Unser Kurzaufenthalt in Rostock führte uns zu diesem Griechen. Das Restaurant wird professionell im Sinne des Inhabers geführt. Die Lage am Wasser erlaubt offenbar auch den etwas arroganten Ton dort. Wir empfehlen es nicht weiter.

Greek atmosphere, extremely tasty and well-prepared food, a clean and beautiful space with very kind and smiling service! I highly recommend it!

However, the food tastes very intense in terms of price. So do the drinks. Half a liter of beer up to 6 euros! It is also very loud because there are hardly any partitions and many tables.

Great food, inexpensive lunch menu

The restaurant was packed. There were four of us and we got the last table. Given the abundance, we thought, well, that could take a long time. Far from it. The waiter came to our table pretty quickly and picked up the drinks. They were there in no time. Our food came about 10 minutes later. That was so delicious!!! Well, the prices are a little higher, but you also get great food on your plate and friendly service. If we are in Rostock again, we will definitely come back. The food is good, the portions have shrunk significantly. The volume is high, soundproofing elements would help. The service is OK, but the waiting time is often long. Price/performance unfortunately overall not satisfactory.

It was simply delicious. We just "came in" with 13 people and we were lucky. I was particularly impressed that all the main courses were served at the same time. We had a very cozy and delicious evening.

The food is good, tzatziki was great, meat was a bit drier, but good for Greek cuisine. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was quick and courteous. The ambience is quite ok, people sit close together, the menu is printed on the table. This saves space and you can order straight away.

Very nice restaurant right on the Warnow with friendly staff. Supplements can be changed at no extra charge, thank you! What is missing for the 5th star is that, despite 35 euros per person, there was no ouzo on the house, which is actually common practice in Greek restaurants.

Chosen spontaneously because there were a lot of posts about good food. We were thrilled, great service, delicious food and great ambience…and clean toilets 👍

From the outside the restaurant appears rather technical. Inside you can expect a Greek atmosphere with a terrace overlooking the water. The menu as part of the table is functional but somehow strange. What made me decide not to deduct points was: The service, quick and pleasant. The beer, Greek on tap. The salad, not cold from the fridge but moderately tempered before eating. And the absolute highlight: the tzatziki. Creamy, fluffy, noble. Better than in Greece.

After a short wait, four of us got a table on Saturday evening. The restaurant was very busy. But we thought it was tasty where many people go out to eat. I ordered a salad with chicken strips. My companions all have the gyro plate. I got my salad, ate a piece of chicken and gagged. The chicken was pale, ice cold and smelled like a raw carrot (so it was raw and undercooked). I called the waiter who took my salad. Then his superior, the head waiter (?), came. He argued with me. Of course the chicken was done, you would see that and of course it was cold and not warm, after all it is a cold salad. He offered me to heat or fry the meat again. A short time later I got my plate (yes, exactly my plate and not a fresh salad) again with the same meat but now dripping with oil. It was lukewarm...and still not done. I put it aside and ate the rest of the salt, which unfortunately was only mediocre. The dressing and the coleslaw were Konvinience products. My companions said their gyros were good, but the tzatziki was a curd dish with no garlic and little cucumber and hardly any herbs. When I was clearing away, the waiter also apologized for the meat I had left behind and offered us an ouzo as an apology. We're still waiting for it today... But because of the constant bad smell coming from the guest toilet right next to us, we didn't ask anymore. Well, I can't recommend the restaurant with the best will in the world.

Directly at the city harbor of Rostock. Nice to eat by the water. We only had garlic bread + tzatziki, but it was very tasty..

Peuple are so nice, delicious food

We visited this restaurant again for lunch after a long time. The reception was friendly and there was enough space to choose freely. I chose the classic gyro version with rice. The drinks and the food were served in a reasonable time. The first visual impression of my plate was disappointing. The gyro was not crispy and only lukewarm, as was the rice. Conclusion: We know Greeks to be more appealing at this price level Serve dishes.

Can only recommend it. Different excursion recommendations for hikers and cyclists every day.

