Es war wie immer hervorragend. Sehr nette und freundliche Personal , top Service und unfassbar lecker . Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig und verführerisch.

Das Essen war ganz in Ordnung. Etwas mehr Finesse wäre allerdings wünschenswert. Teilweise schmecken die angebotenen Speisen, insbesondere die Maki Rolls leider etwas fad. Da gibt es in Düsseldorf durchaus etwas insperativere Sushirestaurants. Das Ambiente im Lokal ist allerdings äußerst gut gelungen. Auch der Service ist geprägt von japanischer Zurückhaltung. Das ist durchaus positiv gemeint und sehr angenehm. Ob wir das Lokal noch mal besuchen, wissen wir noch nicht. Vielleicht gibt es mal eine B Probe.

The sushi and rolls are still very tasty. However, the wakame salad was a disappointment: spring onion, avocado, but hardly any wakame, and they were stingy with the ponzu dressing. And the drink prices have also risen to a level that I no longer find acceptable.

Highly recommended! The sushi was incredibly delicious and of outstanding quality. Fresh, finely balanced, and perfectly presented. The Wagyu Katsu was also a real highlight: tender, juicy, and of the highest quality. You can immediately tell that the work here is done with love and skill. The service was also exceptionally friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. Simply an extraordinary experience. Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever visited; I'll definitely be back!

Das Essen kann man empfehlen. Leider war der Service kaum präsent - haben immer wieder sehr lange warten müssen (teilweise eine halbe Stunde, bis man uns wieder „entdeckt“ hat, um zB. Getränke zu bestellen…Teilen des bestellten Essens wurden vergessen (eine Vorspeise und eine Nachspeise)…..einfach Schade! Schade, denn das Essen ist wirklich gut….

We went there in the afternoon with our stag party group, and it was perfect. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the friendly and attentive server made the day even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it.

The sushi was fantastic, and so was the overall ambiance. Two stars are deducted for the following three factors: The service really needs improvement! My expectations in this price range: Attentive waiters who take the initiative to explain things, and constantly keep an eye on guests to see if they want anything else. Tonight, it was maybe half full, and the waiters still didn't do a great job. I expect something different in this price range. 2. There's exactly one restroom for men and women, which is already borderline. If the men's restroom, including the toilet seat, is completely full of piss and therefore unusable, then that's an absolute no-go, especially in this price range. 3. If someone then asks me if everything was okay and I truthfully state the two points mentioned, I don't want to hear any explanations – sorry, but that's unprofessional. As the boss, I then say, "I'm so sorry, we'll continue to work on improving, and someone will take care of the restroom immediately!" What I don't do as a boss or employee is get lost in any kind of justification.

Whether it's A5 Wagyu, sushi, edamame, or sashimi, The price is completely justified for the quality served here. We had sushi, gyoza, fried ebi, A very nice bottle of white wine from France (the price was right here too). We will definitely come back and recommend the restaurant!

This is my second time here with Neotaste. I'll be back even without a voucher because the sushi is EXCELLENT. Everything is perfect. The prices are, of course, expensive, but reasonable, and the second drawback is the location—a bit more remote, but quieter.

The service is outstanding, extremely polite, courteous, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. You feel valued as a guest and well looked after. The food is an absolute highlight. Each dish was lovingly presented, almost like small works of art. The taste was a dream, super fresh, finely balanced, and simply delicious. You can taste the high quality and passion in every bite. For me, DEN is one of the best sushi restaurants in Düsseldorf. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy sushi at the highest level!

We were there for lunch, just the two of us. The service was super fast and friendly. We had shrimp and various sushi, both incredibly tasty and freshly prepared, and of excellent quality. It was delicious; we'll definitely be back. It was pleasant because it wasn't too crowded; it was very quiet, clean, and attractively decorated.

Wir waren zu Viert und haben Shareplats bestellt. Vorspeisen und verschiedene Hauptgänge. Die Gerichte kamen zeitnah und waren sehr sehr gut. Der Service hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein dürfen. Hier ist sicherlich auch zwischen Stammpersonal und Aushilfspersonal zu unterscheiden. Das Aushilfspersonal kann ja noch besser werden. Insgesamt ist ein Besuch zu empfehlen.

Not cheap, and parking is a bit difficult due to the many apartments surrounding it, but it's incredibly delicious – the drinks, the food, and the ambiance are just right – fantastic Asian food, a wonderful selection, attractively presented and very tasty. A beautiful, chic restaurant with great, attentive service. We had a very well-rounded dinner that we will definitely repeat!

