Very good service, fast and attentive!

Delicious pizzas and delicious ice cream!

The food is very tasty 😋 There are many dishes to choose from. What I don't recommend is the ice cream, where you can find strange pieces that DO NOT belong in the ice cream

This is my second time here with my friends. It was our first time, there were quite a few people, but the staff was also prepared, there were a lot of waiters for a change. We haven't been served for a long time. We stepped back and went to another place. Today we are again, with a small occupancy of the garden and the room, once again we are not served.

As always, we had a very good meal at Palladio today and this time we were lucky with the service, which is not always the case. The young woman was very nice, attentive and professional.

Can't really say anything, somehow we never got a card to order, after 15 minutes and asking once we went to another Italian restaurant at the table next door. Somehow the waiter didn't seem interested in his guests.

Unfortunately, the crepe with Nutella was a bit dry in terms of the dough (made very thin and then maybe left in too long?!). Spaghetti Neri was tasty, but the portion was very small for the price:(

Also nice because of the parking garage directly underneath. You can also sit outside in the rain. It has huge umbrellas.

Centrally located in Rodenkirchen. My Pizza della Casa (Frutti del Mare style) was large enough and very discreetly topped with a few small mussels and small shrimps... the price of €17 was not appropriate. Service was ok.

It's unpleasant when dogs sniff your plate!

It was supposed to be a great evening with the family at the oft-praised Palladio. It was a flop like no other. Because if you don't understand hospitality, blame everything on untrained staff and Corona, offer mediocre food at different times and at exorbitant prices, don't fulfill any drink requests and then present a bill that's too high, it's simply not good in the overall package. The large number of critical reviews in the recent past should give operators pause. But if they appear and act like the operations manager did when we visited, then there will be a barrage of excuses but never a quick “sorry”. This would at least make it possible not to leave the store with a completely bad feeling and perhaps think about another visit. Unfortunately not! For us, Rodenkirchen is one gastronomic option poorer. Sad, just sad.

We passed here by chance while looking for a pleasant restaurant. We were greeted very friendly and served in an extremely friendly manner. For dinner we chose delicious dishes from the seasonal menu with chanterelles. The food was very tasty and the prices were absolutely reasonable. We would be happy to come back and thank you for a pleasant afternoon.

Very friendly service. Everything my friends and I tried here tasted great so far. Any time. Tip: coffee with spaghetti ice cream! Enjoyed today (see photo). The coffee stays hot longer because the cups are preheated. Mega! Great! Like in Italy 🇮🇹

There were worms in my orange juice. When I tried to complain and say that I want to cancel my food order, they just said: “No, the food is already ready and the juice thing is normal, that can happen, the fruit could be bad, so it's not even our fault." Of course I didn't want the food to go to waste so I just said yes, but I will never go back to this place again and tell all my friends what happened here. And how bad the service was and how the waitresses didn't even try to apologize. I am so disappointed. In the end I almost paid for the orange juice because they didn't give me enough change. Luckily I noticed it. I don't expect to get the food for free but they made me feel like it was completely outlandish to complain about something like that and that just feels bad.

Centrally located restaurant in Cologne-Rodenkirchen. The food is average, the ambience is nice and the service is good. You can eat well on the terrace and the location is ideal for children, who can play right on the site.

Fantastic little restaurant, with great food, great people and a fun atmosphere. The wait staff are all excellent, really enjoyed Palladio becoming our local while living there.

A restaurant and café which is open daily from morning to evening. It is located directly on the market square in Rodenkirchen city, essentially a prime location. At lunchtime you can choose between three menus, each with a starter and a main course. The lunch menus cost between 10 and 15 euros. Everything was well timed so that the lunch break was enough time for the meal. In the evening there is, among other things, a special evening menu. A large terrace is always available in summer. The ice cream is also recommended. We simply ordered Vitello Tonato from the bistro menu.

The restaurant is really beautiful, BUT the servers are terrible. I made a reservation online for four people. They didn't even have our table, improvise on the spot - ok, no problem. When they bring us the drinks, they spill the whole glass of whine on our friend, and they just stand there don't even know what to do......The agony whas not over in that point, they was constantly forgiving what they need to bring to us....They said sorry for the spilled drinks, but guys, you need to offer us at least free drinks on the house, the adult man was completely wet because of you! I mean, zero hospitality from your side.....

