Nice restaurant in Fürth. Food and ambience are fine. It quickly becomes noisy in the dining room when there is a lot of activity. Portions could also be a bit larger for the price.

It is very loud in the boiler house. The “juicy” cheeseburger was thin and hard, the bun was soggy and not recommended for €17.50. If you want a potato salad instead of sauerkraut with the delicious 2 bratwursts, it costs an extra €4.50. The final price is not €12.50 but €17. Definitely too much for 2 bratwursts. The restaurant won't see us anymore.

Our favorite place in Fürth! We celebrated our wedding here, everything was more than great! Our expectations were more than exceeded and the planning in advance was extremely pleasant. The service was amazing and our guests now want to celebrate their wedding here too. The best drinks and the best 4 course menu!!! Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Location is really great, looks great! Food was great and the beer selection was great.

Birthday with 8 people. Place: We got a seat in what seemed to be the largest room, right against the wall by the gas pumps. The lighting is just too dark. When asked whether the ceiling light could be turned on, the waiter said: It's too bright. Then the lights above the gas pumps were turned into the table, which disturbed the opposite row of the table very unpleasantly. Absolute lighting problem at this point and 1 star deducted for that. Eat: Food was basically okay and the price was also appropriate. 4 people ordered a potato and cucumber salad as a side dish and there was just too much vinegar in it for all 4 of them. But it's probably more of a matter of taste anyway and therefore okay. Service: Catastrophic. After I paid the bill of 145 euros (with an 8 euro tip), two people wanted to have a final espresso. A waitress seemed to be extremely overwhelmed and basically ran from front to back and back without any side awareness. We sat around for a while after paying and I quickly raised my hand to the waitress and asked her to “excuse me”. She saw it and then came up to the table a few minutes later and said: "First of all: there's no snapping here. I'm not your dog." Interesting way to approach a customer, especially when there was no flicking at all, but my hand was just up to show to the entire customer who the request came from. Maybe the person would like to change jobs. As a waitress, approaching a customer like that just because you obviously don't have enough stress resistance for the job is an absolute minus in the catering industry. When the espressos were brought, I immediately asked for payment. Then a male waiter came straight away. Cost €4.40. (I also gave the same waiter the 8 euro tip earlier). Logically, tipping is done after such behavior, but not for the waiter in question. He then naturally turned around with the 5 euro note and wanted to leave straight away. Of course I had to call him back immediately and ask where my change was. “Yes, well, then I’ll just give you the 60 cents back.” Of course I didn't miss the opportunity to tell him that he could ask his colleague why I had to behave so miserably at this point and why I insisted on the 60 cents. Then there was the sentence: “What I do with my colleague is still my business.” Customer orientation and friendliness are apparently a foreign word in this restaurant. 2 stars deducted for the evening that was messed up for me. Summary: The kitchen is absolutely fine, also in terms of price-performance ratio. The menu could just have a little more to offer so that you can stop by more often, which for me at least has been eliminated due to the disturbingly unfriendly treatment. If the service remains the same, this is not recommended.

The location is really something special. You don't know where to turn your attention first, it's really beautiful! The food was very tasty and the portions were large. The snack is actually enough for 2 people :D The toilets are in the basement, the path is not a short one but that definitely had its charm. Anyone who is in Fürth should have visited this place at least once.

A brewery setting worth seeing with friendly and fast service. We went there for lunch on a Sunday with 10 people without a reservation. Our service staff easily adapted to the languages ​​of our group (German and English), was friendly and was able to answer all questions about the menu. We also really enjoyed the food, there was even a selection for the little ones.

We went to the beer tasting at Humbser and can absolutely recommend it. Very informative and presented in a super relaxed manner. As always, we were treated to delicious food and great service at dinner in the beer garden afterwards. The atmosphere in the beer garden in the evening is always fantastic.

The Humbser is a must if you want to eat modern Franconian food in Fürth! Fantastic location, great team and service and simply very tasty. Lots of creativity in the (excellent) daily specials and changing aperitivi. An enrichment for our beautiful city in one of the most impressive buildings in the region.

Their own unfiltered lager is awesome. Great service.