I’m honestly shocked by how awful my experience with The Den Restaurant has been twice now! The first time, I ordered the Raw Salman, and it was in such a horrible condition I could hardly believe it. It looked almost white, like it was about to expire, and it was served with sushi that was warm. Yes, warm. Absolutely unacceptable for sushi. If that wasn’t bad enough, the delivery took over TWO hours. Two. Hours. For this mess? I decided to give them a second chance, thinking maybe it was a one-time fluke. Big mistake. The second time around, the food and service were even worse. Someone clearly doesn’t care about quality control or customer experience. If you value your time, money, and stomach, avoid this place at all costs.

I fail to grasp how this place can have such high ratings. Either people here have not been to a real restaurant or it is all bought posts :( Interior decoration - 5 stars Service - 4 stars Food - 1 star Everything is decorated with silly sliced cucumber and other things that just dilute the taste. Ebi fry was guaranteed not fresh, but deep frozen. This also explains why it only costs 7.50. „8 treasures“ sushi was some sort of fine selection but with a dominant taste of Philadelphia cheese :( If you want to be a real sushi place then use real Wasabi root instead of this mustard paste coloured green. Will not be coming back.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht: Für die hohen Preise hätten wir deutlich bessere Qualität erwartet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass wir zum Abschluss ein Dessert als Kompliment des Hauses erhalten haben – dieses war wirklich lecker. For me personally one of the top 10 sushi restaurants in Düsseldorf. The quality impresses with every visit and the price-performance ratio is right. The atmosphere on the outdoor terrace in summer is very nice; However, you should always bring a thin jacket or sweater inside, as it can be a bit cold in places (air conditioning).

We were there during the Prowein, 6 people, well looked after, very satisfied even though it was fully reserved. Everyone tried different sushi and we swapped with each other, along with a delicious Riesling, everyone was super happy. A sushi restaurant that impresses in almost every way. The quality of the ingredients is consistently high, the preparation is precise, and the service is professional and calm. Everything seems well coordinated - as if there was a clear understanding of what you want to offer here and how. Particularly noteworthy is the Crispy Chicken Sushi, which stands out particularly positively due to its consistency and balanced taste. Overall, a well thought-out concept that is consistently implemented. I honestly can't think of anything that needs to be improved.

Da ich aus Versehen einen Platz im Wintergarten reserviert hatte, bot man uns sofort einen Tisch im Restaurant an. Sehr zuvorkommend. Bei der Bestellung wurden die Maki vergessen, was wir allerdings nicht als schlimm empfunden haben, es wurde auch sofort nachgebracht. Der Service war unaufdringlich aber immer präsent. Das Essen war sehr gut und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We ate at this restaurant for the first time today, and I have to say, the ambiance is really pleasant and stylish. Our service was also friendly. For starters, I had miso soup, which was perfectly acceptable, and gyoza, which tasted excellent. Full of anticipation, we then received our selection of sushi, and this, of all places, left not only me but also my companion very disappointed. Taste is subjective, so the rice, which I find underseasoned, hardly influences my rating. What I found truly disappointing, however, was the very small amount of fish, which meant that it was also untasteable. Unfortunately, this impression permeated our entire order. I enjoy sushi and sashimi, so I have some experience with them. Bottom line, for me, a restaurant with potential, but we won't be returning for the time being.

2 Stunden für 2 Sushi flights ist zu lang. Und das an nem Dienstag Abend… Der Laden war vielleicht zu 50% voll. Da muss man dann wenigstens Lieferando aus machen wenn die Küche überfordert ist. Das Essen selber war ne 1+. Hier kann man sehr gutes Sushi haben. Preis ist jedoch entsprechend hoch.

An elegant restaurant with dim lighting and an intimate atmosphere - almost so dark that reading the menu becomes a challenge. Reservations are advisable as places are limited. The service is courteous and the dishes are artfully presented. Particularly practical: The menu contains photos of the dishes - perfect for visual connoisseurs! Some portions are smaller than expected and the prices are rather high. But the visit is definitely worth it for special occasions. A stylish place for foodies!

Um rundum versorgt zu werden musste man schauen, wann jemand vorbeikommt und aktiv melden… Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und schön angerichtet. Die Preise liegen im gehobenen Mittelfeld.

