Thank you for the great New Year's Eve event. It was a successful evening all around.

A year couldn't end more successfully! We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve in the filter house and felt very comfortable. The 5 course menu was very tasty and the service was very friendly and accommodating.

Today we were in the filter house and treated ourselves to culinary delights. The staff was really, really great and friendly, accommodating and very harmonious. The friendly service was particularly a pleasure. We can highly recommend this restaurant. We were definitely not there for the last time!!!

Cool location, great food, very nice team

It was great! We celebrated a family celebration with 15 people including children in the filter house. An incredibly cozy and warm atmosphere. The service is so friendly and attentive, I haven't experienced that in years. It was also super kid friendly! The children were able to play in the play area, which was stocked with toys and a carpet, and even if they ran wildly and had a bit of a romp, it wasn't disturbing due to the large amount of space and you never felt like you were being disturbed for a second. Everyone had their meal Tasted very good and also The entire facility is really chic, everything is super clean and a lot of attention has been put into the details, such as lots of small free cosmetics and hygiene items in the bathrooms... it was An all-round very nice visit and we will definitely be back 👍

We went to the crime dinner yesterday and went home very happy and satisfied. The reception was great. The service worked very quickly and professionally. Always in a good mood and very friendly. First of all, I would really like to praise the exceptional service. The waitresses are all cordial and highly professional across the board and deserve more than 5 stars. We have been here several times and were here again after more than a year for a crime dinner evening with friends. And now I would like to explain why I only give a total of three stars. I was really impressed with the food last year, I wasn't expecting anything so extraordinary and I was really blown away. This year the food was unfortunately “good” at best but nothing special. I don't know what happened, but I was actually a little disappointed. I don't want to say that the food was bad, on the contrary, it was okay, but I'm just used to better things from this restaurant and I had the feeling that the quality, which was always "right up there", had deteriorated a bit . For example, we noticed that the fillet pieces from the main course had different degrees of cooking and that the quality differed relatively greatly from plate to plate, or that unfortunately the sugar in the crème brûlée in the dessert was partially burnt and that everything tasted bitter, just to be honest to give a few clues. That was a real shame. Nevertheless, it was a very nice evening and it is always unique here. We will most likely come back at the next opportunity.

Absolute top gastronomy point. The valued guests are even offered a toothbrushing set, dental floss and support for all other eventualities in the toilet.

We were there for the crime dinner and were very impressed by the location. The location right on the water, a fire bowl on the terrace and an aperitif in your hand - just great! The service staff was extremely attentive and very accommodating (which is in short supply these days!). The food for the crime dinner was very well selected and perfectly coordinated. All in all a very successful evening. We'd love to come back.

Wir waren heute in diesem schönen Restaurant Filterhaus. Wir waren zum 2.mal dort und kommen auch zum nächsten Krimidinner. Zu 100 Prozent können wir das Restaurant empfehlen. Ein so herzlicher Service. Ein super leckeres Essen ,mit Liebe angerichtet. Eine so schöne Atmosphäre mir dem Kamin. Leise ringsherum trotz Gäste. Wirklich sehr sehr schön. Und ich liebe den Weg vom Parkplatz zum Eingang ,vorbei an den schönen Yachten mit Blick auf das Wasser. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Sommer, auf die Grillabende! After I got to know the Filterhaus for the first time last year at my nephew's dream wedding, I suggested it to the events team for our planned company event. Lars Petermann supported us in planning the event right from the start. The combination of a small exhibition, lecture area and the placement of all participants at lunch was brilliantly solved. Lars and his highly motivated and well-coordinated team were always friendly, courteous and attentive. The food was delicious and the location was once again a dream. All participants were full of praise. Quote from a customer "Your chosen location underlined the whole thing and created a great setting." My teammates were also thrilled and thanked me several times for choosing this location. It was a brilliant and highly professional event and we would like to thank the Filterhaus very much for all of their support. If you haven't been here yet, you've really missed something. We wish Lars and the Filterhaus team continued success.

Exzellenter service, sehr leckeres Essen und ein angenehmes Ambiente. ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt, wurden perfekt betreut. Die kleinen Kinder wurden als vollwertige Gäste wahrgenommen. Das Essen könnte noch ein klein wenig stimmiger sein, aber es hat sehr gut geschmeckt, auch unseren Kleinen. Das Ambiente ist sehr schick, modern und stimmig.