I was there for lunch on April 30, 2024 with my children, we had to wait a VERY long time for our food, the children were very fidgety because of it, after the meal I ordered the bill, the bill amount seemed very high to me, but my children were with me One foot was already on Maternusplatz, so I took the bill with me to check it later. I did this two days later, but then noticed that the previous table had apparently not been billed or locked, so I then had 4 cups of coffee and I also paid for 2 latte macchiato, so I probably gave the waitress a BIG tip, namely 20.60 in addition to the tip I gave. Then I contacted the restaurant via email to ask them to discuss this with me again, unfortunately to no avail. To date I have not received a response to my two emails via the contact form on the homepage. It's a shame, an actually nice restaurant that doesn't seem to need to discuss the mistake that can, but shouldn't, happen with the guest and pay me the money back! That was my last visit there, unless someone finally gets in touch with me!

Very few vegan options for Cologne, otherwise nice shop with nice employees.

We haven't been here for a long time and spontaneously stopped by for breakfast. Everything is still fine and everything is very good. It's actually unfair to rate it because it's better than good. But unfortunately it's not exceptional either.

1 x ice cream/drinks. There was nothing wrong with it.

We were offered a seat straight away, but it was so full that we simply weren't served. When we asked, a person working there assured us: "I'll let you know." Nothing happened. When I asked again, there was only a curt "I don't know who's coming when." After 30 minutes we left, without ice cream. :(

The pasta and ice cream are simply to die for. Thanks for the great service. We will be back. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, prices rose significantly for a short time. The ball was recently 1.50. Now suddenly 1.80. I think the spaghetti ice cream costs 7.80. I don't think that's okay!

Prices have increased abnormally. You can not be serious. It's going too far!!

Long waiting times, unfriendly service. Food was okay but requests were not taken into account (I wanted ham in my pasta and I was just told that there was supposedly no ham)

We've wanted to go here for a long time, but the sometimes very negative reviews have always put us off. Yesterday we went there spontaneously - it wasn't a problem to get a table at short notice. The service was good and friendly, the food was also good, antipasti plate was ok, the pizzas were very tasty and so was the wine. Ambiance is also very nice. The only point of criticism: the washrooms were unfortunately not very clean.

The presentation is very nice, but the prices are high and the service is slow and sometimes unfriendly. Milk coffee only lukewarm and far too expensive for the size of the cup. It's a shame, it could be different.

Delicious food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired...

I've been a Viennese Rodenkirchen at the Palladio for a long time. The ambience hadn't changed, but the lunch menu could be improved. Chicken baked with tomato and mozzarella should have been called mozzarella with tomato stock and a little chicken (very thin and therefore dry). There were also a few potatoes and vegetables, followed by a salad. All in all it was ok, but neither interestingly seasoned nor lovingly draped on the plate. That's why I only give it 3 stars.

Service took a long time to arrive, spaghetti ice cream was just a big lump. Toilet totally dirty, price performance is absolutely not right

Food was good…… BUT the meal took a long time and there wasn't much going on. We were very hungry! And when we wanted to pay we were charged €5 more! And this isn't the first time this has happened.

I ordered spaghetti Bolognese (€16.90). The pasta was not al dente, not at all... The sauce as always at all Italian restaurants in Germany: disaster. Too many tomatoes, the vegetables (carrots, celery, etc.) not chopped enough, not the taste of a bolognese because the bitter taste was missing (e.g. from chicken liver), not spicy at all . It was a sauce that you could have made better at home without paying €16.90.

Went there for a café today. First we got the menu and said we would like coffee, ice cream or something like that. the card was taken away again. Then the service went again without taking the order. Five minutes later we asked again if we could order, the answer was yes and he was gone. Five minutes later the next request was made as to whether we could ask for something... of course... then we ordered two coffees, a waffle and an ice cream (spaghetti ice cream without cream). After 20 minutes the coffee and ice cream arrived, with cream... no waffle. After another 20 minutes you can have a waffle without cutlery... the same thing happens when you pay. Had to ask three times if you could pay...I'm sorry but that's not possible.

We only ate ice cream, but the people at Palladio are worth the visit. Great!! We will be back! Children Bueno!! Popcorn is also highly recommended.

We were there for breakfast, we can't say anything more yet. Our yogurt with muesli and fruit was ok, but nothing more. The location is centrally located and the service was very nice. We will definitely give the restaurant a second chance and eat something different again

The food was quite tasty, the service could have been a little more attentive. And like everywhere else when it's full, there's a decent level of noise in the restaurant. It's definitely much more pleasant on the terrace in summer.

For two pieces of bruscetta, 8 euros, I thought it was a bit much, even if it was freshly made. That's why the service was extremely friendly and very good and the ambience didn't leave much to be desired.

