macht sehr gutes und leckeres Essen. Die Bedienung ist sehr schnell, sehr freundlich und hat guten Humor. Es war ein absolute perfekter Ort für die Hochzeitsfeier, die ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann.

Einzigartige Location direkt am Wasser. Egal ob Hochzeiten, Geburstage, oder Firmenevents. Hier ist man immer richtig 👍

Tim ist mir während der Veranstaltung sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Bester Barkeeper (und Geschäftsführer) und ganz tolles Duo welches die Veranstaltung ausgerichtet hat. Liebe es hier und würde es jedem weiter empfehlen.

Ich war Gast auf einer Hochzeitsfeier. War eine 1a Veranstaltung: tolle Atmosphäre, Essen war hervorragend, super Service - würde meine eigene Hochzeit auch dort ausrichten.

Vom ersten Kontakt an waren Tim & Alex super sympathisch, freundlich, aufgeschlossen, unkompliziert und einfach toll! Nach der Besichtigung und dem ersten Kennenlernen mit den beiden war uns sofort klar, da müssen wir heiraten! Und wir haben es keine Sekunde bereut. Die komplette Planung war stimmig und was sollen wir sagen.. der Tag war noch besser als erwartet. Die Location ist ein Traum, der Service war eine 100/10 und auch das Essen, die Getränke, die Party und alles drum herum einfach perfekt. Wir können jedem, der all das Sucht nur von Herzen empfehlen, mit Tim und Alex und deren Team in Kontakt zu treten. Alle Gäste waren restlos begeistert und die Stimmung und der Ablauf war phenomenal. Und nochmal ganz persönliche Worte: Tim und Alex, wir können euch nicht genug für alles Danken was ihr geleistet habt. Wir sind so glücklich das wir unseren besonderen Tag mit so besonderen und tollen Gastgebern zelebrieren durften! Ihr seid einfach tolle Menschen! Wir hatten eine Feierlichkeit im Restaurant Filterhaus. Es war eine super saubere schöne Location und das Essen war unglaublich lecker. Schade das sie nur noch Veranstaltungen machen.

Das Restaurant hatte einen Betreiberwechsel. Und es ist immer wieder schön hier zu sein. Wir waren zum Tanz in den Mai hier und haben vorher reserviert, was empfehlenswert ist. Der Service am Tisch war vorbildlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Besonders zu empfehlen ist als Aperitif der Filterhaus Gin Tonic mit Beeren und Grapefruit. Das Essen war super. Ich war als Gast beim „Tanz in den Mai“ im Filterhaus – und es war wieder ein rundum gelungener Abend. Die Location hat eine richtig besondere Atmosphäre: festlich, entspannt und gleichzeitig total gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Die Gastgeber sind top – unglaublich engagiert, immer präsent und dabei super herzlich. Man merkt einfach, dass ihnen die Veranstaltung am Herzen liegt und sie alles geben, damit sich jeder wohlfühlt. Auch das Essen war richtig lecker, und die Party selbst hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Die Stimmung war den ganzen Abend über super, wir haben viel getanzt und einfach eine richtig gute Zeit gehabt. Ein toller Ort für besondere Feiern – ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Tanz in die Maiblüte war nach Silvester die zweite Top-Veranstaltung, an der wir teilgenommen haben. Sensationell gute Stimmung, top Party...da geht's auf jeden Fall demnächst wieder hin

Wir haben hier im März unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und alles lief großartig! Die Veranstalter standen immer für Rückfragen zur Verfügung und haben stets ihre Hilfe bei der Umsetzung von Programmpunkten, Deko etc. angeboten. Das Essen war köstlich und die Location wunderschön. Ich kann das Filterhaus wärmstens empfehlen!

Ein super nettes Team, gastfreundlich aber nicht aufdringlich fröhlich und sehr offen. Wir hatten ein tolles Fest und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. We attended the Christmas event with a delicious goose dinner and a fantastic DJ. There was so much on offer: a superb female singer, a great male singer, and as a surprise, even a photo booth! We finally got to dance the night away again. We had so much fun. The concept of eating and dancing is one of the best; it's offered far too rarely. Whether young or old, everyone had a blast! 🙏 We had a bit of a drive, but it was definitely worth it because we always want to dance, and we were able to do just that with you! ☀️ We'll definitely be back! 👍 Highly recommended. We celebrated our wedding at the Filterhaus on December 6, 2025, and felt wonderfully cared for and looked after there. The location is stunning in both summer and winter, the food is excellent, and the service staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. We couldn't have wished for anything better. We went to the murder mystery dinner at Filterhaus. An unforgettable experience. Ordering tickets was easy. A beautiful location. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food exquisite. The murder mystery dinner was fantastic. The entire audience was involved and became part of the action. At the end, everyone had to guess who the murderer was.

