Very good value for money. A good restaurant with good quality, which we wouldn't have expected in a park. The portions are filling and appropriate for children (8 years old). The mixed salad was absolutely fresh, the meat was good, the curry had a pleasant spice, and the accompanying vegetables were also fresh and crisp. Excellent. The only thing was that the food didn't come out all at once, so we had to eat some one after the other. But it only took 5 minutes, and the children's schnitzels were cut in that time.

We often go to Schloss Dankern with our children to the amusement park. The children and we love it there and always have a lot of fun. And whenever we are there we eat at the Deele bistro. But today will be the last time. We celebrated our 3-year-old daughter's birthday in the park and wanted to have a cozy meal in the restaurant with the family. A friendly young man greeted us at the door and said we could sit at any table on the right-hand side. As we sat down, an employee with glasses and short hair, whose "joy in her work" you could see from the look in her eyes, said in an extremely brisk tone (almost shouting) that we weren't allowed to sit at the table behind us because she had already folded the napkins there. OK, we were already sitting at another table, but it didn't matter. When she took our order, totally stressed, annoyed, and truly unfriendly, she said in an extremely unfriendly tone that my three-year-old daughter, as it was her birthday, wasn't allowed to eat the five Pombär chips she was holding. Even if it's forbidden, firstly it's the sound that makes the music, and secondly, we're talking about a small child at an amusement park. Normally, I go straight to management in cases like this, but I didn't want to ruin my daughter's birthday. They're not doing themselves any favors with service like that. Unfortunately, this was the last time for us.

We've been to Dankern many times with the family. The quality has declined considerably over the years. We have fond memories of visits 10 years ago. The food is really bad these days. Everything seems like frozen food. Fries were brought to the table cold, and the currywurst was weak. I had a bit of pike-perch between my bones. The service was okay.

Breakfast is filling, but nothing more. There's Nutella, butter, honey, and cream cheese, all packaged. Sausage, cheese, Camembert, and cold pasta salads, as well as tomato and mozzarella. The delicious croissants have been discontinued, which is a shame! For lunch or dinner: pizza is really delicious, and the large salad was excellent. It's best to order the dressing separately. The fried potatoes are a bit greasy but tasty and well-seasoned. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restrooms are simple and clean. There's also a children's play area, although it's unfortunately showing its age and is very dirty.

Good service and great food, but unfortunately, smoking is allowed on the covered terrace where all the kids are jumping around or sitting at the tables. Unfortunately, child protection isn't a priority there.

After 15 minutes of ignoring them, you would probably have thought, "Well, someone else will do it, then I'll go and ask the paying guests if they want to order something." I actually wanted to leave but my wife stopped me. If the service is terrible, the food can't be better. And that's exactly what it was. Currywurst, one of the simplest dishes in the world, was so abysmal that I quickly ran to the toilet after eating it. The spaghetti was left lying around. And the supposed baked potato with chicken strips turned out to be a loveless, dry piece of breast with a potato - super. We were thrilled. Sure, I'm a chef myself and very fussy, but this is just not acceptable. As I said, diarrhea says hello.

For a theme park restaurant, it's perfectly fine, more than you'd expect. We had lunch there. They serve pizza, schnitzel, salad, fries, and more—everything you'd need at a family park. The prices and quality were good, and the portions were more than adequate. The service was friendly and approachable, and the cleanliness was excellent.

First impression: The food was good and the staff very friendly, but seemingly completely overwhelmed. Overall, we are satisfied despite the longer wait. Second impression: The food was good again, and despite the fewer customers, all the food arrived with a delay. We probably won't get a third impression, but will instead look around the area. Why: Even if you don't come during peak hours, you should allow plenty of time. The food only arrives after 30 to 60 minutes, sometimes longer. Drinks tend to take just as long during peak hours. The staff is friendly, but not overly motivated, and the lack of competition (in the immediate vicinity) is also noticeable. Value for money (food): 4 stars (unfortunately not consistent, but overall good.) Unfortunately, the rest is lost due to speed.