The service is really exceptionally attentive and friendly. My schnitzel was excellent and even juicier thanks to the cream cheese-mustard marinade. Changing the order instead of the typical potato salad was also easy! My friend had the Schäuferle and was also very satisfied. We would be happy to come back.

Very good Franconian cuisine. Classic, but still somehow different - more modern and much more exciting than the typical Franconian economy. My girlfriend doesn't eat meat and was very happy too! The service is friendly and on point, the prices are reasonable. Location is exciting and steeped in history. If you're lucky with the weather, the beer garden is very relaxed and quiet. Conclusion: Always happy and clear recommendation to everyone!

Wir waren enttäuscht,das Schnitzel ist entgegen der Karte weder mit Frischkäse, noch mit Senf gefüllt, es ist ein einfaches Pressschnitzel wie sie in jedem einfachen lokal gibt! Im Lokal war es so warm,drückend nicht Mal ein Ventilator. Es war unser Hochzeitstag Essen ,wir hatten uns mehr versprochen . Nicht empfehlenswert aber eine mega freundliche Bedienung .

The food is fine! But as others have already described, it is very tiring to have a conversation inside the large hall....if there are a lot of people there you can no longer understand your own words....but you can hear people louder and louder even further away! The food is okay...unfortunately the pullet burger drowned in the sauce! Totally muddy....sharper good...

The ambience is really very nice. The selection of food is good, but the dishes are a bit higher priced. The small selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes could of course be expanded, but it is sufficient. A vegan burger would be great. The portions are sometimes a bit small, but it tasted very tasty. The selection of beers is also impressive. The service was generally good and friendly until we were suddenly asked out of nowhere if anyone wanted to pay. We hadn't been there long and the shop was empty...so the whole thing seemed a bit strange. Otherwise I can recommend the Humbser.

We came here for dinner last Sunday. The place wasn’t busy, but still service and food were really good! They serve traditional Franconian and Bavarian food which is well executed and plated. Waiters were very friendly and also spoke English perfectly. Their beer selection is pretty good and the atmosphere created in the old brewery is absolutely amazing! Definitely visit if you get the chance!

Food and service is very good. The ambience of the restaurant is basically the same, but due to the interior design, the dining room is very loud and we could always hear the voices of the tables at the other end of the hall very clearly, even though people apparently didn't speak excessively loudly.

Great food (I had a Schäufala) and delicious beer. In addition, the service was very friendly and the brewery atmosphere (e.g. huge brewing kettles in the dining room) rounds off the positive impression. Highly recommended.

The location with the old brewing kettles and the high ceilings is very beautiful. The food “Schäufärla with dumpling and salad” was very good, my colleagues’ food also looked good and everyone enjoyed it! The waitresses were very friendly. If you come by car you have to allow a little time to look for a parking space, unless you're lucky ;) All in all, an address you can visit again!

19 Uhr war reserviert, 19 Uhr wurden wir platziert. 19:15 kam der Ober erstmals, 19:25 kam das Bier. 25 Minuten nach Betreten des Restaurants. Essen so eher mittelprächtig. Bedienung freundlich, aber überfordert und unprofessionell. Das einzig positive ist das bemerkenswerte historische Gebäude.

A successful evening with a larger group. The reservation request by email was answered within an hour. The service staff gave us a friendly welcome and assigned us a large table in the hall. Although the restaurant was full, all the food was served together after about 30 minutes. All dishes were to our complete satisfaction and we will therefore come back. The equipment with the old brewing kettles creates a cool look that will definitely be remembered after a visit.

Nice atmosphere, but quite loud. Nice staff. Food average. Liver cheese soup was very strongly seasoned, but ox cheeks were not at all. Plus overcooked, tasteless vegetables. No thanks.

Although we were the first guests today, there wasn't everything on the menu and all of the food for 5 people was cold. Schäuferle and dumplings, bratwursts with cabbage, and cabbage wraps all went back and were warmed up briefly. You would never at least have something warm for the prices again.

That was nothing. There were five of us there, four of the dishes were cold to lukewarm at most, two of the dishes were not cooked properly. Absolutely not recommended!!!!

