For our funeral service with 40 people, we received very competent advice in advance, professional service with pleasant attentiveness and very tasty food, with something to suit every taste. Thank you for allowing us to bring our homemade cake. We were able to reminisce about our beloved dad, grandpa, uncle and friend in a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Thank you for that.

Not when it's cold outside. After an hour of waiting for Eisbein I was already very cold because the room temperature was well below 20 degrees. When Kniebein was served, the waiter "reassured" me with the information that the Eisbein would be delivered here and he couldn't do it either.

The food was good, but we were taken for a ride and my bag was put in my bag and it wasn't until my husband came in that it was moved out!!!! Fat minus points

We were thrilled. A typical brewery: ambience, food and of course the range of drinks, logically starting with beer. Seasonally currently the Doppelbock...an event, sensational!!!

We went here for lunch with friends. Overall, a good, if not outstanding, experience. When it came to service, one waiter in particular stood out very positively; when it came to the food, there were mixed opinions between "ok", "good" and "very tasty" - no one at the table experienced a disappointment. Definitely worth repeating if you're in the area and feel like traditional Berlin/German cuisine.

We met here 29 years ago and the atmosphere is as authentic as it was back then. Extremely friendly staff, we felt very comfortable. Very good food and a "rat killer" for dessert.

We from the village... We spontaneously got a nice table for 5 people in this great, rustic restaurant. On Saturday, early afternoon, there was excellent, very tasty food. German cuisine! Pork knuckle, pot sausage, goulash, mustard egg and much more. The service was super!! Funny, warm, simply fantastic. And the spicy schnapps is also recommended. :) We say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this great gastronomic experience. Please keep it up! ♡

Great restaurant. Today we went to Sunday brunch with the family for the first time. The selection was great, there was something for everyone and it tasted very good too. Unfortunately it was a bit dark in the buffet area, which made the selection a little more difficult. Toilets were clean. The staff were always behind, the table was cleared regularly and asked for drinks, but one waiter seemed a bit stressed, but it was also very busy. Of course the volume also corresponds. The parking situation is terrible, but unfortunately that is the status quo in Friedrichshagen. We will definitely come back again to dine a la carte.

We went to the Bräustübl for the first time for Christmas dinner with family on December 26th, 2024 and were very disappointed! Although we had to pay a deposit for the guaranteed goose, it was no longer available on the already reduced menu, supposedly no delivery. The game goulash as well, so that only duck, fish and vegetable lasagna and fries were left for the children, with some. poor quality; the service was like mass processing. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met, so we don't want to experience it again! Better planning and kitchen would be desirable!

After we celebrated our wedding at the Bräustübl 50 years ago, we met here again on the occasion of our golden wedding anniversary. It was worth it this time too, all guests were very satisfied. The buffet was perfect and plentiful, with something for every taste. Our special requests were met and the service was excellent. Price - performance is right. We'd love to come back.

Hello, I would like to give my impression of your restaurant. We recently decided to eat at your place. It should be a pork knuckle and a goose leg. It was unbelievable what we got and especially for this price, especially for the goose leg, almost 34 EU. Both sauces tasted the same regardless of whether it was goose or pork. The goose leg still had quills in it, disgusting and the meat was dry. So you can say none at all Price performance ratio. The service was okay and so was the knuckle. Conclusion not everything should be eaten at your place.

Food was good, but the restaurant itself wasn't that well organized. The atmosphere is old-fashioned and rustic but pleasant. More suitable for a visit with a small group.

Were there for the Christmas party, it was really good. The food was very tasty!!

We had our annual Advent dinner there with the family. Our waiter was absolutely great! He made a tremendous effort to keep track of our hustle and bustle and always had a smile ready for us. Great service! A nice, large extra room was prepared for us. Sufficient thought was also given to the children. The food was good. Prices ok. All in all, a great afternoon! Highly recommended.

It was definitely too cold there.

The service was very rough; when you asked, you were always told that everything was on the menu. The table had sticky dirty fingerprints on the top of the table edge. Food on the display in front of the restaurant had been out of stock for a long time, a brief reorientation when taking the order made the waitress jittery, she had so much to do and couldn't even update the display because of all the stress. Even when asked, after the waitress dropped 2 beers and partly poured them over my mother's back, asking her to go to the toilet to help her clean up (my mother is blind), we were informed that it was yes it is there. The beer mats were thrown on the table and unfortunately so was the beer. We had to wait a long time for the food, it tasted ok. A free drink wasn't even offered to compensate for the sweater that was completely soaked on the back. This was definitely our last visit there, it used to be a great, quaint restaurant, but there isn't much left of it except for the furnishings of the location.

