Not a good restaurant for me personally. I got stomach problems every time I went there. It was always turkey or vegetarian dishes. It's not comfortable either. People sit on beer benches outside and it is often stuffy inside. If you're there as a larger group, you'll at least get one or two carafes of ouzo. Is nice for those who drink alcohol. However, the employees are always very nice, at least a good thing.

Like the restaurant, it is very simple, Greek takeaway style. The waiters are nice, but the food isn't really good: too greasy, too much stuffing and fries! All at an affordable price.

Simple and very good. Very warm and familiar.

Very tasty food and extremely personable, friendly staff who always have a joke on their lips! The portions can be described as extremely generous. The multiple free ouzo in the evening wasn't bad either! Sat outside with two kids and a dog. Even though there was a lot going on, the service took time for the children.

If you want something fresh from the grill and are not averse to a Uso, but are also in a good mood, this is the place for you! The neighborhood is regular customers. The bifteki is terrific - and big - but the lamb chops are not to be sniffed at either!

Super nice service and delicious food

Be sure to make a reservation, the restaurant is always busy. We had a nice table outside. Staff nice and very friendly. Food super tasty at good prices. Always happy again. Very child-friendly, there was also a lollipop for our 12 year old daughter 🍭☺️

Highly recommended. Huge portions very tasty. Almost all tables were reserved. Luckily we had lunch at 3:30 p.m. 😉 There was a large ouzo with the drinks we ordered.

Food incredibly good. Portions plentiful and tasty. In my opinion, it couldn't be better with fair prices. There are slight weaknesses in the service. The feeling of hospitality and warmth has room for improvement here. But Ouzo makes this forgotten again. 😂

I had the most amazing gyros today at this restaurant! The owner is incredibly friendly and hardworking, he earned my respect. The food was absolutely delicious, and the combination of great flavors and excellent service made my dining experience unforgettable. After visiting the zoo, we took a quick look around to see where you could eat delicious food and were really pleasantly surprised. Portions are quite large, prices are quite reasonable, service is super friendly. The food was very tasty and not too salty, as is usually the case in Greece. Highly Recommended!

The portion is okay. The food is mediocre. I ordered a Gyros plate. the meet was overcooked and extremly salty.

We visit every time we're in Hamburg. I mean it. Every. Time. Vegetarian options are limited, but they're more than willing to accommodate. The tzatziki is really, really good, as is the grilled feta. My partner is always very pleased with the gyros, and always leaves filled and happy. In the summer, sitting outside is the only option because it can be stuffy inside - but then you have to deal with the smokers, which is a bit irritating. Service is fantastic, we're always well taken care of. They've always been able to fit us in between reservations, which is fabulous. Until next time!

Gyros Pita for €7.50 is simply far too little. It was quite tasty, but far too little. You should be halfway full from one Gyros Pita and not be able to eat two more. Bread was oily and there were no fries in the pita.

⚡️ The gyros is like it came from Zeus’ hands. 🏃‍♂️ The service is as quick as Hermes. 🌞 The fries are as gold as the Cretan sun. 🌳 The atmosphere is as inviting as Plato's gardens. This establishment cannot be matched because it is unique. ΥΓΕΙΑ!

Been there again after a long time. Unfortunately the quality of the meat left something to be desired. No restaurant where you can spend a cozy evening, suitable for a small snack in between. It's just a snack bar and not a restaurant.

Food and hospitality are of a really good standard. My veal chop was a little streaky, but everything else was fine. Ambience could be a little more valuable. Especially towards the awning, the whole thing has a bit of a camping holiday flair and the smells of cooking permeate the rooms. But the landlord is nice and the ouzo rounds come regularly and often enough. The atmosphere in the store is loud and fun. Attention, always well attended. Reservations are required

We were lucky to get a table for 8 people, which is really difficult here. The ambience and appearance make it look like a snack bar, but this is a great place to eat. The portions are priced accordingly (gyros plate with fries or rice and salad €16) and even a good eater will be satisfied here. The staff is super friendly and took really good care of us. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Hamburg. Then we go here again.

