The owner is insolvent. No response whatsoever. The tenant apparently pocketed the money for our wedding herself. We had made a large deposit. You should definitely contact the insolvency administrator yourself.

We went to the pub quiz; it was very crowded and stuffy at times, but still a fun evening! The host did a fantastic job, thumbs up! 😊👍🏼

We ordered on December 30th, 2025 at 6:17 PM via the Dean & David website for delivery at 7:20 PM. When it hadn't arrived by 7:45 PM, we started calling. After six attempts, someone finally answered and told us the food was on its way. They said they would contact the driver and check on it, and we should call back in five minutes. We did, and then they said the food had been delivered. Which wasn't true. I had to put a lot of pressure on them until they agreed to re-prepare the two bowls and send them out again. It finally arrived sometime shortly before 9 PM, almost three hours later. And even though I had ordered all the sauces separately because of my allergies, the beef still arrived marinated and heavily peppered, the mango was canned and completely mushy, and the two tiny pieces of side bread were bone dry. My husband wanted to "enhance" his portion with the dressing, but it was so oversalted that we had to throw the entire meal away. Only the muffins were edible, but they were clearly store-bought. The carrot cake seems to be homemade, because it wasn't even worth eating. We will never order from there again and strongly advise everyone against it. Addendum: What we also find very strange is that the official Dean & David ordering website, order.deananddavid.com, doesn't list the Flair Fürth location. You have to specifically enter deananddavid.com/flair-fuerth to even be able to order from there. Perhaps that should have been a warning sign.

Terrible food and awful service on Christmas Day! Our half-duck was nothing but skin and bones. The dumplings were barely bigger than a ping-pong ball, and the spices hadn't been removed from the red cabbage, so we kept biting into cloves and allspice. The extra dumplings arrived long after we'd finished eating. We weren't asked if we wanted anything else to drink. The only redeeming feature was the peppered carp, and the male waiter was friendly, but the female waiters were very rude. We skipped dessert and left frustrated. We'll never go there again.
