Restaurant Böbig in Neustadt an der Weinstraße

Unfortunately we sat in the 'back' building which wasn't quite as comfortable. The food was (as always in the Palatinate) very good - I had a sausage salad with fried potatoes. Unfortunately, wine prices are incredibly high. There is no red wine in the single-digit euro range and no cheap Palatinate white wine on the menu. Too bad.

This is my second visit to Hellmers, and I'm very impressed again. Just like last year, I received a friendly welcome. I was surprised with a red sparkling wine to start the day. Then I browsed the wine list. In between, I enjoyed the home-style, local food. Lunch eventually turned into dinner. An exciting and pleasant day. Many thanks to Thomas and the team!

Ein absolut spitzenmäßiges Restaurant. Von Vegan bis Rumpsteak alles Werke eines Spitzenkochs. Die Bedienung,: Schnell, freundlich. Die Preise sind den Gerichten (wir waren als Familie mit 8 Personen dort) entsprechend günstig (die Salate, das Fleisch die veganen Gerichte waren absolut frisch). Sollten wir wieder nach Neustadt an der Weinstrasse kommen freuen wir uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Besuch im Konfetti. An das Konfettiteam: Macht weiter so!!!!

This pub is a truly outstanding traditional German bar, with really friendly staff. It features an excellent selection of German beers, great local wine and excellent choice of spirits all in a vibrant atmosphere. Novalus has delightful menu with a chef who truly talented. The venue is an absolute delight, and I highly recommend visiting. It’s lively, friendly, and welcoming to all. It serves as the perfect spot to enjoy time with friends or even to relish a quick pint on your own.
