We've been there several times now and have always received very friendly service. The food has consistently been excellent, especially considering the prices! In my opinion, it's some of the best you can get for the quantity and quality. You pay around €15-20 per person (you can always spend more, of course), and you'll definitely leave satisfied. Plus, it tastes great, especially since you can choose how spicy you want it. We'll definitely be back!

We were a group of several people at the restaurant and were absolutely thrilled! The food was not only incredibly delicious but also very easy on the stomach – which I particularly appreciated. Some of us were eating Indian food for the first time and were equally impressed by the diverse flavors and fresh ingredients. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating; you immediately feel welcome. A truly recommendable restaurant – we will definitely be back.

I've had celiac disease for about two years and felt incredibly well cared for there. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

I recently had Indian food here and was, unfortunately, quite disappointed overall. The food was barely spiced and hardly tasted like Indian food. My dish tasted more like tomato and a regular sauce. The waiter didn't really answer our question about the spice level – instead, the food was served completely unseasoned, with a spicy sauce on the side. When we accidentally spilled the salad, we cleaned it up as best we could ourselves. Nevertheless, our request to wipe the table was ignored. Later, the waiter simply pushed the remaining salad pieces under the plates, or when he placed the plates on the table and was on the side with a few pieces of salad, he simply placed the plate on top of the salad. The portions were also very small for the price. Rice was only served once, and we had the impression that the rotating serving plate was more of a way to disguise the small portions. The first photo shows a main course of roast chicken (it was served on salad), but it was so incredibly small, I can't believe it for the price. The atmosphere was also unpleasant: The waiters were constantly running back and forth between the tables, seeming stressed, unfriendly, and annoyed. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant restaurant visit – I wouldn't recommend it.

We had a very good experience. There were five of us and we ordered different dishes to share so everyone could try a variety of dishes. The dishes were served on a large rotating tray, making it really easy to share the dishes. The delicious basmati rice was served in beautiful pots, and everyone was asked to help themselves. We really liked that, as everyone could portion out according to their own hunger. We asked for more rice, and that wasn't a problem. We were given a new pot (free of charge, of course). The staff were all very friendly. Overall, the restaurant made a very good impression. We will eat there often.

I love Indian food and have tried it in many places, but none compare to this place: Delhi-Roma. It's the best place to enjoy this delicacy and is always my first choice when eating out. The distance doesn't bother me because here I feel at home and get the best of India. Highly recommended, I don't regret it in the slightest 💛🧡♥️

I'm thrilled with the food, the service was friendly. We had the 36 with vegetables.

It was a thoroughly successful evening! There were three of us here, and we had a starter plate, three main courses, and lots of naan. The homemade mango lemonade is also delicious and highly recommended. The masala tea and mango cups with homemade mango cream rounded off the evening. A very pleasant conversation with the owner and the staff, and a mango liqueur as a farewell, sweetened our evening. As I said, a thoroughly successful evening. We'll be back regularly. Best wishes.

We came here for the first time today by chance and were thrilled. The starter was excellent, the main course was a dream. Very friendly staff, fast service, comfortable seating, everything was excellent. The food was very filling, with lots of delicious rice. Very good value for money. You can also invite your friends here, which we will do soon. Plenty of parking is available nearby.

I've been eating at Delhi-Roma for years and can say that the restaurant offers authentic Indian cuisine of a high standard. The menu is very diverse, with everything from meat dishes to vegetarian and vegan options. The drinks menu also leaves nothing to be desired. The food is always freshly prepared, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The service is friendly, attentive, and accommodating to individual requests; you simply feel completely at home here.

The owners were so kind and explained everything to me about how they prepare dishes, noting that they also have celiac disease and can make everything gluten-free. We love Indian food, and Delhi-Roma is our absolute favorite. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is highly recommended for people with celiac disease. The owner suffers from celiac disease herself, and everyone is very knowledgeable about it. The gluten-free menu is extensive. They even offer gluten-free naan upon request. The naan is prepared in the kitchen in a dedicated area with separate utensils. For me, as a celiac, it's super relaxing to eat here without having to worry about contamination.

