Everything is really good, super tasty pizza and even special requests are fulfilled and at moderate prices. You have to like the ambience but that's everyone's own thing, the lady from the service was great so feel free to take a look and have a good time. A little tip if you like Spezi with Osaft instead of Fanta, this is the place for you!

The "Greek Style" pizza was okay, but the toppings contained too much liquid, so the crust in the middle of the pizza was soggy. The lasagna was also OK, but it contained garlic even though it was _not_ stated on the menu. Unfortunately, my partner has been smelling like garlic for 22 hours now! Other dishes on the menu are marked as containing garlic. It's a shame that you can't rely on the information on the map!

We had the PORK SCHNITZEL "WIENER ART" and the EINSTEIN HOUSE PAN. The food was very tasty, only the service could be a little more attentive.

Good selection on the menu: everything from small starters to pasta and pizza to steak. Vegetarians will also find what they are looking for. The prices are down-to-earth, the service staff are friendly. The range of drinks on offer is also the usual “Einstein” style and is available at the table. There are outdoor tables for nice weather, and robust indoor furniture for Nordic conditions 😉

Ambiance cozy. The soup beforehand was delicious. The main courses were partly good and partly bad. Vegetables in Hollandaise sauce (SH) were disappointing and were completely returned after an unsuccessful attempt at improvement, which unfortunately only made things worse. It wasn't SH but some kind of mixed sauce. After this was criticized, both the waiter and the chef shook their heads. Very rude. The waitress herself was always friendly, but unfortunately the colleague was absolutely unfriendly and not customer-oriented. Service is different, especially given the not exactly cheap prices. We won't be coming back!!

We come to the Karl May games every year and combine it with a meal at Einstein. Very good food, great ambience, nice staff. That's how it should be.

Unfortunately it didn't meet expectations! The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere outside was pedestrian. Unfortunately, when it comes to eating, the predominant approach is to warm up rather than cook! Pasta was overcooked, scampi and salmon were frozen and the sauce unfortunately had no taste, it was a shame that was nothing!

There's little to complain about - the food came quickly and was very tasty, and I found the prices to be reasonable. Unfortunately, the waitresses struggled a bit with the two floors plus the outdoor area, so you only saw them relatively rarely. But a lack of staff is unfortunately an issue everywhere in the catering industry, and I don't want to blame the restaurant for that. The only negative point: payment with credit card and therefore ApplePay/GooglePay was not possible, which is no longer up to date.

Service is friendly and quick. Food is good, prices are reasonable. Conclusion: gladly again.

Essen ist leider nur aus Fertigprodukten hergestellt. Außerdem sehr laut und hektisch im Restaurant. Die Chefin war extrem unfreundlich und hat sich während unseres Besuches massiv mit anderen Gästen angelegt. Das hat leider unseren Abend kaputt gemacht. Nächstes Mal gehen wir daran lieber vorbei.

Honestly, it's a shame that you don't have your restaurant in Düsseldorf. I would be a regular customer. To the service Very fast and friendly service. Even though the restaurant was full, the drinks and food came very quickly. To eat Simply MEGA delicious. My Einstein grill plate was great. Fried potatoes were a poem. Nothing burned. Potatoes fried golden yellow with onions and bacon. Really top I can say the best I have eaten at the age of 52. The meat is super tasty and juicy. The food my friend and her daughter served was also great. Very nicely prepared. The desserts are also recommended. The atmosphere is very cozy and, even with a full house, it wasn't loud. We would have liked to eat here, but dogs are not allowed inside, which is a shame!

Overall we were satisfied, the only negative point was that we ordered a glass with ice cubes with the wine and had to pay 50 cents for it, certainly not a large amount, but not only unusual in Bad Segeberg.

A cozy, charming restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and rustic decor. Friendly and attentive staff, who look after the guests and serve them quickly, were unfortunately just a bit quiet. A small but varied menu with classic dishes and seasonal specialties such as: B. Asparagus. Children's menu available. The quality of the food was excellent. It tastes of fresh ingredients with an attractive presentation. The price-performance ratio is appropriate for the quality and service offered. A lovely restaurant for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Recommended for an authentic culinary experience.

Junge junge… ich war richtig enttäuscht… wer Fertigprodukte mag ist da bestens bedient… mein „Hirtenkäse“ war fertiger Camembert… die Gulaschsuppe kam auch aus der Dose/Tüte… wir haben für 2 Leute 70 Euro gezahlt und jeder hatte dabei nur ein Getränk… das machen wir nicht nochmal… der Service war wenigstens in Ordnung

Clean restaurant with very friendly staff. A manageable menu and drinks and dishes are served quickly. The prices are completely reasonable for the quantity, it tastes very good. Clean toilets, the atmosphere is a little old-fashioned, but that's exactly what I like. There is sufficient parking space opposite the restaurant, but there is a charge. All in all, I can only recommend a visit to Einstein.