After my sister was told that she should wait at the front for a free seat, we were sent away in an extremely rude manner because we were in the way and it would take a long time. We were a guest at carnival every year, but behavior like this makes it the last time. No apology, just more “How long do you want to wait?” Very unfortunate

The restaurant, located in the main square of Rodenkirchen, offered a delightful dining experience. We ordered the Pizza Margherita, Pizza Italia, and Caesar salad. All the dishes were delicious, made with fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed some beer, which was quite good. The staff were courteous, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there with my friends.

We've eaten there twice now and the food itself is good. Unfortunately the service after the first order wasn't great, you felt like you should leave quickly! You would definitely have wished that you had been given something to drink again. The ice cream menu should also disappear from the table, as it is not ice cream season at the moment and you might want to order ice cream for dessert, but none is served (if the waiter were to come) Price performance just doesn't match the service!

Leckere Speisen und prima Service.

Pro: + Schöne Ambiente + Das Essen war in Ordnung Contra: - Sehr schlechter Service - Sehr unfreundliche und unmotivierte Kellner - Die Toilette war unsauber - Hohe Preise - Sehr lange Wartezeiten bis man die erste Bestellung abgibt (bei uns war es ca. 20 min.)

Sehr nettes Personal. Ambiente super. Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Portionen ziemlich groß. Sogar das Essen _ Kindermenü groß. Man kann dort auch Prominenten treffen. Immer wieder gerne dort hin. Ich muß dazu sagen dass das Mittagessen ( Menü) für jeder Tasche Auch für Rentner. LG

Immer wieder gerne, angesagter und gut besuchter Laden mitten in Rodenkirchen

Der Service ist nach wie vor unterirdisch. Die Pizza war dünn belegt und schmeckte fad. Da wir nach dem 2. Getränk nicht mehr bedient wurden, mussten wir den Kellner suchen um zu bezahlen.

Wir waren am 2. Weihnachtstag abends dort. Als wir bestellen wollten, sagte man uns das Pizza aus ist. Wir bestellten dann alle vorrangig Salat, auf den wir gute 45 Minuten warten mussten. Die Portionen waren auch klein, vor allem für den Preis. Bei meinem Salat fehlten auch die kandierten Walnüsse, die eigentlich in der Karte standen. Als wir Nachtisch bestellen wollten, stand lediglich Tiramisu noch zur Verfügung. Das Ambiente ist an sich ganz schön, aber die Musik war leider viel zu laut & die Toiletten nicht sauber. Der Service war ok.

They will rob you. Crepe 5,5, 1 bottle of still water, they charged 13 euros and I didn't receive an explanation. Thieves! If you are not German you will get screwed.

Immer wenn ich mal nach Rodenkirchen komme, gönne ich mir eine Tomatensuppe. Die Tomatensuppe wird mit viel Brot serviert und ist somit schon sättigend. Das gefällt mir außerordentlich.

Sehr lecker und reichhaltig, wir haben an diesem Abend nicht klassisch italienisch gegessen, aber waren sehr zufrieden. Der Lachs und auch das Schnitzel waren super! Die Bedienung freundlich und fix, die Preise zwar etwas gehobener, aber noch annehmbar.

Kann allen Rezessionen zu dem wechselhaften Service und den seltsamen Portionierungen nur zustimmen. Man profitiert vom zentralen Standort und der Aufmachung. Muss dort leider gesellschaftlich immer wieder mal hin aber ohne richtige Freude.

Die Besitzerinnen vom Laden lokal Palladio in Rodenkirchen haben sich im laufe der Evaluation der Preise und Größen der Portionen definitiv einen zu viel in die Rüstung gerömert. Beim Anblick des Tellerst und der Rechnung wollte ich mir das vor mir stehende Bier Achtarmig rein Orgeln bis ich gesehen habe was ein Bier kostet, entschied ich mich dazu es dennoch genüsslich zu vergenussferkeln und ohne einen weitern Groschen für das Personal und die tolle Bedienung dort zu lassen. mfG Ritter Rost

Frühstück dort, nein Danke nicht nochmal. Unter Vital Frühstück stellt man sich was anderes vor. Das bekomme ich zuhause besser hin. Auch die kleinen Aufbackbrötchen. Ich war enttäuscht!

Der Salat mit Lachs ist wirklich nicht akzeptabel mit 3 dünnen trockenen Streifen für 16,90€. (Siehe Foto) Der Ziegenkäsesalat ist ebenfalls sehr dürftig. Die Pizza ist lecker, aber auch hier wurde die Auswahl extrem reduziert und die Preise erhöht. Schade, war früher gerne dort, aber Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht.