Great atmosphere in a former brewery. Very attractive menu with delicious dishes. Very nice employees. The dishes could possibly be a little larger, but that's just my subjective opinion. We will be back definitely! Thank you ☺️

Das Gasthaus selbst ist wirklich toll. Leider ist das Essen nicht heiß, wenn es auf den Tisch kommt. Geschmacklich war es gut.

Sehr schöne Location in einem toll restaurieren, historischen Ambiente. Wir waren neulich abends mit Gästen hier und alle waren begeistert. Das Essen, insbesondere die Schäufele war insgesamt sehr gut. Der Service könnte etwas besser sein. Ein Wermutstropfen, das Preisniveau ist für fränkische Küche schon sehr gehobenen. Hier zahlt man letztendlich schon das Ambiente mit.

Geweldig, een aanrader om hier te eten zowel vegetarisch, vegan als vlees, de locatie is prachtig, een mooie opgeknapte brouwerij en de bediening is erg goed

Es ist so derart laut, dass man sich nicht unterhalten kann. Wie in einer Bahnhofshalle, wenn es voll ist. An manchen Plätzen kommt der Schall irgendwelcher anderen Gäste im Saal wieder runter. Diesen Worten kann man dann zuhören, als würde die Person neben einem sitzen. Das ist schon gruslig. Leider verdirbt das Geschrei alles. Nur außen in den Vorräumen kann man gut sitzen und reden. Das Essen ist Masse, dabei aber ganz in Ordnung. Großes fränkisches Wirtshaus eben. Der Kellner ist top und sehr freundlich, die Mädels zwischen freundlich und völlig verpeilt. Eine junge Dame strich sich ständig durchs offene lange Haar, während sie verzweifelt überlegte, welches Essen wohin gehörte. Das ist unappetitlich, schließlich hat sie dann wieder Teller mit Speisen in der Hand.

Heute Abend sind wir spontan zum Humbser gefahren und hatten Glück. Zwei Plätze waren für uns frei. Die Speisekarte war ausreichend und das bestellte Essen wurde schnell serviert. Der Service wie immer top.

Lokation und Ambiente ist Extraklasse, zünftige Gerichte auch in vegetarisch, super Service.

Heute Mittag bei Humbser und Freunde gewesen- Wir waren zu 4. und hatten reserviert, daher wurden wir zügig und freundlich zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Der Service war freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam. Die Bedienung nahm erst unsere Getränke-Bestellung auf welche auch kurz darauf kamen. Mit der Ankunft dieser wurde auch direkt das Essen aufgenommen, welches ebenso schnell serviert wurde. Ich bestellte den Hirschgulasch- eine gute Portion. Geschmacklich war der Gulasch gut jedoch nicht übermäßig Zart und außergewöhnlich-dennoch schmackhaft. Als Beilage sagten mir die Haselnuss-Spätzle allerdings sehr zu, ebenso wie die Preiselbeeren und das Blaukraut. Probieren durfte ich außerdem die Roulade welche sehr lecker, Zart und geschmacklich intensiv war.- auf jedenfall löblich zu erwähnen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist optisch sehr ansprechend und erinnert an eine ,wenn auch moderne Brauerei. Jedoch war die Akustik nicht die beste und es könnte zu Stoßzeiten anstrengend werden sich zu unterhalten. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung sehr angenehm und eine gute Wahl für ein schönes Mittagessen.

Eine tolle Location. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sehr gemütlich. Einziger Haken, im Kessel hört man die Gespräche vom anderen Ende. Die Gerichte sind klasse. Mein Tipp sind definitiv die Käsespätzle. Auch die Option mit der eigenen Dose welche vor Ort zu holen finde ich klasse und einen richtigen Schritt im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit. Die „neue“ reduzierte Karte bietet immersing genug Auswahl, egal, ob Brotzeit oder Schäuferle. Auf jeden Fall fränkisch. Eine große Auswahl an frisch gezapftem Bier, welches auch regelmäßig wechselt. Ich habe schon mitbekommen, dass hier Hochzeiten gefeiert werden.

Wer für Bier über 4 Euro will, wird von mir nicht mehr besucht.