You can also eat very well at lunchtime, large selection - same menu as in the evening - and very nice service. Was in the restaurant on the kids' taster day and was thrilled with the young man who served us. The regular service staff also impressed me with their calmness and determination towards the young man. Keep it up!

The atmosphere is very nice! The staff very friendly! The food was very tasty and plentiful! The only shame was that they didn't ask about the doneness of the steak, unfortunately it was still very raw! Despite that, tasty and tender, but too raw and bloody for me. We would like to come again!

The food and service are okay, but nothing special. Sometimes something was missing or didn't quite meet expectations. The prices, especially for drinks, are now relatively high. But the ambience is really great, especially with the old half-timbering upstairs and the open kitchen downstairs. It's a shame that dogs are not allowed here.

Very cozy shop! The food wasn't bad!... but nothing more. When the place got full, we were somehow overlooked 😇, so we left and had a drink somewhere else.

The Einstein has been known for its cozy, child-friendly environment for many years, and it has remained that way; the increase in the price of food is unfortunately an issue everywhere. The waitresses are friendly, sometimes a bit overzealous or slightly overwhelmed, but everything is within reason. Open all day, always the full menu.

I had a baked potato with turkey. There's not much you can do wrong... The restaurant was only moderately busy at lunchtime and therefore the service was perfect and quick. The only negative point is the sanitary facilities in the basement! Nothing has changed there for decades and the smell there is almost unbearable... As the saying goes - check the sanitary facilities in a restaurant before ordering! If you did that there, no one would eat there anymore... and that would be a shame!!

The food was only luke warm. My wife's steak was really tough. Instead of a 0.3 liter beer there was 0.5 liter, of course 0.5 was also charged. The waitress just laughed at everything. So paid €45 for two people and never went there again.

Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. I've never eaten such a tough steak. The waitress has it with one Accepted a smile, otherwise showed no reaction. We won't go there anymore.

One star deduction for the food because the salmon tasted very fishy when it came to pasta with salmon and scampi, which does not indicate good quality. And there were exactly 4 scampi in it, which I personally and a fellow guest who had the same thing found too few. I would rather pay €3-4 more but have fresh salmon and maybe 10 scampi in it. Otherwise very tasty and plentiful.

Das Essen ist sehr mächtig, aber auch gut. Mir ist aufgefallen, das sehr viel junge Leute im Restaurant waren, das zeigt, dass das Preis Leistung Verhältnis sehr gut ist. Auch der Service kommt nicht zu kurz. Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Lokal ist gemütlich, Bedienung nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Essen super lecker. Ich hatte ein Einstein-Grillteller. Besuch im Einstein, gerne wieder.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und es werden “Änderungen” am Gericht angenommen. Das essen - von Vorspeise bis Dessert - war sehr frisch und lecker! Nur bei der Lasagne hatte man das Fleisch etwas vermisst. Wir kommen wieder!

Es gibt einfach kein Besuch in meiner Heimat ohne zum Einstein-Restaurant zu gehen. Fühle mich jedes Mal zurück in meine Kindheit versetzt. Danke dafür. Bis heute gibt es hier wirklich gute Steinofenpizza, aber auch die Pasta-Gerichte enttäuschen einen nicht. 😊 Die Lage ist auch ganz nett :)

Das Essen war super. Ich hatte Putensteak mit Kreuterbutter, Bratkartoffeln und einen Buagett dazu. Das Fleisch war zart und saftig. Die Bratkartoffeln super lecker und auch krosche dabei, hmmmm. Meine Begleiter waren auch alle sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen. Einzig der zustand der Toiletten... Naja, es sah so aus als wollen sie renovieren, also abwarten. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Sehr gutes, leckeres Essen. Seit Jahren Stammkunde. Nettes Ambiente, hier is(s)t man gerne !

Essen war super lecker. Nette Bedienung. Preise angemessen. Immer wieder gern. Tische stehen Recht eng zusammen draußen.

Es hat lange gedauert bis das Essen kam. Das Essen war auch eher durchschnittlich und die Messer zum Pizzaschneiden stumpf, somit artete der Teller in ein reißendes Pizzaschlachtfeld aus.

Das Essen war sehr gut und man musste nicht lange warten . Wir hatten draußen gesessen.

Obwohl komplett voll, bekamen wir 5 Personen relativ schnell gemeinsam unser Essen. Es war schmackhaft und auch noch warm. Der einzige Abzug ist 1. der lange Weg in den Keller zur Toilette, mit Rollstuhl nicht möglich. Sehr eng. Viele Treppen und 2. bei großer Hitze drinnen kaum zu ertragen. Keine Klimaanlage. Wir hatten eine nette Bedienung, die trotz Stress freundlich war. Wir werden dort immer wieder hingehen, da auch die Preise stimmen.

Immer wieder ein Vergnügen dort zu essen. Super tolles Personal, gute Auswahl in der Speisekarte, leckeres Essen!

