Ich hatte ein wunderbares Abendessen im griechischen Restaurant mit richtig leckeren, saftigen und gut gewürzten Gyros. Die Tiropita, ein mit Feta gefülltes Gebäck, war warm, blättrig und einfach köstlich. Der Service war freundlich und sorgte für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Insgesamt war es ein toller Besuch, den ich gerne wiederholen würde.

Sehr gutes Essen, wohlschmeckend. Große Portionen. Es hat mir gut gefallen. Kann es empfehlen.

Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service erstklassig, und wir wurden bei unserem zweiten Besuch sogar wiedererkannt (so begeistert waren wir). Die Spieße mit Schweine- und Hühnerfleisch waren perfekt gewürzt und zubereitet – kein bisschen trocken. Die Salate waren frisch und die Desserts köstlich. Man merkt, wie stolz die Inhaber auf ihr Restaurant sind.

Meine Schwester und ich hatten um 17:30 einen Tisch reserviert, um kurz nach halb 6 kamen wir an und das Restaurant war bereits gut besucht. Service sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, beim Vorbeigehen wurde immer geschaut, ob bei und noch alles in Ordnung ist. 😊 Essen sehr gut, ich als Vegetarierin war mit der Auswahl sehr zufrieden.👍🍀 Von unsrer Seite ein wirklich gelungenes Abendessen- SEHR zu empfehlen!! Das Zitat ist in der Speisekarte zu lesen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, weiter so! 🙏🥳😋

Am Essen war nichts auszusetzen, aber auch nix Besonderes - Grieche halt. Der Service war super, total auf Zack und super freundlich. Ambiente ist zwar schön und nett, aber da es so voll war, war es auch extrem laut. Das ist "Geschmackssache", aber ich persönlich mag das überhaupt gar nicht. Ich würde auch wieder zum Essen dort einkehren, aber nicht, wenn ich mich unterhalten möchte.

Wir haben gestern im Athene ein Geburtstagsessen genossen. Wir waren elf Personen, aber das schien für das Team im Athene überhaupt kein Problem zu sein. Sie blieben entspannt und freundlich und haben unsere große Gruppe problemlos bewirtet. Das Essen war köstlich und preiswert. Was will man mehr? Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine sehr preiswerte Mittagskarte. Angemessene Portion für mittags. Die Babycalamares waren butterzart, die Bratkartoffeln angenehm knusprig und nicht- wie schon häufig erlebt- in Fett getränkt. Ausgezeichnete aromatische Tomaten im Bauernsalat. Der Fleischspieß saftig, Tzatziki fein. Sehr aufmerksamer und flotter Service, der nette Sakis sogar ausgesprochen charmant. Vielen Dank, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder 😃

Athene ist eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants. Das Essen ist einfach köstlich, und ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher. Mein Lieblingsgericht, das ich am häufigsten bestelle, ist das zarte Milchlamm – es ist unglaublich zart und voller Geschmack. Die Zucchini-Moussaka ist ebenfalls fantastisch und unbedingt einen Versuch wert. Neben dem hervorragenden Essen ist der Service unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, was das gesamte Erlebnis noch schöner macht. Ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der gutes Essen und eine herzliche Atmosphäre zu schätzen weiß.

Genialer Mittagstisch. Ich hatte einen kleinen Beilagensalat (unbedingt probieren) und das Gyros mit Bratkartoffeln. Es waren keine klassischen Bratkartoffeln sondern frittierte Kartoffelscheiben, knusprig und nicht fettig. Das Gyros ohne Fett und super Geschmack.

Ein wirklich schönes Essen in guter Atmosphäre und überaus freundlichen Service. Es war sehr lecker und die Speisekarte hat eine gute Auswahl. Ich war zum ersten Mal hier und komme garantiert wieder. 👌👍

Hier fühlt man sich noch als wertgeschätzter Gast. An Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit ist das Personal nicht zu überbieten! Die Portionen sind etwas kleiner, aber äußerst schmackhaft! Gern jederzeit wieder!

Mittagskarte günstig, Essen eher mittel, Service gut. Statt eines Ouzo gab es Pudding aufs Haus ;)

Wir waren am 31ten Dezember zum Abendessen dort, demnach können wir verstehen das es mit dem Service etwas schwierig war. (Tische wurde nicht abgeräumt, lange Wartezeiten, Austausch mit dem Gast auf ein Minimum beschränkt) Die bestellten Pommes auf dem Suflaki Teller konnten an zwei Händen abgezählt werden. Die extra bestellte Tzatziki Portion wurden NICHT berechnet. 👍 Zwei der drei Fleischsorten auf dem Dorfteller waren leider sehr trocken und die Preise wurden gegenüber der normalen Karte, welche online einsehbar ist, extra für Silvester um 20-30% angehoben… Nach dem Hinweis mit dem etwas zu trockenen Fleisch bot man uns an ein neues Gericht kostenfrei bestellen zu können, einen Nachtisch oder ein Getränk… wir lehnten alles soweit ab… dennoch wurde ein kostenfreier Nachtisch serviert obwohl wir eigentlich schon satt waren. Über die Toiletten muss auch dringend mal drüber geschaut werden… stehendes Wasser auf den Männertoiletten

Gutes Essen und angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider sind die Portionen sehr klein und den Preis nicht wert.