Their service now is greatly reduced. I have been here at least 50 times in the past and everything was great. But now the waiters are very rude from the last 5-6 times. They served us burnt pizza and didn't even accept it was brunt. Very disappointed

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe dort zu Besuch. Wetter war super - deshalb auf der Terrasse. Am Anfang war der Service grad ok. Nach den ersten 2 Getränken und der Bestellung zum Essen ließ das leider schlagartig nach. Nach einer guten 3/4 Stunde haben wir dann mal freundlich gefragt. Der Kellner war mies gelaunt, unfreundlich und genervt!!! Unser Besuch - das erste und LETZTE Mal. Fazit: Das Ambiente ist super, der Rest geht gar nicht!

Sehr schlechter Service.....Wenn der Service und die Kommunikation mit dem Gast nicht stimmt, dann kommt man auch nicht wieder.Essen konnten wir nicht beurteilen,da es schon an der Kommunikation beim bestellen gescheitert ist. Den Gast anzuschreien er hätte dass falsche bestellt ist grenzwertig und nicht professionell.Liebes Service Team, schaut euch die Speiskarte genauer an, dann könnt ihr selbst zwichen einer Vedura Mista und einer Vedura unterscheiden.

Das Essen schmeckt einfach überhaupt nicht! Pasta Della Casa schmeckt einfach nach nichts! Rindfleisch schmeckt alt und fade! Salat ohne Geschmack! Einfach nur hingeklatscht! Service ist extrem unfreundlich! Besonders der Ältere. Denkt er wäre sonst was. Behauptet es haben Bestellungen stattgefunden, die nie getätigt wurden. Getränke dauerten einfach eine Ewigkeit! Ambiente ist zwar schön, aber mit dem Essen und dem Personal... einmal und nie wieder!

Wir haben nur Aperol Spritz bei sehr sonnigem Wetter draußen getrunken. Dieser wird mit 0.3ltr. angeboten. Ankam ein Glas was zu 2/3 gefüllt war. Dem Aperol fehlte irgendwie seine Spritzigkeit. Lag vielleicht daran das Stadtfest war und es sehr voll war.

Vorab: 2 Sterne weil der Kaffee in Ordnung ist. Nichts besonderes, aber in Ordnung. Gut, ich war hier vor 2 Monaten Kaffee trinken, dann als ich bestellen wollte, kam niemand, es dauerte 25 min bis jemand kam um sich mir anzunehmen. Ich verpasste einen Termin, dachte mir aber: “Es war ja auch voll.” Heute entschied ich mich wieder dort hin zu gehen, da es leerer war. Reinfall. Die Kellner, sind unfreundlich wie letztes mal, gestresst obwohl wenig Leute da sind und ich warte wieder auf eine Bedienung. Reinfall!

Total enttäuschend. Wir wollten dort zum frühen Abend noch einkehren um einen Nachtisch zu essen und um etwas zu trinken. Als wir auf einen Kellner zugingen, der vor dem Eingang stand und uns auch gesehen hatte, ist dieser einfach gegangen ohne uns weiter eines Blickes zu würdigen. Wir sind dann rein und haben gefragt, ob wir noch einen Nachtisch essen und noch etwas trinken können, worauf man uns einen Platz zugewiesen hat. Dann haben wir gefühlt 20 Minuten warten müssen, bis man uns wahrgenommen hat. Nachdem wir dann wahrgenommen wurden, wollten wir bestellen. Leider hieß es dann, dass der Nachtisch nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Es war eine total enttäuschende Situation, die Kellner wirken während der ganzen Zeit genervt, arrogant und desinteressiert. Nachtrag 10.09.2023: Nach über 1 Jahr habe auch ich die Aufforderung des Inhabers über Google erhalten, meine Rezension zu löschen, da diese angeblich seine Persönlichkeitsrechte verletzt und es angezweifelt wird, dass ich tatsächlich vor Ort war. Es ist traurig und erschreckend zu gleich, dass der Inhaber die Rezensionen nicht als Chance sieht, stetig zu wachsen und sich zu verbessern, sondern stattdessen die Bewertungen künstlich aufhübschen möchte, indem er Kunden versucht einzuschüchtern und sie auffordert, schlechte Rezensionen zu löschen. Für mich ein absolutes NoGo! Ps. Meine Anwesenheit im Restaurant konnte ich übrigens über meine Google-Timeline nachweisen!

Schön gelegen am Rodenkirchener Marktplatz. Auf der italienischen Karte ist für jeden etwas dabei, Pasta, Pizza, Carne, Pesce, Dolce von guter Qualität. Ganztägig durchgehend geöffnet. Der Service könnte je nachdem wer einen bedient freundlicher sein.