Das Essen hat uns Allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Perfekte portioniert und viele Tische vorhanden. Wir waren an einem Sonntag gegen 18:30 dort und müssten erstaunlich kurz auf unser Essen warten, trotz vielen Gästen. Sehr klasse!

Von der urigen Location waren wir sofort begeistert. Leider war schon das Sprudelwasser ohne Sprudel und Reste von Spinat im Essen, obwohl keiner dazugehörte. Das Röstbrot war labberig und wir mussten mehrfach bitten, bezahlen zu dürfen. Schlussendlich hatten wir nach dem Essen alle Bauchweh. Sehr schade!

Tolles Restaurant, Service, Personal und Ambiente top. Essen lecker, reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet.

Laden ist okay. Das Brot was wir bekommen war alt entweder von gestern oder vorgestern. Salat war gut. Die Nudeln waren auch gut. Der Kindersitz sah aus wie eine keimschleuder also Desinfektion mit nehmen. Wir habe Nudeln nur mit Tomaten Soße bestellt und Nudeln mit Hack und Gewürzter Tomaten Soße bekommen.

Vor einem Jahr konnte ich noch gut Essen und habe mich drauf gefreut. Aber leider war die Pizza mit 3 Salami- und 2 Kochschinken schreiben lieblos und geschmacklich eine Katastrophe. Schade denn das Ambiente ist toll. Kann man aber zum Essen nicht weiterempfehlen. Preise sind wie überall überteuert, aber wenn es schmeckt,dann zahlt man gerne.

Na een dag gereden te hebben waren we hongerig en zij op zoek gegaan naar een restaurant. Dit restaurant zag er gezellig uit, zaten veel mensen en personeel leek vriendelijk. Dat laatste klopte gelukkig. Personeel is snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten viel jammer genoeg erg tegen. De uien in de uiensoep waren rauw en de bouillon zelf was veel te flauw van smaak. De schnitzel was heel erg droog, weinig gekruid en btje vettig door de frituur. Spijt dat we niet gekozen hadden voor de pizza's, die zagen er wel voortreffelijk uit. Maar hoe ze smaakten weten we natuurlijk niet....

Service sehr flott und bemüht, doch das was auf den Tisch kommt ist von einfachster Qualität. Das Schnitzel wurde frittiert und kam trocken und verbraten auf den Teller. Die Nudel werden von der Sauce erdrückt, sind zudem nicht ansatzweise al dente, sondern weich und verkocht. Das war nach 2 Jahren KARL MAY Corona Pause in Bad Segeberg leider KEIN GENIALER EINFALL hier im EINSTEIN einzukehren….. Das war vor Corona DEUTLICH BESSER!, Gut das Bad Segeberg mehr Gastronomie zu bieten hat, denn das EINSTEIN geht gar nicht……

We ordered Spaghetti spargel and Pizza Funghi-Prosciutto. Both dishes were tasty and well served. When we wanted to pay it became a problem. No credit card was accepted. Strange for a restaurant to act like this. Fortunately we managed to find money just enough.

2h auf das essen gewartet und dann mit einer gratis Cola beruhigt.. nie wieder ! Essen war tiefkühl Schnitzel.

Wir sind immer sehr gerne im Einstein Essen gegangen, Mittags wie auch Abends. Aber beim letzten Mal, wir waren 2 Paare, wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Nicht was das Essen angeht, das war wie immer gut, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Hammer kam beim Bezahlen: Meine Freundin hatte einen Gutschein, der angeblich schon ein halbes Jahr abgelaufen war, da er nur ein Jahr gültig ist. Die Chefin selbst hatte den Gutschein ausgefüllt und uns an diesem Abend abkassiert. Meine Freundin mußte ihre gesammte Zeche, bis auf ein Getränk, welches ihr von der Chefin geschenkt wurde, bezahlen, ohne Anrechnung des Gutscheins. Wie haben aber nicht nur das Einstein in SE, heute waren wir in der Spindel, wo ich mit einem Gutschein bezahlte, der auch schon eineinhalb Jahre alt war. Ein Toast auf die Spindel.

Wir waren am Samstag in Bad Segeberg und abends gegen 18.00 Uhr wollten wir gerne essen gehen.Als wir reinkamen fragten wir die Kellnerin,ob noch ein Tisch für zwei Personen frei wäre und sie sagte uns das unten alles voll sei aber wir gerne oben nachschauen könnten.Dann sind wir nach oben gegangen und bekamen dort auch noch ein Platz.Die Atmosphäre dort war ruhig und gemütlich.Wir bestellten Pizza mit Kochschinken und Salami.Diese schmeckte sehr gut nur sie hätte etwas wärmer sein können und das Alsterwasser könnte mehr Brause vertragen da es eigentlich nur nach Bier schmeckte.Die Kellner waren auch sehr nett und packten uns die restliche Pizza ein.Aber ansonsten ein schönes Restaurant zu jedem Anlass.