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt; Essen war sehr gut, Getränke haben geschmeckt und der Service war ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

We celebrated our civil wedding in the filter house. It was an absolute dream day. We were overjoyed to have chosen this unique location with top service, a unique ambience and great support in planning. The course menu, put together with the operator himself, also met all of our wishes and the guests enjoyed it incredibly well. The operator and waiter have read the guests' wishes and are still raving about it... Thank you for an unforgettable day!

It was my daughter's wedding. It was the perfect day. Great wedding location. The ambience, ideally located on the water, the service team friendly, quick and attentive. A big compliment also to the chef and his helpers. The menu sequence and the selection of dishes - without words - simply indescribable. What a great restaurant, but it's not that easy to find. A real insider tip in the truest sense of the word. Fantastically located at the harbor, equipped with staff who deserve the name specialists. We haven't felt so comfortable in a restaurant for a long time. The food was excellent and we were able to try a few new things that we didn't know before. A successful evening that will be remembered for a long time!

A bit high both in terms of quality and price, but reasonable! No traditional cuisine, attentive service. Free parking for restaurant guests. (Aug. 24)

Went there for a snack and coffee. Gazpacho Andaluz was more of the Werder version and a bit removed from the original. The prawns, which enhanced the “gazpacho”, were delicious. Only two cakes to choose from and one of them was already gone at around 2.30 p.m. So all that's left is butter cake - it was dry yeast cake, which is often served at funerals. That for €5.50. All in all, it's nice to sit by the water but overall it's rather disappointing and the price-performance ratio is poor.

Went on a bike tour... stopped by several times. Worst service on the entire trip.

Leider ließ man uns 15 Minuten warten und wir mussten auf uns aufmerksam machen, um die Karte zu erhalten und Getränke bestellen zu können. Das Team war danach aber sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Tolle Lokation.

Essen war geschmacklich sehr lecker und kleine, schön angerichtete Portionen. Die Location direkt am Wasser ist auch sehr angenehm. Beim Service gibt es noch Luft nach oben, sowohl was Geschwindigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit angeht. Highlight war die eigene Destillerie im Inneren.

Wir waren nach der Neueröffnung im Mai bereits öfter hier. Am Anfang hat man gemerkt, dass das Team sich noch finden musste, aber es ist eine stetige Steigerung sichtbar. Das Team geht fantastisch auf die Kinder ein und wir wurden immer mit einem tollen Service bewirtet. Die Karte ist klein, aber meines Erachtens ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Risotto war toll und auch das Rumpsteak war butterzart. Geschmack ist ja bekanntlich verschieden, aber wir waren jedes Mal zufrieden. Und wenn das Kind sagt, es hat jetzt Bauchweh, weil das Essen lecker war und viel zu viel gegessen wurde, was soll ich dann noch ergänzen? Wir können das Filterhaus nur empfehlen. Der Parkplatz ist übrigens kostenlos, wenn man das Parkticket im Restaurant abstempeln lässt.

I recently visited the Filterhaus and am absolutely thrilled with the service! One young man in particular who served us was incredibly courteous, professional and quick. I have rarely experienced such excellent service. I can Highly recommend the filter house!

The restaurant is located right on the water, the view of the lake is beautiful. The electronic music in the restaurant is certainly debatable; for my taste it doesn't necessarily fit the cozy atmosphere of a summer evening at the lake, but it didn't bother me either. The tables are clean, as are the toilets. The tea for €4.50 is bagged tea. No drama, but there's still something going on. The food is expensive, cheekily portioned and poorly made. The mushroom soup was fundamentally well prepared, but hardly salted (certainly partly a question of preference). However, the sweet potato gnocchi are a complete disaster for €17.50. Soggy gnocchi, sour shitake mushrooms (probably from the jar), the “peanut pesto” didn’t taste like peanuts, the peppers absolutely don’t fit into the dish. Asian fusion wanted, but definitely not possible. The price of a dish should at least be roughly proportional to the effort and costs. Peanut pesto can be mass-produced at the beginning of the day, the gnocchi are hardly homemade (please correct me if I'm wrong), and throwing some unprocessed peppers, beans and raw spring onions into the pan is also not a masterpiece of craftsmanship or creativity . €17.50 for what? The waiters were both friendly, but I didn't find the service outstanding. The bread as a starter was nice, a symbolic nightcap or something like that would have turned the 3 stars into 4 (and has proven to generate additional tips!). If the chef has a bad day, I think a small compensation structure is also important. The blown gnocchi would have been less wild if an accommodating attempt had been made to make amends.