It's not just the price/performance/quality that's right here, but also the family atmosphere. You feel welcome here, it is still a place where employees have worked there together for over 10 years. The only point of criticism: the tzatziki price is too high. Rest: I really enjoy coming and feel good.

My absolute favorite Greek when it comes to value for money & delicious gyros, bifteki & tzaziki. Always fresh, always tasty and well seasoned. Fries and rice were also really tasty. Freshly tapped beer served in a scoop. More is not possible. Prices have risen continuously over the last few years - I hope prices remain stable for a longer period of time.

You have to like it. The portions are generous. But my meat was grilled for too long that it ended up being too dry.

So the food was very tasty and authentic. Unfortunately, card payments are not possible here these days. This is not visibly signposted anywhere. That's not as customer-focused or contemporary. But we will come back because the food really impressed us

It's ok but I will not go back ..this is one more time proven that Google reviews are not reliable. I wanted to eat moussaka so I decided to go here bcs of good reviews. First you cant pay with card so I went to find an ATM to withdraw money. Secondly when I come back they barely understand english so they sit me in smoking area (I realise when I went to toilet) which was little bit cold aswell (heater next to me wasn't heating but nobody payed attention to that). There is no wifi and waiter is not so approachable so I didn't ask. So I ordered simply that moussaka what I came for and glass of house red wine 0.2dl. Moussaka came very fast-ofcourse is just heated in microwave. I ate cos I was hungry later than had stomach pain (I think is cream which I suppose was in topping). Wine just tried payed and left. Wine was very bad, sour. Anyway can't recommend cos I didn't have good experience.

Hello everyone. I was there at 7 p.m. on Saturday 02/03/24. Everything was good. The only thing that disappointed me was one thing! NO GYROS left. My wife ordered turkey and it was also delicious. I got suvlaki extra but it wasn't a gyro 😔.

Delicious food, decent portions and a great concept with the large pavilion outside. Small points of criticism: The gyro could have been crispier, the gyro cutting device runs continuously when the store is full and is very loud, card payment was not possible and the wrong side dish was served - all small things that result in a 1 star deduction, but still worth a visit

Cada vez que visito a mi familia a Hamburgo está siempre es una parada obligatoria. La comida, atención y precio son excelentes. Mi plato favorito el plato de Gyros, el cual también está muy bien servido. Las raciones son abundantes y el sabor inigualable. Totalmente recomendable, volveré pronto como siempre.

Das Essen wie immer Top, super nettes Personal, eine kleine Kritik gibt es aber ....die aktuelle Preissteigerung kann ich bedingt nachvollziehen, schade nur, dass die Kinderteller einen gewaltigen Preissprung gemacht haben. Kalamaris als Kinderteller für 13,50 Euro finde ich nicht mehr so toll....ansonsten immer wieder gerne...VG JB"s

It was a fantastic experience. The staff was very kind even tho we arrived pretty late. It was very authentic, ouzo was not even included in the bill. The food was a huge portion and was pretty tasty, we loved the night a lot.

Ich finde es immer wieder toll dort bin gerne da und wir haben mit der Firma auch dort unsere Weihnachtsfeier gemacht toller Service knapp gesagt , Begeisterung pur . Macht weiter so .

Das Gyros ist der Hammer Super knusprig und saftig. Beilagen könnten vieleicht ein wenig mehr sein. UND VOR ALLEM Uzo satt! Ich war mit meinen homies dort und trotz relativ kleiner bestllung haben wir 5 runden Uzo für umme bekommen. Wir werden definitv wiederkommen und das nicht nur einmal.

Bedienung ging sehr schnell. Das Essen kam gefühlt 2 min nach der Bestellung und hat super geschmeckt (Gyros-Teller mit Reis). Ouzo gabs natürlich wieder mehr als man trinken kann.

Ein schlichtes Grichisches Restaurant aber sehr gutes Essen und einen super Service. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist auch super. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Essen ausgesprochen gut, Atmosphäre sehr laut und bei den falschen Plätzen (Bierbänke) auch ungemütlich. Trotzdem würde ich für das super Essen wiederkommen.