A wonderful evening of crime fiction. Excellent entertainment, superb food, and great service. We'd love to come again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Filterhaus restaurant in Werder (Havel) and would like to summarize my impressions. Ambience: The Filterhaus impresses with a stylish combination of historic industrial charm and modern elegance. The tasteful furnishings, the warm lighting concept, and the beautiful location directly on the water create an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. A seat on the terrace is especially recommended—ideal for enjoying the view over the Havel River. Service: The service was consistently attentive, friendly, and very accommodating. The entire team always made you feel welcome and took time to accommodate individual requests. Particularly noteworthy is that the staff really do everything possible to ensure their guests have a thoroughly pleasant stay. This warm hospitality perfectly rounds off the overall experience. Food and Drinks: The Filterhaus's cuisine was impressive across the board. For our starter, we chose beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese and lamb's lettuce – an all-around successful dish, finely balanced in flavor, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. A solid 10 out of 10. The main course, a classic beef roulade with kale, red cabbage, and dumplings, was also outstanding. Tender meat, perfectly seasoned, accompanied by aromatic vegetables and fluffy dumplings – a perfect meal, at the highest level both in terms of craftsmanship and taste! Special features: Even in the restrooms, guests are treated to a true experience. This is where the attention to detail that characterizes the entire hotel is evident: High-quality soap by Rituals and pantyhose provided in the ladies' restroom are exceptional touches rarely found in this form. A sign of how much the well-being of the guests is our top priority.

Wir haben Spargel gegessen. Auf meine Frage vor der Bestellung, ob die sc. hollandaise frisch aufgeschlagen und selbst hergestellt wurde, wurde mir das zugesichert. Bekommen haben wir eine „Fertighollandaise“, die im Sahnesiphon aufgeblasen wurde. Dazu gab es Drillinge, die mit Rosmarin angebraten. …. zu Spargel?? Viel zu intensiv und unpassend im Geschmack! Der Spargel war nicht al dente = „für den Zahn (spürbar)“ - der war schlich eher noch roh. Das Kalbsschnitzel hat es auch nicht rausgerissen. Es war eher mittelmäßig. Der Wolfsbarsch beim zweiten Gericht war ok. Fürs Kind die Fischstäbchen und das Püree waren wohl ok. Der Service war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lokalität ist auch nett. Für Kinder gibt es eine Spielecke.

On May 24th, my wife and I celebrated our wedding with a non-denominational ceremony at the Filterhaus. Even the preparations suggested that this day could be the most beautiful day of our lives. Our every wish was anticipated and we tried to fulfill it, with success! On the day itself, everything was completely relaxed for us as a bride and groom; we felt incredibly comfortable without the slightest suspicion that anything could go wrong, and that's exactly what happened! The owner and the staff were simply enchanting! We've never experienced such service with such heart and soul! Our guests were also so impressed with the service, the location, and everything there, and they're still raving about it today! The drinks and food were fantastic, the people there were absolutely lovely people, and the location was a gem in Werder. We had an absolutely dream day at the Filterhaus and are already looking forward to our next visit! 5 out of 5 stars! 100% satisfied! ❤️

The food selection depends on the season, but there's always variety. The selection isn't huge, but that's not the point here; everything seems carefully selected and freshly prepared. In addition to the pleasant service, the location is also beautifully designed. The restrooms are very clean and equipped with everything a woman needs. I personally always find it positive when something like that is thought of.

Fleisch und Fisch der bestellten Bowl waren gut, aber die Gemüse und Bowlsauce entsprachen keineswegs dem Anspruch des Lokals und damit auch nicht dem Preis-Lesitungsverhältnis. Schade für das schöne Ambiente… Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und nett.

To be honest, I'm not one to write reviews. But the Filterhaus is no different. We celebrated our wedding there. It was simply fantastic and there was absolutely nothing negative to say. The service from Emmi, Luka and Steven really stood out to all of our guests because it was simply terrific. So attentive and quick and really friendly. We received nothing but positive feedback for choosing this location. The food was absolutely outstanding, just perfect and the ambiance is fantastic anyway. The owner is incredibly friendly and the whole planning process with him was totally relaxed and he contributed lots of great ideas. So on behalf of our guests and ourselves: a huge thank you for everything. We would all love to come back.

5 stars – A perfect evening in the Filterhaus! On April 13th, 2025 I visited the Filterhaus Restaurant with my girlfriend - and we were completely thrilled! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, so we felt like we were in good hands right from the start. The location right on the water is a real eye-catcher and, together with the stylish ambience, creates a special atmosphere. Even small details, such as the well-kept toilets with the opportunity to brush your teeth, rounded off our positive impression. A place to feel good – we will definitely come back!