Einfach Toll, sehr stimmungsvoll und angenehm, man spürt den Hauch vergangener Zeiten. Das Essen ist großartig und die Portionen sind großzügig, ich war sehr positiv überrascht und werde diesen Ort auf jeden Fall öfter besuchen.

Maximal sehr durchschnittlich, wohlwollend gemeint. Einmal pro Jahr geben wir den Restaurant eine neue Chance. Dieses Mal mit einem sehr einfachen Gericht: Paniertes Schweineschnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat. Das blasse Schnitzel ähnelte optisch einem Tiefkühlfertigschnitzel und der Kartoffelsalat schmeckte wie aus dem Plastikeimer. Dafür aber nur 16 EUR teuer. Portion war ausreichend. Bier dafür sehr gut. Der Service war sehr nett. Mit dem nahegelegenen Grüner Brauhaus können Humbser & Freunde seit Jahren beim fränkischen Essen nicht annähernd mithalten. Mit dem Preis-Qualität-Verhältnis schon gar nicht. Fortgesetzt schade!

Essen war Ok, nicht schön war die Tatsache das ich einen Tisch für 4 Personen. reserviert habe und davon ausging im Innenbereich diesen bekomme, dies war aber wegen einer Veranstaltung am nächsten Tag nicht möglich. So mussten wir im Freien Essen. Vielleicht sollte man das vorher dem Gast mitteilen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und haben uns beide für einen Spritz der Woche und den Pulled-Schäuferla Bürger (1x mit Sonderwunsch) entschieden. Super Wahl, das Fleisch war super saftig in Soße mariniert und die Menge an Fleisch angemessen. Pommes waren gut, könnten jedoch noch etwas knuspriger sein und ein wenig Pommes-Würze vertragen. Unsere Bedienung war hervorragend, obwohl er mit einer Kollegin allein war und sie zusammen allerhand zu tun hatten war er die Ruhe selbst und ein perfekter Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder und werden mehr von der Karte probieren. Info: es ist schon hochpreisiger, Gerichte fast alle über 15€

Wunderbar, mehr kann ich dazu nicht sagen, außer … das es ohne Reservierung zu Wartezeiten kommt. Ist aber normal. Geht hin!

Wir, 5 Personen hätten gerne zusammen gegessen. Das Essen wurde unvollständig und nach und nach serviert. Der Salat und das vegane Essen sind sehr am unteren Ende des Wünschenwertes. Der Raum extrem laut. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, das konnte aber den Gesamteindruck nicht wirklich verbessern. Wir werden das Lokal in Zukunft meiden Sehr schade.

Wir saßen außen im Biergarten, trotz der Lage an der Schwabacher Straße war es schön ruhig. Der Schäuferle Bueger mit Pommes als Hauptspeise war ausgefallen besonders. Das Fleisch zart und der Burger gesamt sehr saftig. Das Personal war freundlich. Der Käsekuchen aus dem Glas als Nachspeise war ebenfalls überdurchschnittlich gut.

... schönes Ambiente... leider hallt es sehr, ich denke durch die hohen Decken. Bedienung war sehr bemüht, aber 1 war einfach zu wenig an dem Abend... dauert einfach alles ziemlich lange ...

Wir haben die Hochzeit unserer Tochter und Schwiegersohn dort gefeiert und hatten einen tollen Platz auf dem Balkon. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat jeden Wunsch schnell erfüllt. Das Essen war sehr gut und auch für die Kids gab es besonders leckere Pommes.

Sehr schöne Erfahrung! Es wird auf Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten eingegangen. Personal äußerst freundlich. Küche sehr flott. Wir hatten unser Essen bereits 15 min nach der Bestellung obwohl es sehr gut besucht war. Ambiente einzigartig. Preislich nicht ganz billig aber der Qualität entsprechend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich waren mit drei auswärtigen Kollegen beim Essen um das beste Fürther Bier zu genießen. Gegessen haben wir auch! Die Ochsenbäckle waren sehr gut, die Ochsensuppe okay. Das Schäufele war gut. Der Burger war auch in Ordnung aber sehr teuer m Vergleich zu den Ochsenbäckle oder dem Schäufele an sich. Die Lokation ist sehr schön, wenn man Brauereien mag. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett.