Unfortunately, frozen food at Röstitaler is a no go! Energy flat rate on the bill and urged to tip. Service otherwise very friendly.

Very great location - historic and rustic at the same time. If you come in a larger group, you should reserve in advance. Our assigned waiter David looked after us thoroughly and in a friendly manner. Great performance of the role of host. We felt very comfortable. The drinks and food we ordered came quickly and tasted great. Nice good home cooking! We would love to come back.

We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary and 60th birthday in this restaurant with old charm on October 19, 2024. The food was delicious and our 30 guests were totally thrilled. Such service, especially from Henriette, was exemplary, no one was left high and dry here, always a nice word and so cool that we would like to come back. Despite the stress, she was always in a good mood and very nice. Thanks to their efforts, the celebration was a success. Not to forget the loving and tasteful setting of the tables with our decorations in preparation. We can recommend this restaurant 120%. A very big thank you also to the kitchen!!! Addition: Our guests subsequently raved without exception about the food, the ambience and the service.

Unfortunately, there are only a few authentic restaurants left in the capital. But this is one of those! With flair, heart and soul and a menu to kneel down on. The service is careful, friendly and quick and the ambience is middle-class and rustic. A pearl in the (south) east of Berlin!!!

The waitress didn't like the fact that I was checking the bill before paying and she gave me two, far too hard, pats on the shoulder and told me to be quiet because she had done the math well. I didn't like the way or the strength in which she did it

Everything was just right: friendly welcome, good advice, comprehensive and very friendly support. The food (home-style cooking, fish, meatless dishes) was very tasty and more than plentiful - I had the goulash, my wife fish - and fairly priced, the ambience was rustic with lots of nice details. A very pleasant gastronomic experience, thank you very much!

Although we hadn't made a reservation, the nice waiter gave us a very nice place for us with a small child. The food was very tasty, no matter what everyone had, schnitzel, steak au four or Königsberger meatballs, everything was delicious. Changing table was also available. We'll be back.

Small portions for a price that is way too expensive. During asparagus season I got a mini schnitzel, a few limp unsalted fries and 4 strips of asparagus for just under €35. Sauces, ketchup etc. cost extra. In my opinion, this is not a guaranteed price if you compare this portion with other German restaurants and their prices. Unfortunately for me it was a FLOP.

Beautiful, original hospitality room. Few beers to choose from as a brewery. The lady at the tap never managed to actually draw 0.3 or 0.5. Sometimes there was far less in the glass. Relatively expensive drink prices. The food was okay, but nothing special. My side salad had an indefinable dressing with a lot of garlic on it, which didn't taste good and didn't go with the dish at all. I hope that was an oversight. The bill is presented as an interim bill, the 0.35 euro energy flat rate PER person is added. Before you check out, you will be informed that tips can be paid in cash or by card. We always tip, but a tip like that is pretty embarrassing.

Unfortunately I can't recommend the kitchen, my old friend also feels the same way.

We just came here on the off chance that we would have to wait a long time for food, but we were served quite quickly. Friendly and attentive service, we had cold cucumber soup from the seasonal menu - a poem in the heat -, stuffed braised cucumber - very successful - and the beef roulade - very tender, with delicious red cabbage. Good beer selection as you would expect at a Bräustübl, we sat outside on the terrace, but there is also a nice atmosphere inside.

3 friends and I were visiting Frederichshagen yesterday and we saw this place as we drove past. We were about to sit down at a table and the waiter greeted us with a very dry “Your meal will take 45 minutes”, no hello, nothing else. After some internal discussion, my friends and I said, “Ok, maybe 45 minutes isn’t so bad, we’ll sit down with a beer,” to which the waiter then replied, “Ok, but it could take up to an hour.” It was very clear that we were not welcome. Not a great way to treat tourists or other customers in my opinion.

Under no circumstances should you eat the grilled knuckle in the evening! I warmed it up in the microwave. The potatoes reminded me of the potatoes from the school canteen. Sauerkraut and the sauce were fine

Nep!! We had a grill plate for 2 people for the proud price of €58. The meal consisted of 2 minute steaks each of beef and pork (both tough) and 2 chicken fillets. Plus a small portion of bacon beans and a small side salad - each enough for 1 person. Bad quality, completely overpriced. And it was only when I got home that I discovered that I had been issued a so-called interim invoice! What happened to the Friedrichshagen brewery? We've had better experiences in the past. Very unfortunate!!!