We've been there several times on our vacation to sip cocktails (a small, tasty selection, including non-alcoholic ones) and eat. On the first evening we were there, unfortunately, they only served pizza; the rest of the hot kitchen was already closed. Unfortunately, despite the low number of customers, the drinks took longer than the food to arrive at our table. On the second evening, when it was packed, the drinks came very quickly thanks to the excellent staff. Even later, our son's leftover drink was transferred into a to-go cup (including ice and a drink refill). On the last day, I ordered a "Strammer Max" (a German beer). Very tasty 😋 Friendly staff again. There was live music and entertainment for the children on and in front of the stage several times. We'll be back :)

We went to the restaurant today and had a very good meal there. The waiters were very friendly, and we were served quickly and courteously at all times. The food was ready quickly, and the portions were really generous. The price is also perfectly reasonable. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back. To be fair, it should perhaps be mentioned that the restaurant was only half full as it was still early evening. What was really annoying was the smoking of our neighbors outside. The entire area is covered with glass, and the smoke can hardly escape. Perhaps they could differentiate between smokers and non-smokers to keep everyone happy, especially for children, since the restaurant is located in an amusement park.

We had five different dishes and were completely satisfied with all of them. The children's plates were really generous, so we were able to pack a few more. The other portions were also great. Dessert (ice cream) was also excellent. Not too big for the kids. We'll definitely be back and would happily eat here again. The staff were friendly and nice.

We ate there today and unfortunately, we didn't like it at all. The server taking our order was very impatient and unfriendly, the fries tasted sweet rather than salty, and the nuggets were like chewing gum. Therefore, we unfortunately can't give it a positive review.

The schnitzel buffet and the spare rib buffet were very disappointing. The schnitzel was thrown straight from the freezer into the deep fryer and that was it. The mushroom sauce was more like pudding, and the spare ribs had no seasoning at all, completely bland. Zero stars, sorry, that was different a few years ago. One day we ate à la carte, which was absolutely fine. The taste was okay and there was plenty of it.

The restaurant has clearly declined in quality and service. The waiters are unfriendly, and the manager also seems to have no interest in criticism. There were nine of us, and when the food arrived, I immediately saw a hair on my meat and spoke to the waiter, who ignored me and left. I then spoke to the second lady, who looked at my plate in disbelief and finally took it with an "oh." 10 minutes later, the food (new?) arrived, but it was very nicely slapped onto the plate and placed in front of me without a word. Extremely unfriendly, and not even an apology was forthcoming. Overall, the food was very poorly seasoned, and the beef was ordered medium, but came almost raw. Shortly before the end, my daughter fished another hair out of her Bolognese. I remember this restaurant as being much better; both the food and service were very poor; I do not recommend it.

There's a regular buffet here, but I'd advise against it. Schnitzel, whether pork or chicken, is fried to death. Potato gratin is flavorless.

The schnitzel buffet was absolutely terrible. The schnitzels were cold and hard, the sauce was also cold, and the dessert was also bad. The day before, we had pizza here, and it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted sweet and was very soft. Not recommended.

The food looks good, but the taste leaves something to be desired. Anyone who delivers ketchup in sachets is a mess anyway. The price is at least 20% too high for the quality.

Disappointing Service – This Is Not How You Should Treat Guests We recently dined at the Deele restaurant and sat down at an outside table. The menus were brought to us, and we were just about to choose something in peace when the waitress came over and asked what we wanted. We politely asked for a moment to consider it. Meanwhile, the same server was still serving our neighboring tables and taking orders. We assumed we were next – but unfortunately, we were simply ignored. The server avoided all eye contact and instead disappeared into the restaurant. Shortly afterward, another server approached us – not to take our order, but to take our menus without a word. We didn't think anything of it at first. Five minutes later, at exactly 4:31 p.m., a male employee finally appeared and asked for our order. When we finally wanted to place it, we were informed that the kitchen was already closed. This is absolutely unacceptable. Our neighboring tables had been able to place their orders just a few minutes before us without any problems – and we were simply refused service. If we had been honestly told when we first contacted them that the kitchen was about to close, we would have been better able to understand the situation. Instead, we were left hanging and then presented with a fait accompli. That's not how you treat paying guests. Communication, friendliness, and a minimum level of attentiveness are part of good manners in the restaurant industry – unfortunately, we lacked all of that that afternoon. We certainly won't be coming back – and cannot recommend the Deele restaurant based on our experience.

Service was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our food was disappointing—convenience food through and through. The fries were stale and had to be refried. On the other hand, the portion size was perfectly fine.

All-weather restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Very family-friendly. Great staff!