We were here as a small group and made reservations in advance, which is recommended. The service at the table was exemplary and the staff were very friendly. The Filterhaus Gin Tonic with berries and grapefruit is particularly recommended as an aperitif. The food sea bass with chanterelle risotto and steak barrel cut with baked potatoes were very good. Our own fruit brandies or gin are recommended as a special treat. We will soon be distilling ourselves, a must for gourmets. An all-round successful evening and we would love to come back. We had dinner with 8 people. The location, service and food were great. We were served with fresh friendliness. The service was very attentive. The ambience in the restaurant is very nice, especially in the evening, thanks to the lighting. The toilet facility is very tidy and stocked with small, loving cosmetics. Really great👍

Gute Lage an kleinem Yachthafen. Aufmerksames freundliches Personal. Die Karte umfasst nur wenige Gerichte. Mit vier Personen erreicht man für ein einfaches Abendessen mühelos eine 200 Euro-Rechnung. Der kulinarische Gegenwert hält sich hierbei, sowohl qualitativ, als auch quantitativ, in überschaubaren Grenzen. Viele der verfügbaren Rezensionen hierzu beziehen sich offenbar auf frühere Zeiten. Stand heute dürfen diese wohl nicht mehr als valide und aktuell betrachtet werden.

Unnecessarily reduced card. Minimalist selection. Implausible pricing considering the mediocre quality of the food. Good location, attentive service. The restaurant would probably be much more interesting as a conventional, for example Italian restaurant.

Great location: - Walking distance from Werder train station - Part of a shipyard area with old brick buildings - View of the marina, Havel and railway bridge - Terrace, mostly with a glass roof (if the summer storm comes...). The food is great, the wines are surprisingly good for the price. Young, nice service team.

To this day I still don't understand the concept. Open a few times a week and if you do go there during official opening hours there is a possibility that there is currently an event or a closed society. But when you do manage to do it, the service is very friendly and accommodating. Ambiance is beautiful and food is very good! The only drawback are the prices, which are utopian. (Example: €3.50 for a scoop of ice cream). But if you can afford it, then recommended! (When you come in 😅)

We were thrilled by the ambience, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. Prices are absolutely reasonable and fair.

This time, as always, we came especially from Leipzig on Saturday afternoon (July 6th, 2024) and did everything right. Italian flair, more peace and quiet than in the evening and as a result the waiters had more time than usual, even though they are always early for advice in the evening. The apprentice waiter did his job with a lot of commitment and was very friendly and accommodating. As always, the food was worth every star. This time there was wonderful bass. Beyond drinking coffee until the early evening, we had a wonderful day and thank everyone again for the lovely food 👍

The guide from the hotel took us to the restaurant. It's a really nicely located restaurant. Right on the water. To get to the restaurant you have to go through a barrier - so additional parking fees apply. The menu is quite clear (approx. 10 dishes / 2 children's dishes) and also quite special. The food was delicious and plentiful. I was thrilled by the special eye for the child - wooden toys for "cooking yourself" 😊 a successful change.

A small but very fine menu awaits you here. The dishes are incredibly tasty, the service is very friendly and attentive, and the Aperol is just the right size. The ambience plays its part in making this one of our absolute favorite restaurants. In the evening, the view over the small marina and the Havel, enjoying an Aperol on the terrace, fantastic.

We were there yesterday during a bike ride. We only had something to drink so we can't rate the food. In the filter house you will receive attentive and courteous service. The ambience is great. Modern and old combined beautifully. The menu read excellently so we come here again to try it. Oh yes, you have a heart for four-legged friends....the waiter, just as quickly as the beers, brought a large bowl of fresh water for our dog.....great. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this location.