If you like Greek restaurants, this is the place for you. The menu offers a full program and the quality is good. The service is quick. If the weather is good you can sit outside. Since it is often busy, it can be quite loud due to inconsiderate guests.

Food was great, waiters very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there were no more drinks from 10 p.m. without prior notice; this was only communicated when we wanted to order more drinks. It seemed like an indirect expulsion. Ouzo was no longer available either. It's a shame and a reason for us not to go there anymore, as our evening with friends came to a somewhat abrupt end. Then it's better to find another location where you are still welcome after 10 p.m.

Spontaneously got a table for 3 on a Saturday at 6:30 p.m. It was very full, it took a short time until we were served - but it was still relatively quick to drink, start and main course. The boss personally even apologized that it took a little longer today. From the drinks to the food, everything was very tasty and well prepared. Also a great price-performance ratio. Were there for the first time and can only recommend it!

It was very nice, we had ordered seats because otherwise we definitely wouldn't have gotten seats. It's amazing how many people are out and about and are drawn to the Greek restaurant. Very nice and friendly staff. The food was very tasty and a large portion. The bottom line is that it was great Evening 😋 I can warmly recommend this location. 5 stars and 1 star in addition.

This was our first time at this Greek restaurant. The food was very tasty, although many of the dishes on offer were not typical dishes that I would go to a Greek restaurant for. The service was less hospitable and one quickly had the feeling of mass processing. However, the location directly at the city harbor was very good.

Very good food, incredibly nice service (we were advised that the waiting time would be longer because it was Hanse Sail). We were able to sit outside on the harbor/quay in fantastic weather. Thank you!

The food and the atmosphere are right on the harbor with a view of the Warnow and in summer temperatures and no wind. The staff is very, very nice and the food tastes excellent, what more could you want...

Currently the best Greek in Rostock. Price performance is simply great, the taste is convincing and I also like the ambience. Have eaten there several times now and have never been disappointed. 👍🏻

Good, solid food, there could be a little more on the plate for strong men;) Prices are pretty okay. Every dish lacks the typical Greek garlic taste!

Super great restaurant right on the banks of the Warnow

Very nicely located restaurant on the water. Courteous staff, polite and considerate. We are also happy about an “efaristo” and “kalinichta” for a small tip. Unfortunately we were only there on vacation.

Salad ok. The main courses, well. It's the first one we won't go to a second time.

We chose a table outside. The menu is right on the table here, so you can find out as you walk by whether there is something suitable for your taste buds. In my opinion the gyros would have been... Can be a little more fried, the ouzo is at the end. Some dishes come with a salad beforehand. The garlic bread was delicious! The two gentlemen who served us were very friendly and the view of the harbor is great!

Great food, great attentive service. Prices are reasonable with a view of the water, the sailors and ferries. It wasn't the last time we were there, just because of the parking fees there is one star more, €1 an hour... so 5+

Unfortunately no warmth and no Greek hospitality. You don't feel welcome.

Today we reserved a table with a view of the sunny city harbor. The hospitality was so cheerful and warm. We felt very comfortable. A large selection of delicious starters came to our table, all very fresh and tasty. We'd love to come back.

A great Greek restaurant with family management. All dishes were fresh and very tasty. It's worth a visit.

We stopped in for a quick snack. Zarziki and meatballs was our choice. You can say it tastes good. Wheelchair accessible and the toilets clean. Staff friendly and nice. Another visit cannot be ruled out.

We had quite a good meal here and the staff were very attentive. Overall, a Greek like any other and you get what you expect. When it comes to prices, there are alternatives with a nicer ambience.

We liked the atmosphere and service. But the food didn't convince us. Starting with salad, gyros in Metaxa sauce and a grill plate. The meat from the grill was cold and I know gyros in Metaxa sauce worlds better from other Greeks. We imagined potato wedges differently, they were halved potatoes that I think were briefly fried.

Big surprise: you usually know several Greek restaurants. But this is a revelation. We came here by chance while staying in Rostock. What great food, delicious wine and incredibly nice service! You would like to spend a week on holiday here. Too bad, today was the only day. But we'll be back. Promised!