We were there five days in a row for the breakfast buffet and once for the American spare ribs buffet. There's a good selection at breakfast, and the scrambled eggs are delicious. The American buffet also had a wide selection and I really enjoyed it. My husband had a gyro plate and was also very satisfied. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We've already been on two school trips to Dankern with a school class and were very satisfied with the food each time. The staff is very flexible and open to last-minute changes. The food is delicious, and both the students and teachers were satisfied. An additional salad bar would be great.

The service is a disaster. From the very long wait for drinks and food to missing orders and the wrong food being served, everything was there. Update: Deele has caught herself again and everything is fine again.

Had a nice meal with the family: 2 pizzas, fries with Curry sausage, schnitzel with onion and fried potatoes. The small pizzas were still too big for our children (better too many than...) and the only downside I found was: way too many onions on my schnitzel, and they were still half raw. A very clean and nicely decorated restaurant.

Lots of potential – unfortunately unused! Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing, even though the restaurant seemed promising at first glance. About the service: In a restaurant, I expect a designated waiter or waitress to be assigned to a group of tables to ensure smooth operations and clear communication. Instead, we had the feeling that several service staff were responsible, which led to misunderstandings. Adjustments to the dishes were only half-heartedly accepted, and unfortunately no real ambition or friendliness was noticeable. To eat: We ordered two ham pizzas for the children, a Caesar salad and a baked potato. The pizzas arrived about five minutes apart, followed by the salad another five minutes later. The baked potato took an additional 15(!) minutes - unfortunately it was dry and hardly had any sauce on it. The fact that the dishes are served at such a different time in an empty restaurant is an absolute no-go for me. Overall, the impression remains: a lot of potential, but neither the kitchen nor the service have managed to implement it. Very unfortunate.

I was there on Thursday for schnitzel day. There was a buffet with schnitzel, fries, etc. I found it very tasty.

At the end we wanted to have lunch in the pirate ship. A reservation was not necessary at lunchtime and was not offered even after further inquiries. Of course, on the day we wanted to eat, everything was full and everyone else had reservations. The service staff on site were unable to understand our situation. The service at the table was functional. The food was as expected. The lollipop at the stand opposite was worth the money and saved the return journey.

I found the food OK, but not great. The massively overwhelmed waitress was cheeky and was not only inflexible and rude, but downright cheeky! She shouted loudly at my husband and at us as a group several times in front of the entire store that we were messing up the entire kitchen because we wanted to change a children's meal from a total of 19 pre-ordered dishes and also wanted to order appetizers. The winter garden, which was full - as she loudly told us - seemed to be more important to her than other guests. The service is subpar and can really ruin your entire evening - sad that it was supposed to be a nice birthday party that we ended up canceling because of the impossible waitress. I can say that it was terrible and we will definitely not see this restaurant again.

No matter how good the food is, if the service is poor, the overall impression remains negative. Quite overwhelmed with large groups, no flexibility in changing pre-selected dishes. By this I also mean adding oil to other dishes or changing one fast food dish into another fast food dish! Stupid answer and reaction! Put the entire mood of our group in a bad mood, so we left straight after the meal! It was actually supposed to be a cozy birthday party. Waitress was totally overwhelmed, irritable, stressed and took forever to get the bill!

Restaurant was cold, no heating on. When asked, we were told that it would soon be warm when all the guests were there. Food was up and down in quality. Pepper sauce for schnitzel was an absolute disaster but the schnitzel was very tasty. The rest was okay, but with a wait of almost 2 hours it was also borderline.

Great restaurant, very friendly staff, super delicious food. Top, we'd love to come back.

The food in general very tasty! We ate there for several days. The spare ribs and schnitzels were not very special, but many other dishes were really very good! Appetizers also very good!! It would be nice to come by a little more often for a drink, but it was also very busy every day. You will definitely see us again!

We went to the Deele as a family for dinner yesterday, October 31, 2024, around 2 p.m. It wasn't busy. The hot appetizers all arrived at different times, some were cold, and some were so hot that we had to wait again to eat them. The main course was received inconsistently, so everyone was soon eating it alone. The schnitzel with sauce was so greasy it was inedible. When we mentioned the greasy schnitzel with sauce, the response was unfriendly and arrogant, saying it was just water and fat.