The food was excellent, as was the service. It's a shame I was just visiting; otherwise, I would go here more often. Absolutely recommended.

Deli Roma is my absolute favorite restaurant in Wuppertal – not only because it offers great Indian cuisine, but because, as a vegan with wheat intolerance, I feel completely safe and well looked after here. The owners know exactly what's important, as they suffer from intolerances themselves – this is evident in the exceptional care and competence with which they cater to individual requests. Eating gluten-free and lactose-free/vegan is often a risk – but not here. I can sit back and relax and simply enjoy. New to the menu is gluten-free Indian bread 😋👍

It's been a long time since we've eaten at Dehli Roma and we weren't disappointed. Starters very tasty and the main courses too. I ordered 2x slightly spicy and 1x medium spicy. I have to say, the medium spicy was enough for me personally, and I like eating spicy. After all, you still want to taste something 😉. We had the yogurt and the naan bread with garlic as a starter, then the chicken with vegetables in curry, the butter chicken and the chicken chilli We decided to stop by more often

Price-performance ratio was ok for the food served, but not more than we would have expected. Our dishes all looked the same. The taste is not intense, like the usual Indian food I know. Our dishes all looked the same. Starter was neutral in taste. The service employee who served us the food didn't radiate any cheerfulness that evening either. Very tight seating. The location was very full, which is probably due to the cheap prices.

Well, we have eaten here several times and picked up one or two dinners, including today. It just tastes really delicious and is also very inexpensive, in our opinion. Today I had the lentil soup for the first time and although I'm not a huge fan of lentils (but I was curious), I have to say, this soup was extremely tasty and, thanks to the different spices, something completely new for me. Will definitely order again next time I visit! Thank you very much for this delicious dinner, you're happy to take three quarters of an hour's drive to do it :)) A real treat - gladly again!

The food is very tasty, good selection. Unfortunately the service has deteriorated significantly. We would have liked to have a drink after dinner, but after we had our food there was no longer any interest in us.

We had briyani, butter chicken and chicken with spinach. Everything was fine and tasty. The restaurant was well attended, even on a Wednesday evening! Unfortunately, my briyani wasn't spicy, as requested, but I was served a spicy oil with it. I would have liked more spice and authenticity.

Compared to other cafes, your restaurant offers high quality dishes and a variety of flavors. Unfortunately, not authentic Indian food at all, even though the staff are Indians. I really enjoy eating Indian food and often do so in other cities and the biryani doesn't come close to an authentic biryani. It's a shame and also for the price, just under €15... for half a plate. Cheeky… not recommended if you're looking for authentic Indian food.

We felt very comfortable. The food was fantastic, especially because you can decide the level of spiciness yourself. We had Mangolassi, Garlic Naan, Paneer Pakora, Papadum and three main courses. Everything great. Gladly again.

This is a very nice restaurant. My friend's birthday was celebrated here. We had our own zone in the restaurant, without extra visitors, which was very comfortable. Our company was very diverse: vegans, vegetarians, raw foodists, meat eaters, small children. Satisfied everyone! Thank you 🌹 It's delicious, quiet, the waiters are always available, but they don't bother you. Here we were able to enjoy the moment and the food. We will come back here again.

We thought the atmosphere was great, nice and small and cozy. Had Indian food for the first time. Great selection, nice advice. The food was delicious and I found it very comfortable.

The service is good, but we could have asked from time to time if everything was okay. Unfortunately, the dish “Mutton Nilgiri” was not known. You can overlook that. The mango lassi should have had more flavor, the starter was ok, but the chicken pieces from the starter tasted a lot like eggs. The main courses were ok. The korma was too watery and generally didn't taste convincing. Neither does the butter chicken. The naan was a flop.