For the price you would expect to get a big high quality food, but in the end you’ll be served nothing but basic food plus you have to wait an hour until you get your food and in the end when you ask for your bill, you have to wait another hour because the coworkers love to eat and to chat instead of helping the customers but how a restaurant like this serve broken chopsticks , pardon

This restaurant is a true gem. The food was simply to die for - authentic, fresh and prepared with so much attention to detail that you enjoyed every bite. The menu offers a great selection and every dish we tried was a real treat. The ambience is equally impressive: stylish, cozy and inviting, so you immediately feel at home. The perfect place to spend a relaxing evening with family, friends or as a couple. The service is particularly noteworthy – incredibly warm, attentive and friendly. As a guest you feel completely welcome and well looked after.

The food was delicious, but: something was broken in the kitchen so half the menu couldn't be prepared, which was especially issue for those who wanted to get other things than sushi. Trmpura sushi were also out of question. We did not hear any "sorry" or suggestions in the menu for the alternatives. I had to remind the waiter twice about my order, the part of the main was not served and the dessert was also forgotten. It's not acceptable for this level of restaurant. Also, we asked for 2 names on the bill but received only one (for the company accounting purposes). The service can definitely be improved.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Lack of Transparency We had a business dinner here today, and it was a complete disaster. Due to a kitchen malfunction, they were unable to serve any hot dishes and had almost no desserts available. The restaurant never informed us in advance, even though they had our contact details. Yet, they are very strict about their reservation policy, threatening a €30 charge per person for no-shows. We only learned about the kitchen issue after being seated, which is completely unacceptable. The limited food that was available was subpar—cold miso soup, and sushi that did not meet the quality one would expect from a place with such a reputation. Nobody in the restaurant took the ownership of the malfunction and they even charged us for the cold miso soup that we sent back. There are far better Japanese restaurants in Düsseldorf. This one is all hype and no substance. Avoid it. At all cost.

The sushi is so delicious and beautifully presented and the waiter is extremely friendly and accommodating. The whole restaurant is very clean, including the women's toilets. Wir wurden im "Wintwrgarten" platziert. Es waren wohl Heizlampen über den Tischen, aber diese waren für mich nicht ausreichend. Ohne Jacke wäre ein Aufenthalt nicht möglich gewesen. Mit dicker Winterjacke ein Abendessen genießen, für mich nicht vorstellbar. Den QR Code am.Tisch konnte man nicht mehr scannen, da er schon sehr ausgewaschen war. Man hätte uns zwar freundlicher Weise einen anderen Tisch angeboten, jedoch nicht im Innenbereich. Schade, dass man hier nicht darauf hingewiesen wird, bei der Buchung. Sehr enttäuschend.

I had high expectations because the interior and bar are really beautifully designed. The atmosphere is welcoming and modern, which makes the visit pleasant. Unfortunately the sushi was a big disappointment. It was by far the worst thing I've ever eaten. The pieces were dry and had hardly any flavor - it felt like it was from the day before. Additionally, the amount of salad served as decoration was excessive. In the end, it all just ends up in the trash, and after all, we aren't rabbits. Overall, the price-performance ratio is simply not right here. I hope that the kitchen will be improved in the future because the ambience definitely has potential!

Unser erster und ganz nicht letzter Besuch. Schöne Atmosphäre. Service sehr aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich. Speisen qualitativ sehr gut und ein angemessenes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die bestellten Espressi standen wohl aufgrund voller Belegung etwas zu lange bei der Ausgabe und waren nur noch lauwarm. Was natürlich einmal passieren kann. Wurden aber mit einer Entschuldigung und freundlichem Lächeln sofort ersetzt. Wobei der ebenfalls äußerst freundliche Barkeeper diese dann persönlich direkt an unseren Tisch brachte. Was will man mehr?

The two of us went to your restaurant and ordered drinks and food. Unfortunately there was an error when ordering, which we politely complained about. The waiter apologized and took the entire plate, even though only one roll was wrong. We found this a shame as there were also warm rolls on the plate and we would have appreciated if only the faulty roll had been replaced - especially as we were hungry. After about ten minutes the plate was brought back to us. I pointed out that the previously warm rolls had now become cold. The waiter was understanding and wanted to take the plate back to make it completely new. However, we asked to leave the plate and just replace the cold roll, which he did. Unfortunately, we had the impression that our complaint was not well received in the kitchen. This was evident in the next roll, which used a mango that was completely unripe and tasteless - something we would not have expected at a sushi restaurant of this caliber. We are very disappointed and regret that we went to you.