Restaurant Deele offers really good food, especially for a restaurant in a holiday center! The dishes are fresh and tastefully prepared. Particularly noteworthy is the very friendly staff, whose warm manner contributes to the feel-good factor. The ambience is also nice and inviting, ideal for a relaxed meal with the family. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right. Of course, it can be a bit noisy at times as many families with children dine here, but that is completely understandable in a holiday center. A small point of improvement would be the toilets: They are clean, but could use some modernization as they look a little old. Overall, a clear recommendation – we would love to come back!

The food was great and filling. Even the children's plates. The restaurant is quite large but still quiet. There is also a large area outside with plenty of seating and a stage. We can also recommend the breakfast buffet there.

Went to Dankern Castle for a short trip and at the end we should have taken a trip to the restaurant. Ambience is really nice on the first block clean and nicely designed. Serving is the end of the session, 4 people sit at a mini table even though it was empty, okay the route was just short for the staff. Now the most important meal was with 3 children, 1 chicken nuggets with fries, you can't go wrong, everything is ready. The others wanted the nuggets with mashed potatoes, but what can you say the mashed potatoes were left behind. No salt, strange consistency and very dark color. My children only know homemade mashed potatoes. I had paprika sauce with rice and chicken breast. Again, no salt should be eaten with a spoon, but the peppers should be of a certain size. So it wasn't the worst meal but to be honest we would have gone to the food stalls next time, I expect more in the restaurant!

Ate there twice, everyone was thrilled twice and the price, for a park like this, was almost unbeatable. For four people including drinks, I would have paid a lot more for fries in another park and there was a large selection of dishes here - no Fritzenbudenessen. In addition, there was a staff who made everything possible, a lot of fun thanks to the children's disco and, as I said, the food was great.

Today was probably the last time we were in the Deele. Otherwise we were always very satisfied and we probably ate there twice during our vacation. Today we had to wait forever for our drinks. Our friends at the next table already had drinks and their food, so we were still sitting on dry land. Unfortunately, the food was also very disappointing. The carrots in the jumbo fish fingers were rock hard, and in the mashed potatoes there were indefinable brown chunks. My schnitzel and fried potatoes were so greasy that it was just disgusting. The schnitzel was basically swimming in fat. Nobody came and asked if everything was okay or if we would like something to drink. The mayo I ordered didn't arrive either. All in all, it's a real shame because we always enjoyed eating there. Unfortunately we left very disappointed. We probably won't visit the Deele in Dankern again.

We were in Deele 3 years ago and were so excited. When we visited Dankern Castle again, I was already looking forward to the meal in Deele. Unfortunately it was a total failure. We reserved 2 tables with 2 families. After a 10 minute wait, the first table was served and the drinks were taken. We then immediately afterwards. The first table got their drinks after 20 minutes and then their food relatively quickly. We didn't even have the drinks. It doesn't work at all. The staff is completely unprofessional and overwhelmed. (The Deele was not full at 5 p.m.) After 30 minutes our drinks arrived. The beer was already stale. Unfortunately, my onion schnitzel with fried potatoes was just greasy. The so-called fried potatoes were chunks of potatoes that had been tossed in a lot of fat (not fried). An attempt was made to create the roasting color with a lot of paprika powder. Salt was probably out. The schnitzel was so greasy that I didn't need Labello for the next few hours. There was a real film of oil on the plate. The mushroom cream sauce also lacked any flavor. The fries were ok. Unfortunately, the mayo we ordered didn't make it to the table. The side salad we ordered was delicious. Maybe you should let the person who made the salad cook it. The service didn't even ask if it was tasty or if everything was OK.

We were there with 7 people for the schnitzel buffet on Thursday evening. Our table was in the farthest dark corner where the entrance to the children's play area is. It was very dark and uncomfortable. Would we ignore it because events like this are crowded? The schnitzel buffet consists of a pork schnitzel (it was okay but nothing more), chicken schnitzel (mushy to a really indefinable taste) and unbreaded chicken breast (it was okay), plus there was rock-hard broccoli, mashed vegetables, two different sauces, nuggets, fries and croquettes. A mini salad buffet and thawed strawberries, vanilla pudding and fruit salad for dessert. For a schnitzel buffet that costs 20 euros, it was really more than disappointing. I don't even want to start talking about the dirty, greasy plates. Our conclusion: the money would definitely have been better invested elsewhere. I can't say anything bad about our service. He was friendly and helpful.

We love Dankern and its selection of food. Only the agreements should work a little better. Nevertheless, everything is made possible.

There are two points deducted for my meal, the schnitzel was great and the fries came from a food warmer, which is not fresh, so €16.50 is way too expensive. The service is great, very friendly.