We were here again. Yes, we are repeat offenders. Because the food is very tasty. The service staff are in a good mood and are always courteous and friendly. Eating out is fun and absolutely delicious. I could barely stop myself from licking the plate.

Card selection for the summer was poor. All just hearty food. Nothing easy. The fries weren't cooked through, the trout wasn't seasoned. It's a shame, otherwise we were always very satisfied.

Short version________________ Visit: August 2024 / “Schnitzel Wednesday” Ordered (as a group): Hungarian-style schnitzel, Hamburger schnitzel, cauliflower schnitzel and cream schnitzel moderate prices Portion sizes: good relatively unanimous opinion: price/performance = good Long version._____________________ After ordering, we received our food shortly after. As seen above we had schnitzel, the quantity was sufficient/good, the food was tasty and the drinks were a good/very good size. Solid home cooking, food = good Despite small miscommunications in both directions and special requests from our Seitz, the lady was always friendly. It was relatively busy, so I can imagine she was a bit stressed. Service = good/very good We sat on the terrace near the street, but neither the traffic nor the passers-by disturbed us. The problem of the situation was therefore solved satisfactorily. The outdoor area is neat, tidy and you don't get in the way of the neighboring tables. Ambiance (outside) so good/very good. All in all a nice restaurant, I can imagine visiting it more often.

Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and carelessly prepared. For the relatively high price, only warmed-up ready meals were served. The “small salad” was particularly disappointing: it consisted of a single lettuce leaf, a few grated carrots, a tomato, a few slices of cucumber and a ready-made dressing. To make matters worse, in the end an energy flat rate was charged in addition to the already high price, which was not mentioned anywhere before. Conclusion: Overpriced and poor quality.

The food tasted great. For a brewery the range of drinks was meager. The staff: Not very enthusiastic. If you sit outside, the heavy traffic is annoying!

The Worcestershire sauce was very diluted so it could have been left out. The prices have risen so much and the quality is not convincing. We know it differently from the Bräustübl. I hope that changes again. For now, nothing is drawing me there.

It was empty. They served the same grey piece of meat as "steak" and "schnitzel." Our server wished to remind us that "tip was not included in Germany." Our beers were made incorrectly. We spent a great evening in a group with very tasty German food and a diverse selection of drinks. At first we were a bit put off by the prices of the food, but the portions are really big and you'll be very full. The food is delicious. There is always a changing menu depending on the season. I would particularly like to highlight the black beer goulash: the meat is very tender, excellently seasoned and, unlike other restaurants, it actually comes with two large dumplings. Great respect for the service, because despite the fact that it was full we received good service. We would like to come again!

On the occasion of the "Open Ateliers Friedrichshagen" on June 8th and 9th, 2024, we once again found ourselves in this beautiful part of the city - and soon our stomachs growled (it's almost poetic). The food on offer was tempting and we sat on the terrace. Well, this is on a main road and you know that beforehand. But it wasn't loud. It was busy that day, the service was quick and friendly and the drinks and food arrived in a reasonable time. I had the grilled knuckle and it was simply great with delicious sauerkraut and potatoes. The sauce was amazing and as we later found out, you can also order some more sauce if you need it. All in all, a highly recommended restaurant and if you like a bit of nostalgia, I recommend taking a look at the interior - it's just great. Unfortunately we ate so quickly that we forgot to take pictures. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the Bräustübl.

Food wasn't really our thing. Portions small, casserole was only lukewarm. It was too expensive for that. Drink prices were okay. But the service was very good. Very friendly, funny, good-humoured and quick. We really liked the atmosphere. We sat outside.

We booked the ballroom for a big anniversary and were completely satisfied with the preparation and service. The buffet and drinks also left nothing to be desired. Our guests were thrilled.

The Bräustübl is actually a good restaurant. However, you shouldn't go there for coffee. ☹️ The ice cream sundaes are sublime. Ice cream doesn't taste good and everything is carelessly thrown together. And that for €8.75. Since the waitress couldn't give it out, she also added a tip.

You can eat German cuisine, but it's nothing special. Price/performance is not right here at all. For this price it should be tastier and more. Staff was nice, polite and friendly. Conclusion: tried it once and never again