Outstanding experience in the filter house! The historic ambience of the former factory offers a unique industrial charm with a view of the Havel. The fresh, homemade cuisine is impressive across the board. The service is professional, courteous and yet pleasantly “casual”. A perfect place for foodies who value quality, atmosphere and first-class service. Here you can really slow down. In our opinion, we recommend it without reservation!

We drove there spontaneously from Leipzig. The ambience was great and the view made it feel like a vacation. The service was very nice and we received everything very quickly. The food was great from starter to main course and exceeded our expectations. We'd love to come back.

We were on a houseboat trip and had our base in the Ringel marina. Finally, we treated ourselves to the filter house and the ambience is amazing. You sit protected from the wind and have a breathtaking view over the Havel. The menu is small but nice, but you can taste the quality. The service was also great - it was definitely worth going to Werder - thank you for the pleasant evening 🫶

Within walking distance of the train station is this very special gastronomic pearl in the middle of the lake with a wonderful view. The maître definitely deserves a medal. From the starter to the main course to the crème brûlée (from another star!), everything was extremely harmonious and tasty. The service was careful and thoughtful. Thank you and see you soon!

Wir waren gestern im Filterhaus ziemlich spät abends essen. Wir waren die letzten Gäste, aber wurden vollkommen zuvorkommend bedient. Kellner und Kellnerin verstanden ihre Arbeit. Der Koch Herr Hein bereitete einen perfekten auf der Haut gebratenen Loup de Mer zu und die Currybowl war einfach köstlich. Dazu die beiden gut gelaunten Kellner- ein perfekter Abend!

The restaurant only reopened a good 4 weeks ago and I have already made two trips to Werder to eat here. The ambience is awesome. You sit protected from the wind and have a breathtaking view over the Havel. The menu is small but nice, the plates are well prepared and you can taste the quality. Clear recommendation if you want to treat your body and soul to something!

Nice location, with a very nice outdoor area. The menu is quite small, but offers something different to suit many palates. Unfortunately, the portion and the presentation of the dish, in my case triplets with asparagus and hollandaise sauce, do not match the price level.

The food was very good but the selection was a bit one-sided, not everyone likes asparagus.

Great location for our medium-sized celebration over Pentecost. Uncomplicated and flexible organizational process by Mr. Petermann. Very good and experienced service at the celebration. You can tell that the processes here are continually being questioned and optimized. We'd love to come back and are looking forward to further developments in the culinary realm, including the still in the filter house.

Neue Köche!!! Das Essen war tatsächlich miserabel. Kantinen-Qualität in schlecht. Der Fisch war nicht gut und es gab Essen aus der Packung, zB die Spinat Capeletti. Sofern die wunderbaren alten Köche nicht wieder kommen, können wir von der Küche nur abraten. Vor allem was das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis angeht.

The location by the water is fantastic, especially when the weather is nice. We were treated very friendly and courteously on every visit. The food was good and the price-performance ratio is okay. My kids would like to see more ice cream variations on the menu. As we all know, tastes vary, but I think there is something for everyone. I also think it's a nice extra that hygiene products and other small items such as glasses cleaning cloths are provided in the toilet. We like coming here.

Das Essen - Spargel mit Kalbsschnitzel und grüner Spargel mit Steak- war sehr schmackhaft und toll zubereitet. Vielen Dank an die Küche ! Das Ambiente ist einfach wunderschön - da fällt jeder Streß von einem ab! Insgesamt zählt das Filterhaus zu einem unserer Lieblings- locations. !!!! Immer wieder gern!

Wir waren schon öfter da und immer sehr zufrieden. Das Essen ist sehr lecker gewesen und der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Dieses Mal war alles anders. Der Service war ungenügend und das Essen war kein Vergleich zu dem was sonst angeboten wurde. Preis,Leistung und Qualität passen zur Zeit überhaupt nicht mehr. Für ein Essen würde ich dieses Lokal nicht nochmal besuchen. Uns wurde gesagt, neuer Betreiber und neues Personal in der Küche. Wir sollten in einem Jahr wieder vorbei kommen, da wäre es wieder auf dem Niveau von vorher. Daran glaube ich leider nicht.

Nevertheless, we as guests were completely ignored. No greeting, no service.... We then left and left our money in another restaurant. You should live up to your own standards.