Today we went to the Deele restaurant for the schnitzel buffet. I've been looking forward to this evening all week and then I saw the line in front of the buffet. Waiting about 10 minutes to get to the buffet wasn't nice, but it was a good thing. I ordered Alsterwasser and I got water. OK, not that nice but good. First I had a handful of schnitzel with potato gratin. The gratin was cold and tasteless, the chicken schnitzel was a Konvinien product, as was the pork schnitzel. The sauces were also convinia, only they were supplemented with fresh ingredients. The fries were cold and I didn't try the two different types of vegetables. At first the waitresses were hardly able to keep up, but over time this subsided so that the plates were cleared away and you could order drinks. The first plates that could be taken from the buffet were not clean.

We were still thinking about getting a burger and fries from the local “snack bar”; Afterwards I wished we had done it...A small bowl of frozen tortellini (at least that's how it tasted) with lumpy cream sauce and gratinated cheese for around €16 is anything but justified...My son's pizza also tasted good anything but fresh and the gyro wasn't exactly tasty either...I'm willing to pay more for good food but it was anything but good...As already mentioned here, the work ethic remained (only a fraction of that Tables were occupied) Service was also limited...Drinks okay but I won't eat there again...I'm totally disappointed and still stunned by the prices and the food, especially since a good pizza isn't a masterpiece...

Tastes are different... But quality also has to be right... The meat from the schnitzel, both Kinder and Dankern style, was a bit chewy. The fried potatoes are pieces tossed in herbs. I personally cannot recommend the tortellini at all. Neither the price nor the quality nor the taste. They were overcooked. You won't find any cream in the sauce, it was a mush with cheese gratin. The service is very great and the live music for children to bridge the waiting time is really great. In terms of price, we paid €65 for 2 children's dishes, 2 adults and 3 drinks... you can do that. But you don't have to. There are better offers in town about 8 minutes by car, very tasty, inexpensive and great quality. It was worth a try...

We ate here twice in the afternoon within a few days. We each had a table outside. Unfortunately once too close to the toilets. This didn't happen to us on our second visit. On both visits the service was friendly, if not overly motivated. On the first visit, all four dishes ordered were very tasty. That's why we decided on the second visit. Unfortunately, the second time we went to the restaurant, the food wasn't up to par. Unfortunately, the gourmet schnitzel and the pike perch with potato gratin were not edible. That's why we give it a rating of 3 stars.

The service is the very last thing People would rather wipe the tables than serve new customers. Or the service staff simply walks past you without even looking at us. The restaurant was relatively empty on a Tuesday evening, several tables were empty so not much to do... We left because we also had to wait on Friday. The food was very tasty. We felt very comfortable. The service was also very friendly. However, you should reserve in advance as it gets very crowded after around 6 p.m. We reserved a table for 7:30 p.m. when it was much quieter.

First the good. The ladies and gentlemen from the service were very attentive and friendly. The cleanliness, for these crowds, was good to very good! Now for the worse. Can the kitchen crew defrost or actually cook? Or is the crew no longer allowed? Get a chef, a real chef, who knows his craft. Thawed schnitzels, fried potatoes that are swimming in fat, fish fingers are of the lowest quality, our grandson left them behind. Mashed potatoes, ready-made!!! Can write so much!!! We, the family, in the 3rd. Unfortunately, the generation who have been guests here for over 40 years will NOT eat at Deele anymore. I'm really looking forward to an answer! We were there for breakfast. Unfortunately a failure. There were flies swimming in the juice and the carafes weren't replaced. There were so many free tables and even though we had reserved, we were given an impossible table for four where I, being just 1.63 tall, could hardly get in or out. The dirty dishes weren't cleared away and if something was empty at the buffet, it wasn't refilled. Our 12 year old, who hardly eats anything, also had to pay in full. Not very child friendly.

The food was not suitable for children, vegetables were hard, schnitzel toe and soaked in fat, pizza was like that, all in all it was very disappointing, but people asked if a drink or ice cream could be served

Just right for a family park. The menu offers something for every taste, the waiting time is really okay, the food was delicious, the prices are completely solid. After eating, the children could run around to the playground and the adults could have a drink in peace.

We waited an hour for a pizza. It was the worst pizza we have ever eaten. Zero taste. When we commented on the long wait, we were only given the excuse that it was full, even though the guests behind us got five meals in ten minutes and the restaurant was only half full. Never again!!!

