Very tasty food, we were happy with everything. It's better to make a reservation in advance on the weekend, as it was very busy the two times I was there.

After a long time, we returned to Bacchus. The mussels were delicious. A real treat. The entire menu is highly recommended. The value for money is good. The portions are very generous and delicious 😋 Service – super good. We went with five girls and ordered ahead. The restaurant was very busy. Definitely recommend it – we'll be back 👌

No doubt, one of the best Greek Restaurant I ever tried here in Hamburg! 😋😍 We have a lot of Greek Restaurants and to be in the business for more than 40yrs means a lot. There is a reason this restaurant is still running after all those years. The best, juicy, freshly made and tastiest Bifteki I ever had. Freshly made by the owner herself 👍🏻. I always order the same in every Greek Restaurant I'm going to try it and this is by far the best. 👌🏼 Also their Gyros is very juicy. Plus the atmosphere is very nice and the people there are very friendly

A warm Greek family with friendly staff. Very high-quality, tasty food. A large selection. Everything is always excellent, and the tiramisu is also delicious. I always enjoy coming back to Rahlstedt. It's best to make a reservation on weekends.

We were here for the first time today and were very dissatisfied, unfortunately. Negative: 1. The wheat beer wasn't well chilled and came in a glass with dried yeast on the bottom. 2. The salad was poorly dressed with a run-of-the-mill dressing. The bread came with no dip. 3. The outdoor seating was uncomfortable and simple, with no cushions. 4. No salt or pepper on the table. 5. The wait for a gyro plate was 50 minutes. The quality was below average - not flavorful, with lots of fat. 6. After waiting 45 minutes, they asked us, "Is everything okay?" Haha, funny! No one asked during the meal if it tasted good. 7. A 0.3l Pilsner costs €4.60. The same goes for a 0.3l apple spritzer. Positive: 1. They proactively asked for ouzo on the house before and after the meal. 2. The cutlery was clean. 3. Card payments accepted. 4. Lollipop for the child. 5. Parking in the yard. 6. We won't be back. What a shame.

Nice restaurant. It's been here for a long time, but unfortunately, little investment has been made since then. Good food, friendly service, but unfortunately, your clothes smell strongly of food when you leave the restaurant.

We come here often. The food is always good and the portions are decent. The time it takes for the food to arrive is reasonable. Unfortunately, the benches are always very hard, which often prevents us from staying longer.

Large menu/lots of choice. Everyone finds their “classic”. Good cuisine The restaurant has been run by this family for a long time and so the ambience is a bit old, but cozy and familiar. Warm and friendly hosts.

Great family restaurant. Super loving and careful operation and service. The food was rustic Greek. Portions are a bit small for MEN 😉. But everyone was full...We can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience. Full star rating. Update 12/25/2024 I consciously leave the first rating in place because I don't rate just to "complain" and I find it difficult to criticize publicly because people don't know the reasons for certain processes/behavior. BUT IT HAS TO BE NOW! Price increases affect everyone, which is exactly why politeness and FAIR perception of customers' needs must not be left behind. We have been there for Christmas family reunions for years and drive hundreds of kilometers. One of our sons lives in Hamburg. Last year the service was borderline poor because we waited a really long time for drinks and food. Since the restaurant was REALLY full, we had patience. This year we were shown that guests are probably just PASSERS. We complied with the staff's wishes and waited outside because the table wasn't set yet. Can happen. Then a group of 8 people (arriving about 10 minutes after us) walked past us and were promptly shown to the table. After asking again, we were finally allowed to enter the restaurant. First, only 10 people were set up, orders were made for 13 people, then a garden table (lower one) and a chair were positioned DIRECTLY in front of the toilets, in the passageway, in a "walking line" between staff and guests. When we were told that this was not the table we had ordered/requested months ago, we were rudely told... "Here we go in order and they definitely wanted a set table."...The reference to the troop marching through , which was also placed at the last table and with too many place settings, created an aggressive atmosphere. Honestly, if we had known an alternative for so many people, we would have left immediately. What was then very noticeable, unfortunately only until we asked for the bill, we were served quickly and by several service people. Drinks and food came so quickly that other guests noticed. YET - ordered dessert and bill straight away...then we were immediately back to the BAD initial level. Tables were carried through the "remaining passage" where one of our guests was sitting and the guest was pushed away WITHOUT making a REQUEST. It was set to RUN again... the restaurant was otherwise averagely attended, with the exception of 4 larger tables/tables put together. With all understanding, the catering industry in particular has been complaining since Corona and higher operating costs, but if you treat guests like this, sooner or later the consequences will follow. I am currently withdrawing my recommendation and we will also look for another restaurant for family meals from 2025 in good time. You can't understand what was going on and you can't tolerate it. We also have to work hard for our money.

The food was fresh & extremely tasty. A little longer waiting time for the food. The rest of the service was “very good” 4 stars, could improve minimally. A little more stressful for Christmas time, minor oversights with waiting time & departure (clearing the table), but understandably difficult to scale at Christmas time. Otherwise, in conclusion, definitely worth it, owners and staff extremely nice and accommodating.

The menu surprises with some dishes that stand out in their quality and uniqueness, while everything else is at least at a very high level. Always very tasty. We recommend the eggplant as a starter and the grill plate. Gyros is deliciously seasoned, but not overly seasoned. Insider tip for the east of Hamburg Been there again, again very tasty 😋 Particularly delicious at the end: mocha sweet!