Das war das beste Essen und der beste Service, den wir während unseres gesamten Deutschlandaufenthalts erlebt haben. Unsere Bedienung Sakis war einfach spitze. Unsere Moussaka war hausgemacht und unglaublich lecker. Auch preislich absolut angemessen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We came here for dinner with our little baby. When we made our reservation, we indicated that we were coming with a stroller, and we got a quiet table with plenty of space. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the dishes arrived very quickly. We will definitely be coming back again in the future.

We sat in the garden and had a wonderful evening! We ordered a mix of Greek dishes to share, and we absolutely loved everything we ate. The chicken souvlaki, in particular, was outstanding. It might just be the best Greek restaurant in Munich. On top of that, the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and charming. We're on our way to the 3rd. It's a very friendly restaurant, and the food is truly delicious. The waiter, "Socrates," is very friendly and loves Turks. We were very pleased with everything. This is a must-visit place for Turks who don't know what to eat in Munich.

In a word, fantastic. I'm thrilled. Service is a top priority here. The waiters are all very relaxed, serving guests with lively wit and typical Greek cheer. Special requests are no problem at all and are fulfilled immediately. The motto here is "sit down, feel comfortable, and enjoy your meal." The garden is large and surrounded by a hedge, so you can enjoy your meal in complete peace. The tzatziki is, of course, homemade and perfectly balanced, not too much salt or garlic—a delight. The only thing that could be improved is some music for the garden, but perhaps that's not allowed, as residents live above and next to the restaurant. Price-wise, it's a bit higher, but the quality is top-notch and the portions are generous. I'll definitely be back.

For a delicious Greek meal in Munich, you can choose this place! We ordered chicken, Greek salad, and various hot and cold appetizers. While the salt content was a bit high, overall, they were all very tasty, large, and filling. We sat in the garden. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. My only complaint was a small mouse running around under our table. Although there's outdoor seating, it's not something you'd want in a restaurant, and something could be done to address this. The staff and service were also excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and fast. The lemoncello they offered at the end was a sweet gesture. We enjoyed our meal here, and if we ever return to Munich, we'll definitely want to return.

Wow! Delicious food. Atmosphere was good. But hats off to the staff. Really made you feel like you were having dinner with family. We got the kos, athene, and Santorini plates. Everything was great! Very generous portions too. I cannot say enough. No picture because my phone was dead. Will be going back next time I'm in Munich.

We were in Munich for almost a week and immediately fell in love with the Athene restaurant. Although there's certainly no shortage of wonderful places to eat and feast in Munich, we visited the restaurant for the second time on our last evening and were once again delighted. Very friendly and attentive staff, super delicious Greek cuisine (feta saganaki followed by gyros with the best tzatziki I've ever tasted) make the Athene restaurant a place we will definitely visit again on our next visit to Munich. Found this place by accident. Place is a gem! Best meal we had while in Munich. Food is fantastic! Service is excellent. Ordered grilled fish and lamb fillet, also had bread, salad and tzatzki (best I ever had!). Staff the friendliest we ever met in Munich. Price reasonable. Highly recommended. Hervorragendes griechisches Restaurant. Sehr freundliches, flexibles und hilfsbereites Personal. Große Auswahl an griechischen Speisen, die sehr gut zubereitet sind. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien sind bequem, (nur nahe an einer befahrenen Straße). Auch als Gruppe ist man jederzeit willkommen und Bestellungen von 30 Leuten a la Carte waren kein Problem. Wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lediglich ein als Hauptgericht deklarierter Salat war wirklich klein, weiß aber nicht mehr welcher das war. Daher gerade noch Höchstpunktzahl ;-)

Athena's dish was excellent, the village food was good, the Greek wine was wonderful, and at the end they even treated us to Tyrnavos tsipouro. A very nice evening. Well done to the children of Greece.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The dishes served up were absolutely delicious, each one packed with bold, fresh flavors. The portion size was generous too, making the experience even more satisfying. But it’s not just the food that stands out—it’s the team. The guys serving and chatting with us were incredibly friendly and attentive, always with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome, remembered our names, and seemed to really enjoy what they do . Their energy took a great meal and turned it into a memorable evening.

Not just Greek food, but a taste of Greece itself! We had the best, most delectable food as well as a great waiter. The team at Athene takes pride in sharing their Greek food, so much so that they insisted we try one of their homemade desserts and a digestif, on the house. Highly recommend all around!