Moderne Italienische Location, aber für ein Eis muss man da nicht hin! Das war eher enttäuschend und die Speisen können wir nicht beurteilen, sahen aber gut aus!

Wir waren gestern mit einer größeren Gruppe dort dort zum Essen. Das Lokal ist typisch italienische eingerichtet was mir sehr gut gefällt. Bei Sonnenschein hätte man auch auf der Terrasse sitzen können. War wegen Regen leider nicht möglich. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Es gab Vorspeisenteller die wirklich richtig gut waren. Von gegrilltem Gemüse bis Vitello Tonato und frisch zubereitet. Sehr lecker. Danach haben wir von der Karte bestellt auch da alles frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Ein Lokal das richtig Spaß macht und wärmstens zu empfehlen ist . Danke an das nette und aufmerksame Personal . Es hat einfach Spaß gemacht zu Gast zu sein.

Wir waren zum Frühstücken da. Nachdem uns eine freundliche Kellnerin in ihren "Bereich" geholt hat wurden wir auch schnell und freundlich bedient. Das Essen kam das Essen relativ schnell. Daher für die Bedienung volle Punktzahl. Geschmacklich war das Frühstück ok, mehr aber nicht. Leider passt aber meiner Meinung nach das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Die Brötchen waren nur aufgebacken, das Brot nicht frisch. Die Spiegeleier waren aber frisch und lecker. Für das Essen von uns nur 2 Punkte. Das Ambiente war schön. Alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir konnten, trotz Regen, draußen sitzen. Alles in allem werden wir zum Essen nicht wiederkommen. Zum trinken jedoch gerne.

Ich habe einen Capricciosa Salat bestellt und es fehlten die Oliven, der Paprika und die Zwiebeln. Als Antwort kam aus der Küche das da keine Oliven bei wären. Der Koch sollte mal die Karte lesen. Das beim Italiener noch Käse und Schinken drauf ist weiß er Sehr wahrscheinlich auch nicht. Die Salatsauce war langweilig und schmeckte nach nichts. Es gab noch nicht mal ein Stück Brot dazu

Seit der Renovierung während Corona hat sich das Ambiente deutlich verbessert. Die Preise sind für die Essens- und Servicequalität leider zu hoch. Eis an der Eistheke zum mitnehmen ist lecker und gut, essen im Restaurant können wir aber leider nicht empfehlen. Es gibt viele bessere Alternativen in Rodenkirchen.

Noch nie habe ich so eine leckere Pizza gegessen. Hervorragende Vorspeise und zum Nachtisch leckeres Eis. Die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Ich komme wieder! Vielen Dank!

Sehr freundlicher Service , leckere Pizza , toole Eiskreationen uns hat es geschmeckt , ich habe beobachtet wie der Nachbartisch lange nicht bedient wurde , aber das lag woh .daran dass die Gäste an einen vollbesetzten Tisch gesessen sind ( nicht abgeräumten Tisch, anstatt zu warten bis der Kellner den Tisch säubert und dann den Gästen zu weißt . Sie wurden schlichtweg nicht als Neue Gäste registriert, was vor kommen kann wenn man ungefragt an einen benutzten Tisch sitzt - ansonsten kann ich andere negative Bewertungen nicht bestätigen der Service war freundlich zuvorkommend flink und wir hatten nach etwa 20 Minuten unsere bestellten Gerichte es

Modern und zentral gelegen, guter Service.

Über Essen und Trinken können wir leider keine Bewertungen abgegeben, da wir über zwanzig Minuten darauf gewartet haben bedient zu werden. Es war nicht viel los, es waren drei Kellner allein für die Terrasse zuständig, plus mindestens ein Kellner, der nur für das Getränke rausbringen zuständig war. Diesen haben wir gefragt ob wir Bestellen könnten, daraufhin sagte dieser er könne leider keine Bestellungen annehmen, gebe aber drinnen bescheid. Was er auch getan hat, dies konnten wir von draußen sehen, doch der angesprochene Kellner hielt es wohl nicht für nötig uns zu bedienen, denn wir warteten weitere zehn Minuten vergeblich, bevor wir aufgestanden sind und gegangen sind. Ich bin selber seit über 12 Jahren im Gastronomie Bereich tätig und habe schon viel erlebt, aber so einen schlechten Service dann doch noch nicht!!

Nach 15 Minuten warten auf eine Bedienung und nicht Beachtung sind wir dann gegangen. Schade