It was packed early on a Saturday evening and very noisy and restless due to its size. The food was worth the price. The staff always tried to fulfill all of the guests' wishes, despite the great stress. Reservation by telephone is recommended.

Even though the restaurant was full at almost all tables, the very friendly service is to be praised. Rustic atmosphere, the calamari was very good, not as heavily breaded as other Greek restaurants, highly recommended. The gyros were also tasty and the price-performance ratio was very good. Always a pleasure - table reservations are recommended.

We were hoping to find a new local, but it was a disappointment. The waiter was rather uncommunicative and you were asked to go to the last corner even though the restaurant was empty. Unfortunately the food was a disappointment. Gyros with Metaxa sauce were unfortunately hardly edible because they were very wavy and the sauce was far from Metaxa sauce. Rump steak and pork tough. Sorry, it was a first and last visit.

Calisperassas. A real honest and delicious Greek restaurant in the east of Hamburg. And the store is often packed. Quality paired with a big gastronomic heart. The service staff have fun, just like the family. This is noticeable. The ice-cold ouzo as an aperitif warms everyone up, even more so in summer. I would walk 100 km for a very good Mediterranean salad, it is really very good here. Fresh, hand-picked, house dressing or oil with balsamic vinegar. Why go to Greece, you can get everything here too. Without a long flight. OK, the topic of sun, let’s leave that…. The bifteki was also very good, solid and tasty, vegetables and rice on point. And thank you, dogs are cared for and treated immediately. And they can also pour beer. The foam crown is made of concrete and stands like a 1st Yammas. It's really fun to come here from time to time. The ice-cold ouzo afterwards cools you down. Calinichta.

We went on a Saturday afternoon without a reservation and were accommodated after a quick look at the reservation book. Over the course of the stay it became clear that reservations were advisable and the seats filled up slowly and steadily. The menu is typically Greek but the dishes, both the starter and the main courses, were super tasty, the plates were full and the cappuccino at the end was made with love (mega cream topping). The service staff is super friendly and as you can tell, the guest is taken into account and their wishes are fulfilled. All in all super tasty and we'll be back!

War okay. -Lieblos eingerichtet, etwas kalt. -gute Parkmöglichkeiten -Der Rosé schmeckte flach (wahrscheinlich falsch gekühlt/ zu lang offen -Suppe war gut -Hauptspeise war lauwarm-ehr kalt -Bedienung war sehr genervt, obwohl wir die ersten waren -Der Besitzer war sehr lieb => es sollte sich aufjedenfall Richtung Dekoration ändern. Räume sind leer, wenige Dekoration Aspekte, Wände hoch. Irgendwie eine Säule, etwas and den Zwischenwand Richtung Decke etc etc

Wir treffen uns dort jährlich zum Klassentreffen. Sehr freundlich und Wünsche werden erfüllt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Hier gibt es die besten Muscheln der Stadt :-) und das Brot dazu ist selbstgebacken und oft noch warm. Sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt auch halbe Portionen. Wir kommen sehr gern hierher, der Service ist immer sehr herzlich und aufmerksam und das Essen köstlich! Muscheln am besten vorbestellen.

Ein Grieche mit toller Küche und nettem Personal. Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe da. Grundsätzlich hat alles gepasst. Parkplätze sind hinterm Restaurant ausreichend vorhanden. Ab und an wurden Getränke vergessen, was aber auf Nachfrage sofort korrigiert wurde. Das Essen war lecker und frisch. Hier hat keiner gemeckert. Das einzige was im Nachhinein gestört hat war, dass die Kleidung sehr stark nach Essen gerochen hatte. Ich kann den Laden und den netten Besitzer, mit dem wir zum Schluss noch einen netten Plausch hatten, nur empfehlen. Danke für den tollen Abend!

Das Bacchus ist eines der besseren Griechen im Stadtteil. Leider ist es etwas dunkel im Raum und im Service hilft die ganze Familie mit. Was manchmal nicht ganz professionell überkommt. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Lokal für einen netten Abend.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Preis auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wenn etwas mit Käse überbacken ist, ist es niemals gleichmäßig gelb-braun. Wenn doch, war das Essen in der Mikrowelle. Service aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente hat mich an eine Bahnhofsgaststätte erinnert. Allerdings fügt sich das Restaurant in die Umgebung ein.

Absolute Empfehlung! Das Essen ist unglaublich lecker, die Portionen sind groß und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

War mit meiner Partnerin dort, das Restaurant wirkte sauber, der Service war nett und das Essen lecker. Jedoch tatsächlich sehr teuer für ziemlich kleine Portionen, selbst für meine zierliche Freundin. Da das Essen sich jetzt nicht zur durchschnittlichen Konkurrenz abhebt, weiß ich nicht, ob ich dieses Restaurant nochmal aufsuchen würde.

Mir wurde dieses Restaurant empfohlen und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! Eine große Auswahl auf der Speisekarte sorgt für Entscheidungsschwierigkeiten im positiven Sinne und das Essen selbst war richtig lecker. Auch an der Menge auf dem Teller wird nicht gespart! Das Personal und die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und lächeln. Das trägt dazu bei dass man sich willkommen und wohl fühlt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen!

Essen war ganz gut aber der Service überhaupt nicht gut. 45 Minuten am Tisch auf eine Speisekarte gewartet. Nach einer weiteren Stunde essen bekommen. Nachdem wir 45 min auf unsere Rechnung gewartet haben sind wir hingegangen und haben an der Theke gezahlt.

Bier schmeckt, Essen war super, Service war nett.... was will man mehr 😊
