The view is simply wonderful and it is in a very quiet location, you can walk to the end and to the city in peace

Great location, staff very accommodating and helpful. Very well-kept hotel, rooms very well equipped, even with charging options for USB devices. Breakfast highly recommended. Everyone in the bar also exudes friendliness; you feel comfortable and welcome everywhere. The cocktails are also highly recommended. Great price/performance ratio. Very centrally located and still very quiet. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the market square. Conclusion: We will definitely come back! Keep it up!

Location is solid. The cleanliness of the room is generally okay, but I am unsure why they installed carpet. Real cleanliness cannot therefore be guaranteed. The staff is mostly friendly, but not professionally trained. The promise of sustainability is more of an illusion here than anything else. The windows aren't really well glazed & the frames don't help to insulate anything at all.

The restaurant has delicious food and nice staff. You look directly at the lake. We didn't have any accommodation. You should reserve in advance if you have not booked accommodation there.

Very nice hotel right on the lake.

We had a very, very nice corner room facing the lake on the 5th floor with a fantastic view and total peace. We recommend. Unfortunately the sauna and sports area was a construction site and could not be used. Unfortunately there is no minibar in the room. Unfortunately the restaurant is not open all day. I don't know of any better or more beautiful place in Schwerin!

Great welcome at the reception, staff very friendly and helpful, spacious room (we traveled as a group of three) and very clean, small touches such as: B. Rose in the bathroom, make you feel comfortable. Very good, balanced and sufficient breakfast. Since we traveled by train and had an older family member with us, we often needed a taxi. This was always ordered very quickly via reception. Thanks again for that. Although the hotel is not in the city center, the location was excellent, right on the Ziegelsee.

A hotel with history. The lake is picturesquely beautiful. The breakfast is very lovingly designed and cheap, and Schwerin city center is within walking distance. We can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.

A highly recommended hotel in an excellently converted former granary. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. There are slight qualitative fluctuations between shifts when it comes to staff. Breakfast is highly recommended. You can reach the city center in about 20 minutes on foot.

I booked the hotel based on the good reviews from other satisfied guests. I booked through the CHECK24 portal. After I booked, I immediately received a confirmation of my booking from the hotel. Until then I thought great, everything was okay. 20 minutes later the hotel called and asked me to cancel the reservation. I was blown away. I was told to cancel even though the hotel was overbooked. I insisted on cancellation by the hotel, which they did reluctantly. There was no apology from the hotel and no indication of another appointment. There is another way to get better.

Everything great. We recommend. We would love to come back...

A great stay! We had booked an arrangement including a 3-course menu. From the warm welcome to departure, it was a complete success! All employees were very attentive, friendly and professional. The private spa area, which you can book for 2 hours, is highly recommended. The breakfast was also great. We'll definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay over Easter. Good cuisine, bar and outdoor area by the lake. Bicycle rental, parking, central and quiet location.

Very nice house, well-kept and spotlessly clean, spacious rooms. Very friendly staff and the food is first class and plentiful. There is also nothing wrong with the extensive breakfast buffet. The location right on Lake Ziegelsee is great - there is a beautiful view, especially if the room is on the lake side. Schwerin city center can be easily reached in a good 15 to 20 minutes on foot. The only drawback was that the wellness area had been being remodeled for months and was therefore unusable. Therefore a star deduction.

All employees were very warm and extremely attentive. Exceptional, great breakfast buffet with organic products and lots of homemade items. Great facilities, also lots of little details like fresh roses in the bathroom, flowers on the tables. Also a highlight: sauna boat on the lake. The location on Ziegelsee near the old town was beautiful. Easy to reach from the train station by bus. We felt very, very comfortable.

Very pleasant hotel with great rooms in a perfect location. The service is excellent. The good atmosphere among the employees is transferred to the entire atmosphere in the hotel and creates a pleasant but unobtrusive cosiness. Despite the location close to the center (for example, the castle is only a few minutes' walk through a breathtaking city), it is absolutely quiet. We were only there for three days, but we will definitely come back.

We were very happy with the landside room. The rich breakfast, the bar and the service were impeccable. We'll be back in July!!!

Best hotel for a holiday in Schwerin!

Nettes Hotel mit Restaurant, Bar, Fitnesscenter und SPA-Bereich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern und gut ausgestattet (Minibar/Kühlschrank gibt's leider nicht). Im Bad gibt es Nachtlicht, was ich persönlich großartig finde. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist großartig, ich habe dort nichts vermisst.

Tolle Lage im Zentrum direkt am See, die City zu Fuß zu erkunden, Klasse. Essen sehr lecker, einen Punkt Abzug, da wegen Personalmangel die Zimmer nicht fertig waren. Komme gern auch privat wieder her.

Als Tagungshotel zu empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage, toller Service und gute Ausstattung der Räume.

Für eine Tagung unseres Unternehmens hatten wir uns für diese Location entschieden und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Perfekte Vorbereitung. Edles, gediegenes Ambiente, äusserst aufmerksames Personal, super Catering mit äusserst schmackhaften Zutaten. Dazu ein sehr professioneller Tagungsraum mit hochwertigem Equipment. Besser gehts fast nicht. Da fühlt man sich als Unternehmen gut beraten, gut bedient und äusserst gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für die hervorragend vorbereitete Tagung. P.S Die Zimmer können an dieser Stelle von mir nicht bewertet werden, da nicht übernachtet wurde. Aber bei dem erhaltenen Gesamteindruck sollte es mich wundern, wenn es dort etwas auszusetzen gäbe. Denn hier sind Profis am Werk... 😀

Was für ein tolles Hotel in Schwerin. Ich bin begeistert. Das Hotel ist, wie der Name schon sagt ein ehemaliger Speicher direkt am Ziegelsee. Die Zimmer sind top besonders mit dem Blick auf den See. Der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine weitere Empfehlung, wenn es mal wieder nach Schwerin geht.