We went there several times for dinner. Always great quality, very tasty. Friendly and above all very clean. Gladly again.

Unfortunately the food wasn't that good. The meat was quite fatty and the tzatziki had a relatively neutral taste. Overall, it's not very seasoned, which is not what you would expect from Greek cuisine. We were disappointed. The service was good and always tried hard.

So there are rarely restaurants where lamb is perfect... here it is like that... lamb and meat and side dishes were delicious... very friendly service attentive and quick and correct... the only drop of sadness... it was a bit loud

First impression: Nice and friendly, but then we were very disappointed with the service at the table. Superficial treatment. Worst tasting gyros ever. Dry rice with it - I know it differently and better from every Greek. It was way too loud for us. Station hall.

We were there today with 8 people. I didn't even know the Greek until today and was totally thrilled. The food tasted great and the service, like everything else, was first class. We will be back definitely.

We were there around 4pm on a Saturday. It wasn't very crowded at that time. We received a very warm welcome, were given a table without a reservation and were served in a friendly and very quick manner. There are a lot of food and drinks to choose from. We had very tasty cocktails and our food was great too. The prices are still ok. Main course around 20€. The atmosphere is Greek in style, but a bit cramped (but that didn't bother me). We liked it and enjoyed it. Thanks for the great service and food.

Unmöglich!!!! Bahnhofshallenatmosphäre. Wer ein Kindergericht in doppelter Größe bestellt, da für einen Erwachsenen gedacht, bekommt schon mal keinen Salat gereicht. Anfängliche Freundlichkeit schlug nach einem Sonderwunsch in der Bestellung in arrogante Unfreundlichkeit um. Den Ouzo hinterher muss man extra bezahlen, also aufgepasst! Wir werden diesen Laden nie mehr besuchen. Schade 💁‍♀️

Eine nette griechischer Taverne. Alles okay, aber nicht herausragend. Ich würde hier auch wieder hingehen.

Ein Tisch am Fenster ist zu dieser Jahreszeit ungünstig, da es dort sehr zugig ist.Das Essen war leider nur leicht lauwarm.Die Teller waren wirklich kalt,habe nicht untertrieben. Leider wurden auch Pommes und Kroketten versehentlich vertauscht in der Küche.Bedienung war sehr gastfreundlich. Insgesamt kann man es besser machen.LG und guten Appetit

Absolut genial. Ich spreche selten in Gastronomie ein derartiges Lob aus. Trotz überfüllung, würde ich wahrgenommen. Die Bedienung erinnerte sich sogar an mein Getränk und brachte es schon in kurzer Zeit an den Tisch. Das Ambiente ist gut gepflegt. Ich arbeitete auch schon in der Gastronomie und sehe schnell Staub und Dreck. Doch nicht hier. Es war so sauber, wie man es nur schaffen kann. Das Flair des Restaurants ist traditionell Griechenland und bringt den Charme der Moderne mit ein. Jetzt aber zum wichtigsten Teil. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Köche. Ich habe selten so gutes Lamm bekommen. Es war einfach auf den Punkt. 10 von 10 Punkte. Das Essen im Ganzen war sogar schon fast zu gut um wahr zu sein. Wir haben als Beilage Kartoffelecken bestellt und waren verliebt. Die Besten, die ich je in der Gastronomie bekommen habe. Es war schlicht weg perfekt. Ein besonderes Lob geht hier an den Service. Man wird begrüßt und bekommt einen Platz zugeteilt. Eine grandiose beiläufige Höflichkeit, die heute eher selten zu finden ist. Die Karte ist auf den Tischen aufgeklebt, was ich persönlich toll fand. Von Bestellung bis Ankunft des Essens ist eine faszinierende kurze Zeit gewesen. Das muss man erstmal hinbekommen. Die Angestellten wirken gepflegt und haben Spaß beim Bedienen. Mir geht das Herz auf, wenn ich das sehe. Auch etwas besonderes. Ich weiß, dass bei Kritik auch etwas negatives gesagt werden sollte... Aber hier... Keine Chance für negatives. Danke für den tollen Abend. Wir kommen wieder.