Wir waren gestern und schon oft in diesem wunderschönen Restaurant. So netter Service, wie man es sich wünscht. Ein Plausch ,ein Spaß immer mit dabei. Naja und das Essen ist einfach sehr lecker. An insider tip for gourmets. Located right on the water, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the harbor in the winter garden. You can either enjoy a complete menu or a deliciously prepared meal, together with the usual drinks or a selected wine. The service is very attentive and professional. We were guests in the preseason, but it is definitely recommended to book a table.

The restaurant has a great ambience, a great location on the water and service that leaves nothing to be desired! We had a late lunch there in the winter garden with 9 people, from scallops, tartare, sea bass and pasta, almost everyone had something different. Everyone enjoyed it very much. The service is really special! The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable! We will definitely come back there!

We were here for the first time today and were thrilled. The service is excellent and very accommodating. The menu is clear and changes regularly, absolutely sufficient for us and something for everyone. The food we ordered was very tasty. We would love to come back. And a small note, yes you have to go through a barrier, BUT parking is free for restaurant guests 😉

Today we were in the filter house and treated ourselves to culinary delights. The staff was really, really great and friendly, accommodating and very harmonious. The friendly service was particularly a pleasure. We can highly recommend this restaurant. We were definitely not there for the last time!!!

Cool location, great food, very nice team

It was great! We celebrated a family celebration with 15 people including children in the filter house. An incredibly cozy and warm atmosphere. The service is so friendly and attentive, I haven't experienced that in years. It was also super kid friendly! The children were able to play in the play area, which was stocked with toys and a carpet, and even if they ran wildly and had a bit of a romp, it wasn't disturbing due to the large amount of space and you never felt like you were being disturbed for a second. Everyone had their meal Tasted very good and also The entire facility is really chic, everything is super clean and a lot of attention has been put into the details, such as lots of small free cosmetics and hygiene items in the bathrooms... it was An all-round very nice visit and we will definitely be back 👍

First of all, I would really like to praise the exceptional service. The waitresses are all cordial and highly professional across the board and deserve more than 5 stars. We have been here several times and were here again after more than a year for a crime dinner evening with friends. And now I would like to explain why I only give a total of three stars. I was really impressed with the food last year, I wasn't expecting anything so extraordinary and I was really blown away. This year the food was unfortunately “good” at best but nothing special. I don't know what happened, but I was actually a little disappointed. I don't want to say that the food was bad, on the contrary, it was okay, but I'm just used to better things from this restaurant and I had the feeling that the quality, which was always "right up there", had deteriorated a bit . For example, we noticed that the fillet pieces from the main course had different degrees of cooking and that the quality differed relatively greatly from plate to plate, or that unfortunately the sugar in the crème brûlée in the dessert was partially burnt and that everything tasted bitter, just to be honest to give a few clues. That was a real shame. Nevertheless, it was a very nice evening and it is always unique here. We will most likely come back at the next opportunity.

We were there for the crime dinner and were very impressed by the location. The location right on the water, a fire bowl on the terrace and an aperitif in your hand - just great! The service staff was extremely attentive and very accommodating (which is in short supply these days!). The food for the crime dinner was very well selected and perfectly coordinated. All in all a very successful evening. We'd love to come back.

Wir waren heute in diesem schönen Restaurant Filterhaus. Wir waren zum 2.mal dort und kommen auch zum nächsten Krimidinner. Zu 100 Prozent können wir das Restaurant empfehlen. Ein so herzlicher Service. Ein super leckeres Essen ,mit Liebe angerichtet. Eine so schöne Atmosphäre mir dem Kamin. Leise ringsherum trotz Gäste. Wirklich sehr sehr schön. Und ich liebe den Weg vom Parkplatz zum Eingang ,vorbei an den schönen Yachten mit Blick auf das Wasser. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Sommer, auf die Grillabende! After I got to know the Filterhaus for the first time last year at my nephew's dream wedding, I suggested it to the events team for our planned company event. Lars Petermann supported us in planning the event right from the start. The combination of a small exhibition, lecture area and the placement of all participants at lunch was brilliantly solved. Lars and his highly motivated and well-coordinated team were always friendly, courteous and attentive. The food was delicious and the location was once again a dream. All participants were full of praise. Quote from a customer "Your chosen location underlined the whole thing and created a great setting." My teammates were also thrilled and thanked me several times for choosing this location. It was a brilliant and highly professional event and we would like to thank the Filterhaus very much for all of their support. If you haven't been here yet, you've really missed something. We wish Lars and the Filterhaus team continued success.

Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt, wurden perfekt betreut. Die kleinen Kinder wurden als vollwertige Gäste wahrgenommen. Das Essen könnte noch ein klein wenig stimmiger sein, aber es hat sehr gut geschmeckt, auch unseren Kleinen. Das Ambiente ist sehr schick, modern und stimmig.

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt; Essen war sehr gut, Getränke haben geschmeckt und der Service war ebenfalls sehr freundlich.