Unfortunately a failure. The waiters don't come to a table themselves; you have to ask them to come to the table personally. Pizza arrived relatively quickly, but the taste was rather poor. We also asked for garlic sauce when ordering, but even after repeated requests it never arrived. Ambience quite ok. But you still have to say that the waiters were friendly.

We were there for breakfast, the price felt a bit high, ages 12 and up are billed as adults, otherwise a rich buffet, large selection, something for everyone.

This year we were in Dankern with 11 people from 4 generations. As always, a visit to the “Deele” could not be missed this time. At the "ribs all-you-can-eat" 7 family members feasted (with absolute enthusiasm) from the buffet, while the other 4 ordered "a la carte". At the end of the evening everyone agreed: the food was delicious and the prices were completely reasonable. On another day we ordered completely from the menu. Extra requests were absolutely no problem, they were accepted and served as requested. The dishes were well prepared, the portions were completely sufficient and when it came to taste, we scored points across the board! Of course, taste is a matter in itself. Everyone feels it differently. What one person likes may not be liked by another and vice versa, but everyone was absolutely satisfied and in some cases even more than enthusiastic. For my part, I would definitely eat there more often if the restaurant were near us. We would like to give our big compliments to the “good souls of the kitchen”. The service is okay, for the most part the staff is super friendly, accommodating and really on the ball (extra praise again at this point to the guys outside 💐🫶👏👍). The division into individual tasks doesn't always make sense, but it's okay. We gave the tip to those who collected - in the hope that, like in many restaurants in our area, it would be shared by everyone at the end of the day. The only thing that bothered us was the volume of the live music. We then sat down inside, but even there we had to talk a little louder than usual and the bass could clearly be felt in our stomachs during some of the songs. In the last 17 years, we have never been on holiday as often or as much as we did here in Dankern Castle. For us, the food in the Deele is just as much a part of it as Trick Pin, Pit Pat and the "wobble wheels", the cult cinema, the sports bar and the go-kart track, various outdoor play equipment and of course the small but beautiful country houses... All of this makes a Schloss Dankern holiday what it is - SIMPLY UNIQUE!!!

Since I had breakfast there this morning I've been throwing up so much fever and diarrhea I'm getting food poisoning so take care of yourself

Food is okay. Prices are okay too. But I think it's no longer appropriate for people to smoke here. The smoke blows up around us and the children.

Food here is awesome. The portions are huge, correspondingly great value for money

The food is delicious. Price performance top. The service staff are friendly and on the ball. I highly recommend it. Our dog was also very welcome. There were water bowls for the furry friend.

The chicken schnitzel was a large piece of chicken breast that was boiled and not remotely fried. No apology, no improvement, just a terse “I’ll tell the kitchen.” The children's schnitzels out of the deep fryer and dry. I can't recommend the food.

Fries were in the deep fryer twice and tasted like something else, which was what the children noticed first. TK pizza from Netto really tastes much better than the one locally, cocktail was good, food was very bad, even the children didn't like it.

Unfortunately it's always too crowded but the food is good but the service isn't that great!

Unfortunately, our last visit wasn't so nice. Neither the food nor the staff were once again satisfactory. The food was served on broken plates and the lettuce leaves were not only not fresh, but actually rotten. However, after this was pointed out, the staff didn't take any notice of it. It's a real shame, as we otherwise really enjoyed eating there.

We waited over 1 hour for our food. And considering we waited so long, the food wasn't worth it. So not recommended.

Pizza doesn't taste good, quark from baked potatoes is pure salt. It was bad 3 years ago and it hasn't gotten better.

The food was a disaster. Fries fried to death. Gyros was tasteless and greasy. Olive was definitely bad. Sorry once and never again

It is very busy, the staff has difficulty keeping up, but they are super friendly and the food is delicious for a reasonable price. I'd love to go again.

Unfortunately not inviting. Friendly staff is a non-existent thing. Side dishes such as mashed potatoes or potato gratin are out of the bag. When asked about this, the lady confirmed to us that not everything in the kitchen is freshly prepared. That's what the 2 stars are for.

Food is nothing special, but ok. The price is reasonable. The service could be better and more attentive. The tables were hardly cleared, although there was plenty of opportunity to do so.

