The restaurant was really good! The food was delicious and fresh, especially the meat, which was perfectly seasoned. The side dishes were also excellent. The waitress was very nice and attentive; we felt well looked after. Everything was quick and friendly. We'll be back!

Very, very nice owners, they truly care about their guests' well-being, and the food is excellent, all handmade. The schnitzel portion is particularly generous, and you can choose between fries, rice, or fried potatoes. There's also a generally large selection of starters and main courses. I would definitely recommend the dessert, which was incredibly delicious. The restaurant does fill up; we were there on a Friday around 6:30 a.m., when you can still choose your seating.

I was there spontaneously at lunchtime and enjoyed lunch. The ambience is a little "kitschy" but represents the essential characteristics of Greek architecture. Classic Greek. I was the first and was served accordingly quickly. For the price-performance ratio, my gyros were really appropriate and also really tasty. There were also fries and a small side salad. Had dinner there last night. When we came in the owner gave us our table and then spoke to me directly about my review from 2 months ago. That it wouldn't be nice to complain that you didn't get Quzo or dessert after your meal. Unfortunately the owner is not open to criticism. We have been regular customers for 4 years. I have never experienced anything like this - there was always either an ouzo or a dessert. Out of frankness, he brought us the Quzo before dinner, which of course we didn't drink. We were avoided by the owner the whole evening and he didn't even say goodbye. The food was good as always and the nice young lady was very friendly. But we will look for another Greek restaurant where, even if you have written a review, you will continue to be served in a friendly manner by the owner.

Went to our favorite restaurant for the last time today, unfortunately we're not in a position to criticize. As for the story, we went there for dinner last time and were happy with the food as always, as the cook stayed after the change of ownership. We just noticed that the Quzo was no longer available after dinner. Were there again today and always reserve a table in our name. After we came in and wanted to have our reserved table, we were treated strangely by the side immediately after we sat down because of my wife's rating on the last visit. They then brought us the Quzo from last time before dinner, which we were surprised about. We were avoided by the owner the whole evening. It's a shame that people react so badly to such a small thing. We've always been happy with the restaurant so far, but unfortunately you don't feel comfortable here anymore. We always came to eat there at Christmas time, so now we'll look for something else.

The service is super warm. They always eat a lot and are very tasty. For my birthday there was a dessert with a sparkler. We felt really comfortable and would love to come back again and again. ❤️

Went there for lunch today with 14 people. The previous owner had been a regular customer for years, but today it was disappointing. The individual appetizer portions were initially delivered without plates, so that the warm appetizers became cold in the meantime by the time the plates were received. The food came 2 hours after placing the order. If you come with a group of 6+ people, you should take this into account as a customer. When asked, we were told that we had been informed of this beforehand, which was not the case. Other guests who ordered 1 hour after us received their food beforehand. The food quality is good, but not recommended for larger groups. In addition, unlike its predecessor, the service was much friendlier and more accommodating.

Two of the three dishes ordered were faulty, one of which - liver with rice and salad - was replaced by liver with fries and tzatziki. When I complained over the phone, they insisted that the food had been ordered that way, which was not the case. It was then said that the dish was on the menu, which was also not the case. I've never left food out. But today was the first time. The atmosphere is not comfortable. They probably tried to get a Greek touch but it's a far cry from what you see in Greek restaurants elsewhere. The salad is loveless and the quality of my food is very poor. Just the way it looks on the plate... I expected more from the new owner. But things got rather worse. Too bad. I won't go there anymore. Oh yes, you can also help the waiter with setting and placing the food. There seems to be too little service even though it was only 60% occupied.

The food was great and the service was good too. We've been eating there for 4 years. What surprises me a bit is that you can no longer get ouzo and dessert on the house. I think it's a shame. You can also skip dessert but there is still a Quzo included.

I would say that it is once one of the best Greek restaurants in the Rhein Sieg district. I've been eating there for half a decade, I can't understand some of the reviews at all or they seem to be trying to deliberately damage the place... If you're really hungry and value good food, then drive/go to the restaurant quickly! Food 10/10, ambience since the change of ownership 10/10, just keep it up 🤝👍🏼

Katerina's Tavern offers delicious Greek specialties that are freshly and lovingly prepared. From moussaka to souvlaki, there is something for every taste. Particularly practical: There are private parking spaces. The cozy atmosphere and authentic food make every visit a pleasure!