Nice rustic restaurant. The breakfast buffet is particularly recommended. Here you can have a balanced breakfast until 11. Nice staff. I recommend a reservation. The price was 14.80, adults and children had a discount of around 10 euros.

We haven't experienced anything this bad in a long time. Glasses were so dirty it was as if they hadn't seen any water or dishwashing liquid... Food from the children was OK, but why does the food from the children always have to be so unloving?! We had to wait over an hour for the other food, thank God the children had gotten the food with the starter... After we asked, our food finally came. Complete disappointment.. My husband's sauce already had a skin, some of it was already cold.. he had chicken breast with vegetables.. Mine was the Wienerschnitzel, completely dry and inedible. The side salad that I ordered with it didn't even come. They didn't even ask if everything was OK. Really sad... When I then asked for the bill, it felt like I had to wait forever and even then there was no question as to whether it was tasty, etc. When I expressed the criticism anyway, there was no apology and nothing... The side salad that wasn't brought was "nicely" deducted and €2.50 each was charged from the main courses.. very disappointing.. really.. The great ambience is brought down by such bad food and bad service.

Pizza with ham, now stuck in the toilet with runny diarrhea and stomach pain. The day is over for me and the kids.

Service good and friendly, but not attentive. Food an absolute failure of the kitchen. Fish fingers with mashed potatoes and peas were absolutely tasteless. The children also only enjoyed the pasta with tomato sauce. Pizza was OK but not exactly a big hit either. We only eat outside the facility. You get more for the same money.

Unfortunately severe vomiting diarrhea. We assume that the mushrooms were bad or were warmed up for too long. 2 out of 5 people have these symptoms. The others didn't eat mushrooms. And on vacation...

Today we are back in Dankern after three years, and we particularly have fond memories of the restaurant. Six of us went out to eat there today and we had to wait almost an hour for our food, which wasn't really a problem at all. The actual problem was that there was a relatively large piece of plastic on my partner's Serano pizza, which we then complained about when serving. She took the piece of plastic with her without saying a word and simply never came back. When we complained about it for the second time to another waitress, we were seriously told that it sometimes happens that a piece of foil gets stuck on the Serano ham because you can't always get it off completely. This statement alone is really an absolute disgrace. In addition, we were not offered a proper solution but were still trying to discuss it. Only after a while were we offered to take the pizza off the bill. There was no apology!! If you could give this minus stars, I would!

Attention, you should first examine the pizza you get there to see whether there are foreign bodies such as foil etc. in it. Catastrophe but the waiter says no problem. It can happen that there is still foil on the ham from the pizza... sadly the quality has deteriorated rapidly. My schnitzel wasn't tasty either, it felt like it was coming out of the frying pan...

Tolles Restaurant mitten im Park. Riesengroße Portionen und dazu noch lecker und zu fairen Preisen. Hier wird wohl jeder mehr als satt! Service könnte manchmal etwas schneller sein, aber es war auch viel los. Es gibt einen extra Raum für Kinder, wo sie in den Wartezeiten auf das Essen fur aufgehoben sind. Das Lokal ist einem alten Hof nachempfunden, optisch ganz schick. Hervorzuheben sind die Buffets: es gibt Frühstücks- und Kuchenbuffet jeden Tag, Dienstag Spareribs all you can eat uns Donnerstag Schnitzel all you can eat. Kuchenbuffet kostet aktuell 7,90 inkl Kaffee, Schnitzel und Spareribs all you can eat 18,90 für Erwachsene, Kinder ab 6,90 je nach Alter. Mehr als fair!

Sehr angenehmes Familienrestaurant mit bunter Auswahl. Die Bestellungen kommen prompt und sind sehr ordentlich zubereitet.

Gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen. Größere Auswahl an Kindergerichten als üblich.

Wir waren eine Woche auf Klassenfahrt in Schloss Dankern und kamen in den Genuss der Vollpension. Barbara und ihre freundliche Crew haben uns täglich mit frischen Köstlichkeiten liebevoll verwöhnt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und frisch! Schnitzelbuffet top! Muss reserviert werden. An manchen Tagen haben wir auch so noch Platz bekommen. Für Kinder wird auch an einigen Tagen Programm gemacht so das die Eltern in Ruhe essen können. Service ganz okay - gab nur manchmal Missverständnisse wer was hatte wer was zahlt - hat nicht immer so geklappt wie es gesagt wurde.

Essen super und ausreichend. Personal sehr höflich.