We were on the way home from the thermal baths and were hungry. We simply looked on Google to see what was on the way and went there quite spontaneously. We were lucky and there were free parking spaces right in front of the house. A cozy little terrace awaited us. A menu with everything you would expect from a Greek restaurant. There was a small, delicious fresh salad as standard. The fries were delicious, the meat was fresh and juicy. The rice was very tasty. A very large portion, I would have loved to eat it all. But nothing else fit in :-) The service (I think it was the landlord) was very friendly and open-minded. Ready for a little small talk, you immediately felt welcome. Price-performance ratio was really great. We will definitely come again with children.

Food was ok. But the restaurant owner came across as very unsympathetic. No wonder the customers are missing. He should learn to be nicer to his customers. And not to make misogynistic statements and think he's Zeus!

The menu was extensive, but what immediately caught my eye was what turned out to be a delicious, tender beef liver with potatoes, bacon and onions. Add a large bowl of salad and enjoy. The steak was also tasty and also accompanied by a generous portion of fries and salad. The owner was a very friendly man and as a surprise we received a delicious oliebol with ice cream and honey on the house! Definitely worth it.

I had dinner there with a larger group. I thought the food was very tasty, the portions were very generous, but overall it wasn't exactly cheap. Unfortunately, the atmosphere inside the restaurant is no longer up to date and extremely uncomfortable. You shouldn't spend a romantic evening in this restaurant. Unfortunately, the location only gets two stars from me because the operator's behavior was absolutely inappropriate. There was no friendliness at all. Instead, he always responded very briskly to questions. Such behavior is an absolute no go for a restaurateur. There is clearly a need for improvement here. Unfortunately, despite the high prices, you can't even pay with a credit card.

If you would like to enjoy good Greek food, you have to go to El Greco. Everything is great here. Large portions from the starter to the main course to... no, dessert was no longer possible. Next time (and we will definitely come again) no starter but dessert. Thank you, El Greco made 6 guests full and happy and can only be recommended.

Food took way too long!! When we asked where the food was, they said bifteki would take 30 minutes but we already waited 45 minutes!?? I've never experienced this in the Stuttgart area where I come from!!!! Liver wasn't cooked properly either!!!!

Went there for the first time and waited 65 minutes for a portion of chicken breast with fries. And then comes the best part - meat only tasted like salt. The waiter was shocked when I didn't even eat 1/4 of the whole thing. NEVER AGAIN !

Sorry but that was by far the worst Greek food I've ever eaten...had a grill plate: fries hard as wood, two tiny little lamb cutlets burnt, a chicken breast also burnt, gyros totally over salted...apart from the skewer, which was completely It was okay, it didn't work at all. My wife's sea bream was probably not the best either. Since she's vegan, she only eats fish when we go out...but she left it alone. Then there was the question of whether everything was satisfactory (probably not if the food was still on the plate). My wife said no and he asked: Do you even know sea bream?" That's a disgrace!! Especially since she's already eaten hundreds. All in all, it was our first and last time there...I expected more for 80 euros

Das Essen schmeckt köstlich, die Portion ist groß genug, um satt zu werden. Man fühlt sich da als Ehrengast , weil der Wirt ein guter Gastgeber ist . Preisleistung spitze . Der griechische Abend mit live Musik und Tanz war einfach Klasse .Es hat Spaß gemacht mitzumachen. Tolle Idee. Werde auf jeden Fall es im Auge behalten, um es nicht zu verpassen .

Sehr leckeres und schmackhaftes Essen, jeder der auf Griechische Gerichte steht sollte hier definitiv mal vorbeischauen.

Griechisches Restaurant mit den typischen Spezialitäten auf der reichhaltigen Speisekarte. Ebenso reichhaltig sind die Portionen - man wird auf jeden Fall satt. Die probierten Salate waren leider mit zu viel fettigem Dressing versehen, das geht besser/frischer. Im Keller des Restaurants befindet sich eine betagte, aber voll funktionsfähige Kegelbahn nebst großem Tisch mit der Möglichkeit dort im größeren Kreis zu spielen und zu essen. Der Service ist freundlich und fix.

Eins vor ab, dass Essen war gut, auch wenn die Auswahl nicht besonders groß war. Jedoch war die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich und wenig aufmerksam. Getränk leer, egal! Essen kamm nicht annähernd gleichzeitig. Sämtliche bitte und Anfragen an die Bedienung wurden genervt entgegen genommen. Preise fand ich überteuert, ein Teller Gyros mit Pommes über 15 €. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, ich würde aufgrund des gesamten Eindrucks trotz des Essen NICHT mehr wiederkommen.
